Had to pay an extra €120 to check in my bag, because it wasn't mentioned in the confirmation that my ticket didn't come with checked-in luggage. Moreover, the food on the plane was terrible ... Thank god it was a relatively cheap ticket, but would never take this airline again though."

Queixes: "First, this airlines charges up to $150 for the first checked bag. They don’t even inform you of this at any moment while purchasing you ticket. You find this out when you get to the airport. Second, they charge you for everything in this flight. They say the entertainment is complementary, but you have to pay for headphones. On the shorter flights, they even charge you for water!"

I had to wait until the plane was boarded and hope that someone didnt show up to get in the plane. This was the first leg of other connections to go to Amsterdam and it was too close to ruin my complete itinerary."

Queixes: "It was delayed, as normally, 45 mins this time. Awful experience going through security in CDG I would avoid that airport at all cost. Randomly making you wait luggage before security, with add extra 30 mins to the security processes, not sympathy of staff even if flight people may miss their flight."

Queixes: "I paid for exit row seating assignments through the booking agent assigned by Kayak, but these just showed up as a note on my reservation. I was assigned a different seat at check in. Oh, and I was totally unable to check in online. The website would crash. So, I had to wait until I got to the airport to get a seat assignment."

Queixes: "The delay and short time between flights to get to gate and get through customs. Having no in flight entertainment for a 7.5 hour flight. There was not a vegetarian snack option for my daughter."
Avantatges: "The flight was easy to board when it was time. We left and arrived on time."
Queixes: "There was only one person initially checking people in. Then when there was a second person, she was going to make us move to the end of the other line after waiting 30 minutes. She did end up taking us, but it was only after conceding that."
