Queixes: "During the reservation process it seemed that the ticket included luggage, and only when I received the ticket I discovered that I had to pay 30 Euro extra, each way, to check in luggage. The ticket was by no means low-cost, so I don't understand why that wasn't included in the price. And the food could have been much better, I really couldn't eat anything and I usually like airline food... :) Thanks!"

Queixes: "Between first flight from Venice to get the airplane to San Juan just 50 minutes. We were running to get a board"

Avantatges: "From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."
Queixes: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."

Queixes: "Ticket had no info on baggage allowance. Got charged $55 for one piece. Website has glitches that would not save passport info. Flight attendant did nothing. Did not ask people to have their seats upright during landing. No food or even water for a 7 hour flight unless you pay. Seat uncomfortable. Horrible experience."

Queixes: "I went jfk to mallorca through Madrid. Upon arrival to Madrid the passport control was 2hrs so we and a lot of other people missed connections. At the Iberia counter we were put on the next flight out to mallorca, that seemed to be no problem (FYI bags will be late and you may too since iBeria ‘must’ keep thee on time global record) , other than our bags came a day later. UPON arriving 20 days later for our return trip they said our return trip was cancelled because of a ‘no show’ on our original inbound trip. They said they had no proof we were on the next flight and asked for our Receipts to prove it. Said we had to buy new tickets, after 2 hrs, crying, yelling and most of Iberia telling us there was nothing they could do (told us to call BA since they were the co share for them) we finally got a high enough supervisor and they put us on the return flights. I’m sure we would have had to buy new tix if the flights were full. Have been overseas many times and this never happened. Will not use a 3rd party online ticket agency again- will go direct to airline, and not Iberia."

Avantatges: "First time flying El Al. Hopefully my last. They delayed the flight to give three people - two of whom were ladies iver the age of fifty - intensive security screens. I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free."

Queixes: "There were delays at Heathrow due to fog. Rather then backing up all planes by an hour or so, BA gave our plane away. We experienced a 6 plus hour delay. So after flying for nine hours from the U.S. overnight to London, we had to sit around the airport, while watching other planes take off on time. We got in so late to Madrid that our hotel room that we reserved months earlier was given away. After being awake for over 24 hours we had to walk around Madrid at 11:00 pm at night, looking for someplace to lay our weary heads."

Queixes: "After a delayed flight coming to Madrid, I was faced with an unbelievably long boarding control line, it seemed clear that I would miss my flight! Crew then stopped all people from going up to the security check point except those headed to London! But I was going to miss my flight to JFK also. This process was so poorly managed!!!! The crowd became very angry, some people even started pushing, yelling and becoming violent. I feared for my safety. I pleaded with a crew member to let me through, and eventually she did, but the process was frightening and chaotic!!!"

Queixes: "For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through."

Queixes: "When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline."

Queixes: "Out of a total of only seven (7) Business Class passengers on the flight from Venice to Madrid, for some reason they only had five (5) meals available, so we were offered a selection from the standard economy class snack list, which was substandard and very disappointing considering we paid for Business Class and therefore expected a Business Class meal and not just a snack! Very poorly planned and completely unacceptable!"

Queixes: "Worst experience I've ever had. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"

Queixes: "Our flight was delayed by over 3 hours but we were never properly informed as to when the flight was actually leaving. Therefore instead of being able to sit in a restaurant comfortably waiting. We had to sit at the gate."

Queixes: "Flight delayed, no gate information till 18:40 - when flight was supposed to take off at 14:40 - then gate overcrowded by passengers from 3 different flights all to the same place. Crew members didnt know how to handle the situation and over 200 did not board the plane. However once taken to the plane lucky passengers had to wait outside on runway for approximately 40 mins as cabin crew also did not know how to handle the situation. Those with assigned seats did not get them and those with luggage to go in the cabin were informed there was no more space and luggage had to be put in the hold. We finally boarded the plane at approximately 8:40 but could not take off for another 2 hours where we were stuck on a small cramped space on a plane full to capacity not having eaten anything for hours with no idea of the progress of the situation. In conclusion I expect every passenger should receive a refund for not only the extrodinary 8 hour delay but for the mismanagement of the entire situation."

Queixes: "Retard de plusieurs heures, un voucher de 6€ censé permettre de « dîner » à l’aéroport... rien à boire ni manger une fois dans l’avion, et pas de compensation une fois arrivé à Paris CDG où nous en avons eu pour 45€ de Uber pour rentrer puisqu’il n’y avait plus de RER..."

Avantatges: "Although I booked a flight on what I thought was British airways it was some off brand airline: Vueling very disappointing to show up at Gateick to check in at BA and be redirected to the equivalence of Spirit airlines in the USA."
Queixes: "It said British airlines and was a vueling airlines flight. I would equivalent this to booking a flight through Kayak on Delta showing up to Delta to check in and being redirected to Spirit airlines!! Completely misleading, just glad I didn’t have to pay for a vag as I would on Spirit. No water, snacks offered pretty bare bone airline!!"

Queixes: "Overpriced,ghastly food"

Avantatges: "I didn’t have the issues checking in that many have mentioned. I did have pay 140€ to check my bags because it wasn’t included in my fare. My advice is prepay for baggage, it’s much cheaper."

Avantatges: "The personnel was pretty nice and we arrived on time."
Queixes: "I have never been on a plane that crowded, there is not an inch to breath..."

Avantatges: "The electronic check-in was breathtakingly simple but this airlines excels at optimal usage of available space - to the extreme discomfort of its clients. I am of average height and my flight was an exercise in pain endurance."

Queixes: "Less than 20cm from edge of seat and back of seat in front. Late."

Avantatges: "Flight attendants were nice, and the aircraft was clean."
Queixes: "Flat out the worst flying experience I've ever had. The bag checkin processes was a nightmare; I showed up super early to the airport, with more than enough time to check my bag and board without issue. The bag checkin line didn't move for over an hour, and while there were still tons of people waiting to check their bags for flights that were soon departing, most of the counter employees packed up and left. When someone pointed out that we would miss our flights, the attendants said "my shift is over" and walked away. At this point, the line broke and passengers started to cut the line, two people nearly got into a fight, airport security even had to come. My bag was finally checked five minutes before the flight left (!!!!!). I was unsure if I'd make the flight, or if my bag would make it on the aircraft. The worst part is that throughout their incompetent checkin processes, the attendants were all incredibly rude. I am NEVER flying this airline again, even if I have to pay twice as much for my ticket."

Avantatges: "No tv or entertainment system which makes more sitting space. I like this."

Queixes: "two adults one infant 3 piece of luggage is $140 euro. So infant bag is $70 euro where as adult is $35. We deserve $35 euro refund."

Queixes: "Los asientos aleatorios separan viajeros del mismo grupo para condicionar la compra del asiento"

Avantatges: "Retraso cambiante y espera larga de pie en la cola de embarque"

Queixes: "El abordaje fue fatal, nos hicieron esperan mucho justo antes de abordar (en la pista) hacia un calor insoportable y el ruido era ensordecedor."

Avantatges: "Retrasos. También te hacen de esperar en cada paso. En la puerta de embarque, en una sala de retención antes de montar, en la escalera del avión, 20 min o más hasta el despegue actual, paseando por pista. Parece que te pasas el día esperando."

Queixes: "Viajaba con preferencia, acompañada de dos menores de 8 y 10 años, cuyo billete no era preferente, y me desplazaron a la fila de los no preferentes si quería ir con ellos. Embarque con niños, muy mejorable. Espacio entre los asientos muy escaso"

Avantatges: "Rapidez para abordar y despegar, muy sociable el capitán."
Queixes: "Muy sucio el avion."

Queixes: "No visualitza massa q la facturació en tarifa bàsica cal fer-la entre les 24 i 2 hores abans de l’embarcament. El personal de terra molt amable, ens va assessorar a temps."

Avantatges: "La verdad que he hechado de menos , que en el avión nos entregaran el documento que hay q rellenar para entrar al país. En otras compañías aéreas lo hacen . Se adelanta bastante si ya està cumplimentado . 30 minutos para el control de pasaportes con suerte ..."

Avantatges: "Apenas era una hora y los acientos ya me estaban matando. Tuve que apoyar la cabeza en la silla de en frente con tal de que mi espalda no estuviera en contacto con ese plastico. Ya que habia una funda tan fina que era como si no estubiese"

Queixes: "El vuelo se retrasó,la comodidad es mala"

Avantatges: "Embarque rapidísimo Puerta muy cercana al control de seguridad"

Queixes: "Muy pesados no paraban de venderte como comida sorteos etc"

Queixes: "Embarque tarde. Cobran hasta para respirar. Quieren cobrar sillas para ir con tu pareja o familia al lado. Todas las cabinas de equipaje vacias y numerosos asientos libres. De lowcost no tiene nada."

Avantatges: "Conforme en general, salida a la hora y llegada incluso antes. El personal de vuelo, más que correcto."
Queixes: "Algunos errores en tierra, al asignar puerta de salida, que fue cambiada cuando ya habían iniciado el control de equipajes."

Avantatges: "Mi añorada y bonita Londres , te aparecías en mis sueños hasta que un día decidí ir a por ti . Solo fue un día, pero fue lo suficiente para enamorarme de ti . Volveré a por ti"

Avantatges: "Han modernizado el proceso con todo e incluye de poder presentar el check-in desde el celular"

Queixes: "Que no podiamos aterrizar"

Avantatges: "El vuelo en su hora. El personal muy atento. La comida muy buena. Todo fenomenal."

Queixes: "Asientos incómodos"

Queixes: "Cobran por el check-in y 40 euros por las valijas si no las sacas al mismo tiempo que sacas el pasaje. Un afano"

Avantatges: "A pesar de que el avión venía bastante lleno, la azafata me ofreció la posibilidad de cambiarme a la fila de la salida de emergencia para poder ir más cómodo (mido casi 2m.). Un gesto que agradezco profundamente."
Queixes: "Los asientos son muy justos y no es posible reclinarlos para ir más comodo"

Queixes: "Los tiempos de espera en el abordaje fueron terribles, la clara inexperiencia de la tripulacion, los problemas de espacio en el equipaje, el descuido del avion en el interior"

Avantatges: "El personal de cabina y mostradoresrealmente muy amable. El vuelo casi en hora. El avion comodo y limpio. En conjunto muy bien todo"

Avantatges: "Buen embarque, el vuelo salió a tiempo y llego con antelación. Sin incidencias."
Queixes: "Son vuelos de ryanair. Hay que estar de los primeros en el embarque para que no metan tu maleta en la bodega por falta de sitio arriba (a mí me han partido 2), además que están haciendo la sucia jugada de asignar asientos en distintas filas si viajas acompañado."

Queixes: "Es un robo que te sienten separados y tengas que pagar para ir juntos o cerca, incluso con niños."

Queixes: "Hubo bastantes jóvenes algo bebidos en el avión y había más follon y risas de lo normal. No fueron irrespetuosos pero quizás hubo gente a quien les molestara"

Avantatges: "Los asientos del 737 son más anchos que los de otros destinos y hay más espacio para las piernas. El avión era más moderno que a otros destinos"
