On my way to Rome, a group of students were yelling and crawling all over the seats and blocking the aisle. Worst"

Avantatges: "TAP serves edible cheese sandwiches. First time in years I eat plane food and don’t immediately regret it."
Queixes: "I travel with an international carry-on designed to fit in comoartments above seats in any and all planes (Tumi alpha 2 International), and yet TAP would claim it was too large to fit and forced me to check it. My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only)."

Queixes: "The only thing that I felt was not appropriate was that they made me check in my carry-on at the gate. Apparently, the airline requested 55 passengers to check their carry-on bags...but they just selected the first people who were closest to the gate. I purposely did not check a bag because I had limited time to make a train connection at my final destination, plus I had to go thru customs and I knew that in itself would be time consuming. I explained this to the airline staff, but they did not care. I think they should have first asked for volunteers; and if still needed, then randomly select people to check in the carry-on. Also they only were making people with the “suitcase” carry-on to check them in....anyone with a duffle-looking bag was not even bothered. Luckly, I’m mange to make my train connection, but I was running to do this...not fun at all."

Queixes: "Wasn't told that baggage wasn't included in my fee. Had to pay 170 Euros at the airport to check our two bags. Really really frustrating, and beyond an exorbitant price to charge for bags..."

Queixes: "Tap changed the times on my original flight from Portugal to Rome then changed the times from my first flight from Boston to Portugal making it impossible to connect from Portugal to Rome.both flights were tap airlines. We were charged 462.00 extra to take the next flight out 3hours later. We were charged twice for the same flight from Portugal to Rome. It was not our fault that we could not connect in Portugal, every other airlines would make resonable accommodations with out any extra charge. We both feel cheated by tap airlines and it made our vacation very stressful trying to resolve the double charge. It has not been resolved as of yet and we our very disappointed on how we were treated. can’t get anything other than the blame being passed around."

Had an hour an a half layover but by the time you get on line to go thru customs n security again we were definitely cutting it close but that's TSA not the airline but the airline could have maybe added another maybe 20-25 mins to the layover. We felt like world travellers running for our connecting flight tho and we loved it! Lol!"

Avantatges: "TAP Airlines did not fly this route for day and probably hired NEOS Airlines to fly as charter or contract this route only? NEOS Airlines is an Italian airline probably comparable to Southwest Airlines in the USA. It's a cattle car airline with no frills. Crew was very professional, food was actually good. A sandwich that was of course Italian ingredients. Seats were comfortable for the 3 hour flight."
Queixes: "Checking in and paying a $49 excesses baggage fee for I was better off paying a full fare. Discount fare, what a joke!Than finding out that TAP put me on standby status?? But I eventually got a seat. It was no relief thinking I would be left behind and my plans elude be delayed.TAP airlines had only worked the front desk check in, gate check in and don't know about the ramp service. So I can't give a full positive review of TAP Airlines"

Queixes: "My wife and I arrived to the airport for our honeymoon extremely excited. We had been saving for our trip to Italy for months, and we were finally going to get things started. Everything fell apart when we went to check in and we were told that my wife couldn’t use her ticket because she had changed her last name. We were told that there was no way that the name on the ticket could be changed because of TSA regulations. Of course, we were also told that we could have changed the name had we purchased a more expensive ticket. In other words, we were lied to and told the issue was regulation, when really they wouldn’t help us because we couldn’t afford a more expensive ticket. The only help we were given was the pleasure of paying over $1,500 more to get my wife on the flight. I am in the process of trying to get this refunded, but as of now we have paid twice for my wife to fly, and neither ticket has been refunded. We may have accidentally broken a rule, but the only function that rule seems to have is to make us pay twice for the same seat. As of now, I would never fly this airline again, and I would warn everyone away from it. I will update this post if TAP does the right thing by two honeymooners."

Queixes: "When I booked the ticker online I was informed that I can take up to 23kg luggage, but when I checked in, I had to pay over $120 per person for luggage...I was very disappointed with th ideas treatment"

Queixes: "As I keep metioning....you guys need to be more generous with the Victoria program. I fly you guys a minimum of 7 or 8 times a year, plus numerous partner flights, and what do I get? no free upgrades, 60,000 miles to become gold etc etc"

Avantatges: "The crew were kind and considerate."
Queixes: "This was the worst flight I've ever experienced. There was an incessant, loud high-pitched buzzing noise for the entire duration of the flight (we were seated in the very back row so it was particularly loud for us, but others further up said it was bad for them too). Also, we had straight turbulence for over two hours. I've never gotten sick on a plane before, and my husband never gets motion sickness, but we both threw up (and I think several others did, too). I don't blame the crew for any of this, as I know most, if not all, of it was out of their control. However, I would be very nervous to flight TAP again due to this experience."

Queixes: "Baggage fees were unacceptable. All but one of my group of 12 had to pay and we were not told why. It was not clear that this should have been done via the website prior to the flight and why is it significantly cheaper online? Very disappointing."

Queixes: "Everything was perfect until I receive my bag and notice that two (2) items were missing: my snorkeling face mask, and my camera's tripod. Who is responsible for this? How can I be happy with this?"

Queixes: "I was so dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of help provided after a FULL and LARGE flight was cancelled to Lisbon (then ultimately to Rome for me). I would like a FULL refund for my flight plus my miles accredited to my account for the full trip to Rome."

Avantatges: "We are still alive."
Queixes: "Crew was rude, unhelpful, and the business class seats were essentially coach with the middle seat unoccupied. It was extremely uncomfortable and made worse by the crew being very impatient and not helpful when we had people in our seats, a 3-year-old we were trying to seat, and all of the overhead compartments closed so unclear where to place bags. Boarding began 20 min late and then we had to stand on the boarding ramp for another 20 min while the crew finished "cleaning" the aircraft."

Queixes: "90 minutes delay for departure from Brussels to Washington..."

Avantatges: "The crew was amazing. Brand new airplane and service was excellent. Bathrooms were kept clean."

Queixes: "Three hour delay. Shifted all our plans and reservations. Upsetting. Made short seven hour flight a ten hour flight with sitting and waiting for three hours. We were hungry and tired and stuck. Kept getting mixed signals: to wait longer."

Queixes: "There is no entertainment which is ok. You had to pay for everything in flight. Their carry on luggage size allowance is smaller than any airline I’ve ever flown"

Avantatges: "Brussels airlines business class seats were the most comfortable I have sat in."
Queixes: "The United airlines business class seats were too crowded with no privacy. You have to climb over your neighbor to to use the rest room."

Queixes: "Missed my connecting flight from Toronto to Houston. No reason given for late arrival. Yes, they gave me another flight...six hours later! Will be asking for compensation. At least for spending money on airport food. After arriving in Houston, i had already planned on renting a vehicle to my final destination. Because of first delay, i had to drive in the middle of the night and finally arrive at finat destination at 4 am on Oct 5. Im going to bed now."

Avantatges: "The on board staff was very nice. That's pretty much the only thing that I liked."
Queixes: "Just about everything. Not only were both flights delayed, one without notice, both the check-in and boarding processes were obscenely long with no obvious reason. On board, the staff was very pleasant but took almost 20 minutes to respond to a page and I only paged them one time. The screens for entertainment had a lot of trouble reading touch for both my seatmate and I and the selections were very limited. My seat did not recline which made for a very uncomfortable flight as I had hoped to be able to sleep. They lost one of my bags and somehow still have not found it more than 36 hours later."

Avantatges: "Food was good. That is pretty much it. Well, Brussels airport shopping and food was good too."
Queixes: "I travel a lot, and I've used many airlines before. This was my first and last time I use Brussels airlines. The cabin crew is not friendly. The entertainment was poor. The checking process was horrible (the airport is not properly designed, managed, poor information systems) I will gladly go through the mad house in Heathrow, or long walks at Schiphol, but not interested in Brussels."

Avantatges: "Brussels Air was on time, attendants were courteous, plane was clean and in great condition. For a discount flight, it was great!"

Queixes: "Despite the fact that I reserved a window seat, I was assigned a seat in the middle of the center row. They also 'sanitized' the airplane twice after that closed the doors before take off. They walked up and down the aisle with aerosol spray cans. I don't think people should be subject to unknown chemicals in order for the airline to save time on cleaning the cabin before take off."

Avantatges: "Overall good flight, get what you pay for."
Queixes: "Had to hop to a couple different counters because no one knew who air Brussels subsidiary was at the cincinatti airport. I didn’t think to check ahead so also on me for poor planning."

Queixes: "As everyone seems to already know, the food and drink is really not very good at all and they didn't provide enough, especially considering that I was delayed by two hours in total in this trip."

Queixes: "I was misinformed about the meal service in advance. But besides that I was satisfied with the flight."

Queixes: "Very uncomfortable, no refreshments. Everyone on the flight was suprised to find that food and drink cost money. The entire flight, the crew was selling something and you could not pass in aisle or even use toilet for half the fight. No entertainmrnt on a flight of 4.5 hrs and this was not supposed to be a low cost flight."

Avantatges: "We are not frequent fliers and I have been reading about legroom problems. Certainly not on Brussels Air. A delight."

Queixes: "The crew didn't bother to announce that we would have a delay at take off and at landing. The food?... nothing good to say. It's been years since I've eaten a meal on a passenger plane."

Queixes: "Over 2 hour delay"

Queixes: "The flight left 30 minutes after it was scheduled to leave. In addition, when we landed, they weren't prepared for us. We had to wait for the stairs and shuttle to arrive to get us to the airport terminal. It was especially frustrating because we had nearly no time to get to our connecting flight. The hosts and hostesses were mediocre at best."

Queixes: "The lady at the gate was rude. I was in a group with small children, we were all family, she made me wait in line without my family."

Avantatges: "They were on time"
Queixes: "TINIEST toilet EVER. Couldn't even turn around to wash my hands (and I am quite tiny myself) or look in the mirror...which for some reason is not well placed. Impossible to choose my seat, even after calling help service (3 times! and still had to discuss at the counter), just so that they change me already in the flight to accommodate a family. I do not mind, but they never mentioned that the seat could not recline or that there was no window (the whole point of choosing the seat, for I have flight anxiety). I understand the whole 'profit' thing for selling food, though I just can't believe, after the price I payed I cannot even get a tiny glass of water. So, I'll just avoid it if possible."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed 2.5 hours and made us miss the connection to Houston. Nobody met us at London to instruct what to do about it. We spent an hour running from one place to another till we found the correct line, in which we spent 3 hours waiting for directions to hotel."

A otros pasajeros se que les extraviaron sus valijas"

Después de dos semanas recibí un mail informando me que no procedía mi pago y vuelo. Evidentemente para este tiempo yo ya había pagado otro vuelo con otra aerolínea IBERIA súper recomendable su atención."
