Queixes: "It took a long time to board the plane and there was literally no line at the boarding gate. When I mean there was no line, its not that there were no people, its that we stood grouped together, because there was not enough space for everyone, so no line could form. So people simply cut in front of each other and there was quite a bit of anger and tension.Once we were on board, and seated, they came through and provided a meal. However after about 3 hours, I wanted to get some water to take medicine and I pushed the call light to get the flight attendant to come over and it was literally 45 minutes before anyone came into the economy portion. All of the flight attendants were either in first class, or hiding somewhere else. As one point 5 call lights were on and no one came. My wife got up and started looking for someone and finally I got water to take my pills. Almost an hour after I hit the call button. When the flight attendant came, I asked her if it was possible to purchase a soda, crackers, or anything as my blood sugar was low. She said there is nothing available for purchase, and did not offer anything. The only help I received was from a fellow passenger who offered a candy bar. I can not believe that there was nothing the attendant could offer me. I was willing to pay 10 euros for a soda, and they still said no. That is unacceptable."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed so that could improve. There were no entertainment options. It was a short flight but at least they should have a audio channel or something."

Queixes: "Our flight in Lisbon was scheduled to board an hour before departure. We arrived on-time, went through the line and were then placed in a standing room only area to stand and wait for another 45 minutes before boarding. We were placed near the entrance (I thought to board early as a family) but were later told to join another line when we asked why we sere just standing and waiting while other passengers were walking past us. The communication between staff and between your staff and passengers was poor."

Avantatges: "Very helpful gate attendants. The food was delicious and the movies were all current and kept us entertained for nine hours!"
Queixes: "Very cramped legroom. Cabin was extremely hot. There was a man binge drinking in the seat across the aisle. He should’ve been cut off at some point, but he kept drinking. He was a worry."

Avantatges: "Self checkin, there was no line and things moved quickly."
Queixes: "Flight was almost an hour late because the boarding process was so slow. They took forever and then literally bussed us to the other side of the airport to the budget carrier side, which wasted more time. Was a bit of a joke really. Served seafood snack, not everyone eats seafood."

Avantatges: "We were lucky that the flight was not full, more space and comfort. Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple."
Queixes: "The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet."

Queixes: "The vegetarian food was horrible and lacked variety. Feel like TAP makes food choices harder than it needs to be. How hard is it to just have a pasta option. Instead we got tofu croquettes....."

Queixes: "Even though I paid for my seats they weren't reserved and I had to request new ones. I paid €80 for them so I'd imagine they would have been reserved. Then they took my blanket when we were getting close with no explanation even though I was cold. I don't get this airline."

Queixes: "Inbound flight - flight got canceled from Budapest - after calling the airline and waiting in the line the 2 first lady I was talking to put me on hold and never got back to me, the 3rd lady had no idea why the flight got canceled except it was for emergency. She said next flight would be 2 days later - after calling the insurance I booked for the flight, they didn't want to reimburse for the interruption because the airline could not explain why it got canceled and i should prove that the flight was canceled - after being 6h on the phone with airline and insurance and waiting line had to hang of without solution. I had to purchase a new ticket from another airline to be able to fly on the same day back to Miami. - after arriving at the airport next morning for the other flight it turns out that Tap Portugal booked me to British Airways but they have not send me a notification email about it, so if I do not ask at the counter for Tap Portugal for the paperwork for the insurance I would never find out that i got a new flight and i would have miss it and the insurance would have never pay for it. With the new ticket i had to purchase, my travel with Tap Portugal cost me on the end around $3000, and I do not have that much money for a ticket at all, now I have a financial trouble. Thanks, never again."

Queixes: "Flight was over an hour late, and they would not let us take our carry-on luggage on the flight even though there was plenty of room in the overhead compartments, which caused us to miss our return flight home overseas. No customer service desk at the airport. Ended up costing hundreds of dollars more to book another flight home."

Avantatges: "2 meals, headphones, blanket and pillow all included. Flight was good - but being hit with surprise bag fees was not appreciated. (Was not notified at the time of booking)"
Queixes: "Was charged $92 USD per checked bag at airport. Very displeased."

Queixes: "Though the weather was fine - no excuse - the flight was delayed over an hour and I lost the connecting flight to Newark."

Queixes: "Theo charge me a lot for my luggages I just try to call many times to tap for ask about the sports luggages and I never can reach then nobody ever answer the fone . They charge me 124 $ for my board and 90 dollars for my bag the total is 214 $ that’s almost the same price of the ticket ."

Queixes: "my luggage was opened somewhere along the way. My gift for my child was stolen. Ugly ! Very ugly !! I got home, I unzipped my bag and I do not have a pair of sneakers that were a gift for my baby and some other sweets, my luggage was half empty! The face of my disappointed kid broke my soul, that should not have happened."

Queixes: "for some strange reason luggage was not included on this trip (our return leg). we had to pay for luggage at the airport."

Queixes: "The airline wanted to double charge me for baggage after have had a layover during my trip, so when I was checking my luggage by second time in order to go to my destination, they insisted on make me pay, even thought I had paid my luggage online before to take the flight from the beginning."

Avantatges: "Efficiency and friendliness of staff with a visible commitment towards passengers on-board (customers). One of the best experience, even though the flight was too short, and even then the airlines served snacks and refreshments... Simply Amazing... A 5-STAR service to its customers... Wow"

Queixes: "I was told at the check in that my bags are NOT paid for...when I booked the tickets on line there was no mention of any additional charges, or option to purchase baggage"

Queixes: "TAP has terrible customer service and support. Was told on check-in that flight did not include checked luggage which is bizzare/unreal for an international flight especially since I also paid to upgrade my ticket. Even in explaining to me the person on the phone was rude. This was very disappointing as I had such an amazing trip to end on this sour note."

Queixes: "Been charged for a baggage fee even if I shown the crew that it was written FREE on my confirmation email. I shouldn't had to pay for your illegal (wrong information) email and miscommunication. It costed me 2 times $45 for it"

Avantatges: "it had a feet support the toilet was big it was airplane food, still better than most companies I know from Europe, Asia and the USA."

Queixes: "They gave my 70-year old mother only a few hours notice that they were changing her one-stop four-hour 6AM flight into an 8AM multi stop 14-hour marathon. In fact, she was already asleep when they changed her flight, so she was already at the airport when she found out about the change. To do this to a 70-year old woman is reprehensible. Worse, after 2-hours with customer service, nobody there made any real attempt to remedy the situation or offer any compensation. Worst airline experience EVER."

Avantatges: "It is comparatively inexpensive for business class."
Queixes: "You get what you pay for! Boarding was very disorganized. Lot of standing around for no good reason. Food and drink service was mediocre -- they ran out of stuff."

Queixes: "1- el servicio de la tripulación pedimos agua y nada que la traían. 2- Pésimo espacio entre asientos en clase turista 3- mal sistema, no permitio hacer el check in, y cuando dimos a opción de pagar asiento lo permitió hacer 4- en un viaje Intercontinental únicamente dieron una comida, no dieron coffee, el agua casi tuvimos que rogarla pues querían vender únicamente"

Y el problema es mio por volar con ellos. Que no te engañe el precio. Te lleva dos horas un vuelo que con iberia son 50 minutos"

Queixes: "My plane took off 45 minutes late and no one told the passengers (in English at least) why we were leaving so late (and I still don't know). After about 20 minutes of waiting for takeoff, I pressed the button to ask a flight attendant why we were leaving so late but no one would come up to me, so I had to flag a flight attendant down when she walked by and she only stayed long enough for me to ask her when we were leaving. I also wanted to buy a snack on the plane and the same flight attendant who had answered my question before snapped at me about using a credit card when I accidentally gave her my debit card. Normally, I'm not one to complain about these types of things and this situation definitely could have been much worse, but I think it's important that any delays are communicated to passengers."

Queixes: "Awful boarding procedures missed take of slot and sat on aircraft for just short of 2 hours. Chaos with hand luggage having to be checked - why why why charge SO MUCH for baggage??? Encouraging people to pack cases in overheads only to have to take them off and put in hold anyway at gate. Why purposely seat us apart !!!!! Never use Ryanair or Kayak for flights in future. You directed me to LastMinute.com -also awful!!!!"

Avantatges: "Liked no pressure sales from crew, but was there if you needed them and helpful very pleasant done their job well, would use again but if alternative carrier might consider them due to comments below."
Queixes: "Seats uncomfortable due to shiny covering, slide in seats when asleep ended up with bad back during break, just a suggestion being gluten free ( not a lifestyle choice) would suggest this being added to menu might make more sales as lots of us about and makes you feel cared for."

Avantatges: "On time, newish planes Simple board ing"
Queixes: "Ryanair deliberately seperates people traveling together in order to get them to fork out an extra 7€/person. They put us in 3E, 5E, 17E and 31E (all middle seats) yet we were on same reservation! Thankfully plane was not full so we were able to shuffle seats around. Strange business plan...."

Avantatges: "Prompt departure and arrival in Belfast. Brand new aircraft was a bonus."
Queixes: "The white wine I got was undrinkable. I told the strewart working at the back of the aircraft that ' the white wine is terrible, it's like drinking water and indrinkable'. His reply was ' well that's what you ordered'. I expected him to say; Sorry you found it like that and I will pass your comments to the catering company. this may sound like a trivial thing to comment on but I found his attitude very unprofessional. My wife and I also found the staircase from ground level to the corridor leading to passport control very demanding when carrying a 10 kilo roller case each. There is a lift somewhere but there are no directions to indicate where it is situated."

Queixes: "Seats don't recline and a bit cramped."

Avantatges: "Simplicity of travelling from Bournemouth."
Queixes: "I paid for a seat specifically because I saw that there was one with an empty seat next to it but after settling down with another passenger in the outside seat and a space next to me, suddenly everybody was moved around and I got a very young boy sitting on the outside seat. Needless to say his parents weren't happy so his father moved down and sat next to me. So no more elbow room for me and I can't believe that young children are sat next to complete strangers with their parents at the other end of the plane. What if I had been a weirdo? Could you please arrange for me to be reimbursed for the price I paid for this seat. Don't get me started on boarding. Why did we have to stand in line for so long when the plane was obviously not ready for us. Passengers are people, not cattle."

Avantatges: "The staff were pleasant and helpful on board I didn’t have any food and there wasn’t any entertainment"
Queixes: "I didn’t like that there was absolutely nobody at the airport to answer any questions or just guide you in the right direction"

Avantatges: "The flight left mire or less on time and arrived 30 minutes early."
Queixes: "Once again no soap in the forward toilet."

Avantatges: "Crew were attentive, flight was easy going"
Queixes: "Boarding took longer than expected"

Avantatges: "Left 15 mins late due to idiots not making the gate on time and luggage having to be found for them and arrived on time in Manchester so well done Ryanair!!"

Avantatges: "Price"
Queixes: "Uncomfortable, no leg or arm room especially when sat next to people who are too big for their seats!"

Avantatges: "Staff was friendly on plane"
Queixes: "Changed gate three times , 1 1/2 hrs late. Not accurate times given when it changed. On ground staff could have done better. System of boarding- all for themself created at least extra 20 min. Should board by rows"

Avantatges: "Nice easy flight. Staff were up and down with food and drinks."

Avantatges: "Crew is friendly. Food and bevarede service was offered three times in a short period of time. This time they allowed to take a hand bag together with the hand luggage which they wouldn't allow in the past"
Queixes: "Complicated checkin online since I booked through last minute.com and not directricly with Ryanair. I am concerned that each time when Ryanair lands they immediately proceed with the next boarding without taking enough time to check all the security measures"

Queixes: "Got a good ticket price (about $50 for two people) but then was socked with about $350 as a luggage fee."

Avantatges: "nothing ..."
Queixes: "Queuing for 45 mins at boarding at 21.25 pm which grew to 10.05 pm! no apparent reason for this although we were all given manual luggage tags and then they were checked off again before getting into the plane- the Malaga ground staff could not answer questions as they didn't speak english well enough.. poor. onboard completely overcrowded locals and no help from crew on seating = lots of spare stoats at back.. i.e. space."

Avantatges: "Not much at all"
Queixes: "All passengers were lined up waiting to Board at the correct gate at leading up to and at the time the flight was supposed to depart at 11.55am. There was no communication on the flight boards and no member of staff from Ryanair or other near the gate. At about 12.30 two members of airport staff turned up and started the boarding process and eventually we got away an hour late at 12.55 still none the wiser about the lack of communication, service and delay. It would take a lot to persuade me to fly with Ryanair again."

Avantatges: "Staff were very courteous"
Queixes: "The gate was changed and when we were due to board then we were delayed boarding. No apologies. A passenger was moved from the rear of the plane to the front as he had been abusive. He then began insulting the ladies sitting next to him. One of the ladies became very upset and couldn't stay in her seat. No apology was given to her on behalf of the airline, she wasn't offered anything or consoled in any way. The abusive passenger was let off the flight with no reprimanding. This upset the lady even more and she let the crew know about it. Finally, as we were heading to collect our baggage, we saw Gardai arrest the abusive man. If that had been me in that ladies position I too would have been very upset at how I was treated. The lead crew member was calming the situation by constantly talking to the man in question, but something more could have been done for the lady who suffered the most abuse from him."

Queixes: "A lot of turbulence and late boarding."

Queixes: "Ridiculous overpriced snack menu. Sandwiches etc.. And coffee not good too expensive.. Let's you down.!"

Queixes: "Ran out of everything always."

Avantatges: "Seats are fairly comfortable if you and seat mates are normal sized, not chubby/large."
Queixes: "Bag check at Malaga took almost an hour. Terrible queuing everywhere. You need at least 2.5 hours AT the airport if you are checking a bag on ryanair. Security moves very slowly, too, is very far from Ryanair bag check, THEN another queue to get through to your boarding gate. It was worst experience ever."

Queixes: "Boarding was very slow, 30 minutes late taking off. Everything else was okay, nothing special but nothing wrong"

Avantatges: "We took off and arrived on time."
Queixes: "Carrying my bag and my wife's bag up the steps to the plain."

Avantatges: "The plane made it to Las Palmas"
Queixes: "8 drunk women shouted and disrupted other's quiet"

Avantatges: "If was a short flight."
Queixes: "Cramped seat, long line to board, forced to check-in online to avoid fee but had to check-in at the terminal anyway, 30€ checked baggage fee but the flight was so cramped for space I was forced to check my carry-on too (for free). I was put into exit row, guess that means I'm not offered drink or food like everyone else since I had no tray. If it wasn't for the high cost, I would have taken the train."
