Queixes: "The flight was delayed most likely because of inefficiencies in the passport check / boarding process, some people got confused, waited in the boarding line, then had to go back in queue in the passport check line. Last person walked into the plane 10 min after the scheduled departure time, as a result the airport delayed our departure by 50 more minutes."

Queixes: "Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."

Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."
Queixes: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Queixes: "On a 4 hour flight, food had to be purchased on board or (as I later learned) purchased and ordered in advance and this option was not offered to me in check in process."

Avantatges: "In JFK the Finnair staff helped us expedite our connection process (the flight from Helsinki was delayed and we hardly had time to make the connection)."
Queixes: "The flight was delayed by almost 4 hours. It was a miracle we made our connection in JFK."

Avantatges: "The flight was on time, crew worked really well. The food was okey as usual on Finnair."

Avantatges: "Well this was a first for me. The flight was overbooked and some one wanted to go to New York. Finn Air asked me if I would give up my seat they would get me on the next Finn Air flight to Chicago. I did and they even up graded me to business class on the next flight. It was the best flight experience of my life. Great food, hosts, and service. It was very comfortable the entire way."

Queixes: "Something that was unpleasant was if someone spoke through the announcement system it would be very loud through the headphones if someone is listening to a movie or music"

Avantatges: "Plane was on time Checked luggage arrived I slept for the duration of the trip which made the 5 hour flight OK."
Queixes: "Legroom and seating in general is cramped. But unfortunately that is the case in today's travel experience with US carriers."

Avantatges: "Food was provided when the flight was delayed for 2 1/2 hours. I also really liked the text update from kayak about the delay. The airline did not keep me updated but kayak did."
Queixes: "The delay when it was already a 6 hour flight. I also was not able to reserve a seat because I had booked through kayak and not with the airline. Finally of the most irritating of all annoyance was that there was no movie. This was an international flight and there was no entertainment. I will never fly American Airlines again."

Avantatges: "The flight attendant ruined my trip and experience3 with this airline."
Queixes: "Twice I was passed up and overlooked for food and drink when they were being provided to all. The attendant said i needed to speak up if i wanted something and i pointed out i did and he said he would get me on the way back but never came back until he was picking up the empties. He said everyone else seemed to get served what was my problem and I pointed out the girl next to me was also skipped to which he turned around and never walked down my aisle again. Also, the lack of wiFi on this leg was a disappointment as it was available on the trip to Barcelona. That goes a long way to making the long trip more enjoyable."

Avantatges: "Empty seat next to me! Excellent crew services! Clean bathrooms!"

Avantatges: "This is not my first experience with Finnair flight and I'm very pleased with a consistency of a good service, high professionalism and I will recommend this airline to all my friends."

Avantatges: "The options for music and movies were good, but the poor service provided, at check-in and on board, outweighed any benefit we received from the entertainment."
Queixes: "The crew at Barcelona Airport, especially "Javier" (he refused to give his last name or show his badge - he had it turned around) was very rude and unhelpful. We had to go to another desk person to help us who was a bit more polite. The Finnair Customer Service telephone service was completely unhelpful even though this was booked as a Finnair Flight. The crew on board was ok, at best. The food was the poorest we had in both flights we took (we travelled from Barcelona to JFK, New York, and from JFK to YVR, Vancouver). We were most pleased with our flight from New York to Vancouver, with Cathay Pacific, who, by comparison, had very helpful and pleasant staff both at the JFK Airport and on board."

Avantatges: "I thought the flight attendants were professional and friendly. We landed safely and on time."
Queixes: "A nine-hour flight with ancient over-head screens? Great for those not sitting in a window seat, otherwise don't plan on being able to watch the movie. The first being a cartoon by the way. I'm sure the 3 children on board had a great time watching it. 2 bathrooms on a 9-hour flight for the entire coach cabin? One of which was near the front. Can you guess what the plane smelled like by the time we landed? Let's discuss the fact that passengers had to be "shuttled" to the plane because of construction. I paid additional for Group 1 boarding, so great I got to get on the shuttle first. Those that came after me also were the last to board the shuttle and the first to get on the plane. Thanks, American, for showing me again why I use you as a last resort. Had I known it was American and NOT Finnair, as I purchased it, I would have re-thought my purchase."

Avantatges: "On time, good movies, good service."

Avantatges: "The meeting I was attending in NY got postponed so I lost the full 1/2 return ticket. Nothing I could do, all at once all kinds of small text appear in big and over 400 $ was lost. This is the last time I book with Kayak. Better pay a bit more directly with the airline but do not have a deal like the Kayak deal. So please remove from all your sites. Thank you VV"

Avantatges: "Traveled BA and it was lovely, as usual."
Queixes: "The flight staff on this particular BA flight was not as accommodating and friendly as I am so accustomed to on BA. Perhaps the flight attendant in charge of our seats was having a bad day. Also, the food on our BA flights to and from NYC was not up to scratch and rather bland and ordinary, compared to their usual. that was a huge disappointment."

Queixes: "Terribly uncomfortable seats, very dated entertainment options, bland food."

Queixes: "What didn't I like? I didn't like that I bought a ticket from Finnair, got emails from Finnair, for some reason couldn't check in early on the Finnair website, arrived at the airport, waited in the absurdly long check-in line for Finnair only to find out that they had no record of me and I wasn't flying Finnair. Actually, I was on an American Airlines flight."

Avantatges: "The pilot was briefing us about everything There werent much passengers so we were seated in a way where we had space. Great entertainment choices Great food"
Queixes: "Notting i can think of"

Avantatges: "The staff was very nice and attentive. Boarding was timely and flight landed 30 minutes early."
Queixes: "Long flight with no screens on the back of the seats with personal entertainment options. Furthermore, I had a middle seat and my shoulders kept knocking into my neighbors. Worst of all, my seat didn't incline as far as the people on either side of me. Sleeping is already hard on a plane, and this made it way worse...not to mention my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the whole time."

Avantatges: "courteous and helpful crew, easy calm and efficient boarding process, with a announcer who spoke CLEARLY, slowly and loud enough to hear, more comfortable plane than the AA plane I took to get to Paris."
Queixes: "In flight entertainment really inferior to other airlines, food mediocre, but adequate. But good service is paramount and your crew was good despite many challenging customers."

Queixes: "A lot of turbulence in the middle of the flight"

Queixes: "The crew was not as helpful as we hoped for. Did not help in finding a place for the luggage so, did not provide the secrurity paper to fill out. And was not necessarily friendly."

Avantatges: "Great crew. Lots of refreshments."

Queixes: "Finnair "outsourced" the flight to a Portuguese HiFly. Boarding: flight delayed for more than 1 hour, with passengers sitting all this time in the plane and waiting for all connection flights to arrive. As a result we arrived late for our connection flight. The Finnair people that met the passengers on exit form the plain did not provide any information how we should proceed next. We were left to figure it out by ourselves. Crew: The impression was that all the flight attendants from HiFly were untrained. The did not know what to do an how to do. They seemed lost on the plane. Comfort: Plane seemed to be re-purchased from some Arab airline. Food: bad Entertainment: v system was broken. Information system was showing wrong current time."

Queixes: "Ingen underhållning ingen flyginformation otrevlig personal jag kommer inte att flyga Finnair igen. Jag och alla andra fick sitta att stirra på väggen framför oss i 7timmar den spanska personalen ska inte jobba för ett nordiskt flygbolag fy fan Med vänlig hälsning Benny"

Avantatges: "The staff was very kind."
Queixes: "If I'm paying for a trans-atlantic flight (at a fee of $1,000), I shouldn't be stuck on a plane that is used for domestic flights,and thus does not have the space nor the comfort of a larger plane. And, if this flight is not going to offer the amenities accustomed to a typical trans-atlantic flight (such as in-seat TV), then the price should be substantially cheaper. I will be complaining to the airline itself for this, and may not fly this airline again."

Avantatges: "food and crew"
Queixes: "Poor entertainment offer (no quality movies and not varied options-not classic movies!!). Interactive device menu not working properly or at all. Outraging policy to offer more bookings than available seats that turned out into my wife and me being put in standby when we had purchased our tickets last July. Waiting for 30-40 minutes to claim our baggage to know it had been left in our origin destination in the end so it would probably be delivered 2 days later since the next flight would arrive the following day but late in the evening and more time wasted on the lane to claim for it that caused to miss our connecting train that would take us home and we had to wait for another hour to take the next so we finally got home 2 hours later than expected. We will never use again another company from the one world alliance."

Avantatges: "on time, rather efficient process, cabin crew"
Queixes: "not much room in economy, ipads are not ideal"

Avantatges: "On the way home i was awake for the whole flight, and found it to be quite good. Had trouble choosing my seat from early check in bit what I got was good. Good good, service great, clean and comfortable."

Avantatges: "The crew was very friendly and helpful during the flight."
Queixes: "The check in was terrible, self checking was not working and not saving time at all, crew at the airport was clearly exceeded and it was very hard to get any answer. I had to be very insistent to be able to check in 5 min before closing and was not the only one in this case."
