Queixes: "You would think that after spending 1100 on a ticket that a passenger could chose their own seat within 24 hours of their flight. Nope. They wanted me to pay for my seat after already spending 1100. Then they said I was randomly selected for a TSA check in Zurich. Seriously. And there was no TSA agent in sight doing the check. It was a Swiss Airline Employee. Never had that happen even in the USA."

Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."
Queixes: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Queixes: "La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde."

Queixes: "Total disaster. Back up lines at AA JFK . Staff at a loss, equipment ? Shortage of bins, no supervisors , ... deliberate chatting and slowing down upon manually going through majority of carry on."

Avantatges: "The airport it's very nice and clean.."

Queixes: "On a 4 hour flight, food had to be purchased on board or (as I later learned) purchased and ordered in advance and this option was not offered to me in check in process."

Avantatges: "Hot towels distributed before meal."
Queixes: "Sitting behind me plus the seat across from that in center was an adult with two children going to summer camp in US. There were 40 kids and several counselors on this flight. These two kids were much younger (4 or 5yrs) than any others going to camp. One of the kids could not sit still. The adult behind me sometimes held her in her lap which resulted in pushing on my seatback. While in her own seat the child did not have her seat belt on. Eventually the girl began using her arm rests on either side of the aisle to swing herself. I finally mentioned this and the lack of seat belt fastening to F.A. who said "They're from Latvia. These Eastern Europeans don't think about things the way you and I do." The child was blocking the aisle at times and the F.A. did nothing."

Queixes: "Sound only came out of one ear from headphones"

Avantatges: "Yes, in general I like American Airlines so I was happy with flight in general"

Avantatges: "They gave us a warm cloth to wash our hands and face at the beginning of the flight. There was a bottle of water there too. We were constantly offered various drinks, especially water. The staff was extremely friendly and each of the flight attendants spoke about 4 languages."
Queixes: "The entertainment system wasn't the best I've seen as of late. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice if they updated it!"

Queixes: "announcement in English hard to understand"

Queixes: "No space on the aircraft. It was very cold the entire flight. Staff wasn't responsive to ewquests"

Avantatges: "Blueberry juice. Ok flight."
Queixes: "Seating pretty tight... as usual these days. Onboard entertainment system had no music option."

Queixes: "The meal made me sick."

Queixes: "Something that was unpleasant was if someone spoke through the announcement system it would be very loud through the headphones if someone is listening to a movie or music"

Queixes: "I booked this through Finnair and it was a British Airways code share .I was unable to get the record locator for BA and could not check in prior to getting to the airport ."

Avantatges: "The flight attendant ruined my trip and experience3 with this airline."
Queixes: "Twice I was passed up and overlooked for food and drink when they were being provided to all. The attendant said i needed to speak up if i wanted something and i pointed out i did and he said he would get me on the way back but never came back until he was picking up the empties. He said everyone else seemed to get served what was my problem and I pointed out the girl next to me was also skipped to which he turned around and never walked down my aisle again. Also, the lack of wiFi on this leg was a disappointment as it was available on the trip to Barcelona. That goes a long way to making the long trip more enjoyable."

Avantatges: "Empty seat next to me! Excellent crew services! Clean bathrooms!"

Avantatges: "The options for music and movies were good, but the poor service provided, at check-in and on board, outweighed any benefit we received from the entertainment."
Queixes: "The crew at Barcelona Airport, especially "Javier" (he refused to give his last name or show his badge - he had it turned around) was very rude and unhelpful. We had to go to another desk person to help us who was a bit more polite. The Finnair Customer Service telephone service was completely unhelpful even though this was booked as a Finnair Flight. The crew on board was ok, at best. The food was the poorest we had in both flights we took (we travelled from Barcelona to JFK, New York, and from JFK to YVR, Vancouver). We were most pleased with our flight from New York to Vancouver, with Cathay Pacific, who, by comparison, had very helpful and pleasant staff both at the JFK Airport and on board."

Avantatges: "Everything good except getting bag after flight."
Queixes: "Took over an hour at baggage claim."

Avantatges: "On time, good movies, good service."

Avantatges: "The meeting I was attending in NY got postponed so I lost the full 1/2 return ticket. Nothing I could do, all at once all kinds of small text appear in big and over 400 $ was lost. This is the last time I book with Kayak. Better pay a bit more directly with the airline but do not have a deal like the Kayak deal. So please remove from all your sites. Thank you VV"

Queixes: "Passengers changing seats around."

Avantatges: "Traveled BA and it was lovely, as usual."
Queixes: "The flight staff on this particular BA flight was not as accommodating and friendly as I am so accustomed to on BA. Perhaps the flight attendant in charge of our seats was having a bad day. Also, the food on our BA flights to and from NYC was not up to scratch and rather bland and ordinary, compared to their usual. that was a huge disappointment."

Avantatges: "Everything"

Avantatges: "For the first time ever I had a flight on British Airways where I did not feel like I wanted to choke somebody at the end of the flight - so I was pleasantly surprised at this particular BA flight."
Queixes: "BA gates in NYC are abysmal - the entire terminal is... Why are the restaurants advertising being open to some specific time (well prior to the departure of this flight) yet then have staff holler at you that they are closed when you try to go in well before that time. It would have been very nice to have been able to sit down and have some dinner prior to the flight, but the rudeness of both of the two restaurants and their staff was worthy of the notoriety of NYC attitudes (which I don't generally see in mainstream NYC society)."

Avantatges: "Flights were on BA not Finnair"
Queixes: "Ba website did not work properly."

Avantatges: "Friendly crew"
Queixes: "Miserable, ancient entertainment system that had to be restarted 3 times"

Avantatges: "The flight was on time and all went as planned"
Queixes: "The in flight service was average"

Avantatges: "The only thing I liked was the ice cream that was served on the flight. And the Kerry Gold butter."
Queixes: "What didn't I like? I didn't like that I bought a ticket from Finnair, got emails from Finnair, for some reason couldn't check in early on the Finnair website, arrived at the airport, waited in the absurdly long check-in line for Finnair only to find out that they had no record of me and I wasn't flying Finnair. Actually, I was on an American Airlines flight."

Queixes: "My Finnair flight from London to New York was cancelled due to weather conditions in New York. I understand that. What made me very frustrated and angry is that when I contacted Finnair to reschedule the flight I was told the flight was managed by British Airways and I would have to contact them When I contacted British Airways they said it was a Finnair flight and I had to contact them. I finally had no recourse but to buy another ticket through another airline. I feel that I should be reimbursed for my Finnair ticket from London to New York! I paid for a flight I never took. (The Finnair flight from New York to London was fine.)"

Avantatges: "The staff was very nice and attentive. Boarding was timely and flight landed 30 minutes early."
Queixes: "Long flight with no screens on the back of the seats with personal entertainment options. Furthermore, I had a middle seat and my shoulders kept knocking into my neighbors. Worst of all, my seat didn't incline as far as the people on either side of me. Sleeping is already hard on a plane, and this made it way worse...not to mention my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the whole time."

Queixes: "Traten de no usar esa aerolínea, me dejaron tirado 2 veces en USA, me tocó comprar un vuelo con otra aerolínea para regresar a mi país, son mediocres y altaneros en el Counter de Raleigh, me trataron pésimo."

Avantatges: "Airlines have no respect for customers anymore, planes are big buses with uncomfortable seating and little more. They nickel and dime you and punish you when you don't want to leave your salary with them."
Queixes: "Get rid of the caste system you have imposed and all the fees you want to charge for everything. More room for real people, not seating for leprechauns. Better boarding procedures. Pretty much everything could be better but they have no interest in making it better just charg as much as they can."

Avantatges: "Crew was not friendly and gathered in the rear galley complaining about their job and customers. The seat was not comfortable at all."

Queixes: "Most everything could have been better. All phases were far below average."

Avantatges: "Nothing!!! This was a horrible flight experience!!! I will never use American Arilines again especially their Barcelona connections."
Queixes: "I would never use American Airlines again. Horrible service at the check-in service at Barcelona Airport. I travel around the world for work and each year I fly to more than 12 international locations but never had a horrible experience like this. My carry-on bag is 21” carry-on bag that I traveled in more than 20 countries for the past 3 years but American Airlines staff members at the check insisted that my carry-on bag does not fit the FAA regulations and they threatened me multiple times when I protested their attitudes. I am an avid traveler and I know my rights as a traveler but the American Airlines staff members were extremely rude and insisted that I have to check-in my carry-on bag. The real issue was that regardless of the size of the carry-on bags, they were forcing almost all passengers to heck-in their carry-on bags a clear indication of money-making scheme. When I protested their attitude, they threatened me saying that I pose a security risk and that they would not check me in but I stabbed my grounded insinuated that my bag fits the FAA regulations. I booked this flight from Bristish Airways and this was a code shared flight, I called British Airways in December 22nd and confirmed the measurements of my carry-on bag but when I told American Airlines about the Bristish Airways, they told me “they don’t care, this American Airlines not British Airways”. It was humiliating, it was disrespectful, and it was unacceptable!!!! At the end, I removed one sweater from carry-on and the issue was resolved but after this experience, I will never never fly with American Airlines and never recommend anyone to use American Arilines especially their Barcelona flights and connections."

Queixes: "Plane was late arriving from California because of mechanical problems. Then we sat on JFK runway waiting to take off. Pilot said we'd be taking off in about 9 minutes. A half hour later we took off. In the middle of the flight a loud horn went off in the cabin. It lasted for about 20 seconds. It was really quite alarming given the earlier mechanical problems. No explanation ever given."

Queixes: "To start, I had paid extra to upgrade to a seat with more leg room only to find I had been reassigned to the back of the plane. This was after I had already done an online check-in for the appropriate seat. Then I was told by the AA agent at the desk that my upgrade was in the system but that it was “fake”. Apparently the money I paid two months before was no good on this flight. I was traveling with my boyfriend and they would not allow us at the same counter because we were not married. After much haggling we were finally able to rectify the situation. Horrible start. Then, once on the plane, the in- flight entertainment system as well as the lights broke right before take off so there was nothing to watch or see for an almost 8 hour flight."

Avantatges: "great staff making you feel like home. flight on time,definitely recommend to all."

Queixes: "Even on a big ole B777 you better upgrade to bigger seats"

Avantatges: "Personal screen with all recent movies at no charge, my flight was almost 8 hours and I received four times meals and snacks"

Queixes: "Nuestro vuelo tuvo un atraso que nos hizo perder la Conexión en Miami , el personal en Bogota muy descortés y no nos dieron soluciones. El supervisor Mauricio Velez fue desatento y grosero la única solución que nos dieron fue conectar en un vuelo de Delta que supuestamente salía 8:10 am y con sorpresa al llegar a Miami nos dimos cuenta que era 8:10 pm. Pésimo servicio"
