Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Queixes: "como em todas as companhias aereas na aeronave de tamanho medio para distancias curtas, a configuracao na classe executiva é 3 assentos por fila dos quais apenas 2 sao ocupados. isto nao dá para entender pois o conforto é muito ruim. a distancia entre assentos é pior do que em qualquer voo a longa distancia na classe economica plus. so viajei na classe executiva pois foi a conexao de um voo do Brasil para Portugal. senao seria absolutamente desnessario pagar a grande diferenca de preco para receber um beneficio muito pequeno."

I found this to be very odd since I booked a multi-city flight through Kayak. I was also unable to use TSA pre-check with Alitalia, which was inconvenient."

Queixes: "The entire experience, employees did not listen, the counters were not manned, I was blocked by an irate customer who missed his flight the previous day . I was in line over an hour to check and was not allowed to check in before they closed my flight at 5:23 behind a customer who was yelling. I spent the next 3 hours yelling in Spanish trying to get rescheduled o a flight, was forced to pay in cash and file a form . Not great help when there was about 200 people in the customer service line"

Queixes: "the flight was extremely late leaving Palermo which made my wife and I mis-connect in Rome. This was unacceptable since there were no weather issues. The plane was just a few minutes late arriving into Palermo, but it was extremely late leaving for Rome. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency to get the plane boarded. People were boarding the plane up to 45 minutes after the plane should have departed. I will try to plan better and use Ryanair in the future."
Avantatges: "The airline decided to change the plane so everyone could not fit. As a result, we have been changed to a new flight but a different airport. This is an incredibly poor airline and this type of service should not be allowed nor acceptable."

It's not even a flat fee for the luggage it's by waeight and I had to go back and forth to a different counter for weight, then to pay, then back to drop off the luggage. One person at the counter should be able to do that one transaction.. it's such a waste of time. I will never fly this airline again."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed one hour by an unknown issue and boarding staff did not communicate at the gate. Some of the passengers were boarded then the rest of the passengers were left standing in line at the gate for a prolonged period of time. Boarding staff did not address the passengers while we waited. We did not know how serious the issue was while we waited, if we were going to be allowed to board, or if the flight was going be cancelled. Just before boarding the issue was attributed to a passenger from the previous flight who was in a wheelchair and required assistance. Would have been nice to know while we waited."
Avantatges: "Warned about Ryanair and the strict luggage rules, I made sure to follow the bag weight and size dimensions to the letter."
Queixes: "I saw LOTS and LOTS of people bringing much bigger carry on wheelie bags well over the "restricted size". Same with the under seat bag. Irritating since I spend a lot of money on the correct bags since all my own bags were slightly bigger than those allowed. No one checked bag sizes or weights. What a waste."

Queixes: "They send repeated emails pushing you to upgrade your seat or to pay for your carry-ons. They try to scare you into spending more money. I received several emails stating I would have to pay higher fees to check my carry-on at the gate. I opted not to pay as they insisted so I was worried the entire trip. Was not charged at the gate as the emails started. They have good prices on Sears but try to make it up in fees."

When we are traveling, we don't always have wi fi access, specially in London, so we were unable to check in online, causing us to have to pay 50 pounds per person plus 35 per bag. I would never recommend this airline to anybody, not even to my worst enemy. This is a thief company, robbing you the money you try to save by flying with them!!!!"

Avantatges: "We flew Rome to Barcelona and we're scheduled to come back to Rome and then fly back to the states. Besides being able to change our flight to go from Barcelona back to the states (with Norwegian) due to changes in plan, we would have considered booking through another airline. Yes, it really was that bad! Food was fine but you have to pay extra for all of it."
Queixes: "My bag touched the top of the bag screening box for carry-on but otherwise fit and would have fit FINE in the overhead compartment. But NO. I got to pay €50 instead and have them check it. Literally for touching the top but still fitting inside fine. Worst legroom ever. Terrible. I had a middle seat and elbows digging into me on both sides. Awkward! Online check-in automatically selects for one person to be in the front and one person in the back unless you pay more to sit together. Unless you pay the fee you cannot sit with someone you're traveling with. Bathroom broken on flight and only one stall available. Long wait! No pouches in the seat in front of you-- kind of annoying... Staff seemed burnt out and ready to get off the plane. I totally could empathize. Maybe it was because we were heading to Barcelona, but major party crowd who was pretty rowdy on the flight. People standing in the aisles blocking the flight attendants, people sitting on each other's laps some and being loud-- kind of like being on a party bus. Will for sure be telling friends to avoid this airline no matter the price-- not worth saving a few bucks for the discomfort and hidden fees. DON'T FLY this airline if you have kids. Your 5 year old will probably get a middle seat at the back of the plane while you're in the front unless you want to pay extra for everyone to sit together. DON'T FLY this airline if you have American sized carry on luggage. They don't care about your American sized luggage. Whatever the baggage guidelines are, subtract some because that's what they REALLY mean. Get the tiny hard case Euro suitcase if you want to carry on a bag. Otherwise the fee is very high! DON'T FLY this airline if you are over 6 feet tall or have long legs. Ok, they let you stand most of the flight anyway. You'll feel better on another airline. If you can spend an extra 15, do it and AVOID this one."
Queixes: "I didn't like that the originally fairly cheap price became higher and higher to provide minimal comfort and service. 30-35 euros per bag, paid ahead of time, is a ridiculously high price to charge in addition to the flight cost. Middle seats unless you are willing to pay more. Not even a drink on the plan unless you are willing to pay. etc etc. It is EXTREMELY inconvenient not to provide a paper ticket. I was unable to print a boarding pass as I was away from home. At the check-in I was not given a paper boarding pass, and then when I got to the entrance area, my phone would not work to show the boarding passes electronically. Ryan Air's website was impossible to navigate to find my boarding passes, taking me literally about a half hour to figure out. This delayed our entry tremendously. On the flight out from Barcelona to Rome my son was allowed to carry on his skateboard plus one small other carryon. On the flight back, he was NOT allowed to take the board through security, and was told he was too late to check the board. This turned out not to be true, but we were not informed of this at check-in, again seriously delaying our boarding. Luckily we had arrived at the airport way too early, and this worked to our advantage given Ryan Air's incompetence. The next day we flew home on Swiss Air - what a pleasant difference to fly on a real airline! No issues, lots of help, etc. etc."

Queixes: "The plane was late and boarding was delayed by an hour and a half which caused us to pay a late check in at our hotel. Boarding was not an easy, seamless process. They made me put my backpack up top, but at least it gave me lots of legroom. Having a mandatory check in several hours before your flight to avoid a fee for "normal" check-in seems not customer friendly."

Queixes: "First they asked us to be at the airport 3 hours before the flight, sadly the staff did t arrive and didn't open the ticket counter until 2 hours before the flight. Secondly, you need to print your boarding pass prior to arriving. I did my check in online and paid for a checked bag which what's $58. The employee asked to see the boarding pass on my way phone, obviously it wasn't pulling up this time. We had to pay 15€ per ticket just to print them. That to me is rediculous. The on the flight, they will not take any credit card that isn't European and they are the first airline to accept cash onboard. Overall our experience was horrible. You would think after making us wait in line for over and hour they wouldn't charge is to PRINT the tickets. This airline is perfect for someone traveling by themselves with only a carry on and having access to a printer."
Queixes: "Disorganized. Stand in line 3 times. The fare should includes bags or state that when booking for flight. Was not show we have to pay for seat assigment."
Queixes: "Awful experience. Could not print boarding passes online and tried to pull them up at the airport, but there was no internet connection. Staff was incredibly rude and tried to make us pay $50 to print on site. Finally downloaded the passes (which, by the way, we had to obtain at least 24 hrs in advance - an easy email to miss). "Priority boarding" (also paid extra for) was a joke. Everyone had to get on a bus to arrive at the plane, and no order was kept, so it was basically a free-for-all to board the plane (lots of flying elbows). As a result, the overhead space by our seats (second row) was filled and we had to put our bags much further back (again defeating the purpose of "priority boarding"). Upon arrival to our destination, there was zero indication that our checked bag would be at completely different terminal. It took going through lost and found and 2 information folks to find the correct baggage claim area (and another go through security). All in all, a terrible experience. Not worth the extra $$ we may have saved. AVOID!!!"
Avantatges: "The price was the best thing out of this whole experience. Two tickets from Barcelona to Rome were 44 euros. If you check-in online it's free otherwise you have to pay 45 euros at the airport. Also if you stay within the baggage limit you don't have to pay for the luggage allowance. We didn't pay to pick seats and we were sit next to each other (most likely because we check-in online a day before)."
Queixes: "Boarding was slow and chaotic. Very cramped seats. You are literally sitting on top of each other. Also, the plane was very hot. They don't give you any snacks. If you want anything to eat or drink you have to purchase it. At times the crew ignored passengers. If you are looking for comfort and friendliness this is not the airline for you."

Queixes: "Not being able to have mobile boarding pass is stressful.. almost missed flight due to communication while checking in. I would not like to fly this airline again through Europe due to this inconvenience. Very disappointed and will choose EasyJet next time."

Queixes: "This flight was about the 5th leg of our European trip. I attempted several times to complete the early check in on the website so that we would save the fee of checking in later at the airport but I was unable to. We left our hotel 4 hours prior to the flight departure because the metro ride was 1 hour to the Barcelona airport. Next, we waited in line at the airport and were then told to go wait in another line and pay 50 euros each for the airport check-in. Then, our flight was delayed so we got to spend a whole day of our vacation in the Barcelona airport! What a waste of valuable time for us. Next tour of Europe I will gladly spend up to $400 more for a reliable flight on a different airlines. Time is more valuable, especially vacation time!"
Queixes: "Tardiness! I have taken 2 different flights and BOTH were late! Also, the terminal is located a large distance from the main terminal AND finally, you r not told your gate number until less than an hour before. UNACCEPTABLE. I do not want to wander and shop in the stores and restaurants. I want to go directly to my gate and sit and read or text. The baggage limit is a giant money grabber as well. You folks are gouging your customers."

Queixes: "The system for check in very difficult getting response for some questions impossible it took over an hour to check in on line. I found the experience very stressful. Will not fly Ryan Air again. I was told by staff check in yourself or pay 44 euro each there were 2 of us. Both in our 80 s. No kindness at all from check in staff."

Queixes: "Why do you have to go to one counter to pay for your checked bag then another to actually check it in? Flight was delayed. Flight was full so I had to check my carry on bag. Took way longer overall than expected and costs more than expected"

Queixes: "I had to jump through hoops to print a boarding pass even though I had Ryanairs app with a mobile boarding pass. 3 hours of my Sat and Sunday in Barcelona were spent searching for an open copy/print shop. Would have been nice to know more than 48 hours before my flight. I get to the airport after not finding a print shop, expecting to pay through the nose for them to print the tickets for me and they say I didn't even need it. They supply the boarding pass. Wow. The boarding is a joke. They don't board in zones, so the line was literally 180 people long. I wasn't even in the back of the line and it still bothered me. Now let's get to the plane, again, staff and pilot were great. The seats have NO leg room. I have long legs and it was miserable. No seat back pocket to put things. No recline on the seats. The aisle way sagged everytime someone walked past me, leaning my seat toward the aisle. I know, I know, you get what you pay for. This flight I paid for a lesson. That lesson being never never never ever ever ever fly Ryanair again. I would gladly pay a little more money to save my poor knees from being in that position again."
Queixes: "My 81 year old father was asked at the final hour to measure his carry on luggage right before loading the bus on the tarmac to take us to the plane. They had already looked at it at check in. They pulled him out of line after he handed over his passport and then told him they were going to charge him for his carryon because it was too big. He place it in the measuring device and it fit so it was not too big. They ended up not charging him but the experience was very unpleasant."
Avantatges: "Good value for the money. Quick check in and good seating order."
Queixes: "The seats don't recline and the arms are hard plastic so it was an uncomfortable flight."

Queixes: "first, they had a fee not well explained in the areas of bookings about check in and luggage. 40 euros per person just because we did not checked in on their app. we where not the only persons that had the same problem. about 6 other couples presented with same. plane had difficulties, nothing to drink, plane was delayed and very inconfortable. not recommended at all."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed an hour but we were not told once about any delay. They had us stand in line at boarding time and then wait for forty minutes. They did not address the delay until the end of the flight."

Queixes: "I have never flown in less comfortable seats and with less room. During this trip I also flew Vueling and Easyjet. Both were much more comfortable. Maybe Ryanair should calculate how much fares would have to rise if they made things a little more comfortable."

Queixes: "Not much TO like. The biggest problem was having our luggage LOST for 90 mins after arriving at Rome. How does the plane lose our luggage on a DIRECT flight? And in that time items disappeared from one of our suitcases. Specifically, $60 U.S. And a set of Bluetooth wireless earphones. My fault I know for putting cash in a checked bag, but I KNOW they were in there when we left Barcelona. Just a huge lack of respect by their employees.But having to wait 90 mins to retrieve our luggage was just uncalled for. Also, having the flight crew acting like street vendors trying to sell items during the flight was very low class. I know you get what you pay for, but it felt very cheesy and unprofessional to have them moving thru the plane hawking wares."
