Queixes: The tv didn’t work throughout the whole flight. Very uncomfortable seats

Avantatges: Servicio, excelente igual que el personal muy atentos

Queixes: Trasbordo en Sao Pablo, fue de imprevisto por problemas con el aeropuerto

Avantatges: Due to my religious faith I had booked special meals on Turkish Airlines. ( isegnent - Turkey to Washington DC ). Not only did the crew decline having my food reservation but they forced me to have food totally against my faith. Not sure if he airlines is biased against religions

Queixes: Hon our food reservation Provide food as initially requested Unbiased attitude.

Queixes: No entertainment. New airport in Instanbul not efficient. 30 minutes everytime of taxi after landing and before take off. Flight as usual 40 minutes in delay.

Avantatges: Crew was excellent, meals were excellent.

Queixes: More seating space but that won't happen.

Avantatges: comfortable seat, friendly staff

Avantatges: Easy check in, and kindly personnal

Queixes: Maybe consider some upgrades when its possible

Avantatges: Very pleasant and professional crew.

Avantatges: Crew had christmas ware on.

Queixes: Food did not taste good. Better wine.

Avantatges: THE WAY THE PLANE IS LOADED WITH SEATS IN BACK LOADED FIRST AND FRONT SEATS LOADED LAST SO DON'T HAVE TO FIGHT THROUGH ALL THE PASSENGERS BLOCKING FRONT AREA

Queixes: FOOD IS MOST TASTELESS OF ANY AIRLINE FOOD WE'VE EVER HAD ON THE MANY AIRLINES WE'VE BEEN ON AROUND THE WORLD

Queixes: Check-in with Gol can be a nightmare. Long waits

Queixes: I had two USB chargers at my seat, but neither worked :(

Queixes: Their international flights are all supposed to be on the 737 Max, but since that aircraft is currently grounded, the international flight was on a 737 intended for use on shorter domestic flights.

Queixes: Not a lot of legroom. There was no in flight entertainment and the flight service was just mediocre.

Avantatges: La puntualidad

Queixes: Comida, entreteniemiento

Queixes: Punctuality. More than one hour of delay

Queixes: O check in em guarulhos é péssimo e mal organizado. Mais de 40 minutos na fila, mesmo na fila do passageiro frequente.

Queixes: I have not had my flight GRU - SSA because I'm stuck in Buenos Aires in Aerolíneas Argentinas Hell

Avantatges: Flights were on time

Queixes: One little cookie for snack is nothing. Planes are old. Seats are uncomfortable. The movies app doesn’t work very well and it requires subtitles available for non English speakers

Avantatges: Food.

Queixes: It took 1.5 hours to leave the tarmac in NYC. We just sat there with little communication.

Queixes: Bad

Queixes: Check in seemed to take awhile even though when we arrived there were only a couple of people in front of us. They had multiple staff but seemed to have issues getting the computers to work or it took very long for the staff to log into the systems.

Queixes: The crew were more concerned with having their lunch than taking care of customers

Queixes: Strange use of curtains upfront during flight. I was asked to check my carryon for free to help out with boarding, but then had to wait longer to get the bag in baggage claim. It was the last bag of my checked bags to show up. Checked carryon bags should have a higher priority to return.

Avantatges: This non-stop flight was wonderful. The aircraft is comfortable, the whole flight was smoothly, even though it's fifteen hours flight.
