Queixes: non-brazirian customer can pay service fee (i.e. seat-selection,baggage) on Azul websaite.

Avantatges: Polite and friendly crew. Comfortable seats, new plane.

Queixes: Definitely the food could be better. It was tasteless.

Avantatges: Crew was nice. Seat was broken for recliner.

Queixes: Having parents with infants board with or after those needing assistance. It was an inconvenience having a fussy infant wait in a long line. We had bassinet seats so boarding first would not have slowed the seating process.

Queixes: Awesome experience on Qatar Airways... will definitely fly with them again!!!

Queixes: Under 2 babies did not get enough milk They should have baby food items cereals, crackers or baby foods options

Queixes: Both flights delayed which meant I missed my connecting flight. Stuck in Rome airport for several hours with no information about rescheduled flight. Finally figured it out with help of Rome airport information desk.

Queixes: Customer service need more improvement they should know how to handle things . Just be courteous is. More than enough

Avantatges: crew was so kind and lovely with our daughter

Queixes: food was fairly rough from Doha and the wine options in economy on all flights were terrible

Avantatges: We were able to get to our destination safely without incident. Plenty of space for overhead baggage.

Queixes: The boarding process was confusing, no announcements in English, so we didn’t understand what was happening. Land crew was great, but the flight crew passed over us for drinks, never came to pickup any trash. Seats were terrible, very uncomfortable for a 3.5 hour flight. Flight delayed 30 min. too.

Avantatges: Very reasonably priced.

Queixes: Despite the Santa Cruz airport only having two international flights leaving that night we started boarding 20 min after the scheduled departure time. The plane was at the gate 4:30 hours before the scheduled flight time.

Avantatges: Thank you BoA for holding our connecting flight so we could transit to Buenos Aires after our first flight was delayed and diverted

Queixes: The burocracy on the check inn for both flights, the clerk didn't know or was scared to make mistake so she was asking for things that I didn't need

Queixes: I think they should offer more water, it is a long trip and I was deshidrated

Avantatges: The entertainment was excellent, the seats very confortable

Queixes: Some of the crew members where “to green”, perhaps a bit more of experience is needed.

Avantatges: Excellent food choices, multiple meals, very fast boarding process, comfortable seats that recline much more than US domestic flights

Queixes: My movie was a bit dicey, but thankfully I wanted to sleep anyway

Queixes: Toilets needs air freshener as so many passengers use them.

Avantatges: Crew . Food . Service was great .

Queixes: O check in em guarulhos é péssimo e mal organizado. Mais de 40 minutos na fila, mesmo na fila do passageiro frequente.

Avantatges: Airport attendant spoke English well and it was easy to understand instructions and updates. Courteous and patient.

Queixes: nothing crosses my mind now.

Queixes: Comfort is terrible. Seats are very small, space is terrible even in the "comfort" area.

Avantatges: I appreciated the amount of movies offered as well as its variety. I also liked how often they brought drinks and snacks. The airline crew was very helpful to passengers.

Queixes: The flight was delayed for hours in Delhi with no notice, making us spent the night at the airport. The flight was supposed to get to Abidjan around noon, but because of the delay, we missed the connection and the next available flight was the next day which would mean I missed my next flight and a work conference. In Delhi, the Ethiopian Airlines people assured me that it could be worked out in Addis, and that they could change my final destination to get me where I needed to go. However, in Addis, the employees were rude and did not even read the email that the Delhi people sent them. They would not do anything except send me to Abidjan the following day, which was useless since I already had to be in the US by then. The level of service is incredibly poor and disorganized, with many people having to wait for hours to even talk to someone and no information about what needs to be done. In the end, i had to purchase a new ticket to get to my destination. Had I known this was the case in Delhi, and that i would have to purchase a new ticket, I would have done so in Delhi rather than waiting all night and going to Addis. I fly very often and this is both the worse experience and service I’ve ever experienced on a flight, and they weren’t even able to get me to my destination.

Avantatges: From Doha to lax my assigned seat was 20K and some Isidore changed it before I arrived to Doha. Then I called in to get another window seat and likely got 29K. When entering the aircraft another moron changed to to 38E. I’m so definitely getting my refund for this customer service/ flight !

Queixes: The flight actually leaving on time and not half an hour late.

Avantatges: Nice crew, easy on line and airport check in. Flight slightly delayed but arrived on time.

Queixes: The San Andrés airport was way too small for all the passengers. People sitting in the aisles, clogging up fire exits, Very unsafe. The AC was too low, locals were fanning themselves. Gate was changed, crowds pushing to line up. I’ve never wanted to get on a plane and OUT of the airport so much.
