Queixes: Too hot in the plane - was far too hot. too late the drink...after I eaten.

Avantatges: Seats were ok but they often were out of vege options

Queixes: I wanted to upgrade to business class but the process was problematic— had to be done at transfer desk not at gate — after i had been thru security ☹️ Discouraged ne from trying

Avantatges: Good service by crew.

Queixes: Online check in was not working which meant long line to check in at airport.

Avantatges: Crew amazing, seats were comfortable.

Avantatges: Seats were super comfortable!

Avantatges: Yes. Very cooperative crew

Queixes: Aircraft is worn out (Seats, interior, etc.). Could use some maintenance

Avantatges: The airplane was clean and nice The flight attendants were kind The kit (toothbrush lip balm, etc) provided was nice

Queixes: The seats are close together so there's not as much legroom as other airlines I've flown in Brazil. There was no in flight entertainment. The snacks were mediocre at best. The gate was changed at the last minute so it was a little confusing.

Queixes: Not a lot of legroom. There was no in flight entertainment and the flight service was just mediocre.

Queixes: Avoid delays and communicate better about the delays

Queixes: Landed 45 min ago (with a 45 min delay) and still no luggage.

Avantatges: Seats very comfortable with plenty of room. Crew very friendly and helpful.

Queixes: The little crackers they serve taste like cardboard.

Avantatges: Very pleasant and professional crew.

Avantatges: Close to nothing. If i had to applaud something it would be the fact that you have an option to check in early via your mobile or laptop.

Queixes: LATAM was incredibly unprofessional, alarming, and entirely non-communicative. After a 3 hour delay that caused me (and tons of others) to miss a connecting international flight, LATAM’s telephone servers had the nerve to claim I was a no show and needed to pay them for my absence. This resulted in a long discussion where I was held on hold until they could adequately determine that yes i missed the flight because they held us late. This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”

Avantatges: Foot rest in coach

Queixes: Airline reservation staff is rude. LATAM smart phone app not integrated with their systems properly

Queixes: Low cost, no frills, but on time. It's what we want and they delivered that today.

Avantatges: The seat isn't confortable. The head rest isn't adjustable. The power outlets was not working at all.

Queixes: Better seats with adjustable head rest and functional power outlets.

Avantatges: Este lanche da Happy Hour é um bom diferencial. Muito bom.

Queixes: Houve atraso na partida devido a uma menina desacompanhada que teve que desembarcar e pelo jeito, não por culpa dela ou dos pais e sim da companhia. Lamentável.

Avantatges: Airport attendant spoke English well and it was easy to understand instructions and updates. Courteous and patient.

Queixes: nothing crosses my mind now.

Queixes: The crew were more concerned with having their lunch than taking care of customers

Avantatges: The flight left and arrived on time, which is always nice.

Queixes: the seat was a little old and the cabin was a little smelly but was okay when the AC was turned on.

Avantatges: The seats and plane were comfortable

Queixes: Baggage options were not indicated properly on the travel agent ticket, nor during check-in

Avantatges: Easy access to entertainment via my phone

Queixes: Their international flights are all supposed to be on the 737 Max, but since that aircraft is currently grounded, the international flight was on a 737 intended for use on shorter domestic flights.

Avantatges: Crew and baggage people were very nice.

Queixes: Sao Paulo to Floripa flight, did not pay for baggage. Floriap to Sao Paulo, paid 60 Real. I bought ticket through Kayak. Am 100% sure that I picked 1 bag for baggage claim. I don't understand how GOL missed that!!! It did not say on Kayak receipt. Am very angry!! Want refund of 60 Real!!!!!

Queixes: Checkin crew had very little knowledge of laws and almost avoided my nephew to board the plane even with proper documentation. Flight was delayed more than an hour. Poor communication to explain why

Queixes: I've flown a lot and on a lot of different airlines budget or otherwise, and in my opinion this is the worst of the lot. Poor communication at the gate improper signage for departures, unprecedented delays with constantly shifting boarding times and gates. Little to no sympathy from staff just a complete plane wreck of an airline. Would never fly again.
