Troba vols barats a Porto

Queixes: Hidden fees everywhere with this airline as well as smaller than usual carry-on requirements. My carry-on that fit everywhere else but cost me an extra 40 euros to check with this airline. Also a young women was told at the check-in counter that her carry-on was acceptable but at the gate was told different. They then preceded to demand 60 euros cash as a penalty. Just wasn't right.

Avantatges: Low cost

Queixes: Have to carry any carry-on luggage up the metal stairs in any weather, up to plane. Same thing after landing.

Avantatges: The friendly flight attendants.

Queixes: Unfriendly check in agent and having to pay for everything including being able to sit next to my husband makes it not worth their "affordable" fares. Note: print out your boarding card and check in prior to arriving to airport, otherwise it's an additional $40/pp.

Avantatges: We printed the boarding passes a week prior and we were ready to go! However Volotea emailed us 24 hours prior to tell us some information had changed and we had new boarding passes. We were worried that we had to pay extra as we were already traveling and could not print the new boarding passes. It was no problem! We downloaded the app and the crew just scanned the app boarding passes. It was a huge relief.

Avantatges: Salio tarde, pero como falsean el tiempo de vuelo siempre llega puntual, personal antipatico....

Queixes: Inventaron el trafico aereo de ganado humano y sacan lo peor del mismo en cada viaje.

Avantatges: Nada

Queixes: Me cobraron 60 Euros por imprimir 3 Boarding Pass que tenía en mi teléfono pero no me los aceptaban, pagué la bodega de 4 valijas grandes pero además a último momento me cobraron 25 Euros por el Carry on y en la escalera del avión me obligaron a despacharla a bodega a pesar que tenía una computadora adentro. Muy mala predisposición, Muy monetaristas, NO VIAJO NUNCA MÄS POR RYANAIR

Avantatges: Italian /Irish air hostess fabulous with annoying customers, bless her she handled everything so well, I would have thrown them off

Queixes: I paid 20 euro each for extra leg room on the way out and we were cramped into a seat across from toilet at the v back so for 4 half hours there was nothing but tits and ass in my face and it was so tight could hardly move that milk spilt all over my good trousers that cost me 160 euro and I can’t get out

Queixes: A printed boarding pass is required, however, no where at the airport to print them. The second rep took pity on us and wrote out boarding passes. The first rep couldn't care less.

Avantatges: Crew was very nice and the plane was comfortable

Queixes: There were no outlets nor entertainment, and boarding was a little long

Avantatges: On time, smooth and professional

Queixes: Nothing - the best part of this flight is that is so short :)

Avantatges: Boarding was quick (bus to aircraft and stairs), the ticket was cheap, just your average Ryanair flight!

Queixes: Al regreso a Madrid, por suerte no hubo retrasos exagerados como en el trayecto Madrid-Copenhague pero supongo que por las condiciones logísticas de Ryanair, es necesario acceder al avión caminando, este no es el problema . Me pregunto: Cómo es posible que alguien no piense en que no pueden exponer a personas donde pueden estar incluidos niños, bebés, personas mayores a estar en la intemperie bajo una temperatura de - 2 grados centígrados esperando para entrar a un avión donde las personas tienen que acceder por una escalera y nadie de esta compañía sea capaz de organizar un acceso por grupos y que el resto de personas vayan quedando dentro del aeropuerto mientras otros ya han subido. Esta compañía está tan acostumbrada a trabajar mal que supongo que ninguna queja tendrá el mínimo efecto... llego a esta conclusión cuando después de 13 minutos en esta situación en la pista del aeropuerto, logramos entrar al avión y David, parte del crew del vuelo PR 606 me dice después de yo decirle que como no son capaces de organizar esta situación tan lógica respondiendo “ pues no vueles con nosotros .... “ Esto es Ryanair Espero que si momondo pregunta esta encuesta sirva para algo y no caiga en los mismos errores.

Queixes: El vuelo salió con una hora y 10 minutos de retraso, de los cuales 20 minutos los pasamos en la fila de embarque y el resto sentados en el avión. Un desastre.

Avantatges: Flight reservation was cancelled at airport - gate agents could not allow us to board. We were told reservation had been cancelled.

Queixes: Refused to sell ticket from start or at least receive a cancellation ticket for the flight

Avantatges: It felt like a top airline, fast boarding, great service.

Queixes: Include the baggage fee in the price of the ticket

Queixes: The seats cannot recline. They were stiff as a board. Completely uncomfortable! No complimentary drinks, not even watter!?

Queixes: Three hour delay. Seats are so uncomfortable

Queixes: Barcelona airport was a mess. They lost my bag with half of the plane bags and they didn’t even update the bag status online or call me when it arrived

Queixes: This sucked.

Queixes: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Queixes: The flight was delayed because of meteorological issues, and the time we had to wait on the plane could be minimized with some food and water

Queixes: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Avantatges: Seat had very little cushion.

Avantatges: The captain had such a good sense of humour.. he was the most lighthearted captain ever- praise to all crew onboard and also amazing to the passengers.

Queixes: Nothing it was perfect for Ryanair.. always getting better
