Queixes: "For the first time ever an airline lost my luggage. I fly several times a year and thus was my firat time flying Iberia. What a headache and inconvenience."

Queixes: "My flight was cancelled and I had to wait in the Madrid airport for seven hours before getting a new flight and retrieving my luggage (five for the new booking, 2 for luggage). It's understandable that flights get cancelled due to weather, but the handling of re-accomodations should be much faster. Iberia did not have enough people to handle it and made no effort to bring in more help. Instead, workers were continually leaving. By the end, there were only two people helping the line of dozens of stranded travelers. I was very disappointed."

Iberia offered to check in my luggage so i can pick it up at my final destination, but my bag never made it. Had to wait two days woth no clothes or work items i needed in my luggage. Overall a very bad experience with iberia"

They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

Queixes: "The people from Iberia told us to pay what we had to pay and that they'll give us our money back when we return. They payed me only for the taxi but for anything else. I lost more money than I was expecting and the people returnung the miney back to its clients were so disrespectful I really donmt want to use Iberia again."

Upon arrival to US customs, was told I was not on the passenger list (thus clearing customs was a bit touchy)."

Avantatges: "That I got to my destination as planned. I don't know who likes being cramped in a sit with strangers for 8 hours but it's obviously better than traveling by sea or land for such a long journey."

Avantatges: "Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Queixes: "I fee cheated because it is the first time that I have. to pay for luggage. In their website it states that the basic fare allows in check-in bag. They said to me that there are different categories of basic fare, which is not disclosed in their website. Additionally any seat change cost"

Queixes: "I upgraded at the airport to Executive class, which is really a bit of a scam to be honest. It’s just the first two rows of the plane and the middle seat kept free... the seats were no different to economy. Not worth the 109€ upgrade fee."

Queixes: "como em todas as companhias aereas na aeronave de tamanho medio para distancias curtas, a configuracao na classe executiva é 3 assentos por fila dos quais apenas 2 sao ocupados. isto nao dá para entender pois o conforto é muito ruim. a distancia entre assentos é pior do que em qualquer voo a longa distancia na classe economica plus. so viajei na classe executiva pois foi a conexao de um voo do Brasil para Portugal. senao seria absolutamente desnessario pagar a grande diferenca de preco para receber um beneficio muito pequeno."

Queixes: "a configuracao dos assentos na classe executiva desta aeronave sao 3 x 2 assentos, e os assentos nao recuam para uma posicao totalmente horizontal. isto foi um problema para mim pois durmo de barriga para baixo e nao foi possivel achar uma posicao confortavel para dormir. o sistema de entretenimento nao permite assistir e parar a qualquer hora desejada, o que nao foi problema pois o voo é de apenas 8 horas e depois do jantar ja deitei."

Queixes: "The boarding and bad experience at the departing gate was unprecedented!!! I am a gold & platinum traveler, due to millions of mileage flown for over 40 years. This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

Queixes: "Not even complimentary tap water offered. Horrific boarding method and rude staff shouting at people who were waiting patiently. Very likely they will take your carryon even if you comply with requirements, but after you go through the process of security, which is irritating. If they need space they should offer upon check in."

Queixes: "Took forever to check in. I know they were under strike at that time but then after waiting for so long and just making our flight, they sent my luggage to Seville Spain. It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I contacted via Facebook and email and basically just got the response of I have to wait until it arrives at the airport and the best advice they could give was to call the Seville airport. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

Randomly making you wait luggage before security, with add extra 30 mins to the security processes, not sympathy of staff even if flight people may miss their flight."

Queixes: "The plains are old and uncomfortable, very little space in between seats. The food wasn't good"

Avantatges: "The boarding was easy. Having a blanket and pillow at my seat."
Queixes: "The delay and short time between flights to get to gate and get through customs. Having no in flight entertainment for a 7.5 hour flight. There was not a vegetarian snack option for my daughter."

Avantatges: "The flight was easy to board when it was time. We left and arrived on time."
Queixes: "There was only one person initially checking people in. Then when there was a second person, she was going to make us move to the end of the other line after waiting 30 minutes. She did end up taking us, but it was only after conceding that."

Avantatges: "Boarding was delayed by almost 2 hours and the reason given in the terminal speakers was "due to a crew change". This delay was ignored by the captain and crew upon boarding the plane 2 hours later. Even a simple apology would have been nice. The crew seemed a bit tense and the service was ok, not more. Some symbolic compensation would have been in place."

Queixes: "They changed my flight by 24 hours, without ever sending a clear email telling me so. I missed my business class flight and had to book another crooks."

Queixes: "Charged 60 dollars for one suitcase they said they announced in the internet the day before. No email or any other notification. belt sign during the all flight for turbulences that neVer existed No food or water because of the sign No entertainment"

Queixes: "ALL food was sold to us. No movies."

Avantatges: "Flight left and arrived on time and seats were comfortable for airline seats."
Queixes: "Departing Madrid airport while watching my luggage sit on the tarmac. It turns out their was too much weight and some luggage had to be left behind for another flight. I did get my luggage 24hrs later thankfully."

Queixes: "The ads! No food. Nice new plane though!"

Avantatges: "Great price to value ratio, attentive crew, good food. Wifi available."
Queixes: "Older panes with no phone jack charging options. What's the use of Wifi if your battery runs low or dies. They have charging ports in Business Class. I don't remember the last time I was on a plane with at least phone charging ports."

Avantatges: "Price was great, flight crew very attentive, even the food was good."
Queixes: "The seats didn't have a port to charge phones. Older planes with antiquated tech. Monitors on back of seats were also outdated. Plane was late leaving Madrid."

Avantatges: "The flight was on time and it is the only direct option to get from Europe to Bolivia. I had to rebook my dates and the attention of Air Europe for this was Excellent!"

Queixes: "Flight was cancelled without explanation. We scheduled flight was also seriously delayed. Flight to Barcelona was siginifivantly delayed as well. Poor communication to the passengers. I'll never fly Air Europa again. Moreover, I'll recommend my friends to not fly this airline as well."

Avantatges: "The crew members were really nice. Five star treatment for economy travelers."
Queixes: "The plane is big and modern but lacks entertainment alternatives. They offer an IPad for rent for 10Euros. Not good."

Queixes: "Could not check-in 24 hours in advance. No free drink due to 1 hour flight; water would have been good."

Queixes: "There wasn't any entertainment. But this was a short flight, so was expected."

Avantatges: "People were all nice both on the ground and in the air"
Queixes: "It was a prop job, ground entrance and, because some passengers were delayed, we were 25 minutes late taking off. Problem was, as it wasn't close to the terminal, there was no AC and it got REALLY warm on board."

Queixes: "Space between seats is minimal. Over 1.80 m' may suffer."

Queixes: "We board to the plane via a bus. we were at the bus waiting to go to the plane for more than 10 minutes. A bit long, specially if you have been travelling already for a long time....like me (I was coming from Miami).The bus is not too comfortable....you have to stay still on your feet with a lot of people"

Avantatges: "You can always expect reliable and in time service with Avianca."
Queixes: "Outdated aircraft, limited space."

Avantatges: "Booked 1 month in advance... was treated unfairly"
Queixes: "I booked one month in asvance and was told that I would be a standby flyer.. even after explaining that I had an international connection flight in madrid. I did not appreciate the added stress this news gave me."

Avantatges: "The crew was cackling and having fun in the back loudly, meanwhile there was no communication with us as to why we were late or when we would be arriving. When I called one of them over she had no answers and when I told her about our connecting flight she giggled and said I probably wouldn’t make it. We missed our connecting flight and we’re rerouted 4 hours later. We’ve missed our boat to Venice and all we received was an 8 euro lunch voucher."
Queixes: "It would have been great to have left on time, arrived on time and caught our flight. I also would have been better if we hadn’t been laughed at and actually aided us to catch our flight."

Avantatges: "Well, I liked that I had the aisle seat."
Queixes: "It couldve not been 44 minutes late in take off. It was stressful because I reserved a shuttle that would've left me had I been an hour late. And there was no explanation; just copious waste of my time"

Avantatges: "I was glad that the staff was able to communicate in English. It helps when you're in a foreign country."

Queixes: "No funcionaba el USB de mi asiento, el 8C. Estaba roto"

Queixes: "La desorganización es ya endemico en Iberia Pir segundo vuelo consecutivo se han equivocado de asiento y me han dado el que no correspondia En este caso me han pasado de business a turista y con seis asientos vacios no me han cambiado"

Avantatges: "Today was a very early day and making a connecting flight in Madrid to Lisbon was very tight because of a gate change. I was totally convinced that the bags would not make it and they did. Very impressed with Iberia and the efficiency of the staff. The flights were pretty full and everything from take off to landing worked like a charm."
Queixes: "I thought when I made the reservation that I had booked two aisle seats but had not and it was hard to sit in the middle seat when you are claustrophobic. Thankfully the flights were short."

Avantatges: "Puntuales"
Queixes: "Durante el vuelo mucho ruido por parte de otros pasajerOs y ningún control por parte del equipo a bordo. Bastante molesto, sobre todo tomando en cuenta que era un vuelo de madrugada donde casi siempre de quiere dormir en el trayecto."

Queixes: "Estoy horrorizado. Iberia casi me deja sin poder embarcar por un error informático. Tenía billete Marsella - Madrid y Madrid -Santiago. Por algún error el sistema no había registrado mi billete de Marsella a Madrid, por l tanto automáticamente había anulado mi billete Madrid - Santiago. Esa situación no desea a nadie! Estoy indignado. Nunca hubiera imaginado que eso es posible!"

Avantatges: "The crew was great. We traveled with a two year old and they were very helpful."
Queixes: "It was a tight fit."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed 30 minutes, for no apparent reason; and therefore the connecting time at Madrid for me to get my flight to Chicago, which would have been 60 minutes if the flight was on time, was cut down to 30 minutes. And the terminal where the connection was was 25 minutes away -- and this doesn't include time for immigration at Madrid. I had to run all the way, break the queue, and made it though they had shut the gate and had to re-open it. The connections are poorly timed."

Queixes: "not sure why we left 30 mins late, we therefore arrived late in MAD and had to literally run to catch our overseas flight. Luggage left behind, no need to say"

Queixes: "they book flight connections too close in madrid, resulting in big hassles, especially if passport control is also involved"

Avantatges: "Staff is amazing!"
Queixes: "Seats are very small."

Avantatges: "Nothing, your flight selection does not flag incorrect airports."
Queixes: "When you book through an airline it will flag a different airport from the one you arrive at. We arrived at TFS and the return flight was through TFN. When I called customer service Iberia Airlines rejected any refund and I ended up spending three extra hotels nights and Flights on Air Europa. My total out of losses were nearly $1,500 USD"

Queixes: "Missed the flight and had to spend a few hours rebooking."

Avantatges: "More room than the flight from Miami to Madrid"
Queixes: "Finding the gate took a while. No drinks were given."

Queixes: "Never got this flight, got connection via Amsterdam to Berlin, but just because I organised it. No help from Iberia!"

Avantatges: "I got bumped to first in line after they wanted people with only small bags or backpacks to board first."
Queixes: "Not really a complaint about Iberia Express as an airline but I hate getting to Berlin Tegel. I took the bus, and it is so hard to stand up with all your luggage on those buses. It's that or a 20 euro taxi ride. At least Madrid airport has a railway line to get into the city."

Queixes: "Very poorly managed gate and service for Iberia. Long lines, no organization. Impossible to get any information."

Avantatges: "La cultura y el trato dado por los Españoles. El aeropuerto es muy bonito y todo está señalizado. Los restaurantes todos una belleza y unos sabores inigualables."

Avantatges: "Canceled reservation without any notice. Left me stranded at the airport. Horrible customer service"

Avantatges: "I got where I needed to go. The flight arrives on time despite taking off late."
Queixes: "There is no legroom. At 5'11, my knees were firmly dug into the back of the seat innfront of me. Flight attendant only offered coffee etc to half of the plane (?!?)."

Avantatges: "Comfortable seats"

Avantatges: "It's a medium distance flight. A couple hours. I thought the seats were extra small. I'm 212 lbs and fit pretty well but you;d have to be real Pete it's to find good real estate in those seat."

Queixes: "Boarding was rushed and seats were uncomfortable."
