Queixes: "Boarding was horrendous: they have the whole flight stand and wait to board! In Madrid, they called to initiate boarding and we stood for 15-20 min before anyone moved at all; business class was then called, and we ended up standing another 15-20 min in the jetway before being ushered into the plane! Even in business class, the entertainment system was poor it's difficult to use and my system froze entirely on the way to Madrid. It worked on the way back, but the selection was relatively limited and poor."

Queixes: "Absolutely everything. I paid for a seat only to get bumped to the very back of the plane. I waited in line for 30 plus minutes to talk to a gate agent who just ignored everyone in line. Their service is worse than United. You get what you pay for. I will never fly with these clowns again. And I want my $33 back for the seat I didn't get!!!!!"

Avantatges: "On my return flight to the United states, I got to fly with Iberia airlines. After flying my first segment with British airways, I wondered if the Spanish airline could keep up with BA's standards. Well, Iberia not only met the standards, but raised the bar! I am not sure if the fact that this was a day flight (unlike BA's red eye trip) or the fact that it took 2 more hours, but the crew served a full lunch, a snack AND a light meal, when with British i only received one full dinner and a morning snack."
Queixes: "I'm not sure if it's the European dryness, but though helpful, the flight crew did not looked friendly."
Queixes: "My ticket said operated by British Airways so after an hour of standing in line - why there were two agents baffles me-- I was told to go stand in the Iberia one. I went to a kiosk and it didn't recognize my flight, so I finally got ahold of someone. The night before I was unable to check in because their site had crashed, so there was no way for me to know where to go."

Queixes: "Really disappointed with a lack of service. On the 8 hour flight we had one meal service within an hour of take-off and one within an hour of landing. No water or checks or anything for almost 6 straight hours, unlike my prior flight. I had to finally get up and ask for water. Very disappointed."

Queixes: "The bus to the plane stayed fully packed at the terminal for several minutes. I heard several people start complaining about their heat. The crew at the terminal were brusque. Other than that, the flight was fine. I wasn't offered any food or drink, but once we were flying, there were no additional delays."

The queues for Passport checks were completely unruly - no single lines, the dividers were left wide rather than keeping people single file, people were then jockeying for position to get through- because most were now risking missing their flight, tempers flared. Everyone was angry. A very unpleasant airport experience. Which certainly lends itself to an unpleasant flight experience. People were so worked up the tension was palpable. A problem easily fixed, if only there was some care. The passport check attendants moved at a snails pace. It felt deliberate. In these trying times, I was not impressed."

Avantatges: "I like that it was a plane not so big, and there was more space between seats (more leg room) than in similar flights overseas in British Airways planes; the crew was always very friendly and the entertainment very good, lots of good movies to chose from!"

Queixes: "They forced us to check our bags at the gate even though we had an international connection to make in London--to continue flying to Chicago. As a result, we had to go through customs and security in London, and would have most definitely missed our connecting flight back home to the States if not for a woman in customs at Heathrow who let us cut to the front of the line. I will never fly Iberia again and will be lodging a formal complaint."
Avantatges: "Not once have I had a positive experience on American Airlines. I actually booked this ticket 4 times before finally receiving a fully confirmed itinerary. Only to get on the plane in SLC and sit on the tarmac for 90 minutes causing me to miss my connecting flight. The replacement flights I again missed because American couldn't find anyone to give the travel voucher to an airport an hour away for the replacement flight they booked. I've never seen a more consistently incompetent company."
Queixes: "On top of all of this, my bag is lost. I'm at my destination and have been for two days and American airlines all can't get me my luggage so I can start my vacation. This is the biggest joke of a company and I'm disgusted with their lack of accountability, responsibility for the problems they've caused and the insensitivity they've shown for their screw up."

Avantatges: "Volotea is a you get what you pay for service. The budgetness of the company can be annoying at times. If I pay for a snack can I get some water?"

Queixes: "Charged full fight fee, don't ask customers pay over size luggage penalty minutes before departure"
Queixes: "High baggage and other fees that are not publicized. Web site just says check bags start at 15 euro, actual price was over 50 euro."
Avantatges: "The only saving grace to this whole experience was the woman at the check in counter who was friendly and made small talk while checking our bags."
Queixes: "Honestly, I would consider myself well travelled but after this flight I wanted to rule out air travel from our future plans. The take off was bumpy, fast and uncomfortable. Handling the turbulence was unbearable and I had a full blown panic attack on the flight. I couldn't understand a word of the English announcements each time we hit turbulence. I felt unbearably sick but couldn't bring myself to get out of my seat. There was no food, no entertainment, and definitely no entertainment. I hope to never fly Volotea again."
Queixes: "the app is that that great, it gets stook. Also, they don't have any chance to change or re-schedule any flight."
Avantatges: "Boarding was like any other boarding, it went fine, but then we had to sit on runway for about 30 minutes or so. Not a huge deal. I keep myself busy on computer so flight went quickly."
Queixes: "Flight crew was not happy and they didn't even pretend to be. Seats were not comfortable at all and mine even had a huge tear in it so it just bugged my back side the entire flight. Food was not good at all! Salad smelled moldy. Oh yeah, and I ended up paying extra for my bags that were exactly the same as my husbands but he was not up charged. Between the c crew and the constant selling and up charges, I would rather pay more for a different company."

Queixes: "When i read the baggage rate, its only 20 euro, when i got there its 40 euro the lady told me its cheaper on line cuz i was there 6 hours early. I didnt know that i have to buy the baggage ahead of time. It would be nice if its highlighted in red when i bought the tix. Also i had to pay extra 30 euro bec i didnt chk in on line, seriously? What is the point of having a chk un counter? Also i was told to come back 2 hours before my flight . As i said i was there 6 hours eatly, when i came back the chk in on line is already closed. Im sure its a common problem , a lot if ppl paid extra and were complaining, they could have told us or have a sign there. Dont u think 30 euro is a lot to pay for not chking in? Is it only in europe? Its better when we book that ppl shld be warn of the pronlem, i paid extra 210 euro bec there are 3 of us plus the internet there suck at the airport , if you get in on the internet in 2 mins you are out or cant get in gor hours"

Queixes: "I booked an afternoon flight on Volta. They changed me weeks later to a morning flight. I told them I wanted to cancel my earlier flight and preferred a refund instead. I have never received credit for my cancellation."
Avantatges: "It was a quick flight."
Queixes: "They took me and my wife's carry on, that we had already stored in the over head cabins on 3 flights before this one and told me it was to big. Then they made me pay 120 Euros and asked me to take the bag out to the plane. When I got to the plane the men working with the suitcases said my bag was more than capabale of fitting overhead and let me take it up. So they charged me 120 Euros extra for nothing and only did this once they saw my American Passport."
Queixes: "Will never fly them again"

Queixes: "Missed our connection they did not accommodate at all Wanted to sell us another flight the next day My brother made the flight and him and his girlfriend had to pay 140 euros for carry on and boarding pass THEIR LOW PRICES ARE A SCAM BAIT SND SWITCH"

Queixes: "About 50 minutes late, hard landing, and worst of all they called us for boarding and we went out of the semi-comfortable terminal and STOOD in the HOT sun. Our plane hadn't even landed. We stood out there for 40 minutes. Voltea is even a worse version of Spirit Airlines"

Queixes: "There was zero communication from Volotea over 12 hours of being stuck when a flight was delayed. For a long time I thought the flight was cancelled. Now that I am trying to seek compensation via EU guidelines they are similarly evasive and not helpful."

Queixes: "Inappropriate behavior from the crew. One stewardess heavily flirting with a passenger, exchanging phone numbers. 45 minute delay while waiting to take off. Crew just chatted, laughed. Unacceptable to buy your snacks/drinks?!??"
Avantatges: "minimum fuss from beginning to end, and no bombarding by emails. their staff all handle carry-on luggage discreetly even when slightly over sized ... Compliments to Volotea."

Queixes: "Unfriendly check in agent and having to pay for everything including being able to sit next to my husband makes it not worth their "affordable" fares. Note: print out your boarding card and check in prior to arriving to airport, otherwise it's an additional $40/pp."

Queixes: "Due to delays we missed our flight. I emailed and got no response. Tried calling. Office was closed on Saturday. Went to their desk and no one was there. I would like to be reimbursed. I had to then pay for two tickets on Aegean Airline totalling $400.00"

Queixes: "Check in started at 9:05 and boarding was at 9:25, we arrived at the airport (which has 1 gate) at 9:10. There was no one at the check in counter until we asked the security guard for help. At 9:30, the Volotea attendant came back and said we were late and missed boarding and it would cost another 180 euro to get on the plane!! Beware!!! -They have a 20 kg or 44 lb weight limit instead of 50 and will charge you an additional 60 euro per bag of over 44 lbs! -Print your own boarding passes, they charge 20 euro per passenger if they have to print it at check in. -There are fees all over the place, it is a SCAM!"

Queixes: "The Volotea website was very poorly run and thus, we accidentally booked the flight on the wrong date, due to the way the calendar was loaded on the site. We entered the correct date, but somehow we still received flights for 5 days after the date we needed. We tried to change them at the airport, and after being sent to 2 different ticket counters, we ended up paying an additional $420 to get the flights we needed. Therefore, each flight from Athens to Mykonos was over $400 each. It was ridiculous and I will NEVER fly this airline again."
Queixes: "Hidden fees everywhere with this airline as well as smaller than usual carry-on requirements. My carry-on that fit everywhere else but cost me an extra 40 euros to check with this airline. Also a young women was told at the check-in counter that her carry-on was acceptable but at the gate was told different. They then preceded to demand 60 euros cash as a penalty. Just wasn't right."
Avantatges: "Everything in the plane felt new, crew was friendly, efficient."

Avantatges: "Volotea flight was good and I would fly Volotea again but checking in at the Santorini Airport is Chaos for all airlines Santorini Airport needs to organize the check in area with better barriers especially for the very long line of psgrs lining up for security Without barriers it's unclear where the line ends and where those joining the line should go therefore causing a lot of confusion and people trying to bud in"
Avantatges: "We printed the boarding passes a week prior and we were ready to go! However Volotea emailed us 24 hours prior to tell us some information had changed and we had new boarding passes. We were worried that we had to pay extra as we were already traveling and could not print the new boarding passes. It was no problem! We downloaded the app and the crew just scanned the app boarding passes. It was a huge relief."
Avantatges: "Nothing, flight was cancelled 6 months ago and I still have not received my refund."

Avantatges: "The cabin crew don't know their job and don't care about security! They separate my husband and I from our children. They changed our seats, because they 2 people previous to us were too elder to seat at emergency exit. So we got stuck seating at emergency exit and away from our children! Who will put the emergency mask on my children now in case of emergency Volotea airline ?! Learn your job as flight attendant!"
Avantatges: "Errrm...that we actually got to Palermo alive, that was nice."
Queixes: "Kind of sneaky with the hand luggage, you may well have the guidelines in small print somewhere, but you really should allow people to check their bags in online before the flight, as opposed to paying 80 euro per bag, so 160 euros for two bags that didn't even weigh 10kgs each. RyanAir would have been able to fly us the same trip for that alone, with bags! Then when we were boarding, both of our seats were taken - the flight attendant said "Welcome to Italy". So, that's our story. In a nutshell, overpriced, and didn't get the seats on our boarding passes..."

Queixes: "attendant in the check in was horrible. not nice, rood, when we tried to ask questions at the end told us "bye" and called next. prices are high for luggage check in, the standard size of the hand luggage is very small and not fair. plain was very very old. overall, bad experience."

Queixes: "A poor todler who was crying because his ears were hurting. Flight attendant did everything she could."
Queixes: "We were stuck in the security check and immigration but got to the gate 15 minutes before the flight. As we were arriving at the gate, we saw the last bus leave taking passengers to the aircraft. The lady at the counter kept yelling at us for the next 15 minutes and kept saying we were late and the last bus had left. We were 9 passengers all together and it would have been a lot easier if she would have called the driver to pick us up. After realizing we had small kids, she finally called someone after 15 minutes but that was too late. We missed our flight. There was no supervisor to talk to and no where to file complaints."
Avantatges: "The flight was so smooth I forgot I was on a plane. Great landing, too."

Queixes: "When we checked in my bag was 21 kg and she gave me trouble with that even though we had to pay extra for the bag in the first place. And then since it was a backpack we had to take it to a different location to drop it off for check-in. She also wasn't too friendly either. The flight was an hour and a half delayed. In fact each time I have flown with volotea the airplane hasn't been on time and hasn't even taken off by the time the flight was scheduled to land! The seats were close and the ride was not comfortable. I absolutely will not be using this airline again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone."
Queixes: "The flight was delayed , no communication, no bus arrived at the gate to take us to the plane , no communication , no boarding process whatsoever , no communication , no apology offered , no in flight catering offered free or for purchase , a complete joke of a flight , my worst ever and I have flown all around the world including both poles !"

La verdad es que tener que correr para llegar a tiempo del embarque y que luego te paseen en el autobús durante 20 minutos hasta llegar al avión no es precisamente agradable. ¿No podrían poner el avión más cerca de la terminal? y ya de paso, no podrían también poner la puerta más cerca (para llegar a la B46 desde la entrada del aeropuerto me llevó media hora)."

Avantatges: "Todo ha ido bien excepto que en él asiento lateral se ha puesto una mujer obesa que no me dejaba espacio, considero que debe estar prohibido dejar montar a la gente obesa en asientos que no seamos XL puesto que ocupan una parte del asiento lateral que mono lean corresponde"

Avantatges: "Aunque el vuelo salió con retraso el trayecto fue muy bueno y tanto el comandante como la tripulación y el personal de embarque muy bien los asientos cómodos el trato agradable volvería a utilizar la compañía"
Queixes: "La comida estaba bien y precio asequible el trayecto confortable pese al retraso el vuelo muy bueno"
Avantatges: "Espacio de asientos infimos, lo demas todo ok, llegamos media hora antes de lo previsto, embarque rapido."
Queixes: "Asientos muy incómodos por el mínimo espacio disponible para las piernas"
Avantatges: "El vuelo debía salir a las 7:35 de Barcelona. Acabamos de aterrizar a las 14:30 después de infinitos retrasos y ninguna información por parte de la compañía. Huelga encubierta. La tripulación de cabina desafiante incluso el propio piloto. Éste último ha amenazado a la tripulación con parar los motores del avión, así como haciendo hincapié en que nuestra vida está em sus manos"
Avantatges: "Los asientos son como siempre en Vueling, pero los tripulantes fueron muy atentos a pesar del retraso"
Queixes: "El vuelo salió nuevamente con retraso. Este retraso fue debido a que un pasajero no quería embarcar tras estar sentado en el avión y tuvieron que esperar a que bajara y le buscaran la maleta. Además habían restricciones en el vuelo como siempre!"

Queixes: "Nos hicieron esperar horas, mintiendo sobre los tiempos de espera y embarque. Suponiendo siempre un tiempo de espera que lo cambiaban a su conveniencia para con los clientes del vuelo. Intentaré evitar la aerolínea"
Avantatges: "Salimos a la hora prevista y llegamos 10 minutos antes, excelentes profesionales"
