Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Seats are comfy and spacious, much wider than Emirates in the same class (who offer only an extra 1/2 inch width over economy). Amenity kit a quality piece that is both practical and useful."

Queixes: "When flying from New Zealand to Doha, we departed Auckland at 15h25 and due to the time zone, most passengers body clocks would have been expecting sleep within a few hours. However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

Queixes: "Biggest problem was late arrival, missing connection. Lateness caused by them at first, then a departing passenger caused further delay. But they were late to begin with. Next problem was their REFUSAL to give me an aisle seat. I reserved an aisle seat originally, aisle seats were available when I tried to change, but agent REFUSED to accommodate me with either aisle or window. Sat in middle with huge guy next to me. Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

Queixes: "I missed my flight from Nairobi to Melbourne then the airlines asked for penalties and fare difference which in total was much higher than booking a fresh one way flight. I felt that the crew at Nairobi airport handled the situation pretty well however, the staff at the Nairobi reservation office were a bit cold and not very helpful."
Avantatges: "The flight attendants were very friendly. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

Avantatges: "Very old plane, seats not updated and not working properly, food was served once on an 8 hour flight, there was turbulance for over 5 hours consistently, and the pilots did nothing to go around it. As a pilot, i can tell you this can be avoided. Some of the crew were not friendly. Old movie library."

The weakest part of their offering is in the entertainment area where the movies are out of date and the TV series haphazard."

Queixes: "People were made to wait outside in the cold airport bus for half an hour. The ground crew gave no explanation for the delay. After heavy protests, they let the waiting passengers back into the terminal. Supposedly the pilot was sick, but there was no communication at all from the airline about the cause of the delay or how long it would last."
Avantatges: "Being a regular traveler I was blown away and how the staff went above and beyond to be courteous and helpful!!! Great job Turkish Airlines. You got it right!"
Queixes: "I was in business class with flat bed seats and it was not as private as with other airlines. The seat was more hard than I expected. But overall it was a great value for a business class ticket"
Avantatges: "the onboard entertainment system is poor: you don't have your personal screen, and the only programmes available are the saftey video and airline's ads. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes at the start however it arrived on time. So that was not really an issue."
Queixes: "The crew are professioanl and the service is OK although you need to ask for your tea/coffee. The food isn't amazing but it meets my expectation about the short flight cuisine."

Queixes: "Flight from Istanbul to Bangkok was delayed for 3.5 hours with no apology and no compensatory measures such as drinks and food or lounge access Power outlets in Istanbul airport are all round plug European with no USB terminals for phone recharging"
Avantatges: "Food and service is excellent. Istanbul lounge is great."
Queixes: "Delayed in both directions. Happens. But zero announcements. Zero. Staff didn't know what was going on. Complete chaos."

Avantatges: "I didn’t like anything. Or maybe the only thing I liked is getting to my destination so I don’t have to be flown by that terrible airline anymore."
Queixes: "The fact that Turkish airline clearly is too stingy to take proper care of their passengers. You don’t provide accommodation when people get a stopover which is disgusting considering it is an airline that is supposed to represent a developed country. This cancels out anything you feel is a plus about the airline. This needs to be sorted out."

Queixes: "The flight from BTV to JKF was cancelled day of departure, within a mere 4 hours of take-off. I only received an email.... This, in turn, caused a domino effect for the remainder of my flights and travel plans. I had to PURCHASE brand new tickets and go through a refunding debacle, not through Kayak but another third party whom actually held the tickets. FIASCO is the word! Kayak did not even recognize the cancellation and continued to try and check me in to flights i was not on. Such a headache.. I will not be using this service in the future"

Queixes: "I had to wait until 9am when the counter for baggage registration was open. I arrived to Madrid from Lima at 5.30 am"
Avantatges: "Easy boarding I didn’t have check in bags so it was really quick and easy.seat was okay"
Queixes: "The crew were not professional at all.missing serving people,some would get a snack or been asked what to drink and some got skipped. There were not enough food."

Avantatges: "I thought the food was excellent on both flights light , fresh and tasty. The seats were very comfortable and the staff very helpful. I was very happy with Turkish airlines."

Queixes: "The flight was cancelled and I still didnt receive my refund."
Avantatges: "Entertainment was OK boarding was a good comfortable sitting."
Queixes: "I did not have an option to order kosher meal when I did my online check-in so I called customer service and the lady on the line barely spoke English and even though I warder kosher meal and verified it with her when I go to the plane the crew told me they don't have a kosher meal for me. The crew was unwilling to help me find something else to eat and they were very rude. I am very disappointed of their customer service standards. I will not use Turkish Airlines again."
Avantatges: "The Lounge at Istanbul airport is fantastic"
Queixes: "Seating in Economy class is terrible. For tall persons like me it is a punshment to be squeazed in such a narrow space. Turkish airlines should add more space and comfort with their seating in Economy. Introduce a Premium Economy Class would solve that problem"

Queixes: "My row had 3 seats behing a row of 4. We were weirdly offset so I had to look to the right to see my TV. Super uncomfortable. Dont like TV much anyway. Gave up on it real quick"

Queixes: "It took forever for the passengers to get on the plane and seated for us to take off so we left late. We arrived late in Munich so I had to practically run to my next flight. Thankfully was in the same terminal."

Avantatges: "La tripulación muy bien, pero hubo una falla en el sistema de aire acondicionado y empezö a oler a quemaso y salir humo... fue una negligencia seguir volando asi con ese problema, tuvimos que haber parado en el.aeropuerto mas cercano... nos pusieron en riesgo a todos..."

Queixes: "Clear up-front notification about extra charge for first checked bag on both ways of the trip ($60 each). I couldn't find that information at the time of the booking."

Avantatges: "era un avión muy pequeño, no se podía esperar mucha comodidad y era un vuelo corto, no hay mucho que decir"

Queixes: "wider wash rooms onboard .. wider seats .. wider seat bealts also plane from FRA - BOM could use service maintinace ... it seemed like an older aircraft"

Avantatges: "Bastante bien todo!, maletas y material deportivo con recogida en munich rapida. Avisos en movil con la app sobre puertas de embarque y cinta recogida estupenda. Picnic en vuelo. Repetir bebida."

Queixes: "Cold on the plane/food needs more choice and improvement. Plane was late to arrive-over an hour later"
Avantatges: "I had to change my flight times three times, and each time they charged me less than 30 dollars (for taxes) and the wait times on the phone were super fast. It was shocking to not lose hundreds of dollars for life happening and needing to change my flight. AND!! I got a free upgrade to premium economy for free!"
Avantatges: "El vuelo salió en hora"
Queixes: "With a short layover and a bit of a delay coming from Seattle, I rushed through immigration and security and ran to my next gate. Even though I arrived at the gate two minutes before the scheduled departure time, the plane had already left the gate. VERY disappointing and will probably be the last time I fly Lufthansa, especially through Frankfurt."
Avantatges: "Buena calidad del aeropuerto, avión, trato y personal."
Avantatges: "Lots of legroom, friendly crew, and they serve sandwiches! Asked for water after takeoff and they gave it to me without hesitation! I would definitely recommend them!"
Queixes: "I can’t find anything to complain about."
Queixes: "Muy corta transferencia entre el vuelo Mexico - Munich y el vuelo Munich ademas de que el vuelo Mexico - Munich salio con 20 minutos de retraso, el personal de lufthansa no me ayudo a facilitar mi movimiento a traves del aeropuerto."
