Queixes: Please make an announcement to passengers to not be dismissive if their surroundings. Passenger in front of me was has no regard for people behind him. Kept throwing himself in seat aggressively which cause water/food on trail to fall over. Thanks

Queixes: The plane was old and had no entertainment, there was a technical problem with the plane that made us late

Queixes: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Queixes: If my plane wasn’t overbooked and I actually got on it. Instead I missed my connection in Barcelona and had to buy a new ticket from Barcelona to the US.

Avantatges: Friendly crew, comfortable seats, good boarding process!

Avantatges: Everything from the crew being super accomodating and friendly to the comfort and taste of the food was delicious.

Avantatges: 10/10 would recommend..

Queixes: Reckless and inconsiderate airline. The only carrier refusing to modify travel due to Covid-19 pandemic

Avantatges: En el vuelo hacia Panama habían dos personas con fiebre, al llegar a Panama les hicieron las pruebas pertinentes y salieron positivos con coronavirus. Me parece una imprudencia de parte de la aerolínea Iberia al no realizar ni ninguna prueba antes de abordar al avión. Ahora todos los pasajeros estamos en riegos

Avantatges: The plane ✈️ itself the attendants . The entertainment on board. Really great

Queixes: Nothing dissatisfying about the flight nor the airline staff . Very polite, very professional. It was a Great flight. For long trips this airline is one of the best.

Avantatges: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Queixes: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Avantatges: Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!

Queixes: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Avantatges: I didn't end up taking the flight. It was canceled.

Queixes: Being able to reach the airline or vayama would have made it better. The flight was canceled and I couldn't have gone anyway as the wedding was postponed that I had planned to go to and there are stay at home mandates in the US due to COVID 19. It's been weeks and I've given up trying to reach the airline or vayama and it's not clear if I'll get any of my money back. That's the one frustrating thing is not being able to reach anyone.

Queixes: Severe turbulence and many of the Egyptian passengers didn't understand the announcements and were getting up

Queixes: The airplane is to small inside, very limited space.

Avantatges: Crew was helpful - hung my jacket up in the wardrobe so it doesn’t get wrinkled. Boarding and luggage arrival were very quick - good service by LOT.

Avantatges: The crew was very profesional . Our fly was safe and on time.

Queixes: Maybe variety of good movie could be better .

Queixes: They should finally get rid of these old ATR-72 and replace them with some newer aircraft.

Avantatges: WeII, I didn't die.

Queixes: Everything. They gave us a 10mx10m prison ceII with no windows and no AC to wait in. EVERYONE had to smushed into this room, as each gate area has its own security. Boarding the pIane was pathetic, with us standing in a bus for 20 mins and no expIanation. The back of the seats were faIIing apart.

Avantatges: Nothing, pretty much

Queixes: I was told my hand luggage needed to go to the cargo, despite it being small enough to be with me. The food was a water bottle and chips. There was more than an hour late to boarding time. The crew were not informative about what was going on. The plane made worrying noises when taking off.
