Queixes: I didn’t have time to make my second flight. This ruined our first day of vacation, completely. Not happy!!

Queixes: Easy checkin, friendly staff, nice quick flight

Avantatges: Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL.

Avantatges: The crew was really good

Avantatges: Great crew, on time, could get a good nights sleep

Avantatges: Plane was clean, plenty of leg room, cabin crew was friendly, flight was on time.

Queixes: Checking in was a nightmare of inefficiency. I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-

Queixes: Many people bring the own headphones these days, but I didn't and provided phones were so-so, volume on touch screen was jumpy too,

Queixes: Lufthansa has poor boarding process causing a delay in our flight. Because our next connection flight (ALSO THROUGH LUFTHANSA) was in 40 mins per their booking, we arrived at the gate just prior to take off to find our flight had been given away and we had “missed” that flight. As a result, we were placed on a flight 4 hours later, resulting in a dangerous attempt at reaching our hotel at 11pm. Will never fly Lufthansa again.

Queixes: With the coronavirus breakout it was better if they pass disinfectant wipes especially before meals

Queixes: La tripulación parece tener algunos problemas entre ellos y se reflejó en el servicio que ofreció a los pasajeros. Algunos de ellos eran groseros.

Avantatges: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Queixes: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Avantatges: The plane ✈️ itself the attendants . The entertainment on board. Really great

Queixes: Nothing dissatisfying about the flight nor the airline staff . Very polite, very professional. It was a Great flight. For long trips this airline is one of the best.

Avantatges: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Queixes: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Avantatges: Almost everything, especially the crew.

Queixes: Don’t feel like anything should be better to be honest

Avantatges: quick entry - but it was not a full flight!

Queixes: Lost luggage. Took one hour waiting for my luggage in vain, and file the report of missing luggage.

Queixes: the flight was delayed, boarding was the slowest ever and we received something to drink after 1,5h of flight

Avantatges: We took of and landed on time.

Queixes: We hit significant turbulence. The captain did nothing to reassure us and did not even instruct us to remain in our seats with seat belts fastened. Extremely unprofessional and uncaring. Very old plane with screens for movies overhead in the aisles every 10 or 12 rows. First movie was a Disney cartoon for children. Second was a movie that was for adolescent girls. Then we had a terrible cable tv show. Finally they put on "American Hustle" which was about 10 minutes from the end when we landed. Did they give any thought at all to this? Plane was extremely crowded. Very little leg room. I booked this flight on Finnair after checking their ontime and safety record. The carrier was American. I think you should know who the carrier is BEFORE you book and pay for the flight. There are some airlines I prefer not to use and there are some airlines that I would NEVER use. This is a really serious lack of relevent information.

Avantatges: Flight was on time. Seats were comfortable. Plenty of food was included in the flight. And service was good.

Queixes: Greater weight allowance for carry-on luggage.

Avantatges: Amazing crew

Queixes: Food was ok. Seat was crowded. Everything else was excellent.

Avantatges: Amazing punctuality, both on the way out to Lisbon and on the return to London.

Queixes: Cannot really think of anything that needed attention on these flights.

Avantatges: Nothing, Air Portugal is the worst I have ever experienced. Never fly Air Portugal, you have been warned.

Queixes: Delayed flight, missed connecting flight due to that. On the ground staff should have better coordinated from arrival to boarding of next flight. Chaotic and short staffed security personnel at Frankfurt airport. Overall a pathetic experience

Queixes: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Avantatges: The crew is excellent but the seats are not comfortable enough. There should be a way to balance money and comfort,not just placing people in seats they do not fit into

Queixes: Nothing was dairy free, staff did not even have access to ingredients so I could check myself.

Queixes: Finnair are hellbent on trying to sell goods and continuously interrupt the movies with their confounded announcements every 15 minutes very annoying. If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either

Queixes: The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear.

Queixes: Food was so hot that it was difficult to remove the packaging to be able to eat the pasta.... Desert was ok, brownie was real hard and too sweet....

Queixes: Severe turbulence and many of the Egyptian passengers didn't understand the announcements and were getting up
