I could chzrge my phone all the journey long. And from Nairobi, I dodn't czre at zll about my phobe, because I knew I could charge dur to the usb device. Queixes: "Transfer was messy, no screens or indications on sight when landed in Doha to transfer with a very short time. Boarding in Doha was extremely slow, some passengers had issues with their travel documents and instead of handling those issues on the side, they kept everyone waiting for over 15 minutes"
Avantatges: "Good crew, fair choice of food and drinks and served whenever you want it. Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Not sure we like the Dreamliner configuration and levels of comfort more than the 777 or Airbus offerings but it was fine."
Queixes: "A couple on our flight decided it was OK to have their 4-year old run around the cabin shrieking and causing a lot of fuss. Most of us in the cabin complained but these parents were pathetically weak and elected to allow it to continue. No sleep... spoiled experience.. miserable flight in this respect. Terrible Business Lounge 'Aspire' in Gatwick; dirty and poorly equipped - not even Prosecco on offer without paying £5 for a small glass. Qatar should stop using this dreadful place. Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines."

Queixes: "Bus transfer to Termial 5 is VERY poorly organized and takes over an hour. This makes it harder to get to Terminal 5 even if you don't have to clear security again. Seats had a bar under the padding at about the position of my hips. Uncomfortable to sleep for several hours"
Avantatges: "I liked their customer service, food, and the flight attendants were friendly. They have a very nice shopping mall at Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar."
Queixes: "They have less space to move your feet and after a while your left knee begins to hurt because you have been sitting in the plane for a long time. Whenever I asked to get a drink of water or soft drinks, it took the flight attendant 10-15 minutes to arrive with my drink. I understand she was occupied with other duties, but she should have made me her priority."

Queixes: "When flying from New Zealand to Doha, we departed Auckland at 15h25 and due to the time zone, most passengers body clocks would have been expecting sleep within a few hours. However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

Avantatges: "Excellent service from check in to disembarkation. I was surprised at the amount of leg room, as being a 6+ footer it has always previously been an issue, but not with Qatar."
Queixes: "Only downside was the lack of the free traveller pack, eye shade and ear plugs, sleep was denied as I could not block out the sound of the very talkative travellers behind me."

Queixes: "Even though we landed in Doha before our connection left ( barely-20 min)on Qatar airways, they would not hold the connecting flight for the 7 of us who were connecting. This was extremely disappointing as we then lost a full 8 hours of our first day arrival. If they schedule you for a 45 minute connecting flight, I suggest you book a later one. Our flight from NYC left on time but was 20 min late landing. Their only compensation to us all was use of the airport lounge in Doha ( quite nice with free food wine and showers, but would rather have had the extra day in Bali."

Avantatges: "I enjoyed my flight,it was a smooth trip from Doha to Manila, the Cabin Crew received adequate training on taking care of people, as a professional nurse who is use to taking care of others ,I see someone else looking after me and I really appreciate their efforts. Shortly before we landed at Manila, we were informed that in order to meet international flight rules and regulations that insecticide will be sprayed we were advised to cover our nose,as a medical personnel I see it not good cos it can trigger an Asthmatic attack in a known asthmatic patient ,it was a lovely journey"

Queixes: "The flight was delayed for an already tight connection in Dubai. We paid for extra leg room only to be seated by the toilets to watch people throwing up most of the flight. Those same people did not get on the connecting flight and so Emirates managed to take our bags off as well, so we end up in London for a months stay with no luggage. Promises that it will arrive before midnight not kept and currently still waiting for bags to arrive."

Queixes: "They cancelled my returning flight WITHOUT me knowing and expecting me to pay for the penalty fee for misisng the first flight even tho I DID not cancel the returning flight which obviously I was gonna take. The staff was RUDE and INSENSITIVE. Qatar was better in overall customer service. Worst customer service from Turkish airline."

Avantatges: "MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras."
Queixes: "Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges."

I find the seat average in comfort for premium economy. If only the seat would move forward, I keep sliding off it. Cathay Pacific has a much better seat."

Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."
Queixes: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Avantatges: "El abordaje deberían hacerlo de una manera más ordenada. Los sobrecargo no son para nada amables, ven a las a los pasajeros con difucultades y no son ejecutivos en ayudar o resolver inconvenientes. El avión muy incómodo, muy poco espacio. La comida de bune sabor pero escasa."
Queixes: "La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde."

Queixes: "Estuvo demorado casi 40 minutos y al momento de recoger equipaje también se demoró 25 minutos en comenzar a entregar maletas."
Avantatges: "El crew abordo es algo frío pero siempre es muy cordial y responsable. Fue un vuelo a tiempo y rápido, pude llegar a mi conexión sin problema. Pedí menú vegetariano y lo cumplieron a la perfección."
Queixes: "En Kayak habia pagado un extra para elegir asiento, pero no me lo reservaron a la hora de hace rato check in online, les recomiendo que no lo paguen y hagan check in las 30 hrs antes señaladas y elijan lugar o paguen el extra directo en la página de KLM."
Avantatges: "Amabilidad personal vuelo. Amplitud asientos."
Queixes: "Perdimos la conexión por un retraso en el vuelo y tuvimos que hscer cola durante horas para cambiar el vuelo y tuvimos que budcarnos el hotel por nuestra cuenta. Fatal servicio de klm en schipool."

Queixes: "Crew was rude when I asked if there was a vegetarian option for the snack. I did request special meals for the trip. Even if they did not have a vegetarian option, they don't need to be rude!! Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"
