Avantatges: "The crew in Madrid was extremely helpful. We almost missed our flight because of traffic getting to the airport but they were able to help us check-in quickly and get our bags on board. We were honestly impressed by their efforts as we were very late. In addition the plane was comfortable and the entertainment offerinand were great. For such a long flight it barely felt that way."

Avantatges: "Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Avantatges: "TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable."
Queixes: "TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever."

Queixes: "I fee cheated because it is the first time that I have. to pay for luggage. In their website it states that the basic fare allows in check-in bag. They said to me that there are different categories of basic fare, which is not disclosed in their website. Additionally any seat change cost"

Queixes: "como em todas as companhias aereas na aeronave de tamanho medio para distancias curtas, a configuracao na classe executiva é 3 assentos por fila dos quais apenas 2 sao ocupados. isto nao dá para entender pois o conforto é muito ruim. a distancia entre assentos é pior do que em qualquer voo a longa distancia na classe economica plus. so viajei na classe executiva pois foi a conexao de um voo do Brasil para Portugal. senao seria absolutamente desnessario pagar a grande diferenca de preco para receber um beneficio muito pequeno."

Queixes: "a configuracao dos assentos na classe executiva desta aeronave sao 3 x 2 assentos, e os assentos nao recuam para uma posicao totalmente horizontal. isto foi um problema para mim pois durmo de barriga para baixo e nao foi possivel achar uma posicao confortavel para dormir. o sistema de entretenimento nao permite assistir e parar a qualquer hora desejada, o que nao foi problema pois o voo é de apenas 8 horas e depois do jantar ja deitei."

We missed our connecting flight and we’re rerouted 4 hours later. We’ve missed our boat to Venice and all we received was an 8 euro lunch voucher."

Estoy indignado. Nunca hubiera imaginado que eso es posible!"

Avantatges: "It's a medium distance flight. A couple hours. I thought the seats were extra small. I'm 212 lbs and fit pretty well but you;d have to be real Pete it's to find good real estate in those seat."
Avantatges: "I liked nothing about this flight."
Queixes: "The flight was overbooked and I was in standby along with other two passengers. The very rude lady at the boarding gate told us that the flight was full and that we could only board if there were any passengers not showing up. She assured us this was very unlikely to happen and that we will probably have to be allocated in another flight. I was lucky enough to be able to board the plane because there was a guy that was not going to fly with his wife. I was the last one admitted, and therefore the last boarding passenger. I could not believe my eyes when I got on the plane and saw SIX empty seats in business class!!!!! Just so you know, these people sell more tickets than the number of available seats they have in economy class and they rather to leave their overbooked passengers on the ground than to put them (or anybody else) in business class seats. Let alone that the leg room in economy class is ridiculous even for average sized people and I was really uncomfortable. But this is not the end of the story. They lost my suitcase, and at this moment, seven hours after I landed, they do not know where it is and they cannot give me any more information. I will from now on avoid this company as much as I can and I would suggest everybody does the same."

Queixes: "I paid for travel insurance yet I still had to pay Ryanair 55euro for not being able to check in before my flight as checking in with momondo would not work!"

Queixes: "The advertising is not good; in fact ,the conditions are of a low cost but the prices are of luxury."

Queixes: "No visualitza massa q la facturació en tarifa bàsica cal fer-la entre les 24 i 2 hores abans de l’embarcament. El personal de terra molt amable, ens va assessorar a temps."
Avantatges: "This was the worst boarding process we’ve ever experienced. It wouldn’t take much effort or common sense to bring some order to it. Ridiculous!! Also, as others have said, they really get you on the baggage fees, and push you by email to check in early and charge you for it. We waited until a few days prior to check in for free, but then we were unable to sit together... We did arrive on time and the flight went very smoothly."
Queixes: "Did not receive email on Having to print tickets beforehans and had to pay in insane fee plus another fee for 1kg overage on my luggage. By far the worst airline!"
Queixes: "I didnt like the new policy of one handbag in the cabin only nor the charge to choose the seat even if you are in last row. Very bad customer service too. Thank god this is the very last time I’m flying with RA"
Queixes: "The gate for the flight was changed at the last minute and the flight departed 30 in late."

Queixes: "To difficult to get boarding passes on line . Site has a problem changes info. Had to cancel two flights because they were not helpful.your person who took our nfromation on line gave us confirmation then at airport would not let us board even though the info was on her screen at airport. There fore we had to cancel another flight through you , cancel car rentals etc,hotel, no I was not pleased with service. We missed gong to Lourdes, had to book another flight to Madrid spent entire day at airport trying to go some where as you had no other flights which was costly, many expenses we had no counted on and your girl was rude and left the counter went on here break leaving us standing there with 2 young kids and myself k 83 years old.so we could continue our trip very disappointed"

Queixes: "Flight was delayed. Had us standing in line for an extra 45 minutes. In adequate seating in the airport. The seats on the plane are extremely uncomfortable."

Queixes: "I thought the price from Madrid to Rome was really good. Just didnt realize you end up paying more than a regular flight price with all the luggage fees"
Queixes: "Flight delayed. Missed my national express coach boarding time."
Queixes: "A printed boarding pass is required, however, no where at the airport to print them. The second rep took pity on us and wrote out boarding passes. The first rep couldn't care less."
Queixes: "We pay 135 euros por Boarding Passed and a piece of luggage very small. What an INSULTED!!!!. We felled abused and assaulted. NEVER more... What a mistake. We are Frecuently Travel around the world and we telled that to aour friends. Again????...No Thanks!!!"

Queixes: "Search was changed to the 14th with me noticing and I mistakenly booked it. Costumer service was unreachable."
Avantatges: "En general fue una buena experiencia para ser un vuelo low cost. Importante saber que los asientos no se reclinan y que si el vuelo va lleno sólo caben las primeras 90 maletas en cabina, las demás se pueden despachar al momento del abordaje sin cargo."
Queixes: "Cambian de Gate bastante, así que hay que estar atentos. A nosotros nos cambiaron tres veces de Gate en nuestro vuelo de Madrid a Dublín."
Avantatges: "Great experience overall! Softest take off and landing Ever!"
Queixes: "Checked bag charge was ridiculous."
Queixes: "We had trouble checking in beforehand we got there 2 hrs early and were still charged extra $100 dollars to print our boarding pass. THIS IS unacceptable"
Avantatges: "Just wanted a cheap flight from Madrid to Rome and it worked out great."
Avantatges: "Delayed boarding. Plane out on Tarmac so one shuttle bus back and forth. Engine trouble. Little information shared. Sat on plane waiting and waiting. Then told we had to disembark. Shuttled everyone back to terminal. More waiting. Then full boarding process again.... Landed in London MANY hours late. Stanstead immigration control was understaffed so HIGE lines. I left Madrid early in the am and lost my entire day ---didn't get back to London until 5pm!"
Queixes: "I didn't like anything about it. Spend a bit more and get a real plane and a crew that communicates."
Queixes: "This bullshit airline cost me an extra $1000. I never even made it to Porto because of this airline. I had to buy another fight to Lisbon so I wouldn't miss those hotel reservations also."
Queixes: "had to pay E.45 extra at the counter because "didn't pre-check online", which feels like there is no point in even trying to use cheap tickets if they charge you for extra things without a warning"

Queixes: "Boarding was ridicuosly slow and messy.. there is no entertainment on board"

Queixes: "I had to pay 50 Euros for Not checking in before 2 hours . Plus a fee for each bag ."

Queixes: "When I bought the ticket, the plane was supposed to leave at 4:10pm, then it was changed to 4:30pm and although I asked for help explaining that I was going to miss my connection they said there was nothing they could do for me. So I lost my next flight and had to spend the night at a hotel at my own expense. They charge extra for checking in at the counter (43 euros), for your bag (40-60 euros), and their kg limit is 20 as opposed to 23 that most other airlines have, so they charge 10 euros per extra kg. During the flight you have to pay for everything you may want to eat/drink, including water."
Queixes: "The line to check in baggage was an hour long. They were very understaffed."
Queixes: "Misleading info on fees. A rip-off. I would never recommend RyanAir to anyone. Paid 50% more than quoted price."
Avantatges: "The boarding time to get on and off the plane was fine"
Queixes: "This was a short flight were I expected to be able to take a nap. However, the entire time of the flight, the flight attendants were making announcements first in english and then in Spanish. By the time they were done making the announcement in both languages they had another announcement to make. I would have preferred fewer announcements so we could have some peace and quiet during the flight"
Queixes: "My partner being charged 42 euros for 4 extra kilos for only one suitcase, Website very confusing, too much additional information and too much advertising"
Queixes: "Missed my flight and could not get any help from airline"
Queixes: "Ryanair is the most unhelpful airline that there is. They switched my friend's flight from 10am to 9pm, but it was 300 euros to change it again, leaving her stranded in Spain while I flew to Dublin without her. Checking a bag is an absolute fiasco. Never fly Ryanair, pay the extra money for a better low cost airline."
Queixes: "Specifically the crew working at the desks in Madrdi airport, we kept trying to tell them we needed to check our bags and all kept pointing us to security, and we thus had to lose many valuables in the form of liquids. No one could understand when tried to explain our situation. Would not likely fly Ryannair again."
Avantatges: "We didn t like anything at all because Ryanair cancelled our flight and didnt us another alternative flight and destination for the dame day."
Queixes: "We received and email wirh flight cancelación 18 hours before our departure. We loot time, money because the new fligth were more expensive then Rynairs. We had to rearrenge our schedule because we had to change the pick up car city. We were really short of time. We are very disapointed with Ryanair. We hope the refound money soonest."
Avantatges: "I liked arriving in Bergamo because I wouldn't have to be using Ryanair anymore."
Queixes: "They will make checking in online incredibly difficult, so they'll be able to charge 45 euros per person for printing a boarding pass. Once you board the plane, the crew will treat you like dirt, so it's an amazing treat overall."
Avantatges: "The price"
Queixes: "Took to long to board. Even though you pick the seats with extra leg room it does not make a difference. You are cramped. Stood outside for a good 5-10 minutes in 40 degree weather because they decided to open the door but would not let anyone in the plane yet. They should of let us stay in line inside then try to board and be in the cold."
