Queixes: "The lack of communication with the employee who had my boarding pass and did not provide the wheel chair. I waited in an area waiting, he moved to another area without letting me know. Finally I nearly made it to the gate, on the bus and on the plane. It did not give me the chance to relax at the lounge as I paid for a business class ticket. I felt not being taken care of properly and as expected."

Avantatges: "Awesome service, comfy business cabin! The Atlanta employee who managed the laptop return was one of the best employees/representative of a company I have seen. He was open, friendly and communicative keeping everyone informed of the process of laptop retrieval and was organized despite it all. I wish I got his name!"
Queixes: "Checking laptop in Istanbul was very inconvenient, and retrieving it in Atlanta took a lot of time as we had to wait at baggage for it to arrive. Not Turkish rule, but still a consideration for future flights."

Queixes: "As it was a short flight it was ok but their system of checking in/ baggage drop off is really poor and disorganised. Everyone was queuing together for baggage drop, checking... it was a mess and took ages. It’s unfair on those who have already checked in online because you were ended up queuing with everyone else."

Avantatges: "I'm not sure since I slept through most of the 90 minute flight, which is a good sign, I guess. It was an older plane with no entertainment system, but I hate those things, so fine by me. I missed the food this time around, but it was a crappy cold sandwich when I took the same flight a few weeks earlier, but it's a 90 minute flight, so what do you expect?"
Queixes: "The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!"

Queixes: "I've flown a lot of different business class flights in my time and these are the narrowest I've ever seen. I am not overweight but I felt very restricted in these seats. Add to the narrow seats is the design of the seat and armrests themselves and you don't have much space at all. No way I was going to be able to work on my laptop in this LATAM business class seat."

I was to continue on the same plane from Miami and Lima to Buenos Aires, however, nobody mentioned I could stay on the same aircraft, so they made me go off the plane out the arriving area hall, again through security, which was a hassle, almost forgot my wrist watch..... all that to end up in the same gate to board the same plane. a total waste of time and energy...."

Queixes: "I actually tried to cancel this flight 5 hours after booking it and was not able to. I wanted to book something before prices changed and was not able to go. When trying to cancel I was hung up or disconnected from 6 times. Each time calling back with 10-15 of wait time. Finally got through and was told it's non refundable. Why kayak even deals with companies like this I have no idea. I finally cancelled and I'm still getting emails aasking how my flight was."

Avantatges: "Great airline. New Boeing 787. Very courteous crew. Nice business cabin with reclining seats and seatback IFE. Light meal served with some very good Chilean wine. As they are part of One World I used the very spacious Iberia lounge which also made the whole trip extremely comfortable"

Queixes: "no tuvimos entretenimiento en todo el vuelo, en un viaje de 12 horas me parece inaudito que no tngamos hoy en dia este servicio, el personal estaba distraido, cuando s ele pregunto por el servicio de entretenimiento dijo que lo resetearían y luego de 2 hrs.que no sabian que pasaba pero el problema se ve que lo teneian desde que abrodamos, lo cual quiere decir que no lo corrigieron en tierra, la comida fue exactamente l amisma en mi vuelo de ida a Madrid y 15 dias después era el mismo menu, quizas tener una pequeña variante, se agradecería. Yo tenia la impresión de que aeromexico había mejorado pero me decpcionó este vuelo. Ojala tomen en cuenta los comentarios."

Queixes: "El caballero que nos hizo el check in fue bastante desagradable y nos hizo un trámite muy irregular. A mi acompañante lo quería forzar a que lleve su equipaje de mano abajo pues sobrepasó el límite de 10 kg (11kg) pero mi amigo prefirió sacar una chaqueta de la maleta. En mi caso llevaba una maleta con un peso inferior a 10kg pero como llevaba un pequeño bolso no me quería permitir llevar mi equipaje más grande conmigo a pesar de que muchas personas llevaban bolsos de mucho mayor tamaño que los míos. Entonces introduje el pequeño bolso en el grande. Nosotros llegamos de unas excelentes vacaciones, pero su actitud nos hizo llevarnos un amargo recuerdo del regreso y de su aerolínea, pues finalmente nos dice que él estará en el sector para abordar el avión y nos amenazó con que si nos ve con los bolsos como llegamos nos hará abandonar el avión para pagar por el equipaje y así hacernos perder el vuelo. Afortunadamente no lo vimos más. Lamentable la experiencia y ojalá puedan revisar quién nos hizo el check in para que no vuelva a realizar malos tratos a próximos pasajeros. El sistema no lo leía correctamente y no le dio tiempo de regresar a un kiosko a imprimir su pase de abordar, por lo que perdió el vuelo y tuvo que esperar 2 horas para tomar el siguiente vuelo."

Queixes: "The plane had a technical problem with the entertainment system. We were told they would reset and restore in 25 min. The system was never restored but we were not informed until we arrived in London. Technical problems are understandable but better communication with passengers should be a priority."

Nos dijeron que el Lima nos iban a contactar para resarcirnos monetaria mente por noche de hotel perdida. Mentiras para sacarnos de encima. Increíble. Detestable. Denigrante!!!!!!!!. Avianca NUNCA MAS. Y ME VOY A ENCARGAR QUE MUCHA GENTE LO SEPA. Dedique se a otra cosa. ."

Avantatges: "Our MAD-JFK flight was delayed and we weren’t going to make our connection, so American Airlines automatically rerouted us through Philapdelphia, and got us to Indy just two hours and thirty minutes later than our original arrival time. I was very pleased wiht this service"

Queixes: "I was late for my flight connection, the airline in Spain was unable to robook me because I booked with kayak and I ended up loosing the ticket and had to pay 1,500 US dollars to get the rest of the way home. I could not get a hold of kayak for help by any means"

Queixes: "Pesimo servicio de cena y desayuno. Muy mala comida y los aeromozos no eran atentos. Al punto de que a mi fila no nos habian dado la bandeja de desayuno y nos dijeron que seggro era porque estabamos durmiendo, lo cual no fue asi."

Avantatges: "Flight was under booked so there was plenty of room."
Queixes: "Crew was unexpectedly loud/chatty with one another throughout the flight, even when things were quite and calm they were calling over our heads to one another and laughing loudly. Initially, it's an international flight from Spain and no crew members in my section atleast could speak Spanish. I had to help a passenger who only spoke spanish because the attendant kept repeating an order in english, just getting louder each time."

Queixes: "It was delayed, as normally, 45 mins this time. Awful experience going through security in CDG I would avoid that airport at all cost. Randomly making you wait luggage before security, with add extra 30 mins to the security processes, not sympathy of staff even if flight people may miss their flight."

Queixes: "I paid for exit row seating assignments through the booking agent assigned by Kayak, but these just showed up as a note on my reservation. I was assigned a different seat at check in. Oh, and I was totally unable to check in online. The website would crash. So, I had to wait until I got to the airport to get a seat assignment."

Queixes: "TV was awful because movies were old and besides, we had to pay for wi fi services. there was no space."

Queixes: "Air Europa lost my bag for 6 days. I picked it up at the airport finally the 7th day of my trip. They found it on day 3 but took 4 entire days to ship it from Boston. Awful. We were also delayed 3 hours in Madrid with no compensation, we got a "snack" voucher that totaled $5. It was terrible and I will never fly this airline again."

Queixes: "The delay and short time between flights to get to gate and get through customs. Having no in flight entertainment for a 7.5 hour flight. There was not a vegetarian snack option for my daughter."

Queixes: "There was only one person initially checking people in. Then when there was a second person, she was going to make us move to the end of the other line after waiting 30 minutes. She did end up taking us, but it was only after conceding that."

Avantatges: "Boarding was delayed by almost 2 hours and the reason given in the terminal speakers was "due to a crew change". This delay was ignored by the captain and crew upon boarding the plane 2 hours later. Even a simple apology would have been nice. The crew seemed a bit tense and the service was ok, not more. Some symbolic compensation would have been in place."

Queixes: "They changed my flight by 24 hours, without ever sending a clear email telling me so. I missed my business class flight and had to book another crooks."

Queixes: "It was a prop job, ground entrance and, because some passengers were delayed, we were 25 minutes late taking off. Problem was, as it wasn't close to the terminal, there was no AC and it got REALLY warm on board."

A bit long, specially if you have been travelling already for a long time....like me (I was coming from Miami).The bus is not too comfortable....you have to stay still on your feet with a lot of people"

Queixes: "When I booked my flight it was not at all clear that I had to pay for checked luggage, therefore I had to pay extra when I arrived at the airport. Please make it clear from the very beginning that checked luggage is not included. Easy Jet does a great job of this, giving you the option to pay for a checked bag when buying your ticket. With Air Europa, I had no idea at all."
