Avantatges: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."
Queixes: "WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!"

Avantatges: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Queixes: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."

Cuando llegamos al aeropuerto nos hicieron pagar 50 euros por persona porque no hicimos la facturación online. Cómo no pudimos hacerlo, no sabíamos que los trolley se pagan para poder subirlos al avión. 25 euros más."

Queixes: "To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats..."

Queixes: "Retraso de más de una hora. Embarque pésimo, los trabajadores discutiendo entre ellos con muy mal rollo. Pedi ayuda a la azafata para subir mi maleta al compartimento superior y ni me hizo caso, trataba a los clientes con la punta del pie. Durante el vuelo caia agua del techo. Cuando llegamos para subir al autobus habia que salir a la pista y pudimos ver como todas nuestras maletas facturadas caian a la pista con nueve desde la altura del avion y nadie se daba cuenta, las dejaban ahí tiradas"

Queixes: "Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual."

I found out that I cannot print my boarding pass within 48 hours of my flight. I was monitarily RAPED and will be disputing these charges! Boo on you Wizz Air....aka f*ckwads."

Queixes: "The boarding process was terrible, took a long time - few and not enough boarding and suitcases counters, which made people wait for a long time and even let others to pass them in line because their flight was earlier. due to this our flight was late by 45 minutes. the food was too expensive."
Avantatges: "I asked for a cup of water for my child and they gave me a bottled water. Then they charged me 2.50 euros. Their credit card processing machine was not working properly, which was frustrating: the flight attendant got frustrated and had to come back again until she can process my payment."

Queixes: "Little space. Legroom & hand baggage (which had to go in hold). Family of four were not seated together. Cabin pressure change made child ill (my phone has a pressure sensor and I could see the change in pressure trigger a desire to vomit). It should be transitioned more slowly."

Queixes: "Cannot understand management of border control security before boarding. This is done in the corridor on route to gate. Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

Queixes: "We pay 135 euros por Boarding Passed and a piece of luggage very small. What an INSULTED!!!!. We felled abused and assaulted. NEVER more... What a mistake. We are Frecuently Travel around the world and we telled that to aour friends. Again????...No Thanks!!!"

Queixes: "When I bought the ticket, the plane was supposed to leave at 4:10pm, then it was changed to 4:30pm and although I asked for help explaining that I was going to miss my connection they said there was nothing they could do for me. So I lost my next flight and had to spend the night at a hotel at my own expense. They charge extra for checking in at the counter (43 euros), for your bag (40-60 euros), and their kg limit is 20 as opposed to 23 that most other airlines have, so they charge 10 euros per extra kg. During the flight you have to pay for everything you may want to eat/drink, including water."

Queixes: "Outrageous baggage fees. Three separate lines just to check in - not to mention long boarding line. Uncomfortable seating. Plane engines refused to start for 40 minutes so no air conditioning on a full flight until we actually took off."

Queixes: "Unusual check in process. Need to get a stamp in one counter and then go to regular check in counter, but this process was only informed at regular check in counter"
Queixes: "Everything. We were stuck 3 hours on a hot plane with no air conditioning for "technical problems" and they gave us no information as to what was going on. They also charged us for water and let two people off the plane. Very terrible experience I am extremely disappointed to say the least."

Queixes: "Don't call it a Paris airport if it's 100km away! We travel a lot, many big cities have 2 airports, so I didn't blink an eye when it showed Paris had 2 airport options. Like every other place we stay, we got up 3.5hrs before our flight, ate, and caught a cab to the airport. It was the driver who informed us how far it was (100km out of town!). Not only was the cab $175EUROS! But of course we missed our flight to Rome. We had to fly to Pisa and rent a car to Rome. Thus costing us another 11 hours and another $515 EUROS in total. Including the cab! I don't care if you want to sell flights from Beauvais. But don't call it Paris, and at least flash a warning as to how far it is, when people are purchasing!"
Queixes: "It asked me to check in before which I did to avoid paying at the airport. When I got there I still had to pay because I had not printed my tickets. In the website it only said to check in. It did not say that you must print the tickets"

Queixes: "Worst airline and check in ever experienced. They are a rip off. They charged me an extra $240.00 in fees. , wouldn't let us carry on luggage that was allowed on 5 other airlines! Insisted I did not check in only line when I did and then charged $45.00 each to check in. And wouldn't let you pay there, they made you get on another line over an hourongnotjust usmanypeople, then you have to get back on original line to waterboarding pass. The airport where they are only airline didn't even ha e seats on the toilets! Worst airline experience ever. I will never write us again and will tell everyone the same,"

Queixes: "Ryanair is the most unhelpful airline that there is. They switched my friend's flight from 10am to 9pm, but it was 300 euros to change it again, leaving her stranded in Spain while I flew to Dublin without her. Checking a bag is an absolute fiasco. Never fly Ryanair, pay the extra money for a better low cost airline."
