Avantatges: "Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Queixes: "como em todas as companhias aereas na aeronave de tamanho medio para distancias curtas, a configuracao na classe executiva é 3 assentos por fila dos quais apenas 2 sao ocupados. isto nao dá para entender pois o conforto é muito ruim. a distancia entre assentos é pior do que em qualquer voo a longa distancia na classe economica plus. so viajei na classe executiva pois foi a conexao de um voo do Brasil para Portugal. senao seria absolutamente desnessario pagar a grande diferenca de preco para receber um beneficio muito pequeno."

Queixes: "a configuracao dos assentos na classe executiva desta aeronave sao 3 x 2 assentos, e os assentos nao recuam para uma posicao totalmente horizontal. isto foi um problema para mim pois durmo de barriga para baixo e nao foi possivel achar uma posicao confortavel para dormir. o sistema de entretenimento nao permite assistir e parar a qualquer hora desejada, o que nao foi problema pois o voo é de apenas 8 horas e depois do jantar ja deitei."

Queixes: "The seats are insanely small, cramped, and narrow, but that's why they call it TranSAVIA. I can live with a small seat for a much cheaper flight. The horror was getting to the gate. This is Greece, so no quick checkin, long lines, not really sure which is the right line. Then they change the gate at the last minute. Really the worst terminal I have been in for a long time, and this includes those in China and India. Even worst than La Guardia at rock bottom. But then you are in Crete... But DO allow at LEAST two hours to check in."

To conclude, flight with many low cost, but never had that bad experience before."

Queixes: "The flight departed about 45 minutes late. Despite it being a late evening flight, they NEVER turned out the lights, which would have made people a bit more quiet and sleep. Instead it was a wild party with adults shouting all over the place. A girl sitting next to me was cutting her finger nails. Couldn't get any rest whatsoever. Also my seat did not recline."

Flight left an hour late but passengers were not given updates until 15 minutes before we were able to leave. 4. Not much in-flight service and noone came by to collect garbage, empty water bottle, etc."

La aplicación no se puede usar si no la descargas previamente y eso había que haberlo sabido antes de embarcar para poder hacerlo con el wi-fi de la terminal. Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables."

We managed to put three of those bags inside our suitcases but we were still charged for two very small bags €152."

I looked ahead on their site and paid a little extra for XL seats, with those you get speedy boarding and can bring a purse or backpack on top of your one rolly-bag carry on - they make it VERY clear on their site that you are only allowed 1 carry on within very specific size measurements. The XL seats were worth it for the leg room and extra small bag."

Queixes: "Stewart jeune et immature, changement de gate 20 minutes avant le départ et avion un peu retardé. J'ai pris une petite valise à main qui devait rester avec moi dans l'avion avec plein de chose fragile à l'intérieur mais malgré toute la place disponible dans l'avion pour la mettre, un Stewart sans explication m'a demandé de la mettre en soute. En effet, je vais pas vous mentir que je n'ai pas bien réagi à sa demande désagréable car la taille et le poid de mon baggage à main concordait avec les règles mise en place par "easyJet". Je me lève un peu plus tard pour demander un simple verre d'eau au même steward qui m'a stoppé pour ma valise, mais celui ci avait décidé de me faire "chié" jusqu'à la fin en prenant tout son temps pour me remplir mon verre d'eau et au lieu de me le donner directement, il a préféré le garder quelque minutes dans sa main en me regardant d'un air moqueurs. Enfin j'ai voulu essayer "easyJet" pour la première fois mais vraiment plus jamais."

Queixes: "Retraso, mala gestión del embarque, mala gestión de la cola con resultado de denegación de embarque por no presentacion. A pesar de estar el avión en tierra y todavía con puertas abiertas se denegó el embarque. Muy mal servicio de megafonía en la sala de embarque."

Queixes: "Our carry on bag was deemed oversized (standard US size carry-on), and we were charged 47 euros to check the bag. It also took over 40 minutes for the bags from our flight to load onto the baggage carousel. There was NO communication about the bag size/charges,etc. until we arrived at the counter to check in for our flight. They have an agent who monitors bags- you will not sneak by."

Avantatges: "Everything was fine for a 1-hour flight. Sure, there isn't a lot of room, no entertainment, and no refreshments included (like water) but it's pretty standard for budget airlines. Boarding and unboarding were quick enough."

Queixes: "First of all they charge you plenty for checked bags. They want you to pay on line. I tried and could not get it done. Not sure why it was just in a loop. So I paid close to 50 euros a bag at the airport. Highway Robbery in my opinion. They also charge 3 euros for a cup of coffee."

Queixes: "The plane was very hot for most of the trip. The crew was running around a lot, tripped on me. The captain had no idea what they were saying and said uh a lot, did not inspire confidence. There was no entertainment available. No complimentary refreshment options like most flights have. I was only allowed 1 small bag and had to check my other which had fragile objects in it."

Avantatges: "I was a little frantic checking in to this flight but the ladies working at easyJet made the experience so much better. They were helpful and kind at a time I really needed it most. I really can't thank them enough."

Queixes: "You may have to check baggage that goes on US airlines as carry on. We were charge at the gate and it was $60 euros. Not happy about that at all."

Avantatges: "Baggage drop off was super smooth and easy. Everyone was nice and carried a smile on their faces. I liked that bit."
Queixes: "Boarding was late as flight was delayed about 30 minutes. I was asked to put my tiny cross against inside my carry on and that had to happen on the floor right before boarding. I guess I misunderstood but so did tens of other passengers. Annoying and very unusual. Never asked of me ever before and I'm a very frequent traveler."

Avantatges: "Cheap fare."
Queixes: "I purchased a ticket for a day trip from LTN > AMS and was sold an overbooked ticket. While there were other options available, easyJet slightly undercut the competition to sell a ticket for a seat which they never indicated was standby. Since my trip was only for the day, taking the next flight half a day later wasn't a great option. I attempted to check in but was presented with an unhelpful error and then told me the situation at the airport checkin. Inside Luton terminal, there is no easyJet representative to speak with past the security checkpoint until you arrive at the front of the line for your flight boarding. The suspense and lack of service was unnerving. Some passengers might appreciate a small compensation for the inconvenience of taking the next flight. If you absolutely need to be somewhere, don't buy a last minute ticket on easyJet. They don't tell you if you're buying a real ticket or just a standby spot."

Queixes: "The poor selection of foods and the seats. Anyone over 5 feet 10 will have a difficult time sitting."

Avantatges: "Days were comfortable and crew was pleasant."
Queixes: "The airport in Dubrovnik is sheer chaos! The Easy Jet people were pleasant and helpful. It would have been nice to have limited free drinks."

Avantatges: "Flight was on time. Friendly flight attendants. Quick check in. The APP worked great for our boarding passes."

Queixes: "posted it was an hour late then immediately called us for final boarding everyone had to rush to the gate. then we sat on the tarmac for an hour."

Queixes: "Lack of communication, one massive rude boarding employee who complained a 5-inch side bag was an "extra bag" and would not be allowed unless stuffed into a larger backpack - had strict luggage policies that were immediately contradicted by opening announcement on airplane. Also, received gate number only 10 min prior to boarding"

Avantatges: "I was a happy with the flight and also with the price!! Thanks a have nice day. I hope in the near future I will use this airlines again!!"

Avantatges: "The flight leaves on time, though the boarding process makes me sad. The good thing is that you expect so less from Easyjet that they don't disappoint you."

Queixes: "The check in crew was poorly trained and rude. At the check in gate, we asked the check in agent if we could carry on the roller board suitcase we normally use as a carry on for all or flights. We were assured we could. When we arrived at the gate we were told the case was too large and could not be carried on. We were then charged 60 euros for checking the bag when the cost at inital check in would have been only 54euroa. 5)3 gate check in crew were very rude!!! We travel a lot and have never had such a poor experience."

Queixes: "I payed for extra room for my legs but I got a normal seat."

Avantatges: "It was a convenient platform and to the point."

Avantatges: "So used to subpar service in the United States. The EasyJet crew was so welcoming. Radu was an absolute joy! I wish we had EasyJet in America!"

Queixes: "Charged me 60eur for a mini laptop bag I couldnt stick into my carry on. It was the size small book. Never again easy jet!"

Avantatges: "The crew was friendly enough and the flight wasn't terrible."
Queixes: "The company is stupid. They REQUIRE you to check your "personal item". In America, they are smart a realize that this bag (usually a backpack or a purse) can easily fit under the seat in front of you and does not need to be put in the hold. Even if it would need to, the airline would "gate check" the bag for you free of charge (you would just reclaim immediately after deplaning). But no, EasyJet will bend you over and charge you €50 to check something as simple as a backpack."

Avantatges: "Nothing. We had to run to get to the gate, then we waited a long time at the gate to be checked in by an agent, then we waited a long time in the plane after the flight was already delaid"

Avantatges: "Embarque y desembarque bien organizados."
Queixes: "Si el avión no está lleno, estaría al 55%, no permitir reservas en el asiento central. Distancia de seguridad mientras se pueda."

Queixes: "La ubicación del avión, estaba en la otra punta de la otra terminal del aeropuerto. La verdad es que tener que correr para llegar a tiempo del embarque y que luego te paseen en el autobús durante 20 minutos hasta llegar al avión no es precisamente agradable. ¿No podrían poner el avión más cerca de la terminal? y ya de paso, no podrían también poner la puerta más cerca (para llegar a la B46 desde la entrada del aeropuerto me llevó media hora)."

Queixes: "Cancelaron el vuelo por un tema de huelga, teniendo que gastar en comprar boletos pues tenía otro vuelo de conexión a Orlando en Paris con otra aerolínea. Ya he iniciado el proceso se reembolso espero que sea rápido y eficiente. Les mantendré al tanto."

Queixes: "The booking did not include my luggage despite buying the most expensive version of the fare. When I spoke to customer service, the could do nothing. I filed a complaint and will seek recompense further up."

Queixes: "They closed the gates on time despite the flight being nearly 2 hours late. So, passengers sat in the plane for about 4.5 hours for a 2h flight."

Queixes: "Ground crew opened my checked in bag and stole a $800.00 watch. As a seasoned traveler, I know you should never carry valuables in your checked in luggage. However, this was never the intention, I had planned to take my small bag with me but last minute Vueling offered to check it in for free, since the flight was full. I should have never agreed."

Queixes: "I asked for priority boarding at the counter since I’m pregnant which they agreed to. They advised me to wait for the priority announcement to board first. That did not happen. They simply let everyone on at once causing a stampede. Flight was delayed. Flight had no AC until almost take off. Smallest amount of legroom I’ve ever had in my life."
