Queixes: "The business class seats were smaller than I thought and not so comfortable as the 777. The seats are hard and ungiving and when you sleep on them you really feel it. Plus the flatbed lay out meant you were basically lying in a question mark position, not so goof for tall people like my husband. The food was good but uninteresting and I think for an overnight flight there should be more smaller,lighter, non spicy options offered rather that full dinners."
Queixes: "When refreshments were being served they did so in a hurry for some reason and missed passengers including myself. We had to call for an attendant to serve the refreshments who seemed a little annoyed at that."

Queixes: "J class seat, 12A window. Top of my seat curled around my sides, which blocked vision thru 1.5 of the 3 windows I had access to. The enclosure also protuded into my left bicep when I had my elbow resting on the arm rest. Table on my right hand side was too close to my body, and to high to reach a drink easily, I literally had to lift my whole right arm to pick up a glass."

If Hong Kong makes you do that switch over to another airport, better yet make no halt. I have flown direct from SF to Singapore before so not sure why this halt."

The food looked good tasted good and was plentiful. The pyjama were a nice added touch and very comfortable for the long flight. Flying into Cardiff airport was so good for my intended destination. I would certainly recommend them to others and many airlines could learn from their example.Well done and thank you"

Avantatges: "I really like the Qatar flight from Auckland to Manchester. But beware now that the Akl leg leaves 1 hour later the transit in Doha is officially 1.15hr. But since the first leg is always getting in and you have to bus to the terminal, transit time is about 30 mins. Although they are efficient and i made it this time, i wouldn't want to do this with kids."

Boarding in Doha was extremely slow, some passengers had issues with their travel documents and instead of handling those issues on the side, they kept everyone waiting for over 15 minutes"

Queixes: "Comparing this flight on Emirates airlines which is from Bahrain going to spain with the previous flight on Emirates airlines as well but was going from Bahrain to Dubai there is a huge difference starting from Time professionalism and crew treatment and captain experience on making the flight comfortable the level of everything changes my flight to Spain was very comfortable and quite and the food was delicious the crew was very helpful and polite the captain is very professional and he made us feel very comfortable in this flight smooth take of and landing."

Queixes: "My meal was awful the only option for me was raw vegetables in order to have vegetarian and gluten free... It was carrot, cucumber and celery sticks and some fruit. I had the same meal twice it was very sad meal for 17.5 hrs with no snacks offered either. My partner and another man were forgotten as the meal rounds were being done. The crew seemed a little disorganised. The adverts on the entertainment were annoying."

LATAM doesn’t recognize PreCheck, even though US airports do offer that but without the printout boarding pass passengers can’t take advantage of the shorter lines. LATAM also charged for both flights to check baggage instead of charging once for the whole trip."

Queixes: "Not necessarily a critique, but I did find it very odd, and non-standard, that the all the overhead bins were closed during boarding. It gave the impression that they were all full, when in fact, they were all empty. Planes should have the overhead compartments all open until everyone is on board so people can see what space is available."

Once arrived I had to connect to American Airlines flight and have to walk one mille and change to get to the other side of the airport. It will be ok, but I was with a 3 year old minor and I have to deal with this and the child"

Avantatges: "I was not put on the plane because they said my seat did not existed! I had purchased my ticket 3 months prior to departure and they said I did not have a seat on the plane due to overbooking. They clearly gave my seat away to someone else and this is not acceptable."

Other first class flights allow you to eat when you want. not this one. i slept through their mealtime - no food for me. the seats also do not recline fully. Since the treatment is not first class, might as well fly economy on this one."

Queixes: "Flew over on Royal Jordanian Airlines. The plane was like new the food was fantastic and the staff was as well. On at the home the staff was outstanding but the rest was just okay. The return trip was not as good as the Royal Jordanian experience.."

Queixes: "The upkeep of the airline, some of the airline staff to treat all passengers as one as I noticed more than an unusual amount of passengers were favoured over one another. A minimum flight of 5 hours was served with just the one meal. We were served lunch at 930 am on one flight. The observations in economy aren't as important as business class. Only if we could all afford to travel on business class."

Avantatges: "I had the opportunity of flying The Apartment from Abu Dhabi to JFK. It was one of the most incredible first class cabin experiences ever. The experience starts when boarding the aircraft and you are personally escorted to your seat and introduced to the several features around you. The space is ample and the cabin has some privacy doors making it feel very exclusive. There is a large couch across the seat which later is converted into a bed. I was offered pijamas and a small closet to hang my clothes right before take off. Once on the air our personal chef introduced himself and explained the different dishes from the menu. I was able to try the steak and the lamb biryani; both were superb. The IES provided a decent selection of western and some middle eastern films as well as a few live news channels. After I woke up our flight attendant explained the on board shower which is also a distinctive feature allowing to feel refreshed before landing. I had another meal before landing which included an appetizer, and entree and a dessert made with roses. The crew was nothing but fantastic and I would love to fly with them again."
