Queixes: "Seats 23A, 23B were extra cramped on the B777-300ER, even though they are sold as "extra comfort"! due to the video screen taking space between the seats. The seats were so cramped that the overhead light kept coming on, unknowingly, when people shifted in their seats."

I looked ahead on their site and paid a little extra for XL seats, with those you get speedy boarding and can bring a purse or backpack on top of your one rolly-bag carry on - they make it VERY clear on their site that you are only allowed 1 carry on within very specific size measurements. The XL seats were worth it for the leg room and extra small bag."

Queixes: "Our carry on bag was deemed oversized (standard US size carry-on), and we were charged 47 euros to check the bag. It also took over 40 minutes for the bags from our flight to load onto the baggage carousel. There was NO communication about the bag size/charges,etc. until we arrived at the counter to check in for our flight. They have an agent who monitors bags- you will not sneak by."

Queixes: "The plane was very hot for most of the trip. The crew was running around a lot, tripped on me. The captain had no idea what they were saying and said uh a lot, did not inspire confidence. There was no entertainment available. No complimentary refreshment options like most flights have. I was only allowed 1 small bag and had to check my other which had fragile objects in it."
Avantatges: "I was a little frantic checking in to this flight but the ladies working at easyJet made the experience so much better. They were helpful and kind at a time I really needed it most. I really can't thank them enough."
Avantatges: "Baggage drop off was super smooth and easy. Everyone was nice and carried a smile on their faces. I liked that bit."
Queixes: "Boarding was late as flight was delayed about 30 minutes. I was asked to put my tiny cross against inside my carry on and that had to happen on the floor right before boarding. I guess I misunderstood but so did tens of other passengers. Annoying and very unusual. Never asked of me ever before and I'm a very frequent traveler."

Queixes: "I purchased a ticket for a day trip from LTN > AMS and was sold an overbooked ticket. While there were other options available, easyJet slightly undercut the competition to sell a ticket for a seat which they never indicated was standby. Since my trip was only for the day, taking the next flight half a day later wasn't a great option. I attempted to check in but was presented with an unhelpful error and then told me the situation at the airport checkin. Inside Luton terminal, there is no easyJet representative to speak with past the security checkpoint until you arrive at the front of the line for your flight boarding. The suspense and lack of service was unnerving. Some passengers might appreciate a small compensation for the inconvenience of taking the next flight. If you absolutely need to be somewhere, don't buy a last minute ticket on easyJet. They don't tell you if you're buying a real ticket or just a standby spot."

Also, received gate number only 10 min prior to boarding"

At the check in gate, we asked the check in agent if we could carry on the roller board suitcase we normally use as a carry on for all or flights. We were assured we could. When we arrived at the gate we were told the case was too large and could not be carried on. We were then charged 60 euros for checking the bag when the cost at inital check in would have been only 54euroa. 5)3 gate check in crew were very rude!!! We travel a lot and have never had such a poor experience."

Queixes: "When we arrived at the airport the departures monitor did not list our flight for 10:15! They had another flight that was listed for 10:55. Ended up going to 3 different gates to finally find 2 agents that then walked us to the final gate. We then ended up waiting for another 30 minutes before boarding a bus that drove us 10 minutes to a completely different part of the airport where our plane was waiting. We then waited another 45 before we took off. Staff was very nice and could tell they were stressed but at least they didn't make it any worse."

Queixes: "Everything.... Didn't know our boarding gate till 20mins before takeoff... Wouldn't let me take on my handbag, since I had a carry on luggage. Had to pay to check my bag....and the price was outrageous...like 50 euros, to check a carry on. I wouldn't travel budget unless it was a last option. I would of rather paid a few more dollars. I ended up paying more in the end. Terrible."

Queixes: "The company is stupid. They REQUIRE you to check your "personal item". In America, they are smart a realize that this bag (usually a backpack or a purse) can easily fit under the seat in front of you and does not need to be put in the hold. Even if it would need to, the airline would "gate check" the bag for you free of charge (you would just reclaim immediately after deplaning). But no, EasyJet will bend you over and charge you €50 to check something as simple as a backpack."

Queixes: "Could not board at 1 PM to Amsterdam from Lisbon as plane was seriously overbooked. Had to go around the airport to get my own luggage and to get new tickets issues to Barcelone that night and then a flight the next day to my destination in Amsterdam. I lost 20 hours, much of that time to get my flight and luggage rerouted. No Vueling représentative at Lisbon airport! Compensation is not easily obtained through website as advertised. Worse experience in 60 years of flying 10,000 miles a year."

Queixes: "Everything else. This was the worst plane experience ever. The flight was super super delayed (as were several other Vueling flights) and we stood in the bag drop line for over 2 hours because there was no system and everyone was confused. Then when we finally got through they updated the flight status every 10 min confusing everyone cause the time kept changing and no one knew what was going on. Then they finally posted the gate and we had to run to the other side of the airport and then they delayed the flight again so it was over 3 1/2 hours delayed In the end. Then boarding was a mess and the plane itself was pitiful for how expensive that flight was. This is never going to be a company of choice for me. Definitely a last resort."

Queixes: "Vueling—couldn’t figure out how to have us pay extra money for overweight bags It took us almost an hour to get thru the line bc our bags were too heavy, then the agent couldn’t figure out how to charge us for the extra $, so after 15 min, they just let us go without paying Then, it too forever to get thru security THEN, our flight was delayed, but they still told us to go to the gate and board, even tho there was no crew yet And then, we had to go down 2 flights of steps to take a bus to the plane and then take a flight of steps up to the plane. Then, our seats were dirty with cups and garbage Then the captain said we needed to refuel. Said it would take 5 more minutes but it was more like 25"
Queixes: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Queixes: "two hours late, because of earlier weather, there was never an acknowledgement or apology until a recorded announcement at the end of the fkight. after changing departure gates (again no sorry) the boarding was chaos, led by silly giggling wonen who had no decorum and no sense of safety. then a 45 minute wait onboard, no explanation. food for sale looks terrible. bumpy (not their fault) it all might have been far more humanely done."
Queixes: "Everything WOW Air is a horrible aircraft company. Unprofessional from the beginning texting me before my flight regarding overbooking of customers on the flight. Late departure, and arrival. No entertainment on a long flight to a from Amsterdam. Layover in Iceland the plane than again was late with departure and arrival."

Queixes: "Plane was scheduled to leave at 8:15 and suddenly was changed and we left at 7:45. Flight attendants then forced us to check our small carry on items despite being told they were for a wedding the next day. Subsequently the bags were lost and then found four days earlier. Fortunately, we found our baggage but had to improvise for the wedding. Airport lost and found said that happens all the time with Vuelling and a baggage claim stub should just be discarded as worthless."

Avantatges: "Easy enough boarding... our flight coming into BCN was delayed due to weather, so we were cutting it very close for the connection. Vueling crew took care of our late check in etc."

Queixes: "The airline staff from check-in to dismissal were a big mess. No info, no help upon cancellation....Nothing."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed by about 30 minutes, the boarding process is a cattle call worst than Southwest Airlines and upon requesting a food item and a drink, I was told the sandwich wasn't available only to see two of them on the other cart, and they had the nerve to offer me a warm €10 mini bottle of prosecco. And lastly, the crew was either aloof or extremely new. I've flown Vueling three times in my life. This was the worst. I guess you get what you pay for."

Queixes: "Remote standing boarding by bus in Barcelona. Food was overpriced."

Queixes: "The most horrible experience Iv'e ever had with flights and airline! The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

Queixes: "The Malpensa airport boarding process is a bit of a free-for-all, with people lined up a long time before boarding in a very long line. Your best option is to skip the giant line with Priority Boarding. Even in the short Priority Boarding line, it was pretty messy, and a businessman pretending ignorance tried to cut in line in front of me."
Queixes: "Paid $180 one way trip on a cheap airline. I expected to fly with British Airways. That is what was sold to me. Like the airline pulled a fast one on me. I do not like this at all and extremely upset."

Queixes: "No visualitza massa q la facturació en tarifa bàsica cal fer-la entre les 24 i 2 hores abans de l’embarcament. El personal de terra molt amable, ens va assessorar a temps."

Queixes: "We weren't informed of flight delays until arriving at the airport. No information was provided on departure time until after waiting almost 2 hours. Ryanair staff at the airport made announcements exclusively in Spanish, without providing an English translation."

Queixes: "Plane left an hour after scheduled time. Amenities were mediocre but that's what you expect with Ryanair. Didn't even get water."
Queixes: "Rude gate agent and they played the blame game as to why they were late!"
Queixes: "Everything cost money. They were late both flights. The seats didn’t recline. There was no communication for the boarding. It cost $100 each way for bags. It cost $24 to print out your boarding pass if you did it at the airport. Water even cost money. No pocket on the seat backs to put stuff in. Bags took forever to get."
Queixes: "Landing was shockingly scary, staff not so friendly, seats were dirty"

Queixes: "To be charged $20 at the ticket counter for a printed boarding pass is offensive. Despite having already checked in online, Ryannair apparently thinks I should have spent my holiday hunting down a print shop as not to incur their "get a printed boarding pass from an unpleasant ticket counter employee" fee. No boarding pass kiosks and unclear why they would not provide a digital one upon online check-in. Or rather it became clear as I handed over my debit card. Seats are intentionally designated apart from your travel companions so you'll pay more to have them switched to sit next your friend. Cabin is extra cramped. Ryannair is all-around terrible by budget airline standards."

Abrupt staff at check in and on board staff also had attitude.Seats where dirty .We stood outside to wait to board when the plane was not even there and lucky it was not raining as we would all have being soaked. I don't know why we had to stand outside in the cold when the plane was not ready."
Avantatges: "Deboarding and never having to fly Ryanair again."
Queixes: "Our inbound flight was cancelled. The outbound check-in agents we're rude. Forced to print our tix before arrival we "failed to read the fine print" that we were supposed to undergo a "visa check" before the gate. Whatever the heck that's about. First time requirement and totally obtuse. Gate agents did their best to humiliate. No inflight free services. Just be glad you aren't made to pay to pee (yet)."
Queixes: "Ryanair boarded the plane only for us to be stuck inside a dirty stinky tunnel with no plane at the end of it. Crying children, moaning kids, no air conditioning, for about 1.5 hours. Ryanair as a company KNEW they'd be delayed, yet they board us into a disgusting tunnel to sit on the floor with no toilets no water nothing. We then board but at this point I was deathly ill and Ryanair didn't take care of us at all with any free refreshments like they should have for being late. Disgusting service. Won't be flying with them ever again this happens way too often."
Avantatges: "We arrived about 20min earlier than expected. Our bags were checked in for free and we got them on time and without issues at the baggage belt on arrival. Snacks and drinks are not free but available for purchase. There isn't any kind of on-board entertainment. We sat in the last row and we have plenty of leg room - surprisingly."
Queixes: "No drinks for free. It would be nice to get at least a glass of water. But it is understandable that low budget- short flights are not offering such services anymore."

Queixes: "Drunken rowdies from Ireland going to Amsterdam took over the cabin with obnoxious, vulgar behavior...fueled by the cabin staff selling the drunken crowd even more alcohol! One poor passenger had a seizure on the way to the runway and was subjected to their reticule! They should have been removed!"
Avantatges: "Free magazines, easy to bring luggage on board"
Queixes: "It was so hot, we were sick. They kept trying to sell perfume! We all had headaches!"
Queixes: "There was no priority boarding for families with small kids. And the lines were long to board."

Also they close the gate 30 minutes before and it takes 30 minotes to get to the gate Very difficult process so fate was closed and I had to pay 60 eu for luggage which was never clear anywhere and I had to check-in 3 hours before you have to check in before u can print the boarding pass so I was looking for a boarding pass but could t get it since I didn't know I had to check In???????? Mo5hi g explained anywhere!"

Avantatges: "The crew on the actual flight was nice. Also, a kind and patient Ryanair employee helped us with check-in after our awful experience with their customer service desk."
Queixes: "The customer service representative at the Dublin airport for Ryanair was extremely rude and was annoyed from the moment we stepped up to the desk. Yes, Ryanair is a budget airline but it costs $0 to be nice and helpful especially if you are working in customer service."

Queixes: "We asked two Ryanair employees when we arrived at the import if our bags would b considered carry-on and then we were forced to pay $50 each at the gate to check our bags, making this economy flight much more expensive. We saw a number of people with bags as large as ours carry on and even the baggage attendants outside the plane were surprised. Wong fly Ryanair again due to one stubborn employee at the gate"
Avantatges: "As always, Ryanair tends to be pretty diligent on boarding by rushing people to the plane. No delays, we boarded ahead of time and arrived on time to destination. Their routes and destinations are convenient most of the time."
Queixes: "There was no priority boarding at the Palma airport. We boarded like the rest of passengers, even when paying for the ¨privilege¨. And they made us board and wait in a line 20 minutes before the official boarding time. While checking our bag, it had one kilo overweight, and at the desk, they made us take things out of the suitcase and put it in our hand luggage. Making us do that for one kilo overweight is ridiculous."

Queixes: "This is my first flight on Ryanair. The seats are uncomfortable, stuck straight upright and cannot be reclined. Very jammed together seating. The low cost encourages family flying, so there is much more than the usual amount of howling babies--in particular, one directly behind us who howled like a banshee for about a third of the 2 1/2 hour flight. The charge to check a bag was quite high. I was on Ryanair because we were flying with relatives who already had booked this flight. In future I will avoid Ryanair. I'm willing to pay for a modicum of comfort."
Queixes: "There was nowhere to put my bottle of drink!"
Avantatges: "Incredible cheap fare, but watch out, the airline has plenty of hidden tricks to extract you more money."

This was a 45min trip and this attitude costed us another 1h wait time in the airport because we had to move and wait for the bags at the baggage claim area etc... total waste of time"
Queixes: "it seems unfair that Ryanair cannot simply print a boarding pass. When travelling access to a printer is not always easy."
Avantatges: "Extremely efficient self service bag drop. Not as harsh as last time I flew with them many years ago. Was reluctant to fly them again but decided to give them another try since price was much better than others. Was pleasantly surprised."
Queixes: "Seats do not recline."
Queixes: "Big unadvertised feea. You end up paying much more in the end & feel like you're trapped in a scam after you bought the tickets. See examples: - to print out your boarding pass at the airport -to check EVEN ONE bag -to get a cup of water - multiple small inconveniences & lack of service on every front, even compared to other stripped down no frills carriers Delays! Cheap seats with an ad for food purchase plastered on the back seat in front of you. Repeated attempts to sell extras - food, drinks, jewelry, perfume up & down aisles by embarrassed flight attendants Bad service & total disrespect for & misunderstanding of their customer and even their own employees. It's unbelievable. Skip this airline!"

Queixes: "We started boarding and were taken to a hall to wait. Then we were taken on a bus and then we finally boarded. The waiting period was very annoying. They should have started boarding when they were actually ready to board. Also, not enough luggage space for the amount of passengers."
Queixes: "never board on the time indicated on the ticket. boarding is chaotic; no groups, no organization! waited for the luggage for an hour."

Queixes: "Worst airline ever. The checkin process is incredibly inefficient. Their lack of use of technology is unbelievable."

Queixes: "I got charged €78 because they said that u have to check in online coz nothing on the booking or even the confirmation ssys that but they hide it in between the line in order to get more money so thats the worst thing i had in my whole life"
Queixes: "They set up the lines so that Priority goes first .. cool... then you wait as EVERYONE piles onto a bus to then shuffle onto a plane ... defeating the point of paying extra for priority..."
