As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily."

The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."

Queixes: "Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Eventually I found a desk at a different location that would take my bag. Boarding was chaotic, no lines, just a crowd blocking access. Even passengers with small children couldn't get through. Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to."

In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."
Queixes: "I've found Iberia to be uncaring. This flight was much the same. The food and drink service was cheap, and I felt the attendants didn't feel like they had to try to give good service. The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging."

Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables."

Then, our seats were dirty with cups and garbage Then the captain said we needed to refuel. Said it would take 5 more minutes but it was more like 25"

Late departure, and arrival. No entertainment on a long flight to a from Amsterdam. Layover in Iceland the plane than again was late with departure and arrival."

Queixes: "Flat out the worst flying experience I've ever had. The bag checkin processes was a nightmare; I showed up super early to the airport, with more than enough time to check my bag and board without issue. The bag checkin line didn't move for over an hour, and while there were still tons of people waiting to check their bags for flights that were soon departing, most of the counter employees packed up and left. When someone pointed out that we would miss our flights, the attendants said "my shift is over" and walked away. At this point, the line broke and passengers started to cut the line, two people nearly got into a fight, airport security even had to come. My bag was finally checked five minutes before the flight left (!!!!!). I was unsure if I'd make the flight, or if my bag would make it on the aircraft. The worst part is that throughout their incompetent checkin processes, the attendants were all incredibly rude. I am NEVER flying this airline again, even if I have to pay twice as much for my ticket."

Queixes: "It was late. It was packed. It needed busses at both airports. And it took 1.5 hours to get my luggage. Never again."
Queixes: "App was down couldn’t check in had to pay cash(euros for trip). 250 euros for 180 pound as Ryanair only accepted pound (had to change at airport hence the rates) absolutely disgusting"
Queixes: "Pointless paying extra for priority boarding as both lanes boarded at the same time"
Queixes: "Really rude staff member getting people through to plane. Food I ordered came to me as something totally different because they had run out of what I ordered they didn’t ask me if I wanted it instead so had to refuse it as I can’t eat cheese so I ended up going without."

Queixes: "Priority queue was the longest! Had to help mother with baby and pram down stairs to bus for flight. Feel they should have been given help and real priority"
Avantatges: "It is the worst airline on Earth. They barred me from flight, removed my name from the system so that I can't board because they say that I can't travel with EU residence card with which I travelled to all Schengen countries with other airlines. They lied to me and didn't return my money too."
Queixes: "They must obey EU laws!"
Queixes: "We paid for our bags on booking and then paid for them on both flights again."
Avantatges: "Crew was very pleasant and helpful."
Queixes: "The seats are very small, but that’s what you get for flying Ryan Air"

Avantatges: "Lack of info on cabin baggage until the gate. Embarrassing situation of having to pay for the excess baggage."
Queixes: "Better information about baggage pre fight and more polite staff."
Avantatges: "The flight was all good and even though the flight was delayed, they did a quick turnaround and took off as quickly as possible."
Queixes: "Why do Ryanair only release their return tickets two days before flying? If they released them at the same time as flying out then it would be easy to get printing facilities."
Queixes: "Leg room & seat comfort"
Queixes: "We had to wait ages for our baggage. So effectively the flight was very late. This won't show in statistics as it la ded on time. Potentially serious for travellers. Thank you."
Avantatges: "Crew/ fast flight"
Queixes: "La aeromoza , poco educada. Las del boarding me cobraron una maleta cuando en el check in nunca me avisaron, ni dieron la opción, de hecho a cada pregunta nuestra tuvieron que acudir a la encargada, todos principiantes, y eso significó que yo tuviese que pagar 20 euros por una cartera de mano."
Avantatges: "Some of the staff were nice"
Queixes: "Flight was delayed four hours, and while that happens sometimes, what really upset me was the compete lack of help and competence from the staff. It seemed to me nobody knew what to do or what was going on. I tried to talk to three different desks and the cabin crew and nobody could help at all."
Queixes: "The plane being on time, we got to the departure lounge ready to board only to be told there was a technical fault. They knew the plane had a fault, could have notified us sooner. Once on board we were delayed a further half an hour at no time were there any apologies or explanation."
Queixes: "The seats are uncomfortable and the baggage policy is a rip off and not consistently applied. Those only permitted a small bag in cabin not policed with much larger bags than allowed permitted. Some wheelie bags tagged and charged for as too big. I wanted a hold bag of 20 kgs but was charged for two"

Queixes: "Being allocated when we booked seats apart to make us pay £11 to sit together. All we can take from this is that it was another money grabbing exercise by Ryanair as there were plenty of empty seats available when we boarded!"
Queixes: "Flight was delayed"
Queixes: "Lines were 20 times longer than every other airline and we almost missed our flight because of it. The seats were u comfortable and small."
Queixes: "When booking we paided an extra fee to reserve our seats. However when I tried to activate this option, it was not possible. There was an extra charge.... Then it was back and forward between the life chat and the contactform. Each of them pointing to each other to find a sollution.... guess what... nobody did"
Queixes: "Stood in a queue for ages. Got our bags checked and then told that flight in was delayed and once in passengers will deboard first and rhen we will board. No apologies offered. We left late and areived in Dublin late. The trays in front of our seats (all three in our row) were dirty with spilled teas etc and we were not able to use rhem. As for flight and crew and everything else it was ok and nothing special. We felt rushed and were told get a move on quickly."

Queixes: "Whole. Families split up , inc young children, one group of ten spread all round the plan. Just two of us me row 27 better half row 8 ! Only Jet 2 do this too to punish you for not paying to sit together."
Avantatges: "The flight itself was quick and crew members were professional."
Queixes: "We weren't informed of flight delays until arriving at the airport. No information was provided on departure time until after waiting almost 2 hours. Ryanair staff at the airport made announcements exclusively in Spanish, without providing an English translation."
Avantatges: "Liverpool airport, flight"
Queixes: "Service from ground staff in Palma Being charged twice for our bags. Paid £200 for 2 bags instead of £100. Will never fly Ryan air again."
Queixes: "20 minutes notice of an 8 hour delay. Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters."
Queixes: "Everything cost money. They were late both flights. The seats didn’t recline. There was no communication for the boarding. It cost $100 each way for bags. It cost $24 to print out your boarding pass if you did it at the airport. Water even cost money. No pocket on the seat backs to put stuff in. Bags took forever to get."

Queixes: "The plane itself was probably one of the most disgusting that I have ever been on. There was literal garbage and food all over the floors, the air flow was not working properly, the crew was not friendly, and upon boarding I was made to wait for a reason that was never explained although I had paid for priority boarding. This airline needs some serious help, because my flight to Ibiza was also a terrible experience. Would 10/10 NEVER fly with them again."

Queixes: "Why do I have to sit with other people whom have been purposely separated from their wives family & friends ? I know the answer because Ryanair have now adopted the Jet2’s system of ensuring although you book together you definitely won’t seat together! ( Unless you pay the premium to sit side by side as 99% of the worlds airlines do as a matter of course!)."
Avantatges: "Passengers and crew were nice. The basic price is ok, but many people buy "extras" like "privileged" boarding, and seats next to friends/relatives, so not so cheap overall."
Queixes: "I don't understand Ryanair policy on random seat assignment. It delays boarding while passengers negotiate on swapping seats. I guess it's just a cynical ploy to extract more money, like the privileged boarding scam. In Palma, the departure board went from Delayed to Boarding without any announcements. The plane was late arriving and the crew blamed the ground staff. The ground staff were certainly slow coming to the plane at Stansted. I wonder if they are disenchanted with Ryanair too. We will actively avoid Ryanair where possible, and advise others to do so."
