Queixes: "Iberia was unable to ticket us all the way through to our final destination when we checked-in at our origin (Faro). We then had to go through an arduous process to get handwritten boarding passes in Madrid. This put us at the end of the line for boarding. Then the gate agent refused to let us board because the boarding passes Iberia customer service wrote and stamped didn’t have ticket # on ithem. The gate agent made it clear that it was all on me to go back to the agent at customer service to get it addressed and make it back in-time. The other passenger was my 80 year old mother who a I had to leave unaccompanied at the gate so i’d have some chance of running across the terminal and making it back in-time, which fortunately I did. The complete lack of interest in helping or even acknowledging that this was their mistake is the reason why I will never fly Iberia again."

Queixes: "Iberia put me on standby with no notification or explanation. My entire trip came to a screeching hault. The stress and anxiety of waiting to see if I got on a flight with my new fiancé was wildly inexcusable on Iberia’s end. I am incredibly lucky to have made it on but it is deeply disturbing that Iberia would rely on luck so heavily after screwing me out of a seat I payed a lot for. I would have missed my connecting flights and been stuck in Spain for god knows how long since they wouldn’t tell me other flight information. I am very worried about flying with Iberia again."

Queixes: "The food was So So. We had to take a bus to the plane out in the middle of the taxi area. Sat on the bus for several minutes be fore they would let us board."

Queixes: "I was at the airport more than 2 hours ahead of my flight time. By the time I made it through check in, security, and immigration, I was already cutting it close. A random security check right at the gate made me miss my flight. There were no timely options to re-route my flight unless it was at a fee of over >$2,000. Horrible, stressful, experience."
Queixes: "Layovers are what makes the flight bad."
Avantatges: "The flight is barley an hour so nothing was served. I was glad I had water on me. Other wise it was a easy flight"

Queixes: "Food was very bad and during the entire 10 hour flight all I received to drink was a half a can of soda and a small glass of orange juice. Seats are very uncomfortable. After the first half of the flight the bathrooms were really dirty and messy."
Queixes: "The crew was rude and Inattentive. They keep the cabin so cold, most people more miserable and had their blankets all they way up to their necks, and still cold. Seats were very thin and not very comfortable and so close together, there's was no room to stretch out at all."
Avantatges: "Flight to our destination: sat in exit row for extra cost. I was freezing cold and was told no extra blankets. Also staff were rude and unhelpful telling us to remove all things from the floor for take off and landing ( which i accept is the policy) but since we had nowhere to put them except on our laps (she’s, books, sweaters pocket book) as there is no seat in front for an exit row to put under. The staff member kept saying “up, up” motioning with her hand, but made no offer to assist us in finding overhead space. Upon our return flight, our pre booked exit row seats were switched on us right before boarding in a rude and matter of fact wayand my husband and I were separated one on either side of the aircraft. When we queried this, we were told it would be up to us to switch with the person sitting next to us. Overall very disappointing. I would not fly Iberia again."

Queixes: "In Chicago, again my carryon things and person were extensively searched, to the point that the explosives expert was called to examine my shoes and cell phone!! If anyone would have been trying to get away with something, they were certainly able to with the time and energy wasted on me as I was only anxious to get home to see my grandchildren!!"

Queixes: "Worst flight I've had ever. Plane was badly maintained. No soap in toilet and faucet did not work. Seats were extremely uncomfortable and absolutely no leg room (I'm not tall, only 5'10") The steward and stewardess talked with each other the entire time very loudly. The entire plane could hear. They laughed and giggled. Several people asked them to stop so people could sleep. It's a job not a date!"

Queixes: "I don't know what they served us. I wouldn't call that food. Breakfast was even more depressing than dinner. No entertainment system, except those collective screens – everybody needs to watch the same movie. Staff was rude and flight was 2 and half hours LATE."
Queixes: "Take off was delayed for six hours and Iberia's representative in Madrid told me me missing my train to Valencia is not their problem and Iberia will not reimburse me for the train nor the Iberia flight I had to take to get to Valencia. I've been an Iberia's customer for many years. Horrible customer service and poor airline service. Shame"
Avantatges: "Everything abou the airline. The boarding was quick, the flight crew were wonderful, the flight was clean and smooth."

Queixes: "The only bad thing is that the checking at JFK was very long!!!!"
Queixes: "We were in JFK for over 24 hours being lied to and being promised that our flight to Madrid although late would leave that day. We were changed from boarding door to boarding door, we were told that there were no hotel rooms available in New York that they could place us in and told that they were testing a plane and as soon as it was confirmed it could fly we would be on it. At approx. 1am or a little after we (the passengers) from the flight were located at boarding door 7 and they brought an Iberia plane right by the windows in hopes that we would be put at ease at the sight of a possible flight only to find out that there are no flights out of JFK after 1am. The lies they told and or lack of truths was very frustrating"

Avantatges: "The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The flight was very smooth."
Avantatges: "Very good food overall. Picking up utensils a little slow. Good coffee. Lavatories were accessible at all times. I was able to get aisle seat without a hassle. Good movie selection l. Movie quality itself was disappointing l."
Queixes: "We were on the plane for 2 hours before we were offered any drinks (soda, water, etc.) The seats were quite small ( I'm average sized.) and I often felt as if I were slipping off the seat. The aircraft was very warm with poor airflow."

Queixes: "They asked me to store my suitcase in an overhead bin at the front of the plane as they had run out of space so I complied. When it was time to disembark, someone had stolen my suitcase. I have not located it since and the customer service from Vueling is horrendous - they keep running me around to different departments and sending automated responses, refusing to answer my questions."

Queixes: "Seating cramped and uncomfortable as usual with Ryanair."
Avantatges: "I booked and pey 83.5 € and when I want to get a boarding Rayan air get 55€ agin!!!!!! What has happened there?!"
Queixes: "No visualitza massa q la facturació en tarifa bàsica cal fer-la entre les 24 i 2 hores abans de l’embarcament. El personal de terra molt amable, ens va assessorar a temps."
Avantatges: "Nothing late again dirty plane not allowed to bring alcohol on which is fair enough but they don’t mind selling you there own"
Queixes: "Everything was rubbish"
Avantatges: "Cabin crew very good, lovely flights out and back but food sparse. Lots in the in flight magazine but seemingly little on board. I was v hungry!! Mr O'Leary, love the cheap flights and booking system fine but you could make more money from better food options. Pity."
Queixes: "Much waiting in line for most of an hour bofore gate opens and incredibly slow inflight food service"
Avantatges: "The pilot and safety tannoy is not loud enough"
Queixes: "Confusion about checking bags - extra cost for the return journey of the two big bags we’d paid for! Extra cost for our party not to be scattered about the plane (we were) altogether annoying and miserable experience. Will try to avoid Ryanair in future"
Avantatges: "The flight itself was great.... just the 90 min delay that put a downer on things."
Queixes: "The 90 minute delay was a bit of a killer... also we where not told about the delay when checking in our hold luggage.... one of my party smoke and where a bit put out to find out about the delay once they had gone through customs etc and then couldn’t smoke."
Avantatges: "Price and punctually."
Queixes: "As mentioned being separated by the “ random computer choice of seats. We were put rows apart both with empty seats either side of us, we fly lots and only Ryanair and Jet2 do this."
Queixes: "The passport check at Marseille is so poorly managed that they made nearly every passenger late and an elderly woman was humiliated as she had to climb under barriers. The response from the Ryanair representative? “You’re flying low-cost. What do you expect?”"
Avantatges: "V efficient airport. Got through quickly and no rushing due to size. V pleasant staff despite full plane. Nice flight path over by Ireland’s highest mountain range on the departure. Also nice sunset on right of plane. All on time"
Queixes: "Maybe enough seats for everyone after security but obv right for space"
Avantatges: "On time departure and arrival, crew excellent. Did not try food and there is no entertainment so three stars for what I saw."
Queixes: "Uncomfortable seats and not enough room to even pick up a bottle of water dropped on the floor. Cattle get more room on lorries. Aircraft was very hot on boarding and the arrival bus did not have any airconditioning and was also very hot."
Avantatges: "It took off roughly on time"
Queixes: "Boarding was slow, checking in was annoying (just lots of steps to be done with lots of ppl who don’t travel often and less helpful staff), and the plane smelled odd."
Queixes: "Plane arrived late, took off 1.5hrs after plan and arrived late in Dublin There was no tea, beer or wine. Most of the food was not available"
Avantatges: "Finding an affordable flight to allow the family to get away for a weeks holiday that would otherwise not be possible."
Queixes: "Having the family sitting separately on the flight as we were not able to afford to pay additional money to per book seats. But it was only a 2 hour flight so we coped. Think it would be a good idea if the airline didn’t just assume that because a child is 11 years old they are able to sit away from their parents. My son has additional needs and so although his chronological age is 12 years his developmental age is only 7/8 years so being sat away from his parents was very stressful for him. Maybe asking during booking if any of the party hav s additioonal needs would be a good idea."
Avantatges: "Cabin baggage management"
Queixes: "Hold baggage took over half an hour to arrive. Loot enough seats in gate at airport of departure"
Queixes: "When check in took place we were kept in a dark,cold,wet & windy covered area for about 10/15 minutes before being allowed to board the plane. This is really unacceptable in this day & age."
Queixes: "Stansted airport is very poor. Not enough space, facilities or anything. Ryanair flight delayed. “Boarded” into cramped holding area. Very poor form."
Avantatges: "With Ryanair, you can only really like the price and the people. To be fair though, m the toilet was clean.."
Queixes: "Our flight was scheduled to depart at 7.30 am, but was still refueling after an earlier flight at that time. In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. As it was, the rain had just stopped while we waited at the foot of the aircraft stairs. We actually took off 45 mins late. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."
Avantatges: "The price of the ticket is really cheap and I keep that in mind when I review the flight"
Queixes: "The boarding was tedious."
Queixes: "We boarded after the time it was supposed to take off and once in Barcelona we had to wait about 25 minutes to collect our bags."
Avantatges: "Staff tried hard in view of the delay"
Queixes: "Food was lukewarm, didnt like the self check in at the airport for checked in bags"
Queixes: "Not very comfortable seats"
Queixes: "Carry on luggage put in hold"
Avantatges: "Crew was very friendly and helpful."
Queixes: "Long wait before getting on the aircraft"

Queixes: "Ground crew went on lunch break causing an hour delay. Seat was dirty. Could not understand what the crew was saying."
Queixes: "Not much extra leg room and one attempted rammed the trolley into my foot trapping my toe against the wall and the didn't even respond to me shouting out in pain"
Avantatges: "A very average flight, cannot complain. the newer mod seats made so much more room on the plane."
Queixes: "When you buy tickets as a collective and check in with plenty of notice; it's an absolute disgrace to charge to sit next to your travelling partner. Ryanair going out of there way again to rinse there customers for every penny."
Avantatges: "There is nothing to like about flying RyanAir"
Queixes: "No legroom, seats are cramped. £100 for 1x 20kg bag and £56 to reserve 2 seats. £2 payment charge in order for me to give them money... No entertainment Delayed inexplicably for an hour on the taxiway - no reason given. There aren't even seat-back pockets. Truly awful flight."
Avantatges: "Good service to local airports"
Queixes: "Left late due to passengers acting like zombies"
Avantatges: "Staff polite and helpful. Swift check in."
Queixes: "Difficult to identify priority boarding. Queues merged into one."
Queixes: "Stop trying to sell me things every 10 minutes. I just want to get some sleep. Provide something for free, like peanuts or pretzels, as a nice gesture."
Avantatges: "Cheap..ish, reasonable experience."
Avantatges: "Arrived at 5.45, checked in, gone through security by 06.30. Flight delayed by 15 minutes, due to passengers not Ryanair. Arrived 15 minutes early so would have arrived earlier at Palma. Staff seemed friendly. No real complaints."
Queixes: "Anytime I felt asleep I was poking by the crew member running around the plane to sell food, scratch cards etc. When I asked for a glass of water I received an answer which states that water is impotable. What a shame. They force you to buy whole bottle."
