Queixes: "The screens would freeze for all the people around. The connecting flight had 50 minutes, however there was another security check and gate was quite far, everything had to be done in a hassle and we were nervous throughout regarding missing the flight."

Someone else was given my emergency row seat, booked and confirmed 24 hours ahead. It was a full flight but I got a middle seat and continued my long journey home from Kenya"

Queixes: "Transiting at Manchester between our Frankfurt to SFO flights was dreadful. They made us go through security and the inspectors were so incompetent they caused a huge back-up. Took an hour to get through. Avoid Manchester. Then they lost my luggage...still missing after a week."

Even though I arrived at the gate two minutes before the scheduled departure time, the plane had already left the gate. VERY disappointing and will probably be the last time I fly Lufthansa, especially through Frankfurt."

No one at the gate which didn’t say final call (or on any of the boards) or anyone calling us over the tannoy at any point. Super rude “flight manager” A. Turini burst out laughing when we told him our situation and when I asked why he said “Well would it make you happier if I cry instead?” So unprofessional."

Queixes: "Lufthansa's narrowbodies have one of the most uncomfortable seats in the sky. These slimline seats are built with a central beam running vertically along the midline of the seat, making it very uncomfortable with your spine."

Avantatges: "Very friendly atmosphere at boarding gate & helpful crew on journey, plus surprisingly good food foe economy class made for positive feel to this trip. Add to it the fact I caught a movie I'd missed seeing at cinema plus even getting a few hours sleep, this was probably one of my better long haul flights in recent times."

Queixes: "Tras pasar por la máquina con la tarjeta de embarque una azafata de tierra dijo que no podía pasar alegando que mi maleta de mano espesaba demasiado sin fijarse que ya había sido pesado con etiqueta de ‘cabin baggage por la aerolínea. Luego al preguntar si estaba asegurado dijo que sí pero no sabía por cuanto. Los compartimentos encima de mi asiento no estaban llenos. El avión aterrizó tarde. Las azafatas de vuelo profesionales."

Avantatges: "Family check-in in Frankfurt is superb. Economy Plus was a really great experience!"
Queixes: "The fact that I can't use my own headphones and I'm forced to use the cheap airline-provided ones (with the dual plugs). Single biggest reason to not fly Lufthansa, because I can't enjoy the movies!"

Queixes: "Very tide space made it impossible to survive 8h flight for a small person like me. Seats are to small and put to close together. I can’t imagine how a tall man can seat comfortably. All passengers around me complained about that. Boarding should be in groups not everybody at the same time. Although the flight was perfect and staff very nice the tide space makes me try another airline for my next trip"

Queixes: "Punctuality. I fly lufthansa twice a week and I have yet to fly on time. There are always a delay."

Avantatges: "The Germans are known for their efficiency and Lufthansa followed through with that. From the check-in process to cabin service, all was top notch. As I was sitting near the front of economy, any "extra" economy plus meals were handed out as to avoid waste. I was the recipient of a delicious Caprese salad. A nice treat."

Avantatges: "The hotel was nice although I was unable to sleep due to the delays all around concerning my connecting flight. I am thoroughly upset because I contacted the airlines 3 times in May to express my concern with the 30mins layover. And to no avail. My worst concerns are being played out now. It appears that their isn’t any concern from the airlines about this catastrophe impacting so many people. Shame on you."
Queixes: "The connecting flight departed before the first flight landed. Then I was given the wrong information of gate departure by airport personnel. After running like crazy to find this gate for departure, the plane had already departed before we even landed. There wasn’t anyone around to help, and finally I found an airport worker who gave me the same incorrect information. She was as perplexed as was I. Finally, she directed me to the information booth where I was booked in a flight the next day. The food voucher was insufficient to cover dinner, i had to pay out of my pocket but I was frugal given the financial situation. The taxi service personnel were rude and it took a long time to taxi me to the hotel where I am unable to sleep because I have an early morning g departure. All in all, between the airport delays getting me to the hotel, lack of proper food and treatment by personnel, I am exhausted and lost sleep in the process."

Queixes: "Airport in Vienna was pretty disorganized. Several people from several flights had to be pulled out for additional screening that should have been done earlier. Passengers were confused and frustrated"

Queixes: "Flight was late departing Cairo Changing flights from Cairo to Amsterdam was scheduled at 50 minutes. I asked the male flight attendant about changing airplanes, said our new gate was right next to our arriving gate. He said no problem. He failed to mention we had to go through customs and security again, and walk almost a Kilometer in the process. Fortunately they held the Amsterdam plane because many passengers would have missed it. I did not appreciate the lack of information from the flight attendant, however holding the plane was a godsend."

Queixes: "There was no entertainment unless you paid for it. We already pay enough for our tickets to fly and entertainment should be included and not another added expense, especially for families that already pay so much for their flights!"

Avantatges: "It was a total nightmare all Austrian flights they put us on were canceled !!! We did not leave Vienna for another 7 h a total nightmare all planes had technically difuculties !! Austrian airlines had total chaos !!!"

Queixes: "Croatian Airline checkin service was good but was made to check in carry on. However, baggage clerk was extremely hostile and wanted to charge us for two bags for which we had prepaid. Would not accept our evidence of payment for the two bags. Finally accepted her mistake but Forced to pay 90€ For the extra bag. Ripoff!! Other airlines (Vueling, Air Europa) checked same bag as courtely, did not charge. First and last time flying Austrian."

Queixes: "THey denied me and I lost all tickets including back trips as well. Nobody helped me to change tickets, they just care about money and reselling my tickets to other passengers."

Queixes: "the entertainment was broken, they didn't offer WIFI. the crew was very rude and crabby."

Avantatges: "clean airplane. staff friendly and helpful. good movie selection"
Queixes: "austrian and lufthansa have the worst seats in the industry. good for seating for about 30 minutes ONLY. so tough that make the trip feel even longer. a charger is needed in economy (at least one every two seats). wifi has not made it to this long haul flight yet."

The flight crew from Vienna to TLV were not kind. My daughter 11 years old went hungry without a meal. The stewardess kept telling her the food was coming & never did. This was a terrible trip & we will never use Austrian air again. I will tell all my family & friends of my terrible experience."

Avantatges: "I loved the boarding process. Everything was very organized! I was lucky to sit by myself next to the window, so i had plenty of space to stretch. The flight was right on schedule, so i didnt have to worry about making it to the next flight. Food was good. We were offered the water through the whole trip which is nice, because i always feel super dehydrated on the plane."
Queixes: "I wasn't very satisfied with the flight attendants. I don't know if its just me getting used to american customer service, or me actually working at the customer service, but it's definetely not the greatest level of service. Girls were giving me an attitude and "smartie" ( in a rude way) responds which kinda made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I had the same experience with Lufthansa before. And once with russian airlines. Maybe its some kinda tendency to get erogant at this job, but please, don't get me wrong, its not that kinda job where you should look at people from above"

Queixes: "The ground crew harassed us for bringing our instruments on board. We fly with instruments for our work and this was the first time we were forced to check certain items and were detained for a period of time so that the ground crew could check with their superiors."

Queixes: "I did my fligh because I was in the hospital I have send a mail to kayak and to the agent I have booked the flight with No one got back to me yet!!!!!!!"

Avantatges: "Great flight! Excellent service! Excellent food and beverages! Would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone."

Avantatges: "The flight was very late taking off meaning I had to literally run across the airport at Krakow to make my connecting flight to London Heathrow which was over an hour late arriving at Heathrow Airport."

Avantatges: "The connecting flight from Milan was almost an hour late. But the ground staff were very helpful and professional and help me to board the flight, in a haste. The flight crew were friendly and professional. The food was delicious and sufficient. Overall very happy with my first flight in LOT."
Queixes: "Knowing that the incoming was late ground crew could have been better prepared with a motorised transport in the airport (instead of me running out of my breadth). The onboard entertainment could have been better. WiFi in plane would be nice. But these are suggestions. I was overall very happy."

Due to this my luggage went missing and I had to run to catch the WAW-DEL flight and delay that flight also. The ground staff were unhelpful. There was no food. Flight crew were mixed bag."

Queixes: "We had a two and half hour delay on an evening flight on a Sunday from WAW to Paris. This was during the UNFCCC COP24 when there was extra heavy international traffic through Warsaw. It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."

Queixes: "The flight was two hours delayed with very little communication about what was going on. When it did come time to board, they boarded from the rear of the plane, but people with seats in the front seats crowded in front of the boarding area making it nearly impossible for those in the rear seats to get through. Gate staff did not manage this well. And, I still don't understand why people do not understand how a queue works. Then, crew was up and down the aisle the entire flight which flew from midnight took 9:00. Not even possible to sleep on this overnight flight."

Queixes: "This plane is never on time. Count at least 45 min delay. I avoid this airline. Take their tickets only if they are significantly cheaper than the competitors."

Avantatges: "I wasn't late I was running in the airport to couch the flight & they close the bordering they didn't let me in & I have to pay extra ticket & staying in the airport for 20 hours I lost my laggegg they found it after 3 hours. It's really bad. U give us 30 minutes to cotch other flight. I lost money & I lost my vocation because this application it's really bad I felt for the first time I'm Gypsy homeless."

Queixes: "There were not many flights available so we had to stop in Stokholm and then fly to Oslo."

Avantatges: "There was an incident with a passenger. He had an emergency and the plane went back to Berlin and got him an ambulance. From my point of view, if it wasn't for the Doctor (passenger) on board, he wouldn't have made it. It could've been anybody, even me or my friend traveling with me so, Great job! Congratulations to the Pilot and all the crew!"
Queixes: "WE tried to Check in online and it gave us a bit of trouble. I think it was because of the connecting flight, it kept checking us in to the second flight but not the first one."

Queixes: "NYC to Warsaw, the flight was 4 hours late no voucher for food. some got it some not. i lost the flight from Warsaw to Bucharest they put me on flight from Warsaw to Vienna that flight was late as well i got to Vienna and i ran to get the flight to Bucharest. i was very tired"

Queixes: "Our return flight was with LOT Airlines, that is why we had to fly with them one more time! Never again! We boarded on time but then we waited for 30 minutes over the departure time, at the gate, inside the plane with no explanation. When finally the captain says 'boarding completed' aaand we wait another 30 minutes without explanation. Finally after one hour from our initial departure time we departed. In total 2 hours waiting in the plane, no water because it took the crew another hour to prepare to serve drinks! Flight was supposed to leave at 16:50, we got water around 19:00. Shame! Food is horrible, service is bad! We landed 2 hours later then we were supposed to. It seems that being late and not give explanations it's something that it's characteristic for polish airlines!"

Queixes: "The fact that we took off 1 hour late and no apologies have been given. No drink service ha been provided while everyone was just sitting there and waiting for takeoff. Normally the plane would catch up the 1 hr delay but not this time. We arrived 1 hour late."

Avantatges: "Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Queixes: "como em todas as companhias aereas na aeronave de tamanho medio para distancias curtas, a configuracao na classe executiva é 3 assentos por fila dos quais apenas 2 sao ocupados. isto nao dá para entender pois o conforto é muito ruim. a distancia entre assentos é pior do que em qualquer voo a longa distancia na classe economica plus. so viajei na classe executiva pois foi a conexao de um voo do Brasil para Portugal. senao seria absolutamente desnessario pagar a grande diferenca de preco para receber um beneficio muito pequeno."

Queixes: "a configuracao dos assentos na classe executiva desta aeronave sao 3 x 2 assentos, e os assentos nao recuam para uma posicao totalmente horizontal. isto foi um problema para mim pois durmo de barriga para baixo e nao foi possivel achar uma posicao confortavel para dormir. o sistema de entretenimento nao permite assistir e parar a qualquer hora desejada, o que nao foi problema pois o voo é de apenas 8 horas e depois do jantar ja deitei."

Queixes: "El vuelo se demoró dos horas en salir. Tuve que cancelar. Hay muy buenos comentarios acerca del personal, pero de qué sirve cuándo no te cumplen con la hora de salida y tienes vuelos de conexión en otra ciudad."

Avantatges: "I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific african destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. Never again they will see me."

Avantatges: "I travel for pleasure a lot and this was my first time flying TAP Portugal. I flew from LIS to MAD and the crew were overall more friendly and smiling than on US domestic flights. The plane was clean and bright. I did not notice if the seats recline. I will be using them for short flights throughout Europe when I return for visit."
Queixes: "Flight was so short they rushed us eating the cookie and only water was served that I could tell. Also, TAP has their own boarding check-in wing of Lisbon airport. It was not clearly marked and Eropean arrows pointing up could mean to continue forward, as well as go to upper floors."
