Queixes: Turn on AC. Bigger seats. Better food. Serve drinks more than twice on an 8 hour flight. Actually have soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Queixes: Flight was on time and plane clean and in good shape. Crew was very friendly.

Queixes: First of all, we've had to pay registration fee 55 Euros each, just because we didn't check in online! What the hell is that? Secondly, the seats that I paid for were not available! Lousy service...

Queixes: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Avantatges: Crew was just ok nothing more nothing less.. The general service of easy jet its better for me not operate...

Queixes: Just to behave to people like human beings... I wont never choose this particular airline to travel..it was my last one..

Avantatges: I loved the crew members, always willing to help great energy through out the flight.

Queixes: Food choices, up to date movies and inexpensive luggage’s

Avantatges: No incidents which is always a good thing. I would've liked that the seat had a USB charger though.

Queixes: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Queixes: Boarding procesa...an absolute mess

Queixes: Boarded flight and then let us sitting on the tarmac for ninety minutes with no water or air conditioning.Once flight under way no food available.DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE!!!!

Avantatges: The tablet selection was very variety.

Queixes: The announcement was hard to hear the volume was loud but something not quiet understandable

Queixes: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Queixes: Was put in standby and had tons of issues with security. Worst experience of my life. I am very upset

Queixes: Last time we flew Ryanair, we did not check-in ahead of time, so we had to pay 53 Euros at the airport. We learned our lesson, so for this flight we checked in ahead of time and had our boarding passes ready on our mobile devices. When we arrived at the airport, we were told we needed a printed ticked so they could stamp it that they had checked our passport. It would be 53 Euros for them to print the ticket. The lady at the ticket counter directed us to the business center to print, but the Ryanair website wasn't working. I eventually printed a poor quality screenshot and hoped for the best. The lady stamped when she checked my passport. Nobody ever checked the stamped ticket beyond that point. What a waste. Ryanair is cheap, of course I'll fly with them again the next time I'm in Europe. My advice to travelers is to do your research and know all the loop holes they use to make money off of you.

Avantatges: The flight was with Canary Airways not Air Europa Next time I’ll book with Canary Air direct because Air Europa made a mess with the reservation and are hard to reach

Avantatges: Air Europa sucks. Avoid if you can. Not worth the savings.

Queixes: The food is not good. Little space between seats.

Queixes: The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again.

Avantatges: The crew was very good. And the flight was on time.

Queixes: The seats cannot recline. They were stiff as a board. Completely uncomfortable! No complimentary drinks, not even watter!?

Avantatges: I guess not being in the middle seat since there were none and having a seat to myself.

Queixes: There was a delay getting into the plane and then it was still super hot in the plane. Also baggage wasn't clear in terms of buying checked in baggage.

Avantatges: I arrived at my destination albeit somewhat late.

Queixes: Firstly, during check in Ryanair said that I had to have a printed out version of my boarding pass and therefore they would have to charge me 15 Euro to print it out. Isn't this a budget airline? How do people on tight budgets afford this sort of last moment expense? Secondly, there was nothing service-minded about one of the cabin-crew who barked at me for not immediately showing her my boarding pass while boarding the plane (pure impertinence). Thirdly, the seats don't recline so the knees of tall people are hard against the front seats which puts them in an uncomfortable rigid upright position during the flight. Lastly, the flight was late.

Queixes: I got an email that the flight was canceled then another that it was on time. This caused confusion and distress

Queixes: Did not like the 60 EUR charge if you have a carryon and a personal item. Seems like both could fit fine. This is a putative charge compared to the the flight cost. Prefer they allow both and just charge a higher fee per person for the trip or make the extra charge extremely clear when booking. That said because Portugal was playing in the World Cup the attendant let us go without a charge that day.

Avantatges: That we got home

Queixes: It was 2 hours late which meant we missed our train and got home 4 hours late

Queixes: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Queixes: - The crew was in a playful attitude, seems like they were not working at all, took their jobs as a joke - no kind of entertainment at all

Queixes: Al regreso a Madrid, por suerte no hubo retrasos exagerados como en el trayecto Madrid-Copenhague pero supongo que por las condiciones logísticas de Ryanair, es necesario acceder al avión caminando, este no es el problema . Me pregunto: Cómo es posible que alguien no piense en que no pueden exponer a personas donde pueden estar incluidos niños, bebés, personas mayores a estar en la intemperie bajo una temperatura de - 2 grados centígrados esperando para entrar a un avión donde las personas tienen que acceder por una escalera y nadie de esta compañía sea capaz de organizar un acceso por grupos y que el resto de personas vayan quedando dentro del aeropuerto mientras otros ya han subido. Esta compañía está tan acostumbrada a trabajar mal que supongo que ninguna queja tendrá el mínimo efecto... llego a esta conclusión cuando después de 13 minutos en esta situación en la pista del aeropuerto, logramos entrar al avión y David, parte del crew del vuelo PR 606 me dice después de yo decirle que como no son capaces de organizar esta situación tan lógica respondiendo “ pues no vueles con nosotros .... “ Esto es Ryanair Espero que si momondo pregunta esta encuesta sirva para algo y no caiga en los mismos errores.

Queixes: We were delayed almost 2 hours but received no notification of this until we were at the gate. Then we were allowed to scan boarding passes and moved outside to a queue in the cold and rain to wait another 30 minutes. Very poor service.

Queixes: The plane was old and had no entertainment, there was a technical problem with the plane that made us late

Queixes: The service sucked. The crew speaks very weak English. The crew only comes around the cabin very few times. Not good on a 9 1/2 hour flight.

Queixes: En ejecutivo es espectacular porque son aviones nuevos

Avantatges: More legroom than other airlines, timely and in flight entertainment.

Avantatges: The Embraer is a great regional aircraft.

Queixes: There are plenty of air bridges to use at Porto airport, but AirEuropa chooses to use a stand that requires busing passengers from the terminal and back. No IFE.

Avantatges: No incidents which is always a good thing. I would've liked that the seat had a USB charger though.

Avantatges: Everything about the United Airlines portion of the trip was terrific: lots of food & drinks; good entertainment system; good seats even in economy. United really stepped up their game.

Queixes: The seats on the Austria Airlines portion of the trip were very close together & very minimally structured (little padding, depth etc.)

Avantatges: The entertainment system was good and the crew excellent. The person in front of me did not put their seat back which made my trip more comfortable. Loading and unloading was orderly and efficient.

Queixes: Food could have been better

Queixes: Poor selection of european films! There is a far bigger choice in e.g. Singapore airlines or Cathay Pacific. Rest was fine.

Queixes: I cancelled the flight within hours of booking and got the ticket refunded three weeks later, not the 5-7 business days they promised, but I never got a refund for the luggage fee. Will do my best to avoid them in the future

Queixes: Nuestro vuelo entre Boston y Lisboa arriba llegó con retraso a su destino, Lisboa. En Lisboa, las maletas se retrasaron más de 1 hora. Debido a ambos retrasos, perdimos el vuelo de conexión entre Lisboa y Oviedo. En Lisboa, los empleados del mostrador de Air Europa ni nos miraron a la cara. No se disculparon ni hicieron ningún ademán de ayuda. No había otros vuelos entre Lisboa y Oviedo hasta el día siguiente. Tuvimos que rehacer los billetes de avión en el aeropuerto de Lisboa, encontrar un hotel en Lisboa y cenar allí por el retraso del avión de su compañia y el indebido manejo de equipajes. Aunque las compañias aereas entre Boston y Lisboa y Lisboa y Oviedo fuesen distintintas, el asunto de " no es nuestro problema" " no es una sloución" al viajero, especialmente cuando se trata de vuelos internacionales. Lo menos que Air Europa podría haber hecho por nosotros es habernos facilitado un voucher para pasar la noche en Lisboa. Por decirlo claramente, rehacer los billetes a Oviedo y pasar la noche en Lisboa sumó otros 1000 dólares. Ni que decir que en Oviedo tuvimos que rehacer todo lo demás,porque nuestro vuelo no salió hasta las 4 de la tarde del día siguente. La vuelta del día 21 de Julio desde Lisboa a Boston aconteció iigualmente con otras dos horas de retraso. La compañia Delta en Boston e ofreció a montarnos en un avión Bostón-Atlanta más tarde sin gasto alguno. Su compañia en cambio se disculpó en un vuelo internacional. Su lema "No es nuestro problema". De poco sirve esto ahora de vuelta en mi casa, exceptuando que esta familia no utilizará en el futuro su compañia en ningún vuelo internacional, ni recomendará su aerolinea a otras personas. Nunca Iberia,Delta, Air France, British Airways, Tap ni American se han comportado de este modo a lo largo de nuestro recorrido por el mundo.

Avantatges: Pretty standard experience on this flight for what you pay.

Queixes: Delayed. No transparency. Not a single detail with the passengers despite waiting for 2 hours at the airport.

Avantatges: New airbus neo great entertainment set up and comfortable seats . Excellent food in economy and very professional crew with personality

Queixes: Economy fare was great until 95 euro for a single bag added to stowage was added on . With Ridiculously high baggage charges watch out if you are flying economy. Sort of negates the benefits of economy
