In general Iberia and level are short staffed and unorganized. If you're willing to deal with this, it's an affordable option and they'll get you from A to B."

I couldn't even get a cup of water to swallow some ibuprofen and an allergy pill (somebody brought a companion cat, I suspect, quite near to me). No food or water on an international flight across the Atlantic??? You've got to be kidding me -- that's gotta be close to illegal, not providing any means of hydration. But it's certainly cheap, mean, and unacceptable. Pathetic, too."

We purchased the most basic flight and that’s really what it was. Tight leg room and lots of people. If you’re over 5’5 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting extra leg room if it’s available. Aside from that. The flight was cool and the staff was nice!"

La aplicación no se puede usar si no la descargas previamente y eso había que haberlo sabido antes de embarcar para poder hacerlo con el wi-fi de la terminal. Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables."

Y el problema es mio por volar con ellos. Que no te engañe el precio. Te lleva dos horas un vuelo que con iberia son 50 minutos"

Por otro, el aterrizaje en Barcelona fue el peor que recuerdo y estuvimos hasta las 01.13 horas, una media hora después de llegar, parados dentro del avión sin desembarcar."

Queixes: "My flight was delayed 3 hours, so I missed my connecting flight. Then there were no more flights until the morning. Vueling paid for a hotel for me, but the hotel was over an hour away from the airport at 2 in the morning, and I woke up at 5 the next morning and sat in 2 HOURS of traffic to get back to the airport. The shuttle left late tho, and I almost missed my flight again. Bad experience."

Avantatges: "El vuelo fue bueno, hubo turbulencias y una hora de retraso debido a una huelga de controladores franceses, pero el personal de a bordo se mostró muy atento y dió las explicaciones necesarias."
Queixes: "El aeropuerto de Bolonia pequeño y la zona de mostradores de facturación insuficiente para los viajeros. Con el tema de las maletas a a bordo creo que se habría de marcar aquellas que ya no van a caber y llevarlas directamente a la bodega."

Avantatges: "We started boarding much earlier than the time on the ticket, but still left on time."
Queixes: "The pilots landed in the wrong terminal (it was a domestic Spanish flight but we landed with international flights), so we all had to wait in the airport together without receiving any information for about 20 minutes. The woman working at the airport was very calm and helped us understand the mistake. We are lucky that we didn’t have a connection. I don’t understand how this could happen."

Queixes: "En nuestro vuelo iban muchos ingleses ebrios que gritaban y se reían a carcajadas a lado nuestro. Luego una mujer empezó a vomitar y dejó en el piso latas de cerveza. La tripulación no actuó correctamente y no les puso un alto. Fueron muy indiferentes al desorden."

Queixes: "Forced to check in online or face a charge. Paid €45 Euros per bag to check in. For Americans traveling between outside countries, Ryan Air has a small area on the boarding pass regarding the "attaining of a visa stamp on the boarding pass, in the baggage drop-off area, prior to boarding the flight." The rest of the boarding pass has other nonsense in larger and highlighted texts, but something as important as obtaining a visa stamp was small and obscure. The gate attendant made a stink about us not having it stamped and was trying to prevent us from boarding because of it. Our response was that no one, at any point, stated we needed a visa stamp on the boarding pass when we checked our luggage in the baggage drop-off area. I've traveled between countries before and have never experienced something like this. Additionally, Ryan Air knew we were Americans since we had to provide our passport numbers abe the country that issued them when we checked in online. You would think that they would have their systems flag Americans so that their employees know to say "hey, I see you're an American. FYI, you need to her a visa stamp on your boarding pass at the baggage drop-off area prior to boarding." Will never use Ryan Air again in my life, regardless of the supposed savings (cause in reality, there are OTHER & BETTER airlines to choose from; don't give crooks business and better to give it to their competitors)."

Avantatges: "Cheap, nothing fancy but totally efficient and courteous."
Queixes: "Seats are really uncomfortable but for a short flight not terrible."

Avantatges: "The sky"
Queixes: "No entertainment, no food nor beverages, baggages were checked below deck without our approval because the cabin storage was "full"."

Avantatges: "The staff were nice people."
Queixes: "I was stopped and told my bag would not fit as carry-on. It is a lie flat out because no other airline has ever said something about my bag. I was made to check it upon boarding. No free amenities, no food, no water, for a 150 euro ticket. You're all insane."

Avantatges: "Mi maleta ! Me la metieron en bodega sin explicación el tiempo para entrar en el avión así como la incomodidad !"
Queixes: "No hubo comida"

Avantatges: "The general friendly attitude of the staff. I adore the music that is played after we land!!!"
Queixes: "The boarding took long and the seats, plus no reading material, such as a magazine or newspaper. Everything else was very good."

Queixes: "We paid for a checked bag and the airline made us pay again."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "There was no complimentary food or drinks. The airline attendance checking people in chose different passengers they would make pay to check bags. Bags were checked even though overhead compartments weren't full. The plane was half an hour late leaving. The seats didn't recline."

Avantatges: "The flight was affordable"
Queixes: "Flight was delayed, seats didn't recline and no free beverage (water) served. Lower luggage weight limit than major airlines."

Avantatges: "Priority boarding."
Queixes: "Lack of entertainment and device charging ability."

Avantatges: "It was cheap"
Queixes: "Flight was 1.5 hrs late. They charged for everything, even a drink."

Avantatges: "The Price"
Queixes: "Since the moment of the Check in at the Counter. The attendant was extremely UNPOLITE. Insisting that I must have brought a printed boardng pass. I had to explain several times, that I tried to do it on line and even bought a few more things for my ticket, but I could not get a Ticket to print because the system kept on telling me that as the passport was not european I had to go to a Counter. The attendant was not happy with my answer and kept askng for it. I then told him that as a customer of Ryanair I can not manage your system. And he even replied by saying. Qoute " I have nothing to do with Ryanair. Then at the moment of boarding. Once we were let through BP control, then The crew kept us waiting in different stages All in All around 45 mins, which of course lead to delay in flight. Then on board, the crew was having difficulties with the service even to the point that they could not take our payment with an International Credit Card"

Queixes: "Uncomfortable loud, poor service, unorganized, not clean"

Avantatges: "Puntual, lowcost, todo correcto."
Queixes: "No hay wifi en el avion, no hay entretenimiento, asientos duros y separados de mi mujer. Precios de comida caros."

Avantatges: "Ryanair separa siempre a los pasajeros que reservan juntos, salvo que pagues un plus. Vueling no lo hace"

Avantatges: "El personal fue muy amable sobre todo cuando bajamos con niños"
Queixes: "estuvimos casi todo el trayecto sin aire, hacia mucha calor al punto de marearnos y tuvimos que pedir hasta 3 veces que por favor pongan el aire"

Avantatges: "No me cobraron ningún adicional "extraño" de los ya pagados. Las compañías lowcost suelen buscar como sacarte más dinero."
Queixes: "Impuntual, muy incomodo, bullicioso: los vuelos nocturnos deberían ser más tranquilos. el personal debería velar por eso. Tuve que llevar el equipaje de mano a mis pies porque las bauleras estaban completas."

Avantatges: "Charged me extra 50 eur 2for not printing the boarding pass"

Avantatges: "Fue todo excelente"

Queixes: "Worse experience I ever had with an airline in over 45 years of flying. They charge you if you don't check in online but it took me numerous attempts over a couple of days to check in. The website is horrible. I checked a bag online but when I got to the check in they had no record of it and I had to pay extra. If you are not an EU citizen you have to present a printed boarding pass. If you are traveling this can be difficult. That flight was over a half hour late and no explanation was given. It was an almost one hour wait for bags. I will never use this airline again."

Queixes: "They charge me for checking 50 Europe I haven't seen something like this it has to be optional it is a steal.overal everything was bad .delay in flight no food or beverage they just want to sell things and products im very sorry about this company."

Queixes: "You have to check in way ahead of time, I actually even followed the emailed prompts to check in and add baggage but when I went to the airport they had no recollection and refused to print my boarding passes despite my 200+$ receipt for already checking in and adding baggage. I then had to pay 50$ per person for them to print boarding passes after playing tag with the attending staff. Absolutely worst airline. I could have flown first class in a premier airline for the cost."

Queixes: "Carrying my bag and my wife's bag up the steps to the plain."

Queixes: "I understand that this is a budget airline, but i think just because it is a low cost airline, the staff shouldnt also treat customers lowly too. The agent at the desk with an ID number of 2456 was rude and told my friend in a rude manner "you ahouod know how to read" without giving clear instructions on how to check in and print boarding passes."
