Queixes: "Awful. My departing city (ZAG) was unable to process tickets for my connecting flight. Upon arrival to (MAD) the gate agent was distributing tickets on a 1st name basis. Literally just handing out tickets without verifying IDs. Not all us PAX received a ticket and were instructed to go to the customer service desk, all the while boarding was ACTIVE at the gate. While at the customer service desk, Iberia showed little attention and/or urgency for us folks who did not have our connecting flight credentials. I finally received a hand-written ticket to board an international flight. My original seat selection was not honored. The overall flight experience was poor and NOT enjoyable."
Avantatges: "Two hour flight, with nice crew. Entertainment on board with a good selection is based on wifi and your ownd device. On time"
Queixes: "Food is not free. If you want some, pay for it (what nowadays is normal). Leg space was tight for me"

Avantatges: "First time flying El Al. Hopefully my last. They delayed the flight to give three people - two of whom were ladies iver the age of fifty - intensive security screens. I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free."
Queixes: "Arbitrarily the British Airways agents at the gate would decide what carry-on would have to be checked as cargo. It had nothing to do with the size as they explained, just they thought the flight was too full and needed to send some carry on to cargo. We had a tight train connection to Granada and didn’t want to miss it waiting for luggage. If it would have been returned at the jetway it wouldn’t have been a problem."

Queixes: "I had ordered a gluten free meal but in the chaos of my seat moving multiple times, it got lost in the shuffle so I wasn't able to eat much of the food that was served. I have long legs and the seat provided almost no where for them to go. I was very uncomfortable by the end of the flight."
Avantatges: "Fairly standard international flight. In flight meals were fine. Seats were spacious enough (6’3” I need the legroom)."
Queixes: "Not a terrible negative in the slightest; the onboard entertainment won’t load until the plane is in crushing altitude. Thought it was weird as that has never happened before, but not really a problem"

Avantatges: "Once again, my minor child (5 years old) was not seated with me. I don’t understand. Her birthday is listed with her ticket. Why ask the age of children under 11 if they’ll be seated with strangers? Moreover, we were loaded onto the plane from both ends, irrespective of our seats, so there was mass confusion as two sets of passengers were crossing over each other, looking for seats. Using hand signals to communicate, as it was an international flight with passengers speaking several languages. The crew stood at the entrances to the plane, watching."

Iberia clearly loves showing the privileged few who have paid top dollars to be at the front , that we must be made to wait and struggle to get to our seats .Then, we have to squeeze into a tiny , pitiful space of a seat .....Even Ryanair does better !"

Queixes: "They switched someone into my seat and didn't give me a new seat. It was very hot in the airplane making it very uncomfortable. They also forgot to take my tray before landing and I had to hold it in my lap."
Queixes: "crew took forever to clear up the food that was nasty..took an hour and also took forever to make rounds with coffee and tea. did not time dimming of lights to time of destination to be able to adjust to time difference. lack of bathrooms, on 4 working for a huge coach area. pretty bad experience"

Queixes: "The seat pitch was so small my knees were hard against the seat in front of me for 1.5 hours and I was miserable the whole time. To put this in perspective this was the most uncomfortable I have ever been on an airplane. My legs hurt the whole flight. This was the first leg of an expensive international flight and given the price of the 2 legs I should have been upgraded to a more comfortable seat. My flight to Europe on Iberia was excellent. However based on this bad experience I plan to avoid Iberia in the future because they treat their high price paying customers poorly. Peter Valorz Valorzp@yahoo.com."

Their service is worse than United. You get what you pay for. I will never fly with these clowns again. And I want my $33 back for the seat I didn't get!!!!!"
Avantatges: "The staff was OK for the most part. I liked the entertainment options and WIFI service was easily accessible."
Queixes: "The seating was pretty bad. My seat couldn't recline (was in the last row) and the passenger in front of me reclined all the way back even when instructed to not recline so far (in passing, by flight attendants). So I spent an 11+ hour flight as a fairly tall person, in an extremely uncomfortable seating arrangement. I also noted my space issue with said passenger at the beginning of the flight and he still progressively went further back. I would've appreciated if flight attendants were more diligent about ensuring passengers are comfortable for long flights. Food accommodations were ok but they go heavy on bread for whatever reason."
