Antes de embarcar debería hacerse un chequeo y solo dejar subir un bulto grande a cabina. En los dos vuelos tuve que llevar mi único bulto (mochila de viaje) en los pies, por lo que fue más incómodo todavía."

Había una persona fumando en el baño más de una vez y el personal no se molestó en ficharlo (por lo menos no que yo haya sabido)"

Queixes: "Late takeoff. Late arrival. Had to run thru the terminal to catch the next leg. Lost luggage."

Queixes: "Inbound flight - flight got canceled from Budapest - after calling the airline and waiting in the line the 2 first lady I was talking to put me on hold and never got back to me, the 3rd lady had no idea why the flight got canceled except it was for emergency. She said next flight would be 2 days later - after calling the insurance I booked for the flight, they didn't want to reimburse for the interruption because the airline could not explain why it got canceled and i should prove that the flight was canceled - after being 6h on the phone with airline and insurance and waiting line had to hang of without solution. I had to purchase a new ticket from another airline to be able to fly on the same day back to Miami. - after arriving at the airport next morning for the other flight it turns out that Tap Portugal booked me to British Airways but they have not send me a notification email about it, so if I do not ask at the counter for Tap Portugal for the paperwork for the insurance I would never find out that i got a new flight and i would have miss it and the insurance would have never pay for it. With the new ticket i had to purchase, my travel with Tap Portugal cost me on the end around $3000, and I do not have that much money for a ticket at all, now I have a financial trouble. Thanks, never again."

Queixes: "The hospitality of the airline crew is very poor as they are extremely rude to their customers. The planes I flew on were very out of date and not comfortable for international travel. I have flown on many airlines, but these planes were by far the worst. Cheap price, for a reason. The seats didn’t recline, the food was terrible, no options were given for food, and the movies were pre-picked. No one had a choice in what they watched. Very outdated. I had 2.5 hours to board my connecting flight and they caused me to miss it. As I waited in the customs line entering Lisbon, I asked a TAP representative if I’d have to get out of the line up and go right through as my flight left at 2:10 pm. They said you will make it, stay in line. I get near the front of the line 2 hours later... hundreds of people were in this line and they only had 2/10 customs agents available!!! I ask another representative how far my gate is since my flight leaves in 30 min and she told me “no you missed it. but don’t worry others will be missing it too”. So no I did not miss it, you caused me to miss it cause I already asked if I would and you people told me no. I run to the gate, which has now changed to the other end of the airport, so I run to that gate and it is 10 min before the flight is to take off. I ask the desk agent at the gate and he tells me the flight has already left. Others had missed it too due to the insane customs line up. So the plane left 20 mins earlier than scheduled with only half it’s passengers..... unbelievable!!! When I went to the service desk they did not show any sympathy or apologetic behaviours whatsoever."

Queixes: "TAP has terrible customer service and support. Was told on check-in that flight did not include checked luggage which is bizzare/unreal for an international flight especially since I also paid to upgrade my ticket. Even in explaining to me the person on the phone was rude. This was very disappointing as I had such an amazing trip to end on this sour note."

Queixes: "Need to pay extra for everything...bags, seats.Very bad practice for entire industry. Should pay $50 extra per flight and mandate that all bags, except hand luggage be checked in."

Avantatges: "The food in Economy was way better than usual U.S. airline food. Ground staff in Newark were helpful in retrieving a book I left on the plane. Captain had the seat belt sign off early and turned it back on late in descent which allowed people to visit the restrooms. Video entertainment was good."
Queixes: "Captain should have made more P.A. announcements during the coast in over Cape Cod to point out areas of interest"

Queixes: "Your change and return policy is a ripoff."

Queixes: "The delay which caused us to miss our connecting flight and as a result being stranded at the Lisbon airport for 6+ hrs. This would have been avoided if there was proper communication within the airline-- an absolutely irresponsible way to handle our plight. The ground personnel themselves admitted that no one informed them of our arrival time. True or false? go figure.This all occured while they refused to allow us on board our plane that was still at the gate and nowhere near taking off. This also resulted in rescheduling our ground transfer, which resulted in additional expense. Overall, a nightmare of an airline. Avoid."

Queixes: "I was placed on standby for my flight and ultimately did not get a seat. It took two hours to get a new flight sorted out and it didn't leave for 2 days. A massively inconvenient experience as I had a conference to attend and missed two days."

Queixes: "Flight from Porto to Lisbon was late. We almost didn't make our flight from Lisbon to Barcelona. Our luggage didn't make the connection."

Avantatges: "Friendly service, with the exception of having to request a drink repeatedly (i finally gave up, got up and went to the back of the plane myself for water). Despite the tight connection times, made each flight and luggage came out quickly."
Queixes: "The seats on the transatlantic flight were small and cramped. Lucky to have had an open seat next to me on the return. No entertainment on Lisbon/ Milan flights."

Queixes: "...do I really have to say anything else? I'm in a foreign country, jet lagged, and still wearing the clothes I've been marinating through multiple time zones. I'm not happy at all with this flight, and over 12 hours later, I feel disgusting, and my first day in Barcelona has been miserable because of it. I place all of the blame on the Lisbon connecting terminal. I am not happy."

Avantatges: "The service they provided us reminded us of how airlines used to treat their customers in the past. From the customer service to the services provided and the legroom on the flight -- everything was more than what we expected and we would consider flying TAP Portugal again."

Queixes: "Boarding awful. Freezed in the cabin as "It's better for the crew." Flight overbooked - nothing was done to accommodate the people without tickets. They just put you in their next flight. They do not try to seat you with the other airlines! The board crew is hit or mis. Once on the continental flight I called for service from about the beginning of the flight- no one came to check why did I call for help. Bad service! Just before landing one of the crew members turn off my request sign without even asking me. So, no more TAP for me..."

Avantatges: "Nice new plane, lie flat beds, great value for the price"

Avantatges: "Easy check in, easy boarding, more or less comfortable (as much as you could hope on an airplane) and quick, on time and safe flight."
Queixes: "Crew was a little chilly, but not rude."

Queixes: "The crew was rude, after 5 hours they seemed annoyed when I asked for water and gave me half a cup after I had just finished vomitting due to all the swaying of the aircraft. While we were landing, we came over the runway maybe 100 feet off the ground then jetted back up and circled around the airport for 20 minutes before landing horribly...with NO explaination. Everyone started vomitting because the landing (both times) were so horrible. Our first flight was late, we landed when the second was 'closing the doors', they never updated the monitors or informed the crew that the second plane was also delayed (by over an hour), so we rushed through customs and ran through the airport only to discover they hadn't even started boarding yet, even though the screen said it had departed. Completely disorganized."

Queixes: "They had no record of my order for a vegetarian meal. I was served some fish but it was terrible. I couldn't determine what the grainy side dish was."

Avantatges: "Avión de última tecnología con buen internet de ida pero no pude usarlo de vuelta, con muy poco espacio para un viaje tan largo."
Queixes: "1- el servicio de la tripulación pedimos agua y nada que la traían. 2- Pésimo espacio entre asientos en clase turista 3- mal sistema, no permitio hacer el check in, y cuando dimos a opción de pagar asiento lo permitió hacer 4- en un viaje Intercontinental únicamente dieron una comida, no dieron coffee, el agua casi tuvimos que rogarla pues querían vender únicamente"

Mi grupo éramos 3.mi hermana Susana, y mi prima Angélica. Creo que podrían ser más amables que no cuesta nada tener una sonrisa en el rostro."

Avantatges: "The only saving grace to this whole experience was the woman at the check in counter who was friendly and made small talk while checking our bags."
Queixes: "Honestly, I would consider myself well travelled but after this flight I wanted to rule out air travel from our future plans. The take off was bumpy, fast and uncomfortable. Handling the turbulence was unbearable and I had a full blown panic attack on the flight. I couldn't understand a word of the English announcements each time we hit turbulence. I felt unbearably sick but couldn't bring myself to get out of my seat. There was no food, no entertainment, and definitely no entertainment. I hope to never fly Volotea again."

Queixes: "the app is that that great, it gets stook. Also, they don't have any chance to change or re-schedule any flight."

Avantatges: "Boarding was like any other boarding, it went fine, but then we had to sit on runway for about 30 minutes or so. Not a huge deal. I keep myself busy on computer so flight went quickly."
Queixes: "Flight crew was not happy and they didn't even pretend to be. Seats were not comfortable at all and mine even had a huge tear in it so it just bugged my back side the entire flight. Food was not good at all! Salad smelled moldy. Oh yeah, and I ended up paying extra for my bags that were exactly the same as my husbands but he was not up charged. Between the c crew and the constant selling and up charges, I would rather pay more for a different company."

Avantatges: "Low cost"
Queixes: "Have to carry any carry-on luggage up the metal stairs in any weather, up to plane. Same thing after landing."

Avantatges: "Not much cheap airline that get you to book a cheap fare then over charge you on everything else. Surprised these crooks don't charge for air. If you are flying business with no luggage it's ok."
Queixes: "Way we boarded a b all together sucked. Why have 2 groups when its first come first in. Wait in airport no seats then stand in a hot bus move to a hot plane and pay 2.50 for water long after flight started . Waters should be given as soon as you sit down in such conditions"

Avantatges: "Organization in boarding the plane"
Queixes: "When i read the baggage rate, its only 20 euro, when i got there its 40 euro the lady told me its cheaper on line cuz i was there 6 hours early. I didnt know that i have to buy the baggage ahead of time. It would be nice if its highlighted in red when i bought the tix. Also i had to pay extra 30 euro bec i didnt chk in on line, seriously? What is the point of having a chk un counter? Also i was told to come back 2 hours before my flight . As i said i was there 6 hours eatly, when i came back the chk in on line is already closed. Im sure its a common problem , a lot if ppl paid extra and were complaining, they could have told us or have a sign there. Dont u think 30 euro is a lot to pay for not chking in? Is it only in europe? Its better when we book that ppl shld be warn of the pronlem, i paid extra 210 euro bec there are 3 of us plus the internet there suck at the airport , if you get in on the internet in 2 mins you are out or cant get in gor hours"

Queixes: "Worst airline I've ever experienced, avoid at all costs"

Queixes: "Missed our connection they did not accommodate at all Wanted to sell us another flight the next day My brother made the flight and him and his girlfriend had to pay 140 euros for carry on and boarding pass THEIR LOW PRICES ARE A SCAM BAIT SND SWITCH"

Avantatges: "We got there"
Queixes: "About 50 minutes late, hard landing, and worst of all they called us for boarding and we went out of the semi-comfortable terminal and STOOD in the HOT sun. Our plane hadn't even landed. We stood out there for 40 minutes. Voltea is even a worse version of Spirit Airlines"

Avantatges: "I cancelled the trip because in reading the fine print, I found the cost of checking a single small bag almost as much as the cost of the flight itself. Cancellation was accepted but took some effort to do it."

Avantatges: "Helpful and smiling staff , seats have good leg room , time of departure was accurate"
Queixes: "No food or entertainment"

Queixes: "Inappropriate behavior from the crew. One stewardess heavily flirting with a passenger, exchanging phone numbers. 45 minute delay while waiting to take off. Crew just chatted, laughed. Unacceptable to buy your snacks/drinks?!??"

Avantatges: "The friendly flight attendants."
Queixes: "Unfriendly check in agent and having to pay for everything including being able to sit next to my husband makes it not worth their "affordable" fares. Note: print out your boarding card and check in prior to arriving to airport, otherwise it's an additional $40/pp."

Avantatges: "Staff was friendly"
Queixes: "Flight was delayed, planes are old, no entertainment and boarding process was unorganized"

Avantatges: "Excellent price and route. Very friendly crew. I didn't need much for a 2hr flight. Met all my expectations."

Queixes: "Scheduled departure time was 4:00 p.m., but we did not leave until 11:00 p.m. due to a problem with the fuel level indicator. We were kept in the departure gate for 7 hours without a proper explanation in English. When they finally realized they could not repair the plane, they put everyone on another plane. We were given a voucher to use at the snack counter for 10 euros per person, but when we got to the counter there was no food or wine left. Imagine, running out of wine in France! I understand that mechanical issues on planes happen, but it was left far too long to attempt to repair it. A replacement plane should have been supplied after a one hour delay, not 7 hours."

Queixes: "Waited to board for 1 hour- no seat assignments- price to pay for checked baggage increases by the hour as your departure nears. The price for a checked bag was €42 at 10am and when I checked again at 11:30am, price was €55!"

Avantatges: "Personnel were helpful, polite and spoke English as well as many other languages."
Queixes: "Volotea is a low cost airline that charges for early seat assignments, printing boarding passes, luggage and drinks on the flight. There is a service charge added to everything. It isn't as low cost as it initial appears. Beware"

Avantatges: "Good short flight"

Avantatges: "the plane were very old and we felt scared since there was turbulence and the plane showed an unsafe one..."

Queixes: "The Volotea website was very poorly run and thus, we accidentally booked the flight on the wrong date, due to the way the calendar was loaded on the site. We entered the correct date, but somehow we still received flights for 5 days after the date we needed. We tried to change them at the airport, and after being sent to 2 different ticket counters, we ended up paying an additional $420 to get the flights we needed. Therefore, each flight from Athens to Mykonos was over $400 each. It was ridiculous and I will NEVER fly this airline again."

Avantatges: "Too short of a flight for food and entertainment! Smooth flight. No complaints"

Avantatges: "Everything in the plane felt new, crew was friendly, efficient."

Avantatges: "Volotea flight was good and I would fly Volotea again but checking in at the Santorini Airport is Chaos for all airlines Santorini Airport needs to organize the check in area with better barriers especially for the very long line of psgrs lining up for security Without barriers it's unclear where the line ends and where those joining the line should go therefore causing a lot of confusion and people trying to bud in"

Avantatges: "We printed the boarding passes a week prior and we were ready to go! However Volotea emailed us 24 hours prior to tell us some information had changed and we had new boarding passes. We were worried that we had to pay extra as we were already traveling and could not print the new boarding passes. It was no problem! We downloaded the app and the crew just scanned the app boarding passes. It was a huge relief."

Avantatges: "Nothing, flight was cancelled 6 months ago and I still have not received my refund."
Queixes: "Flight was cancelled 6 months ago and I still have not received my refund."

Avantatges: "The cabin crew don't know their job and don't care about security! They separate my husband and I from our children. They changed our seats, because they 2 people previous to us were too elder to seat at emergency exit. So we got stuck seating at emergency exit and away from our children! Who will put the emergency mask on my children now in case of emergency Volotea airline ?! Learn your job as flight attendant!"

Queixes: "Was delayed and had to cancel flight and book a different airline"

Avantatges: "on time inexpensive and nice flight attendants"

Queixes: "attendant in the check in was horrible. not nice, rood, when we tried to ask questions at the end told us "bye" and called next. prices are high for luggage check in, the standard size of the hand luggage is very small and not fair. plain was very very old. overall, bad experience."

Avantatges: "Simplicity and no headache."
Queixes: "A poor todler who was crying because his ears were hurting. Flight attendant did everything she could."

Avantatges: "The flight was so smooth I forgot I was on a plane. Great landing, too."

Queixes: "We arrived at the airport two hours before the flight and were told we had to pay 30 euro/person (120 euro total) for boarding passes. Really?!? We had been checked in, but hadn't printed the boarding passes. They told us that they had just closed the opportunity to do this for free at the airport & we now had to pay the exorbitant fee or no boarding passes and no getting on the plane. No other way around it. It just felt like yet another ridiculous excuse to suck more money out of passengers. Just like the banks...a fee here, a free there will add to the profit bottom line without providing any additional value for the customer. Buyer beware!"

Avantatges: "Nothing much."
Queixes: "Left us standing for a huge time in front of customs and arrived late to boarding gate. Ridiculous.y small measurement boxes for carry on luggage which would not hold standard carry on bags. This dispute the plane having full sized overhead bins that easily accommodated the bags. Forced us to pay $60 a bag under the pretext that the bags would have to be ch caked. But they didn't, we just carried them on and there was plenty of room. They were rude and unreasonable and let lots of people through without the charges after they simply removed items from their bags and carried them a few feet before putting them back. It was just a shake down."

Avantatges: "Punctuallity"

Avantatges: "Our family of 4 flew Bordeaux to Split; 3 of 4 bags arrived as scheduled. Volotea DID find and deliver the lost bag on the 7th day. So all was happy in the end."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "They nickle and dimed us on everything including printing my boarding pass when in the end I didn't even need it. The. They were over an hour late They they didn't even serve us a drink on the plane. Worst airline I've ever flown with. if I thought I'd ever get it I'd be demanding my money back."

Avantatges: "Muy buen servicio"

Queixes: "The baggage drop off was combined for two different flights. It went so slow it almost delayed the flight."

Queixes: "My itinerary gave a 10:35am departure and the plane departed at 10:05am. I had to run through airport, pay a 60 euro self serv handling fee and they checked my carry on when that was uneccesary."

Avantatges: "Poor service, staring from punctuality. 3 and a half delay without any explanation until all passengers pressured the staff and we were told that it was due to aircraft malfunction. The staff were very unfriendly when asked about information regarding the cause of the delay."
Queixes: "Change management and train staff. The Barcelona airport was in very poor state, without air conditioning and restrooms in very poor state."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed with very little information given by the crew. There was a 15 min delay getting off due to there being no airbridge and no information from the crew. There was very little legroom. The seat in front was broken and kept collapsing on my legs"
