Queixes: "I booked one month in asvance and was told that I would be a standby flyer.. even after explaining that I had an international connection flight in madrid. I did not appreciate the added stress this news gave me."

Avantatges: "The crew was cackling and having fun in the back loudly, meanwhile there was no communication with us as to why we were late or when we would be arriving. When I called one of them over she had no answers and when I told her about our connecting flight she giggled and said I probably wouldn’t make it. We missed our connecting flight and we’re rerouted 4 hours later. We’ve missed our boat to Venice and all we received was an 8 euro lunch voucher."
Queixes: "It would have been great to have left on time, arrived on time and caught our flight. I also would have been better if we hadn’t been laughed at and actually aided us to catch our flight."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed and no announcement was made. The customers should be made aware. I paid extra for a premium seat which was too small for my husband’s knees to fit. He had to sit the whole flight with his knees turned sideways Into the aisle."

Avantatges: "Well, I liked that I had the aisle seat."
Queixes: "It couldve not been 44 minutes late in take off. It was stressful because I reserved a shuttle that would've left me had I been an hour late. And there was no explanation; just copious waste of my time"

Queixes: "They lost my all my luggage in transit in Madrid, still trying to get it back!"

Queixes: "Never check in your carry-on if they say there are too many carry-on's on the flight. I saw a lot of Spanish say no when they asked them to, now I know why. I am in Dublin 2days now with NO LUGGAGE or carry on, I have nothing, it all got "misplaced" in transit!"

Queixes: "The last seat are located almost inside the toilets. The crew was unhelpful"

I was totally convinced that the bags would not make it and they did. Very impressed with Iberia and the efficiency of the staff. The flights were pretty full and everything from take off to landing worked like a charm."
Queixes: "I thought when I made the reservation that I had booked two aisle seats but had not and it was hard to sit in the middle seat when you are claustrophobic. Thankfully the flights were short."

Queixes: "Durante el vuelo mucho ruido por parte de otros pasajerOs y ningún control por parte del equipo a bordo. Bastante molesto, sobre todo tomando en cuenta que era un vuelo de madrugada donde casi siempre de quiere dormir en el trayecto."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed 30 minutes, for no apparent reason; and therefore the connecting time at Madrid for me to get my flight to Chicago, which would have been 60 minutes if the flight was on time, was cut down to 30 minutes. And the terminal where the connection was was 25 minutes away -- and this doesn't include time for immigration at Madrid. I had to run all the way, break the queue, and made it though they had shut the gate and had to re-open it. The connections are poorly timed."

Queixes: "Not really a complaint about Iberia Express as an airline but I hate getting to Berlin Tegel. I took the bus, and it is so hard to stand up with all your luggage on those buses. It's that or a 20 euro taxi ride. At least Madrid airport has a railway line to get into the city."

Queixes: "Very poorly managed gate and service for Iberia. Long lines, no organization. Impossible to get any information."

Queixes: "Everything. "Code Sharing " is a convenient way of dodging responsibility ! BA /Iberia is a great example."

Avantatges: "La cultura y el trato dado por los Españoles. El aeropuerto es muy bonito y todo está señalizado. Los restaurantes todos una belleza y unos sabores inigualables."

Avantatges: "It's a medium distance flight. A couple hours. I thought the seats were extra small. I'm 212 lbs and fit pretty well but you;d have to be real Pete it's to find good real estate in those seat."

Avantatges: "I liked nothing about this flight."
Queixes: "The flight was overbooked and I was in standby along with other two passengers. The very rude lady at the boarding gate told us that the flight was full and that we could only board if there were any passengers not showing up. She assured us this was very unlikely to happen and that we will probably have to be allocated in another flight. I was lucky enough to be able to board the plane because there was a guy that was not going to fly with his wife. I was the last one admitted, and therefore the last boarding passenger. I could not believe my eyes when I got on the plane and saw SIX empty seats in business class!!!!! Just so you know, these people sell more tickets than the number of available seats they have in economy class and they rather to leave their overbooked passengers on the ground than to put them (or anybody else) in business class seats. Let alone that the leg room in economy class is ridiculous even for average sized people and I was really uncomfortable. But this is not the end of the story. They lost my suitcase, and at this moment, seven hours after I landed, they do not know where it is and they cannot give me any more information. I will from now on avoid this company as much as I can and I would suggest everybody does the same."

Avantatges: "My luggage has not arrived yet. They know where it is and keep telling me they will bring it right over ."

Avantatges: "Auto rebooked for delayed flight and missed connection."
Queixes: "Seats not rebooked together, and it would have been possible. Broken seats all around us. Annoying flight attendants. Won't mention the screaming kids, but while the flight attendants were nagging passengers for everything, they didn't say a word to the inattentive parents of the screamers. Air conditioning didnt work well. Crazy small seats, no padding in seats. It was a tough flight."

Avantatges: "I like that express passes were given as we left the first plane. It made getting through the line easier."
Queixes: "There were no weather issues and we left late from JFK. Most people on the flight had a connecting flight. The majority of the people missed the second flight though the plane had not departed. Everyone had to be rebooked on a later flight."

Avantatges: "In general, I have always had great flights when using Iberia; the MAD >NAP flight segments included."
Queixes: "Iberia Express uses smaller, Airbus320s and certainly packs passengers in! I'm 6'5"/191cm, and the flight between MAD to NAP almost 3 hours. That's a long time to sit with knees wedged into the unpadded seat in front of you. Window seats have even less room than aisle seats. It also makes things worse when passenger in front wants to fully recline their seat, passenger next to you wants to sprawl out - very claustrophobic! Also, there are no freebies on this flight charging for even a cup of coffee or glass of water!"

Avantatges: "Boarding process was cool no drama! Plane was super clean. Seats are narrow but not uncomfortable. (Not for a long flight which IBExpress does not do anyway) In flight crew awesome: impeccably dressed and kind. Good selections for purchase. Take off and landing perfect."
Queixes: "Nada. Kool Kat Here!"

Queixes: "The stewardess kept on hitting my husband who due to crammed seats could not fit."

Avantatges: "Respectful flight attendants, flight was on time. It was perfect."

Avantatges: "Due to delay issue, I was given VIP access to some lounge which was nice. Free beer."
Queixes: "Iberia plane was delayed by two hours coming to Chicago, which caused my first flight to be delayed two hours. This led to me missing my connecting flight at 8:45am from Madrid to Sevilla. I arrived in Sevilla at roughly 10am, well past my time for the second flight. Instead i will arrive at 7:30pm, essentially wiping out 1 of my 8 vacation days from work. Everyone was very kind albeit sometimes unclear with instructions"

Queixes: "Iberia has been consistently late in arrival. I missed my connecting flight on the way out to spain and nearly missed a connecting flight returning to the USA. I had to literally sprint to the gate. My bags never made it to the states with me. I am still waiting for them to return. I don't feel I can take Iberia again for any future flights"

Queixes: "Horrendous experience from checking to the airport. Be aware when trying to check in online, not only posible if you don’t pay a fee to choose seats. Therefore you are unable to check in until the last minute, and as they overbook the flight, if you don’t pay, You risk not get into the plane."

Staff were disorganised confused and rude. My debit card was handed to another passenger because the steward had no idea what he was doing. Beyond awful!"
