Queixes: "Even though 1 of the 3 stewards was really excellent at everything (foremost his impecable attitude towards passengers), nothing is really standing out anymore in IBERIA 1st class. It used to be extremely good, but now everything is banal. No attention to detail or pleasantness. The one thing that really concerns me is that Spanish stewards, more the women than the men, are becoming more rude than before. I understand that some passengers must be a hassle from time to time, but this is their one and only job, so a nice attitude is of the utmost importance."

Queixes: "Aunque nos lo ofrecieron educadamente tuve que facturar mis maletas de mano para permitir que hubiera espacio. Por otro lado los asientos en turista son incomodísimos y estrechos. Al llegar a Madrid esperé por mis maletas al pie de la cinta casi una hora. Fue vergonzoso y todo por hacer el favor de que hubiera más espacio en cabina. Estuve a punto de poner una reclamación."

Queixes: "The boarding was supposed to be by zone, but was just a mad rush. They served no food, not even for money. There was an onscreen ordering option, but for the entire flight it said "this service is temporarily closed". They didn't have a beverage cart. Not even water or coffee. I couldn't even get a cup of water to swallow some ibuprofen and an allergy pill (somebody brought a companion cat, I suspect, quite near to me). No food or water on an international flight across the Atlantic??? You've got to be kidding me -- that's gotta be close to illegal, not providing any means of hydration. But it's certainly cheap, mean, and unacceptable. Pathetic, too."

Avantatges: "There was nothing to like about Iberia"
Queixes: "I paid extra to book early so I could be assure of a seat with a view and so I could sit with my husband. Iberia charged my credit card 55.00 for the service and then, without my knowledge Iberia changed my seats and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. The communication between flight attendants and passengers was horrible. Those of us who had not eaten yet (about half the plane in economy seating) watched the flight attendants bring out extra bread to all of the other economy passengers who had already received their meals, while we, who had not eaten yet, watched. My husband inquired if we were also receiving meals. He was told that everyone would eventually receive a meal. Horrible customer service, the worst ever. Later, before landing the pilot cancelled beverage and snack service because of possible weather conditions but never put the seat belt sign on until we began our decent. Nothing made any sense. It was like a crazy person was in charge. I would not trust Iberia to take me anywhere in the future."

Avantatges: "Key to long haul flight is keeping everyone happy without forcing them to sleep. On a westbound flight arriving at night you want to get on the target timezone asap, this flight is the FIRST that really allowed me to do that without conflicting with people who don't know how to manage jet lag. The dimmable large windows and comfortable seat make it more comfortable. A/V with 3D map, online lunch ordering, being able to see outside without the bright sun bothering anyone, all worked well. +100 I was skeptical of the a la carte food & beverage service, without any regular service, especially on a long haul flight, but it seems to be much less hassle for stewards and frees up passengers to eat when they want. the food selection was meager and overpriced though. video system worked well, fortunately I found one good one, had all the trick play (replay, captions) so, ok, given meager selection. after 12 hour, people are tired, but few were visibly annoyed or crabby."
Queixes: "They didn't have place to put garbage on the airplane, we tried to stuff it in the bathroom once, we just left the rest in the empty seat next to us. Spanish airports don't have good queue management, only two boarding classes, makeshift line. People crowd the gate making it seem like they'r about to get on next confusing the people who actually are next."

Avantatges: "El vuelo estuvo muy bien. Al ser un viaje corto no comí nada, pero la oferta era aceptable."

Avantatges: "Todo ha ido bien excepto que en él asiento lateral se ha puesto una mujer obesa que no me dejaba espacio, considero que debe estar prohibido dejar montar a la gente obesa en asientos que no seamos XL puesto que ocupan una parte del asiento lateral que mono lean corresponde"

Avantatges: "El vuelo debía salir a las 7:35 de Barcelona. Acabamos de aterrizar a las 14:30 después de infinitos retrasos y ninguna información por parte de la compañía. Huelga encubierta. La tripulación de cabina desafiante incluso el propio piloto. Éste último ha amenazado a la tripulación con parar los motores del avión, así como haciendo hincapié en que nuestra vida está em sus manos"

Queixes: "the worst traveling experience. as intl travelers could not download the wi-fi at their airport and they charged 40.00 per person for just the check in ticket... the customer service was the worst ever. very nasty employees"

Queixes: "No visualitza massa q la facturació en tarifa bàsica cal fer-la entre les 24 i 2 hores abans de l’embarcament. El personal de terra molt amable, ens va assessorar a temps."

Avantatges: "I screwed up i booked the one-way tickets in reverse. Used my phone while on the Camino and did not see the mistake until after the 24 hour period. There were still seats available and they could have switched but no- they kept the fare, of course and said for and addl 500€ each we could correct our flight. Good Lord!"
Queixes: "Their total inability to help and that they took our money for nothing in return. Customer service was basically that’s the rules, can’t help you out. We took Renfe train instead for a fraction of what they wanted and had a great trip."

Queixes: "Tried to cancel through the Ryanair website, and they wouldn’t cancel it. So... never went, and the seats were empty"

Queixes: "The app wasn’t working to check in. We arrived to the airport 1.5 hrs early only for them to tell us that there would be a $56 charge for not checking in 2 hours ahead of time. This is absurd. Almost as much as our ticket to Mallorca. Not okay. They were so rude to us and I dont trust that they will do this again to us. It’s a scam in my opinion. Definitely read all of the fine print or they will rip you off. Oh! And we paid for PRIORITY boarding. Psh"

Queixes: "Ocorreu muito atraso na decolagem. O embarque foi muito confuso, ficamos muito tempo trancado no ônibus até a aeronave pois ela demorou a ficar pronta para os novos passageiros entrarem. Foi caótico. Não repetiria."

Queixes: "The fact that our flight was delayed for well over an hour, and our gate was changed three times, which caused human stampede each time. Incredibly poorly managed."

Queixes: "I checked in online. Didn’t realize I had to save a mobile download of the check in. The woman at the front desk yelled at us and told us to get out of line. We pulled it up on our mobile and got back in line. She then told very rudely agreed to help us. My husband thanked her for her kindness and I giggled and walked away (because she wasn’t kind at all). she then began to scream at us from 20 feet away “YOU ARE VERY RUDE AMERICANS!” I’ve never experienced something that odd. Then, the flight was 4 hours late for some unknown reason. I tried to get a wine on the flight and the credit card machine wasn’t working. Instead of doing whatever normal company would do and graciously give us a wine for the terrible service, very late flight and no working way to pay, the flight attendant grabbed the wine back and continued serving other people. The whole day was a disaster. Now it’s 2 am and I have another flight to be up for in 4 hours."

This delay cost us another night in a hotel and a couple thousand for tickets on another flight the following day. When we complained to the service desk at the airport they offered no help, we actually had to go to airport information to find out how to file a complaint. I highly recommend you choose another airline."

Queixes: "Poor communication for the check in, passport control and boarding. Flight delayed with no communication. Landed late and then delayed again and had to wait 40 min to deboard the plane. Missed my connection costing me an extra 60 euro to get to my final destination :( they don't care!! I read reviews that this airline is habitually late. I assumed people were just being hard on them. Nope! I will either avoid this airline or assume an extra 2-3 hours of wasted time anytime I fly with them!!"

Avantatges: "The crew was very polite and professional."
Queixes: "The weight categories differ from the ranges of other regional airlines."

Avantatges: "Nada"
Queixes: "Everything"

Queixes: "I check in my flight from my phone and add extra luggage ( more $$$ on top what we already pay from our flight ) and I get the confirmation. The day we flew back and the check in station in the airport they didn't find out online check in but they knew we add extra luggage. The ladies that helped us was rude and disrespectful. Waited customer service ever. I'm the end we had to pay $60 each to get in our flight. It was a ripped off. I'll never fly we them again."

Avantatges: "Once I was on the plane I fell asleep so it was a good ride."
Queixes: "When we got to the airport no one was willing to help me which ended up costing me an extra £100. I was so upset and no one even showed the slightest care. Im never flying ryanair again."

Queixes: "You charged me an extra 150 Euro because I did not receive your e mail and could not register on line my flight. I complained at Airport in Greece and no one would assist me. I am writing the NY Times and Washington Post about your strategy to take extra $ from first time flyers of your airline. Shamfull !!!! Queixes: "We stood in line for almost 40 minutes with no signs or help from anyone. Finally got to the desk and we were told we Needed to have boarding passes so we needed tonsee customer service. Stood in line for 30 minutes to have the customer service guy charge us to print out boarding passes and that we hadn't checked in. Then sent us back to check boarding passes only to find out we didn't pay for checked luggage. All in all, we arrived 2 hours early only to pay twice as much as our original tickets and barely make our flight. Do your selves a favor and pay the more expensive route, because the cheap tickets were not even remotely worth the hassle."

Queixes: "It was not clearly stated anywhere that a boarding pass must be printed beforehand, as most companies allow use of mobile passes or downloading of the boarding pass onto the phone. Their website did not allow downloading of the boarding pass on the phone and I was charged a 15 Euro fee for "checking in" at the airport when I had already checked in online. I will not be flying with this airline again, the other airlines are cheaper when considering all the ridiculous fees and poor customer service."

Avantatges: "The flight was in time"
Queixes: "Nothing negative"

Avantatges: "Just everything was so easy and straight forward. No issues and no hassles"

Avantatges: "Very clean."
Queixes: "Was an hour late leaving because it was late arriving in Amsterdam. Gate updates weren't helpful."

Queixes: "We had a 5 hour delay and were given absolutely no information. No one came to tell us what was going on, and we had to run all over the airport to find someone who worked for Ryanair to try to find help. Even when we finally located the "customer service" desk, they had no idea what was going on and were unable to help us. All they could offer was a "lunch voucher" but they sent us to the wrong café, which didn't know what we were talking about. Beyond this, the hassle of trying to figure out how much your luggage weighs while you are traveling (we had no access to a scale) isn't worth it. Would NEVER fly this airline again."

Queixes: "Extremely rude and condescending customer service—flight attendendants included. Extremely uncomfortable and small seats. Extremely unqualified pilots. 0/10 will never ride again."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "They airport boards did not work so my original flight was missed"

Avantatges: "RyanAir line failed to help me when my main air fare was delayed and I came super late to Barcelona, unable to make any sort of help for me to be able to fly to Sevilla."
Queixes: "I wish I could use a stand by ticket to Sevilla, but not even that I could get. Maybe a Ticket credit would be very helpful to use for a future flight."

Avantatges: "Seemed to have their act together"
Queixes: "Hard to determine what actual costs were going to be"

Avantatges: "Because Ryan air is a budget airline they have extremely strict restrictions regarding your boarding pass. One in the 21st century might think, ill download my pass online, or to my phone, or even a kiosk in the airport. Be aware few of these are actually feasible options for americans traveling within the EU and may cause you to miss your flight."

Avantatges: "Flight was wonderful everyone very couteous"
Queixes: "I had a 10 pound pair of ankle weights removed from my check on bag and I paid $99 for my extra 9 kg, and I thought I had paid for 20kg. But the ankle weights were removed and it will cost me $50 to replace them!! I would like a credit for this. Bishopkyle@outlook.com"

Avantatges: "Nothing. You are the worst airline I've ever used. Never ever again. I'm afraid now to submit this. You might charme for that too."

Queixes: "We did not like the surprise 45 Euro per person fee for not having a boarding pass printed. That was not readily available in our instructions. We were at a place without a printer and thought we should just print at the airport. We did not like the incredibly close seats to the row in front. It will have to be a dire day for me to fly Ryan Air again. I would prefer most other methods of travel, certainly another airline. The air crew was also a rude when bumping me each time the cart rolled by without apology."
