Pedi ayuda a la azafata para subir mi maleta al compartimento superior y ni me hizo caso, trataba a los clientes con la punta del pie. Durante el vuelo caia agua del techo. Cuando llegamos para subir al autobus habia que salir a la pista y pudimos ver como todas nuestras maletas facturadas caian a la pista con nueve desde la altura del avion y nadie se daba cuenta, las dejaban ahí tiradas"

Queixes: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."

Queixes: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Podría entender que no se pueda pero no que se lo pidas dos veces y no te den una respuesta. Lamentable y de muy mala educación. Por otro, el aterrizaje en Barcelona fue el peor que recuerdo y estuvimos hasta las 01.13 horas, una media hora después de llegar, parados dentro del avión sin desembarcar."

Queixes: "El embarque y la espera de las maletas a la llegada fue un sin sentido. En el aeropuerto de llegada demoramos casi una hora en tener nuestro equipaje. El avión salió con retraso producido esencialmente por la manera de realizar el embarque"

Queixes: "Lastima que hubiese caída de sistema en los aeropuertos franceses que nos hizo estar dentro del avión 1h30 minutos. No ofrecieron ningún refrigerio ( típico Ryanair), pero ni siquiera pagando. Eso sí, quitaron las luces de cinturón para que pudiésemos ir al baño en caso necesario"

Queixes: "En el viaje de ida embarcamos en puerta directamente (no despachamos ninguna valija) sin problemas. a la vuelta, la misma valija no pasó por la medida por el ancho -varias veces la medi y era de la máxima permitido- pero al no entrar en el aparato de referencia me cobraron 50€, siendo que otros equipajes de mayor tamaño pero al no ser rígidos, pasaron. Ninguna explicación desde la empresa. Solo que paguemos. Arriba del avión, no esperen ni un vaso de agua, te cobran absolutamente todo."

Queixes: "El llevar un bebe no importa nada, en Paris nos dejaron afuera aguantando frío y lluvia antes de subir al avión y aquí en barcelona esperando media hora para que me entreguen la carriola del bebe, la cual no entregan a la salida de avión sino en la banda, teni não que caminar cargando al bebe por casi 15 min."

Avantatges: "1h de retraso del vuelo en ves de 18.15 salimos a las 19.40 aterrizaje a las 20.40 muy bien recuperamos tiempo para tener que esperar hasta ñas 21.55 para recuperar carito del niño y maleta ni ofrecieron una boteilla de agua"

Avantatges: "Todo empezó mal: embarque tarde, muy tarde! 40 minutos tarde, siguió peor: 15 minutos más en la calle pasando frío, ruido y peligro en la zona exterior del aeropuerto junto el trafico rodado de todo el aeropuerto. Y peor aún: luego 30 minutos más dentro del avión, más retraso aún. Al final salimos 1:30 tarde o más. Durante el despegue un ruido horrible que me tuvo muy intranquilo un buen rato, otros pasajeros comentaron lo mismo, al final a los 15 minutos se dejó de oír de golpe o me quedé sordo, ya no lo sé. Sigo: durante el vuelo ni agua ni un pequeño snack por el retraso acumulado de 1:30h, (embarque original previsto a las 19:00, eran ya las 20:49, imaginaros el cabreo de la gente) eso si si quieres cenar por qué era bastante tarde con todo el follon ya se encargan de recordártelo solo empezar el vuelo, con sus menús que claro hay que pagar, más tarde pensando que podría al menos dormir un poco, empiezan a ofrecer otras cosas como una espectacular colonia, luego unos rasca y gana, como si fuera un supermercado, muy molesto y poco interesante! Todo esto crea un vuelo ruidoso y nervioso que es todo lo contrario de lo que esperaba. Al final a las 23:45 lleguemos y casi perdemos el último tren de renfe a Barcelona por el retraso de Ryanair! Lo que nos hubiera faltado pagar un taxi como colofón de la noche. Al ir use TAP AIR y fue genial, puntuables, amables, comodo, con comida y bebida incluida en el precio del billete y además rico. A QUIEN LE PUEDA INTERESAR."
Queixes: "Todo empezó mal: embarque tarde, muy tarde! 40 minutos tarde, siguió peor: 15 minutos más en la calle pasando frío, ruido y peligro en la zona exterior del aeropuerto junto el trafico rodado de todo el aeropuerto. Y peor aún: luego 30 minutos más dentro del avión, más retraso aún. Al final salimos 1:30 tarde o más. Durante el despegue un ruido horrible que me tuvo muy intranquilo un buen rato, otros pasajeros comentaron lo mismo, al final a los 15 minutos se dejó de oír de golpe o me quedé sordo, ya no lo sé. Sigo: durante el vuelo ni agua ni un pequeño snack por el retraso acumulado de 1:30h, (embarque original previsto a las 19:00, eran ya las 20:49, imaginaros el cabreo de la gente) eso si si quieres cenar por qué era bastante tarde con todo el follon ya se encargan de recordártelo solo empezar el vuelo, con sus menús que claro hay que pagar, más tarde pensando que podría al menos dormir un poco, empiezan a ofrecer otras cosas como una espectacular colonia, luego unos rasca y gana, como si fuera un supermercado, muy molesto y poco interesante! Todo esto crea un vuelo ruidoso y nervioso que es todo lo contrario de lo que esperaba. Al final a las 23:45 lleguemos y casi perdemos el último tren de renfe a Barcelona por el retraso de Ryanair! Lo que nos hubiera faltado pagar un taxi como colofón de la noche. Al ir use TAP AIR y fue genial, puntuables, amables, comodo, con comida y bebida incluida en el precio del billete y además rico. A QUIEN LE PUEDA INTERESAR."

Avantatges: "El personal muy amable"
Queixes: "llegamos con un retraso de dos horas y encima nos tienen esperando las maletas media hora más."

Avantatges: "Me gustó el abordaje y la puntualidad."
Queixes: "En nuestro vuelo iban muchos ingleses ebrios que gritaban y se reían a carcajadas a lado nuestro. Luego una mujer empezó a vomitar y dejó en el piso latas de cerveza. La tripulación no actuó correctamente y no les puso un alto. Fueron muy indiferentes al desorden."

Queixes: "retraso en la hora y cambio de la puerta de embarque a última hora"

Avantatges: "El vuelo no salió a la hora y evidentemente no llego a la hora. Pero el personal fue amable y la movilización rápida."

Avantatges: "Un poco de retraso en horarios"
Queixes: "Todo bien en general siendo low cost"

Queixes: "El vuelo ha salido con un retraso de una hora. Llegar en Barcelona, hemos atendido unos 15 minutos la apertura de portes."

Avantatges: "La simpatía y las mil y una disculpas que nos dieron la tripulación, pero la hora de retraso nadie me la quito"
Queixes: "Coordinación de vuelos tanto el de ir a Colonia como volver los dos fueron con retraso en especial el de regreso que estuvimos entre cerca de una hora sentados en el avión."

Queixes: "Overall ok. Boarding went smoothly. Seat was cramped and there was a metal bar in front of my legs. The food was poor. I got some odd savory rice dish with raisins and two cubes of cheese. Make sure to bring snacks as it is a long flight. Most of the crew was hospitable but one stewardess was awfully crabby..."

Avantatges: "Flight was on time"
Queixes: "Literally everything else could be improved"

Queixes: "The leg room was non existent. They charged me for overweight luggage as well as luggage when there was no mention of it and they charged me 15 euros for not having online check in. I will never use kayak"

Avantatges: "Crew was nice."
Queixes: "For some reason, we were put on standby despite having purchased tickets three months earlier. Apparently, they overbook by 10%. Thankfully, when we arrived in Kiev and went to the international transfers desk, they were able to fit us on our originally booked flight."

Avantatges: "Todo bien"
Queixes: "nada"

Queixes: "unexpected fees to print boarding pass. very strict about bag size and fees. flight significantly delayed at boarding area because staff insistent on checking every size of every bag even if you only had one item."

Avantatges: "La tripulación tenía un trato muy personal. Muy amables en su servicio."
Queixes: "La flotilla es muy vieja, los aviones son antiguos y no se sienten tan confiables como los nuevos aviones. Los asientos son muy pequeños y tienes poco espacio para moverte sin tocar o molestar a la persona sentada al lado tuyo."

Avantatges: "I liked receiving an extra food as we stuck on plan for extra 2 hours."
Queixes: "As we had to wait 50 passengers from another flight we have to stay on plane for extra 2 hours and it’s was terrible experience"

Avantatges: "Flight was on time. Helpful crew."
Queixes: "Poor food."

Queixes: "No room between seat rows. Flight was very very hot."

Queixes: "Airplane seemed outdated, with no individual televisions, and some strange movie selections, which I could not see over the seat/hair in front of me. The flight was very long, so individual entertainment would have made the time pass a little more quickly. The main meal entree was okay, but the bun and brownie was stale. The snack was inedible, despite being quite hungry (stale bun with very little chicken, no seasoning or lettuce or mayo, very dry). Did not see the crew very much after the initial meal was served, but that was okay as I did not require assistance."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "My flight was delayed by 2 days without any explanation"

Avantatges: "Sexy flight attendants"
Queixes: "Overall I am disappoint with Ukraine Airlines. I will give you several reasons. First of all I'm a frequent traveller of Ukraine Airlines because I had a business in Ukraine. I have use your Airlines more than 10 times. I fly internationally frequently and I also use several other International Airlines. Compared to the Airlines I would rank Ukraine Airlines at the bottom. 1) I have never been on one Ukraine airlines that has the ability for a passenger to charge a cellphone or any other electronic device in the seating area oh the plane. Ukraine Airlines might be the only International Airline that does not have this. How can you not have this option for passengers in 2018 when you know people are using laptops and cell phones more than ever? This is unacceptable. 2) there are no television options on the headrest for passengers. Again, I do not know of any other International Airline that is not allow each passenger the ability to watch movies in front of their seats. The movie option for Ukraine Airlines is extremely outdated. 3) when taking the international flight from New York to Kiev, the food option is not good. It is only one Hot meal served. To give passengers a cold sandwich as a first option on an 8hr international flight is acceptable. It appears to me that Ukraine Airlines is 10 or 15 years outdated. I travel to Ukraine often and I do as much as I can to avoid your airline. Also whenever I'm talking to passengers in other airports and even passengers boarding Airlines we all talk the same about your airline. Most people are disappointed with your Airlines but have to use it because scheduling etc."

Avantatges: "It was a very smooth flight, lots of leg room, and attentive stewardesses."
Queixes: "The DVD system kept breaking and we got around 30 minutes through 4 different movies. Also all of them had Chinese subtitles, which was odd for a flight that seemed to be full mostly of Ukranians and Americans. The meal was very carb heavy."

Avantatges: "Same as above"
Queixes: "same as above"

Queixes: "I swiched to different company. ther in no way that i will use UIA ever agein."

Queixes: "Very uncomfortable and food pretty bad... no free alcohol and limited entertainment (they show films overhead) would avoid if you can... but you do get to your destination."

Avantatges: "I liked that crew was friendly. And thats it."
Queixes: "No comfort Delayed boarding. Repeated security check. Guys hardly do their jobs. Movies are old with Chinese translation not English. Even if the flight is to NY. Will use them only if absolutely NO other flights."

Avantatges: "The flight attendants were nice and hard-working yet providing no explanation for switching my seat three times."
Queixes: "The boarding was poorly organized. My assigned seat was changed THREE TIMES!!!!! from the isle and the window into the middle row. I did not like that at all. This is the last time I am using the Ukraine International Airlines."

Avantatges: "flight was on time"
Queixes: "this flight was sold as a normal economy class flight including 1 checked bag. in reality it was sold as a hand baggage only one way fare and a economy with baggage on the return. like that makes any sense. you going to buy luggage and things to fly bag with??? This was not disclosed on the website, during booking, on the booked reservation or on check in or the boarding pass. Complete and total misrepresentation by Kayak and priceline."

Avantatges: "I requested little late (on my second flight from Kiev to JFK) a wheelchair assistance as a senior citizen. Crew did their best and they could accommodate my request for the rest of the flight, I appreciate that, thank you!"
Queixes: "Accidentally, I left my main suitcase unlocked (but of course it was well zipped). Upon my arrival, at home in US, I found almost half of my gifts and items I had prepared for friends missing / stolen! Although I cannot prove and blame anyone personally for that this has never happened to me with any other company. I have enough ground to suspect this was done at Kiev Airport during the baggage loading and processing. What a shame ..."

Avantatges: "Got me from point A to B"
Queixes: "The food was terrible and quite questionable as to the freshness and "realness" of it. My friend's grape had mold on it and the taste of the meals were not good. The flight is extremely tight with little room to move. If I was not flying with someone I knew it would be extremely uncomfortable as you are shoulder to shoulder with the person next to you (me and my friend are both tiny and we just fit in the seats). The space is just OK if it were a domestic or short flight of 3 hours or so, but it should be illegal to put that many people on a flight across the ocean. There are no videos behind your seat so you have to watch what they choose on the few videos hanging from the ceiling. The staff were not very friendly. Plane was not well kept and the plane is old."

Avantatges: "Getting off the plane"
Queixes: "Everything. This plane was most likely the same plane the Wright brothers flew upon their first flight. I am 5'4" and 104 pounds and I had a hard time fitting in the seats. Most domestic flight planes that I've flown are MUCH better than this; no TV, no legroom, and you had to buy drinks. The food looked like diarrhea and my grapes had mold on them. Also, the flight attendants were so rude to guests. I will NEVER fly this airline again."

Queixes: "My parents have to pay $80 for baggage."

Avantatges: "On plane the crew was professional and very nice, smiling that's what we need cause the trip is long. Thank you for a safe trip!!!!!!!!!"
Queixes: "I almost missed my flight because of the accident on the road on my way to airport Boryspil. I tried to call customer service of UIA to ask what I should do in a case like this do I have to pay for a new ticket or I have any options. I was on phone for more than 20 minutes no one pick up the phone. What if it's an emergency and no one is available it's insane. I came to airport and stuff/employees of airport who are supposedly have to help you and actually take care of you if you are late or at least explain what should I do and where should I go.I was late and I couldn't find the boarding for my flight cause they already finished checking in people. Well I asked one of the employee for help so this lady sent me somewhere through the whole hall to the windows which were already closed I told her that I am super late and I am not going to make it. When I run there everything was closed the window next to it was different airlines but I saw a register girl so I asked for help what should I do my check in is over so the blond lady yelled at me that she is busy and have her things to do this is not nice. I run to the other employee she sent me somewhere else and the line is huge to get to register window and people are mad that I am trying to go in front of them without waiting for my turn I tried to explain that my flight is about to depart. So for my opinion these employees over there mostly don't know their duties they make you run for no reason when I explained my situation somebody should have taken me personally to a right check in window so I can faster get my boarding pass without making other people angry. I am not satisfied with their service in the airport, they are rude and not polite!!!"

Avantatges: "flight was on time"
Queixes: "upon checkin an airline personnel forced to pay extra $40 for the luggage even though 1 free bag was included with an economy class ticket. Also carry-on limit is 7kg in compare with 12kg on international airline. 12kg carry-ons are reserved for business class. Overhead compartments are too small for carry-ons though. But how passengers are supposed to convert 12kg into 7? And checked-in prices are outrageous"

Avantatges: "nothing. not joking. apart from the fact that I got from point A to point B, there was nothing redeemable or positive about this experience."
Queixes: "First, the last-minute 7 hour delay. An hour before we were due to board the plane we found out about the delay due to techical issues/ plane rotation, i.e. a problem entirely of UIA's own making. Second, zero customer service for our options as passengers to reschedule, re-route, or be reimbursed for our 7 hour delay (delays over 5 hours allow for full refunds according to UIA's own Air Passenger Rights on their website). Third a promised lunch during the delay was itself also delayed, this time by an hour an a half. Fourth, the flight experience itself. A 10.5 hour flight with no in seat monitors, no complementary beverages (only water), no pillow, horrible food, broken seats, no usb ports for charging devices, and freezing cabin conditions. I would hands down never fly with UIA again in my life."

Avantatges: "Boarding process was again pretty efficient. Price was excellent."
Queixes: "The food options were very limited. I expected much more for an international flight. This is my third time flying MAU (Ukraine International). My last flight experience was awful (missed connecting flights because of delays, etc.) but this was much better."

Avantatges: "Everything was OK except at frankfurt it took 25 minutes to get from the plane into the terminal. FRA airport operations was VERY VERY slow and seemed quite inefficient. I assume UIA does not have access to a gate and jetway at FRA, but the transfer from plane to terminal added about 25% more time to the overall trip time."

Avantatges: "temperature varied a little up and down during the flight, but overall this was a good flight"
Queixes: "Could only pay for food w/credit cards, and neither of the two cards I had with me that worked all over europe worked on that flight."

Avantatges: "In business class there was excellent choice of food and beverages. Excellent meal presentation. Flight attendants were nice, very attentive and thoughtful."
Queixes: "Outdated business class seats that do not recline to become flat and do not provide good rest. I had to put my bag and folded blanket under my feet to keep feet elevated above floor."

Avantatges: "Very polite and helpful flight attendants"
Queixes: "Old aircraft, no flat seats in business, no personal entertainment system"

Avantatges: "That I eventually made it home alive."
Queixes: "The flight was delayed 8 hours. This made me miss my next flight. UIA wouldn't do anything to help me. I had to pay for a new plane ticket myself to leave the next day. Also, I had to lay on the airport floor and wait for the 8 hours because we weren't allowed in the lounge."

Avantatges: "First of me and my kids were left stranded when the ladies at the gate doing the check in told us our flight was for the next day, we had to sleep on the airport seats since we couldnt go out of the airport to get a hotel, also they were very rude to all the customers including an amputee, we finally boarded the flight the next day, got to new york and our suitcase was missing. Very horrible experience never flying this airline ever again. I regret using this airline."
Queixes: "Everything this about this airline was very bad. Bad timing, horrible food, terrible sitting condition. Landed 45 minutes late."

Avantatges: "Not much!"
Queixes: "This was one of those planes that has as many seats cramped in as possible. (3 window to aisle, 4 middle, 3 aisle to window). The entertainment system was a few drop down TV's overhead and a large screen 15 rows ahead. You could not hear the Pilot during his announcements."

Avantatges: "The crew members are always nice and helpful (on every flight). Very professional. The flight from Kiev to Frankfurt was much better than the Astana-Kiev flight- more space, and clean bathrooms."
Queixes: "Temperature- it was too hot on the plane."

Queixes: "Only water was free of charge, to drink."

Avantatges: "I enjoyed my time in Ukraine before the nightmare of UIA began"
Queixes: "The flight was delayed for 4 hours for "technical reasons." I didn't get any email alert to warn me about the delay so I arrived at the airport and had to wait for 6 hours there. When we arrived on the runway at our destination we had to sit waiting for 40 minutes. The plane's seats are excruciatingly narrow, there are no personal entertainment consoles, and the food is similar to that found in a Soviet cafeteria. Communication with passengers was disorganized and ineffective."

Avantatges: "The second flight (operated by both Ukraine and Turkish was good."
Queixes: "nothing really."

Queixes: "no personal TV's on a 10 hour flight... thats absolutely ridiculous no WIFI on a 10 hour flight... again.. AWFUL! Why would I ever take this airline ever again? Worst 10 hour flight I've ever had. All of the other airlines (your competitors) have everything. You need to up your game"

Avantatges: "not a full flight. flexibility"
Queixes: "all good"

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "-tiny seats. I'm 6'2 and there is no way for me to fit in there -NO TVs!!! I didn't think this was possible in 2017 -no wifi! -terrible food! -airplane looks old and unsafe"

Queixes: "Some passengers was really horrible and flight team can't do nothing :("

Queixes: "The plane is very tiny. The seats are super small. Everyone is crammed. I was lucky to have skinny teenager next to me, otherwise surviving 10 hour flight would be extremely difficult"

Queixes: "Plane delayed. Missed my connecting flight because of this. Staff rude and unhelpful. No entertainment. Had to pay for food which was overpriced and poor."

Queixes: "They don't have personal tv monitor and they are playing some 15+ years old movies. They don't have new plane and the seats are some broken. One of the worst airlines ever."

Avantatges: "It's my first time flying UIA and wow did they pass with flying colors, excellent service , super flight attendants, clean planes, ausem costumer service , I flew with a baby, well what should I say? They really bent over backwards to make my flight comfortable and enjoyable and relaxing as possible,. Hats off to there crew and staff,"

Queixes: "I purchased travel insurance, but when I had to cancel my son's flight because the trip organizer for his Birthright trip cancelled the entire trip, I was told that I couldn't get a refund for the ticket he didn't use. This is outrageous."
