Queixes: "Air port does not have automatic internet connection We were there for 8 hours with no internet because we had no international roaming to receive the PIN via SMS. The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

Avantatges: "I have tall family members and they had enough legroom even at the back of the plane. Service was excellent. Snacks and drinks were regular on offer even between meal. Very nice, professional staff even after 13 hours of flight. Just excellent. Thank you for this very pleasant experience. Will definitely fly Singapore Airlines again."
Queixes: "There is room for improvement with the special meals. The non gluten brun was very hard. In general it would be nice if passengers could pre-order from a set selection of foods online what they would like on their tray. This would hopefully lower the amount of food that sadly goes to waste. Also it would be nice to have gluten free snacks on board. Flying with celiac disease is not easy."

Boarding is always well organised from Changi however it was a full flight and as always half the passengers exceeded their carry on allowance. Rather than addressing this bags were flung everywhere no nowhere within your actual reach during the flight. Very annoying when you are a passenger who does the right thing."

Queixes: "Ran out of options for dinner and could not eat the macaroni cheese they had on offer, so got 2 small packets of nuts instead...international flight running out of food options? Pretty slack. A part of the interior wall fell off onto my foot upon take off and I had to hold it in place for a while until a hostess came....doesn’t give you the best feeling when the plane starts breaking on take off. One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

Queixes: "they walked past me twice with introductory drinks without stopping and offering me one, I then had to ask for one.. not good. the younger staff need to develop the wonderful standard of the older staff."

Queixes: "The entertainment system was soooo old. In our seats it was non-functional. The plane wasn't too full and so I scooted over to the isle seat next to mine but again the resolution on the screen was so bad I couldn't read the intro comments to the movie, etc. They desperately need to update the entertainment system on that plane."

Queixes: "The business class seats were smaller than I thought and not so comfortable as the 777. The seats are hard and ungiving and when you sleep on them you really feel it. Plus the flatbed lay out meant you were basically lying in a question mark position, not so goof for tall people like my husband. The food was good but uninteresting and I think for an overnight flight there should be more smaller,lighter, non spicy options offered rather that full dinners."

Avantatges: "The crew was very helpful and fast, at the gate of flight from Doha to Tbilisi they greeted and thanked me in Georgian, which was very nice of them. The seats were comfortable and the entertainement was good during almost ten hour flight from Manila to Doha."
Queixes: "The food during the flight from Manila to Doha was poor. Last year I flew from Doha to Singapore in January and the year before that from Doha to Colombo, the food on both of the latter flights was very good. The food during flight from ManilaManila to Doha was poor."

Boarding in Doha was extremely slow, some passengers had issues with their travel documents and instead of handling those issues on the side, they kept everyone waiting for over 15 minutes"

Queixes: "Comparing this flight on Emirates airlines which is from Bahrain going to spain with the previous flight on Emirates airlines as well but was going from Bahrain to Dubai there is a huge difference starting from Time professionalism and crew treatment and captain experience on making the flight comfortable the level of everything changes my flight to Spain was very comfortable and quite and the food was delicious the crew was very helpful and polite the captain is very professional and he made us feel very comfortable in this flight smooth take of and landing."

Avantatges: "Kids full of praise for on board entertainment. Efficient and helpful staff. Nice food. Provided me with a veggie meal despite my not ordering one beforehand."

Queixes: "The security check in Istanbul was humiliating and I haven’t received this kind of check in my life specially in a connection flight! In a disturbing way the check was in the gate only and includes separation between man and whomen then examination of our bodies with human hands , opening our bag , no shoes etc."

Avantatges: "Lounge in istanbul is probably the best I have ever experienced worldwide"
Queixes: "Chaotic boarding with no priority system and allow too many cabin luggage that it was difficult to put my own little computer bag. Movies selection can be improved"

Queixes: "It wasn't great experience as we missed the flight back to UK. They lost my husband wheelchair and we did missed the flight. They Redbook flight which was three hours later, so missed our tax home as well. We haven't received any apologies not even offer a drink. DISAPPOINTED"

Avantatges: "I liked everything, from the inflight catering, check in, etc! I had to cut short my trip to Istanbul due to a family issue- they couldn’t do enough to facilitate a flight home at short notice at a minimum cost and most importantly expedited my return with the minimum of hassle- thank you Turkish!"

Queixes: "I didn’t like anything not least the fact you make people wait in the station when they are on flights with stops. It Morocco offers a plush hotel room. I’m never travelling"

Avantatges: "Another excellent business class service from the team at Turkish Airlines. The food offering was high quality, and the little cultural influences made it an enjoyable experience."
Queixes: "The cabin design is perhaps looking a little dated and tired compared to some of its business class competitors. This was also true of comparing the 3 flights I had on a Boing 777 model versus one of the short haul legs on a more modern Airbus."

Queixes: "The boarding was a little more chaotic, but the host airport has a major influence on that process."

Queixes: "At gate sign advertised their lie flat beds in business.. we were on business. No lie flat beds!"

Queixes: "Boarding was simply chaotic where staff isn’t managing the queue well separating business and economy. At arrival baggage priority meant nothing. Half the non priority bags arrived way before a massive batch of priority bags arrived. Defeats the purpose of giving your guest fast track immigration !"

Queixes: "I only got one boarding pass at the check in."

Avantatges: "Business class cabin in the 777 was really spacious. Flight wasn’t full so I also had two seats to myself. Onboard chef was a beautiful touch and food was also delicious. Seats comfortable and IFE good."
Queixes: "Heathrow T2 Business class checkin wasn’t clearly signed from entrance. If someone was next to me I would not have enjoyed not having aisle access. Water should be served more regularly without having to ask."

Queixes: "1. Limited legroom and space. 2. Would like additional cabin service for water etc. Also would like a non-dairy option for breakfast."

Avantatges: "Food was very good, and staff friendly and helpful. They had drinks and sandwiches/onigiri on offer at the galley areas entire trip, only did not come to offer them very often. Entertainment systems were great."

Queixes: "We r a family of 5 and we did not seat together this Waht bothers the most of the trip that they couldn't put us together"

Queixes: "The issue of excess baggage. Would appreciate to buy on line before my flight so that I know how much to carry and also that I am covered before leaving home. Payment at the airport may be too costly as well as unreasonable. It's like a penalty for having excess luggage. This is the reason I prefer flying with EMIRATES because they afford me to but pay fir excess luggage before my departure. Planning ahead is key"

Queixes: "Over the past year the cabin crews are not quite up to Aeroflot customary standards. The young ones seem to have not been trained well enough and seem tentative and not so enthusiastic, especially when the whole crew is working meals. The rest, however, are very professional and exude confidence."

Queixes: "This was booked with Virgin Atlantic, there was a medical issue and Vigin Atlantic refused to allow the return ticket code to be rebooked - at any price, so there was no flight, and I paid for a new ticket on another airline."

Queixes: "The food was terrible, only choice was fish patty and immediately gave me heartburn and stomach-ache, half the flight ran to the bathroom. No entertainment available for such a long flight."

The two hot meals were preceded by printed menus so we could make our choices before they were served. An ice cream snack was distributed between the meals.The flight was smooth and not too crowded."
Queixes: "A little warm in the cabin, with no individual air control. Neither the touch screen nor the remote for controlling the screen worked well."

Queixes: "Había pagado 100 dólares por exceso de equipaje. Al llegar a Madrid una de nuestras maletas resulto extraviada. Al pedir su recuperación nos informaron que el extravío se debió a que habían embarcado en nuestro vuelo 70 maletas de un vuelo anterior y de resultas se habían quedado 37 en Moscú porque no quedaba espacio en nuestro avión. Una mala gestión que garantiza decenas de extravíos indebidos."

Queixes: "Terribly uncomfortable plane! Entertainment system difficult to handle."

Avantatges: "The plane was comfortable with devices to watch movies and play games. The staff is well trained and polite. The flight was pretty smooth. Everything was on time."
Queixes: "The portions of food that Aeroflot provided were small."

Queixes: "The flight departed with an hour delay, the boarding process was rushed and chaotic. The flight was full with infants and little babies (approx. 2 babies per one 4 seat raw in Economy class) , not all of them reacted with ease to a 10h flight. On most of the occasions the parents should have been given some guidance as their behaviour was intolerant towards other passengers. Unfortunately, there was no support from crew members on this."
