No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Queixes: "En Kayak habia pagado un extra para elegir asiento, pero no me lo reservaron a la hora de hace rato check in online, les recomiendo que no lo paguen y hagan check in las 30 hrs antes señaladas y elijan lugar o paguen el extra directo en la página de KLM."

The rate for checking in baggage is more expensive than other airlines. Food was terrible: both for dinner and breakfast had plane awful sandwiches . Not traveling iberia again"

Avantatges: "From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."
Queixes: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."

Queixes: "Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom. Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia."

Queixes: "Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Queixes: "When I purchased the ticket I was never told that there was no allowance for luggage. Usually, this flights give you @ least (1) piece of luggage for free. In this case they charged the first piece 50 dollars and the second one $200.00.- After I paid 1500 dollars for (1) plane ticket , it is unheard that there is not even one piece of luggage for free. When I booked the flight there was nothing on the site about this. This was my first and last time buying a tickets from you guys. The fact that the fare was 200 dollars cheaper than other sites, ended up costing, 300 more. Never again with you guys."

Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Avantatges: "Very nice flight. Complimentary wine, meals and movies. We were in Economy Plus so the leg room was quite good."

Avantatges: "TAP Airlines did not fly this route for day and probably hired NEOS Airlines to fly as charter or contract this route only? NEOS Airlines is an Italian airline probably comparable to Southwest Airlines in the USA. It's a cattle car airline with no frills. Crew was very professional, food was actually good. A sandwich that was of course Italian ingredients. Seats were comfortable for the 3 hour flight."
Queixes: "Checking in and paying a $49 excesses baggage fee for I was better off paying a full fare. Discount fare, what a joke!Than finding out that TAP put me on standby status?? But I eventually got a seat. It was no relief thinking I would be left behind and my plans elude be delayed.TAP airlines had only worked the front desk check in, gate check in and don't know about the ramp service. So I can't give a full positive review of TAP Airlines"

Queixes: "First flight was delayed by just a half an hour and we arrived in Portugal. We had a connecting flight to AMS with also TAP and had a two hour window to make the next flight with the same company (TAP). We were in line for passport and then security and talked to several TAP employees and they said we would be have time and wouldn't have a problem catching the second flight. Well, we got through the lines with 30 min before our next flight and they wouldn't let us on. Customer service and organization of the airline is really poor. The aircraft had minimal room and no entertainment. We got on our next flight five hours later and all they gave us was a $10 food voucher. So poorly managed."

Avantatges: "The ride was comfortable, and the crew was attentive and pleasant. I loved the fact that i had a 10 hour layover, and I could go out into the city and do some sight seeing. This is not to the Airlines credit per say, but it was super easy. I enjoyed getting off on the tarmac just 200 feet from the building, was a nice sunny day."
Queixes: "The seats did not have entertainment system that I wasn't going to watch anyways. The seats did not have charging ports either (for phone or laptop), which several airlines now a days are making standard."

Avantatges: "I had a flight from Madrid --> Lisbon airport with a final connection from Lisbon --> NYC JFK and we were delayed in Madrid therefore arriving at boarding time of our other flight in Lisbon. The crew was so professional and prepared that when we landed in Lisbon there was a bus that brought about 25 of us who were connecting with final destination to JFK to the closest door to go through passport control and board onto our flight to JFK that they held for a good 30-45 minutes until all of us made our connection. Very professional and organized. Much appreciated that I didn't miss my final connection! Love flying TAP and will continue to do so!"

Once on the plane, things only got worse. I'm a small person- only 5'4" and even I had no leg room! This was made worse when the seat in front reclined- very claustrophobic. There were also zero entertainment options."

Be prepared to walk or stand everywhere, baggage check-in at Orly is in the basement and the last areas 132. The gates are the last gates in the south terminal. Queixes: "Retraso de vuelo, silla de bebe no te la dan al bajar del avion, la ponen en cinta en un aeropuerto extranjero donde tienes que recorrer kms para ver donde esta la silla de bebe mientras lo tienes en brazos mas las maletas. No esta bien esto."

Queixes: "1. Aunque sea cierto que EasyJet avisa que no todo el equipaje de mano entra en cabina, y que, según una de las azafatas del avión, al ir entrando al avión se hace un cálculo aproximado para saber cuándo hay que empezar a denegar el acceso de equipaje de mano en cabina, hay que resaltar lo siguiente: A) ¿Qué cálculos son esos que, habiendo estado yo en la mitad de la cola de embarque y, una vez dentro del avión habiéndoseme retirado mi maleta de mano, abro hasta tres departamentos que se encuentran a medio llenar? B) ¿Qué cálculos son esos que permiten que, estando dentro del avión (sin mi equipaje de mano, porque ustedes me lo han mandado a la bodega por falta de espacio en cabina), vea a un par de personas pasar con su maleta de mano y lograr introducirlas allí donde antes “no había sitio”, según las azafatas? C) ¿Qué sistema abusivo establecen que, a sabiendas de que durante el embarque se procederá al envío masivo de maletas a la bodega, no permiten hacerlo en los mostradores, aún cuando se ha contratado el carísimo equipaje extra para facturar (salvo, claro, abonando una cuantía extra y desproporcionada a sabiendas de lo que vendrá en poco tiempo)? D) ¿Qué sistema es ese que, estando a la cola del embarque nos hacen meter el bolso en la maleta (a priori lógico, dado que solo puede introducirse en cabina una única pieza), pero minutos más tarde nos hacen sacar lo que “necesitemos” en medio del camino al avión? ¿Qué lógica tiene prohibir llevar un bolso/bolsa/maletín/etc. al inicio, a sabiendas de lo que va a ocurrir o de la posibilidad de extraerlo de la maleta dentro del avión y llevarlo encima o bajo el asiento delantero durante todo el trayecto?, ¿qué sentido tiene, salvo el económico abusivo y desproporcionado? 2. Otra cuestión que cabe mencionar para justificar la tan pésima valoración dada, es aquella referente al proceso de embarque. Por un lado, aquel aeropuerto era un caos. Que si bien es probable que nada tienen que ver las aerolíneas con eso, las azafatas no hicieron nada (absolutamente nada) para exponer los motivos del retraso que se produjo. La situación era la siguiente: en una zona rectangular había cinco puertas de embarque y, parecía, que en al menos cuatro había gente esperando para embarcar. Porque filas había por todos lados, nadie sabía a ciencia cierta si estaba colocado en la correcta (porque aquello era un motrollon de gente) y, en el caso de mi vuelo, mientras esperábamos los paneles de información pasaron de poner “boarding”, “last call” (en rojo) a “gate closed”. Cuando diferentes personas preguntamos a las dos azafatas que se encontraban a las puertas del embarque si estábamos en la cola adecuada y si lo que decían los paneles era un error, solo respondían “it,s ok” como si la pregunta hubiese sido una molestia y seguían a lo suyo (charlar entre ellas). Un apunte respecto a una de esas azafatas: la persona delante de mi en la cola se equivocó al dar el DNI y la mirada que le echó..."

Queixes: "El problema ha sido la hora de retraso que hemos tenido. Nos ha tocado estar casi 1 hora dentro del avión parados"

Avantatges: "Nada a reseñar en este vuelo. Por poner algo bueno, que olía a colonia, ya que acababan de limpiar."
Queixes: "Para realizar el check - in, solo una persona en mostrador (cuando había). Más de 45 minutos teniendo delante mío a 3 personas!!!. Inaceptable. 40 minutos de retraso para salir. Un desastre de vuelo."

Avantatges: "Personal, muy amable, mucha puntualidad y organizado."

Queixes: "Que al sacar el pase de abordar en el aeropuerto me dijeran que mis acompañantes no tientan asientos asignado"

Avantatges: "En este viaje a diferencia del anterior los asientos tienen un diseño más delgado lo que me dió la sensación de mayor comodidad para el espacio de mis piernas"

Avantatges: "Viaje puntual y cómodo"

Avantatges: "Reliable personal"
Queixes: "2 hours delay And I don’t a have a compensation"

Avantatges: "Retraso de una hora y media. Es la segunda vez que me pasa en menos de 2 meses. Cobro de “bolso” ilógico teniendo en cuenta el tamaño de otros bolsos que lleva el resto de pasajeros. Y máxime teniendo en cuenta los numerosos retrasos que tiene la compañía."

Avantatges: "Nada y mucho menos el supervisor y personal de puerta."
Queixes: "Retraso, mala gestión del embarque, mala gestión de la cola con resultado de denegación de embarque por no presentacion. A pesar de estar el avión en tierra y todavía con puertas abiertas se denegó el embarque. Muy mal servicio de megafonía en la sala de embarque."

Avantatges: "El vuelo salió en hora y las maletas llegaron en perfecto estado."

Avantatges: "El vuelo fue muy bueno, el personal muy profecional, y el tiempo de vuelo, el programado por el capitan de la aeronave,"

Queixes: "210 minutos de demora"

Queixes: "On the screen in the airport kept saying GO TO APP, not explanations, not desk, only a stupid message on the airport screen saying GOTOAPP. In Edinburgh there is not easyjet office. Somebody from British airways told me that I should look for another easyjet n flight to talk to members of staff. Finally changed into est boarding time 21,00. Still it wasn't sure. By the time I got to Amsterdam not trains running so flying with easyjet late on the day bad news"

Durante el abordaje, casi a la mitad de la capacidad de pasajeros, indicaron que ya no habría espacio para equipaje de mano, sin embargo varias de las espacio estaban vacíos cuando ya todos habían abordado. Ademas las revistas tenían paginas rotas."
