Queixes: Extremely outdated and old planes... they are goofy and don’t feel safe
Queixes: Delayed flight should have been 9.30pm 2hr delay!!!
Queixes: The flight was delayed 30 minutes, for no apparent reason; and therefore the connecting time at Madrid for me to get my flight to Chicago, which would have been 60 minutes if the flight was on time, was cut down to 30 minutes. And the terminal where the connection was was 25 minutes away -- and this doesn't include time for immigration at Madrid. I had to run all the way, break the queue, and made it though they had shut the gate and had to re-open it. The connections are poorly timed.
Avantatges: The flight wasn't crowded and was ontime.
Queixes: leg room was very narrow.
Avantatges: Well, I liked that I had the aisle seat.
Queixes: It couldve not been 44 minutes late in take off. It was stressful because I reserved a shuttle that would've left me had I been an hour late. And there was no explanation; just copious waste of my time
Avantatges: I liked nothing about this flight.
Queixes: The flight was overbooked and I was in standby along with other two passengers. The very rude lady at the boarding gate told us that the flight was full and that we could only board if there were any passengers not showing up. She assured us this was very unlikely to happen and that we will probably have to be allocated in another flight. I was lucky enough to be able to board the plane because there was a guy that was not going to fly with his wife. I was the last one admitted, and therefore the last boarding passenger. I could not believe my eyes when I got on the plane and saw SIX empty seats in business class!!!!! Just so you know, these people sell more tickets than the number of available seats they have in economy class and they rather to leave their overbooked passengers on the ground than to put them (or anybody else) in business class seats. Let alone that the leg room in economy class is ridiculous even for average sized people and I was really uncomfortable. But this is not the end of the story. They lost my suitcase, and at this moment, seven hours after I landed, they do not know where it is and they cannot give me any more information. I will from now on avoid this company as much as I can and I would suggest everybody does the same.

Avantatges: La tripulación amable y fue rodo muy rápido
Queixes: No me dieron ni un vaso con agua, no hay ni un televisor donde mirar algo

Queixes: No hacer perder los vuelos a sus pasajeros ya que tenia que vilar ayer y me cerraron la puerta en la cara xdocpor una demora con la policia me demoré y robaron 150 € por cambiarme el billete cdo nonera mi culpa. Deben tratar mejor al pasajero. Ya que el avion estaba aun con la manga colocada.
