Queixes: "The boarding was a cattle care, atrociously organized, took forever. They were asking the better part of ten dollars for headphones. No way to get a drink, as with the trip over, the chairback screens didn't work, and they never notified me by e-mail that you had to order food in advance. Not even a glass of water available on a 7 hour flight, that's actually a health hazard, should be illegal. No coffee or tea. The window seat I paid up for was about 8 inches from the window, so I couldn't even lean my head there. No in-flight magazines, or handing out newspapers , no entertainment available, just sitting there uncomfortably for 7 hours while the attendants huddled behind drawn and velcro'ed curtains doing nothing. A true disgrace. Avoid Iberia and their LEVEL subsidiary like the plague. Unacceptable in every way....and at least Ryan Air and WOW are cheap, this flight was full price. Total rip-off, never again."

Queixes: "Airliner contracted out to another flight operator. We looked up and down the terminals trying to find the sign for IBERIA to no avail. It was quite hectic and stressful to arrive to the airport and not see your airline booth anywhere. No signage or anything there of to indicate Iberia or the other operator taking over this Iberia's flight. Then they wanted to charge for my carry-on saying it is too large. Went back and forth arguing for about 10 minutes then I found the bag sizing stand and demostrated to them my carry-on bag fits inside the bars as indicated in their sign. They said oh well it looks large from here. Customer Service is non. It is more Customer Harrassment. DO YOU PAY YOUR CUSTER SERVICE REPS Commission for every checked bag or something? Too bad there aren't many more options but I am considering going to social media to with this. NOT HAPPY and not flying with IBERIA anytime soon. SEnd me my refund!"

Queixes: "The cabin temperature was unbelievably low, everyone was complaining about how cold it was, rubbing and blowing on our hands. The woman next to me was concerned about being made sick because of prolonged exposure to cold. Then they forced us to buy blankets for 25 euro. Unless I hear that this flight was unique I won’t ever fly level again no matter how discounted the airfare"

Queixes: "I know this is a budget airline, but the customer service was beyond terrible. Originally when I booked this flight, expected departing time was at 14:30 and I booked an earlier flight in accordance with Iberia. We had a connecting flight from Lisbon to Barcelona with Vueling (coshare of Iberia) which was expected to arrive at 12:00. However, it was an hour late. In addition, Vueling insisted we volunteer to check in our carry on bags due to lack of overhead compartment space. Yet when we got on the flight, there was evidently enough space. Thus, while waiting for our baggage, our flight to Oakland was already on last call. We explained our situation to Iberia and their customer service would not help us. They refused to cover the cost of our flight and stated we needed to purchase another flight out of pocket, which was quoted to be $1100+/person! Save your time and money and book with another airline."

Y el problema es mio por volar con ellos. Que no te engañe el precio. Te lleva dos horas un vuelo que con iberia son 50 minutos"

Éste último ha amenazado a la tripulación con parar los motores del avión, así como haciendo hincapié en que nuestra vida está em sus manos"

Eramos muchos lo qie haciamos conexion y madoe fue capaz fe informarnos o acelerarnos los tramites dado que era la misma compañia con la qie cinectabamos. Desde el avion no sugiroeron qie nos colaramos en mugraciones, en vez de ser personal de la compañia quien nps acelerara los tramites como pasa con las compañiam aereas serias. El vielo un desastre"

Queixes: "El avión salió con más de una hora de retraso y la tripulación no daba información certera. En teoría el avión tenía problemas técnicos y lo estaban revisando, pero nos dijeron 10/15 minutos y en realidad fue más de una hora. Falta de comunicación por parte de la tripulación."

Queixes: "Los asientos un poco incómodos. No hice consumición de comida, sin embargo sería bueno que al menos agua le dieran a los clientes."

Queixes: "The seat was very very small for an average size human and the seat belt was on max.. No social distancing between seats"

Queixes: "Not worth trying to choose seats. Computer still seems to allocate at random. Unless travelling with small children just go with the flow for 2 hours or so."

Queixes: "Waiting in line for boarding to find out the passengers in the plane that had arrived had not disembarked. Passengers (and not just priority) brought more than one bag onto the plane. The overhead stowage was bulging. As a passenger with a foot cast the disembarkation was not the best"

Queixes: "Airport management. For half an hour we stood waiting in a corridor."

Avantatges: "good to have bag drop-off ,flight on time but an older plane"
Queixes: "Queues at security at Manchester always a nightmare! .Foreign airports do not have that problem"

Avantatges: "Nothing in particular"
Queixes: "Quicker boarding. More leg room. More comfortable seats. Long wait for drinks or snacks"

Avantatges: "My window seat. We were late taking off, yet still arrived 5 minutes early."
Queixes: "The passenger beside me having some spacial awareness and keep his elbow out of my seat."

Avantatges: "Lovely crew, great leg space and seats"
Queixes: "It was so hot, air conditioning"

Avantatges: "Flight left on time. Reasonable price. Friendly staff."

Queixes: "Take off delayed by over 3 hours, poor communication,noisy boisterous passengers."

Avantatges: "Nothing -apart from the fact I eventually got to the destination I needed the same day!!"
Queixes: "The delays. The lack of information. It became obvious we were not going to leave on time. But No announcement. nobody told us of the delay - or why. Then the conflicting information. Technical problems. Flight cancelled. Go to Ryan air deal to organise your own forward travel. Then - once back through Police & customs. No - flight going to happen!!! I have more to say about service & crew - but no space"

Queixes: "Sneaky pricing methods set up to catch you on return flight when you have no option but to pay to get back with dreadful unprofessional staff. I will never fly with them again if I can help it.i will go out off my way to tell as many as possible to never use or trust them."

Avantatges: "Nice and cheap."
Queixes: "The window was in the wrong place so I got a bad neck trying to look out."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "No staff in Treviso airport to help. There was 5 or 6 flights of people squashed into a small basement area which could barely hold 2 flights of people. It was unbearable crowded conditions with 2 airport staff who didn't reply when asked anything. When we found out flight was severely delayed there was no staff who would receive our claims for our rights under eu261 and got our food ouchers 1hour and 25 minutes late - impeding on our rights"

Avantatges: "Nothing !!"
Queixes: "Had to pay for not checking in 2hrs before 55 euros per person, After booking information there isnt clear enough notification asking for prior check-in. Flight attendants allowed anyone and everyone change seats before takeoff .. simply seems like Ryanair has no procedures and rules to follow... flight attendants look like they are on life support.. no smiling or kindness whatsoever... Seats were really uncomfortable, cant even recline the seats. Landing was scary. Budget of all budget airlines.. simply a joke and a waste of money ... vueling or easyjet is a 100 times better"

Queixes: "Poor customer service, no information on or apology for delay. Then 1.5 hrs after landing our baggage finally came on the baggage carousel. Again no explanation or info. Very poor experience."

Avantatges: "The crew didn’t allow a very visibly drunk passenger on board which was good. We were concerned about him coming on the plane so were very pleased they didn’t allow him to board."
Queixes: "The plane was delayed and when we did board it was very clear that absolutely no cleaning had taken place. Appreciate the effort not to be any later than we were but not nice to get to a seat with crisps and malteasers everywhere."

Avantatges: "two days before a bank holiday to Ibiza, this was significantly cheaper than other airlines. Departed on time"
Queixes: "Waiting for check in look about 50 minutes. When I got to the front I was 1kg over the allowed 20kg and had to leave to pay £11 at another counter and come back to check in. Note the allowance on other airlines are 23kg. Security screened my hand luggage twice. The reason was that the chargers for the camera, laptop, phone, etc was 'too dense in the bag' and had to be done seperately. This took about 25minutes. I am glad I arrived at the airport two hours before take off because by the time I checked in and passed security, there was just enough time to buy food and walk to the boarding gate. The flight itself was noisy. People played music and danced in the aisle, the cabin crew just left it and did not serve the middle of the plane. But the party goers brought their own drink on board and kept going."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "Delayed then not delayed then the crew were late and made no attempt to hurry themselves then wen we boarded we were told we were delayed an hour and 40 minutes so had to sit there on the plane with no1 telling us wats going on or wen we were leaving! No refreshments available while we were waiting really poor from Ryan air I won't be flying with them agen"

Queixes: "Very unimpressed with Kayak. Was contacted to pay more money than originally sold due to their speed of service between me buying via kayak and them contacting Ryanair. Flight was absolutely fine but kayak service awful."

Avantatges: "All boarded easily and managed to take off a little early from PIK which also meant landed early in IBZ. No probs on the flight."
Queixes: "Had to dust off seats of spilled Pringles from previous flight. And floor was covered and hadn’t been hoovered or even a dustpan. No biggie but wasn’t as clean as it could have been."

Avantatges: "Overall a great flight! Uncomplicated and easy even for a family of five. We got a great deal on the flights and service was good!"
Queixes: "We were late boarding and departing for both departures, yet we gained time in the air. Great job!"

Queixes: "Was approached when queing and told my bag was to go in the hold, there were people that had bigger/more bags that were not told this, i understand that if there is not enough room but surely first come first serve, we stood in the que specifically that this would not happen as we were in rush once we landed and did not have time to wait for bags. There were many people behind us that got to take their bag into the cabin."

Avantatges: "The crew . Very sweet cabin crew ,new 737 ,with lots of “snazzy lights"
Queixes: "Cramped space despite the new “improved”leg room due to te slimmer seats"

Avantatges: "Prompt take off and easy boarding.decent leg room"
Queixes: "My husband was very disappointed with the coffee and the chocolate and cranberry cake. Prices very steep too.."

Avantatges: "Leg room"
Queixes: "Boarding, very slow and a bit late as was takeoff"

Avantatges: "We landed 10 minutes earlier than expected"
Queixes: "We paid £80 a person which is over double what it costs us to fly there with vueling on less notice They then moved the boarding location after everyone had lined up causing us to loose out place in the queue They made us check our cabin bags which we were warned could happen but is never appreciated The seats were uncomfortable and very cramped for leg room The touched down while not totally their control was very harsh and a panel over the engine actually slid open on touch down which is a little concerning There was also a 20 minute delay taking off"

Avantatges: "The overall experience was good."
Queixes: "The possibility that our flights may be cancelled."

Avantatges: "Nothing to say."
Queixes: "No food."

Avantatges: "Attentive crew and departed on time."
Queixes: "The seat was not the most comfortable (of course) and the 10EUR meal I bought was not good either."

Queixes: "Awful service from Ryanair , first time using them and definitely last time. Told to put my bag in storage underneath but I was travelling with only one bag and was in a rush. Such an inconvenience."

Avantatges: "Only the cheap ticket"
Queixes: "Only one check in desk at the terminal with one member of staff!? Flight was late for about an hour! 15-20min is fine but one hour plus sitting on a runway for a long time is unacceptable. Especially in my case as I had a connecting flight to Nis and two hours between them. With one hour delay it was really a challenge to catch another flight. £25 charge for a 15kg bag I too much. I'd be more encouraged and travel more often with the ckeck in bag if that would cost 15-20£ but I anymore at this price"

Avantatges: "the crew was very nice."
Queixes: "expensive for the service."

Avantatges: "Staff at Dublin and on board very helpful we were traveling with a two year old and they were great help. Flight good and arrived on time all round good experience"
Queixes: "Nothing"

Avantatges: "Boarding was good. Left & arrived on time. Crew very efficient in spite of the problems encountered with passengers."
Queixes: "The flight was not so much Ryanair as Liverpoolair. There were hen & possibly stag parties on board who had obviously had a lot to drink , were very noisy including when the safety procedures were being announced & the crew had to constantly deal with passengers who would not obey instructions."

Avantatges: "Just whet I had booked a flight to and from Barcelona."
Queixes: "On the way out they ran out of drinks, on the way home we couldn't here the staff over the tannoy."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "Staff how it's possible u miss the flight to the front to the gate"

Avantatges: "The plan was clean and seats comfortable with enough leg room for all but the longest legs. Hot drinks, as in all flights way to expensive. Flight crew very nice and helpful. Over all we were very pleased and we fly quite a lot."

Avantatges: "I cancelled it because you changed the time. I hope it was refunded."

Avantatges: "The flight was good and on time. Crew were kind and professional."

Avantatges: "Ryanair has the no nonsense way of doing things and I noticed for example the lack of the seat pockets in front that usually hold magazines.. and passengers rubbish... I recon whats not there doesn't have to be inspected preflight. I love these things. The app works just fine for boarding. Loved the priority boarding too. I'm always happy to get on a 737. And tired of seeing companies get the airbusses."
Queixes: "On the return a 45 odd minutes delay, caused by? The weather maybe? I had to guess but... Not really a big deal tho.. oh and 2 gate changes... gate 10 to 15 and then 10 again... again not something isn't out of the ordinary when you fly any airline out of a busy airport... security que took ages too ;)"

Queixes: "A shame there was an hours delay on return journey with no information given"
