Avantatges: "A quick, quiet and relaxing flight - no stress at all. The flight was uneventful. My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily."

Queixes: "Awful. Didn’t make it. Vueling was terrible at fixing the problem. Stranding is in Barcelona airport"

Queixes: "First at the airport they tell us we have to check our carry ons when we had already flown three flights with them with those same bags as carry ons, then they criticize us for having heavy bags, which they never would have known if we had been allowed to carry them on. Their back up reason for needing to check bags was the flight was overbooked and there would be no room for bags, both of which were false as I personally counted at least 15 seats open and there were at least 6-7 completely empty overhead bins. Finally, it is Kayak that notifies me that my flight is delayed 90 minutes, but yet the airline decides it is a good idea to have us board and then just sit on the plane before finally telling us after 30 minutes of sitting on the plane with the flight door still open that we are delayed another hour. I would not fly them again."

Queixes: "They didn’t let me gate check any carryons. They made me pull out all my stuff to reallocate the weight in my carryons before letting me go with all of them. Why? Is the weight issue an over head storage weight limit issue or a fuel issue? Either way they eventually let me go. Ridiculous. They charged me over $110 for an extra check bag when kayak told me it would be $65-$110. Scam/stealing. Also, they told me I had to hold my kid during take off and landing instead of them being in their super secure car seat. How is that even logical? They said it was a company policy. If it was a company policy, why didn’t I have to hold my kid on the following flight? Dumb."

Avantatges: "Although I booked a flight on what I thought was British airways it was some off brand airline: Vueling very disappointing to show up at Gateick to check in at BA and be redirected to the equivalence of Spirit airlines in the USA."
Queixes: "It said British airlines and was a vueling airlines flight. I would equivalent this to booking a flight through Kayak on Delta showing up to Delta to check in and being redirected to Spirit airlines!! Completely misleading, just glad I didn’t have to pay for a vag as I would on Spirit. No water, snacks offered pretty bare bone airline!!"

Queixes: "Was not what I expected when booking with British Airways. This low budget airline did not continue the level of service expected when I booked the trip. It was like riding a bus in the sky. #NoComplimentaryAnything"

Queixes: "Apparently Vueling, Iberia's cheap cousin, saves a middle seat in row 1 and charges more. A lot more! I was pressured in Helsinki into letting Swissair, the contracted boarding agent it seems, fill that seat, 1/2 of which is what you get for paying 'business' in a plane that has all economy seating. There was no logic or ability to board before economy and indeed my boarding pass stated economy. The woman that was added to the oversold seat got intoxicated and was half in my seat. I will never fly this again and it's not worth the stress to fight for some refund but I was taken advantage of with charging me a 300+ euro seat for this joke of a flight in a "better" level of service."

Queixes: "We had to pay extra to check-In our luggage only for Vueling airlines to lose my friends luggage. They did not even make us feel like they would do everything possible to find it and it ruined the rest of our trip. My friend ended having to buy everything from underwear to shoes to clothes. Not only did it take time and energy to find clothes for her but it was very costly. I've flown MANY airlines and have never had deal with lost luggage so I was expecting more from the airline to do everything possible to located it or compensate us for their mistake, especially when we had to pay an additional $50 USD to check-in our luggage (that ultimately ended up lost). I would not recommend this airline."

Queixes: "During two hours flying, they didn't serve free drinks."

Queixes: "Plane never left. Bused us to Bilbao, missed our flight to Porto. Have to wait in Barcelona for hours. Flying us to Vigo, Spain then ground transportation to Porto., 11 hours later."

Avantatges: "Nothing. I am emerald and this was a hideous flight."
Queixes: "It was late. It was packed. It needed busses at both airports. And it took 1.5 hours to get my luggage. Never again."

Queixes: "The sub Vueling is impossible to communicate with in anyway. They are totally non responsive. There is no way to get them to respond or contact them. I called Iberia and canceled the flight, and the Iberia agents I spoke with, had no to reach Vueling, although it was an Iberian flight. I did not take the flight and found another means of transportation."

Queixes: "I had to pay to check my carry on when there was more than enough space in the cabin. It’s a rip off to be honest. My first experience with European airlines and this was the worst. It was uncomfortable as well"

Avantatges: "2 horas de retraso, 4 en total de espera en el aeropuerto."

Avantatges: "The lady at the boarding gate was nice, she issued the tickets before we gave her the voucher that we paid. Because the plane was leaving"
Queixes: "We didn’t aware that we need to pay 55€+vat per ticket because we didn’t check in online. I was really angry"

Avantatges: "The flight arrived, boarding was fine."
Queixes: "The plane was hot and the stewardess made me keep my window open even though the sunlight got really hot. This seemed unnecessary"

Avantatges: "Me gustó el abordaje y la puntualidad."
Queixes: "En nuestro vuelo iban muchos ingleses ebrios que gritaban y se reían a carcajadas a lado nuestro. Luego una mujer empezó a vomitar y dejó en el piso latas de cerveza. La tripulación no actuó correctamente y no les puso un alto. Fueron muy indiferentes al desorden."

Queixes: "The flight had over 1 hour delay. After we left the gate, the company kept us in a hall without air condition for over 20-30 minutes in a space where the temperature was over 40 Celsius! Priority boarding is a joke- you pay for the right to be boarded first in the bus that takes all the people to the plane. Guess what? This means that you pat for having the privilege to wait in the owen! Shame on yoy Ryanair!"

Queixes: "que no estaba claro al comprar el ticket que ni siquiera se incluìa una valija por persona. tuve que pagar en el aeropuerto por cada valija."

Avantatges: "Mi maleta ! Me la metieron en bodega sin explicación el tiempo para entrar en el avión así como la incomodidad !"

Avantatges: "El vuelo salió en hora y el personal fue muy atento. Avión nuevo, con asientos y espacios impecables."

Avantatges: "Tuve dificultades por tener q llevar impreso mi embarque si no quería pagar. Creo qcon l información q da el movil una vez has tramitado el embarque tendría q ser suficiente."

Queixes: "Sufrí un atraso de cuatro horas y media"

Avantatges: "It was too hot on the flight. Felt like I was suffocating."

Queixes: "Es cierto que Ryanair no suele tener nunca su embarque a tiempo, pero ayer tuvimos un retraso de prácticamente una hora... que volando a media noche y teniendo que trabajar al día siguiente, la verdad se nota mucho. Hace unos años compensaba "sacrificarse" y tener un servicio mediocre, unas horas de vuelo malas y unos cambios bastante injustificados por el precio tan bajo de la aerolínea, pero hoy en día ya no creo que sea TAN barata en comparación con otras como para tener un servicio tan malo."

Avantatges: "Casi siempre vuelo con Ryanair pero en esta ocasión me he llevado una gran decepción; las maniobras de aterrizaje y el aterrizaje en sí del vuelo Dublín Barcelona fueron muy bruscas. El embarque fue bastante caótico, había varias colas para la misma puerta de embarque y ningún miembro del personal de la compañía apareció por allí para informar a los pasajeros. Por otro lado, en la puerta de embarque me obligaron a dejar un Chai Latte de Starbucks porque no estaba permitido subir bebidas a bordo."

Queixes: "Lo de siempre, parece un puesto ambulante, venta de lotería, y demás enceres. Todo muy improvisado. Además pagas un precio que no es low cost algunas veces y el servicio si . Viajo con Ryanair por qué muchas veces no hay otra opción y si la tengo por supuesto que no la elijo ... vamos nada que nade no se sepa."

Avantatges: "El avión de vuelta y la atención del personal."
Queixes: "El avión de ida el espacio entre los sillones era muy estrecho, demasiado. El viaje de vuelta, retraso de 30 minutos y espera en un angar poco adecuado, sobretodo para niños con desplazamiento exterior con bajas temperaturas."

Queixes: "Para mi. Todo estuvo excelente"

Avantatges: "The flight attendants wont stop talking the whole flight, the temperature is so cold and the lights are never turned off, which makes it impossible for you to sleep on the plane."

Queixes: "Dificultad en solicitar factura (aun no se ni pir qué canal, ni cuando podré solicitar la factura, y aun menos cuándo la recibiré)"

Avantatges: "Website confusing. Check in is not checking in! No help at airport otherr then go to terminal T1. Website at airport did not work!? Flight was 2 hour late to destination.by"

Avantatges: "Very Professional"
Queixes: "None"

Avantatges: "Justas, pero mis piernas entraban en el asiento asignado,"
Queixes: "Nos solicitaron que nos pusiéramos en fila para iniciar el embarque. El embarque tardó en realizarse 1:15h. Niños , ancianos, todos de pie , espera que te espera."

Avantatges: "Me pareció todo perfecto"

Queixes: "At gate they removed our handbags with checked baggage because no space is available inside. But when we boarded more than half of the overhead storage was empty! This was a 45min trip and this attitude costed us another 1h wait time in the airport because we had to move and wait for the bags at the baggage claim area etc... total waste of time"

Avantatges: "La amabilidad de las azafatas"
Queixes: "el bocadillo, mejorable"

Avantatges: "No hacer tanto incapie en vender los productos. Con anundiarlos una vez, lo veo suficiente. En el vuelo de Madrid a Ibiza 17.10.26 un azafato hizo del ofrecimiento de los productos un arte, ole por su originalidad y creatividad."

Avantatges: "Me gustaría reclamar el billete"
