Queixes: "The delays. The lack of information. It became obvious we were not going to leave on time. But No announcement. nobody told us of the delay - or why. Then the conflicting information. Technical problems. Flight cancelled. Go to Ryan air deal to organise your own forward travel. Then - once back through Police & customs. No - flight going to happen!!! I have more to say about service & crew - but no space"

Queixes: "Sneaky pricing methods set up to catch you on return flight when you have no option but to pay to get back with dreadful unprofessional staff. I will never fly with them again if I can help it.i will go out off my way to tell as many as possible to never use or trust them."

Queixes: "Had to pay for not checking in 2hrs before 55 euros per person, After booking information there isnt clear enough notification asking for prior check-in. Flight attendants allowed anyone and everyone change seats before takeoff .. simply seems like Ryanair has no procedures and rules to follow... flight attendants look like they are on life support.. no smiling or kindness whatsoever... Seats were really uncomfortable, cant even recline the seats. Landing was scary. Budget of all budget airlines.. simply a joke and a waste of money ... vueling or easyjet is a 100 times better"
Queixes: "Poor customer service, no information on or apology for delay. Then 1.5 hrs after landing our baggage finally came on the baggage carousel. Again no explanation or info. Very poor experience."
Queixes: "Waiting for 2 hours at the gate at Malaga Airport before anyone turned up at the desk (would have been helpful to be able to ask someone what was going on) and then waiting over an hour & a half at Stansted Airport for our luggage to arrive at the baggage reclaim. Also the actual Ryanair plane was a mess, crumbs all over the floor & the seats, even used tissues."
Avantatges: "The crew didn’t allow a very visibly drunk passenger on board which was good. We were concerned about him coming on the plane so were very pleased they didn’t allow him to board."
Queixes: "The plane was delayed and when we did board it was very clear that absolutely no cleaning had taken place. Appreciate the effort not to be any later than we were but not nice to get to a seat with crisps and malteasers everywhere."
Queixes: "Delayed then not delayed then the crew were late and made no attempt to hurry themselves then wen we boarded we were told we were delayed an hour and 40 minutes so had to sit there on the plane with no1 telling us wats going on or wen we were leaving! No refreshments available while we were waiting really poor from Ryan air I won't be flying with them agen"
Queixes: "Very unimpressed with Kayak. Was contacted to pay more money than originally sold due to their speed of service between me buying via kayak and them contacting Ryanair. Flight was absolutely fine but kayak service awful."
Avantatges: "Overall a great flight! Uncomplicated and easy even for a family of five. We got a great deal on the flights and service was good!"
Queixes: "We were late boarding and departing for both departures, yet we gained time in the air. Great job!"
Avantatges: "Boarding was by bus but worked out ok."
Queixes: "Chaos over seating families together, one family of two adults and two infants got moved twice, another family was moved once due to allocated seating not putting families together. We eventually offered our seats to try and help out which eventually the reluctant crew accepted. Emergency exits row passenger was allowed to keep their handbag and another had a plastic bag under their seat. (Regulations state no bags at emergency exits). One passenger was chatting using his mobile phone during taxi out. Captain having exited the flight deck for a break then opened the cockpit door and whilst remained open then proceeded to have a nice chat with the cabin crew. Crew were having a bad day. Food was over cooked and nasty. Seat comfort apauling no elbow room and no legroom, still as Ryanair say you only get what you pay for whereas I’d rather have value for money rather than just a cheap and nasty experience."
Queixes: "Was approached when queing and told my bag was to go in the hold, there were people that had bigger/more bags that were not told this, i understand that if there is not enough room but surely first come first serve, we stood in the que specifically that this would not happen as we were in rush once we landed and did not have time to wait for bags. There were many people behind us that got to take their bag into the cabin."
Avantatges: "The crew . Very sweet cabin crew ,new 737 ,with lots of “snazzy lights"
Queixes: "Cramped space despite the new “improved”leg room due to te slimmer seats"

Queixes: "We paid £80 a person which is over double what it costs us to fly there with vueling on less notice They then moved the boarding location after everyone had lined up causing us to loose out place in the queue They made us check our cabin bags which we were warned could happen but is never appreciated The seats were uncomfortable and very cramped for leg room The touched down while not totally their control was very harsh and a panel over the engine actually slid open on touch down which is a little concerning There was also a 20 minute delay taking off"

Queixes: "The seat was not the most comfortable (of course) and the 10EUR meal I bought was not good either."
Queixes: "Awful service from Ryanair , first time using them and definitely last time. Told to put my bag in storage underneath but I was travelling with only one bag and was in a rush. Such an inconvenience."

Queixes: "On the way out they ran out of drinks, on the way home we couldn't here the staff over the tannoy."
Queixes: "Staff how it's possible u miss the flight to the front to the gate"
Avantatges: "The plan was clean and seats comfortable with enough leg room for all but the longest legs. Hot drinks, as in all flights way to expensive. Flight crew very nice and helpful. Over all we were very pleased and we fly quite a lot."

Queixes: "flight was a late time slot. Could have done with a few hours less in Eindhover. We were told to board and left outside in the cold for 15 minutes. No information or announcement as to why the delay.. or why in the freezing cold."
Avantatges: "Ryanair has the no nonsense way of doing things and I noticed for example the lack of the seat pockets in front that usually hold magazines.. and passengers rubbish... I recon whats not there doesn't have to be inspected preflight. I love these things. The app works just fine for boarding. Loved the priority boarding too. I'm always happy to get on a 737. And tired of seeing companies get the airbusses."
Queixes: "On the return a 45 odd minutes delay, caused by? The weather maybe? I had to guess but... Not really a big deal tho.. oh and 2 gate changes... gate 10 to 15 and then 10 again... again not something isn't out of the ordinary when you fly any airline out of a busy airport... security que took ages too ;)"

Queixes: "We asked for a special assistance for grandfather. Nothing came out. Too bad."

Queixes: "The system for check in very difficult getting response for some questions impossible it took over an hour to check in on line. I found the experience very stressful. Will not fly Ryan Air again. I was told by staff check in yourself or pay 44 euro each there were 2 of us. Both in our 80 s. No kindness at all from check in staff."
