Avantatges: "A quick, quiet and relaxing flight - no stress at all. The flight was uneventful. My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily."

Avantatges: "The crew were friendly and helpful and the flight arrived early, even though we left a little bit late - as such - I was very happy with the flight. The onboard entertainment system was wifi based and there was a USB charging port in the seat too - modern aircraft."

The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."

Queixes: "Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Eventually I found a desk at a different location that would take my bag. Boarding was chaotic, no lines, just a crowd blocking access. Even passengers with small children couldn't get through. Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to."

Queixes: "The boarding was a cattle care, atrociously organized, took forever. They were asking the better part of ten dollars for headphones. No way to get a drink, as with the trip over, the chairback screens didn't work, and they never notified me by e-mail that you had to order food in advance. Not even a glass of water available on a 7 hour flight, that's actually a health hazard, should be illegal. No coffee or tea. The window seat I paid up for was about 8 inches from the window, so I couldn't even lean my head there. No in-flight magazines, or handing out newspapers , no entertainment available, just sitting there uncomfortably for 7 hours while the attendants huddled behind drawn and velcro'ed curtains doing nothing. A true disgrace. Avoid Iberia and their LEVEL subsidiary like the plague. Unacceptable in every way....and at least Ryan Air and WOW are cheap, this flight was full price. Total rip-off, never again."

Queixes: "I purchased an Iberia flight and ended up with Level instead. Big bait and switch. I was expecting Iberia level food and service but got a low cost airline with no frills instead. The boarding was chaotic and the food was bad."

Avantatges: "The premium economy does help for Long lights. Mine was BCN to OAK and being a y’all person the extra legroom was much appreciated. With the low cost of level I would fly again for sure"

Queixes: "A 2330 Flight ran significantly late with a passenger delay and then de-icing. The repeated assurances of “a 10 minute or so delay” were obviously not correct. Takeoff close to 0100 was followed by drinks AND then food - my vote would be neither. Please oh please just let us sleep."

Queixes: "El vuelo bien, pero quería hacer una reseña con respecto a la terminal Billy del Aeropuerto de Burdeos. Una auténtica terminal de "bajo coste" separada del resto. Servicios mínimos. Hasta los baños eran pequeños. Creo que deberían de haber invertido un poco más en infraestructura."

Avantatges: "Nothing about easy jet we made it on time and they said gate was closed so false. Sat at airport for 45min till 6pm prior to flight taking off. Says flight was for 6pm and 5:15 tell us gate is closed great way to rob us from our money."

Queixes: "They charge you for a carry on and Budapest AirPort everything is very complicate so you can not pay for the suitcase when you check in you have to go to other office and then come back were you started. At the plane they don’t give you nothing no water, nothing. They are no kind."

Queixes: "Long lines waiting to board. No pkace to sit, no bathrooms, nothing. On-board weird 40 min tarmac delay. No offer of water or anything not glued to a price tag. Come on - people need a drink of water after hours sitting on a plane and standing in lines. Unbelievable!"

Queixes: "The dispassion & lack of hospitality by the staff. The lack of process & order of queing to check in. The lack of leadership & ownership of taking care of customers. The livestock-like movement of checking in...standing & waiting on the bus to proceed toward the plane. The standing & waiting on the bus to deboard the bus to board the plane. The standing & waiting on the bus to wait for the bus to proceed to the terminal after landing. The standing & waiting on the bus to deboard the bus to proceed to baggage claim. The extra long wait to receive the luggage at baggage claim. The leadership of the company needs to either decide to fix this or find other work. Everything stated above is a reflection of leadership not taking ownership."
Queixes: "The terminal was vary fare, no one to ask you supposed to keep some body at main terminal to guides us where to , I should say every body suffered today"
Avantatges: "For a trip lasting less than 2 hours, an agent told me a small personal bag was allowed. After waiting on a huge line to board my plane, turns out I had to shove my bag into my carry on luggage because I was misguided by the EasyJet agent entirely. Awful service in comparison to line lengths and rules, idiotic overlook by staff and generally subpar airline service."
Queixes: "Staff agent said a tiny carry on purse was allowed (mine was so small that it could’ve easily slipped into the pocket of the back of the seat in front of me). When I was ready to board I was rushed to stuff my bag in my carry on despite being told previously it was allowed. Also an incident where another passengers water bottle spilled onto my carry on (no doubtedly) because he was forced to stuff the tiniest of all things into his carry luggage) was handled very poorly by staff, with annoyance that we brought it to attention."
Queixes: "Easy jet exists today because we, customers have little choice. It’s a typical example of a company that has a good market positioning but is extremely poorly managed. The day a customer centric airline will enter the market, easy jet will gently disappear. The exact thing happened with frech taxis the day uber entered the french market"

Queixes: "Para realizar el check - in, solo una persona en mostrador (cuando había). Más de 45 minutos teniendo delante mío a 3 personas!!!. Inaceptable. 40 minutos de retraso para salir. Un desastre de vuelo."

Queixes: "Check in was dreadful. Staff was not helpful. We were running late due to a connection and the employee told us to wait in line bc there was plenty of time. 15 minutes later and 15 minutes before boarding I went to front again where another woman said yes you need to check bags. Your site is not clear on baggage but that is pricey and should be stated more clearly. The range you state is nonsense. They charge the highest rate listed. There is no range. We boarded a bus to the plane which was also dreadful. We were in very last row. The only positive was that the flight was short!"

Queixes: "Absolute worst experience in 15 years of frequent travel. EasyJet flight was cancelled from Paris to Nice incurring and additional 417 euro flight with Air France and 250 euro TAXI from Toulon to nice. Absolute absurdity as there were no other flights to Nice for 2 days. Easy jet then OVERBOOKED me from Nice to Paris. I had to fly Air France AGAIN, an additional 380 euro and I missed my connecting flight from Paris to jfk costing me an additional $800USD. How is this even allowed? WORST company to have ever existed, they must go out of business, contacting BBB and getting the word out on this disgusting company."
Queixes: "Stewart jeune et immature, changement de gate 20 minutes avant le départ et avion un peu retardé. J'ai pris une petite valise à main qui devait rester avec moi dans l'avion avec plein de chose fragile à l'intérieur mais malgré toute la place disponible dans l'avion pour la mettre, un Stewart sans explication m'a demandé de la mettre en soute. En effet, je vais pas vous mentir que je n'ai pas bien réagi à sa demande désagréable car la taille et le poid de mon baggage à main concordait avec les règles mise en place par "easyJet". Je me lève un peu plus tard pour demander un simple verre d'eau au même steward qui m'a stoppé pour ma valise, mais celui ci avait décidé de me faire "chié" jusqu'à la fin en prenant tout son temps pour me remplir mon verre d'eau et au lieu de me le donner directement, il a préféré le garder quelque minutes dans sa main en me regardant d'un air moqueurs. Enfin j'ai voulu essayer "easyJet" pour la première fois mais vraiment plus jamais."

Queixes: "Bought the flight 6 months prior. They give you the option to have a random seat, which i did. Apparently that means if people buy a seat, you might not get on the plane. Because they will sell your seat to someone willing to pay more."
Avantatges: "It was easy. Very cheap. On time."
Queixes: "Seats are not great. But you get what you pay for."
Queixes: "Worst experience I've ever had. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"

Queixes: "Delayed in the terminal many hours only to board the aircraft and delay again. My entire delay in Barcelona was longer than my scheduled travel for the day. Also, Vueling seats are too close together compared to all airlines I have flown on. My knees were against the seat ahead of me."
Queixes: "Plane boarded early. Then we sat for 45 minutes past our departure time while they did unspecified maintenance on the plane. Poorly organized and chaotic."
Avantatges: "On flight home, second lost bag of trip and second time of an extremely long wait, truly long long wait to report lost bag in Barcelona. So far, I have only one message for updates online about my lost bag. It always says "searching." I don't think they are though."
Queixes: "Lost luggage. If they would let me speak with someone live, I could give them an idea where they lost it. Looking online, I see many comments that the airline has not. located nor compensate for lost bags."
Avantatges: "Plane was on-time and I got to where I needed to be. Price was also very nice."
Queixes: "Boarding was a painful long queue. Plane was crammed and hot. Food / Beverage cart didn't come around until the flight was almost over."

Queixes: "Vueling—couldn’t figure out how to have us pay extra money for overweight bags It took us almost an hour to get thru the line bc our bags were too heavy, then the agent couldn’t figure out how to charge us for the extra $, so after 15 min, they just let us go without paying Then, it too forever to get thru security THEN, our flight was delayed, but they still told us to go to the gate and board, even tho there was no crew yet And then, we had to go down 2 flights of steps to take a bus to the plane and then take a flight of steps up to the plane. Then, our seats were dirty with cups and garbage Then the captain said we needed to refuel. Said it would take 5 more minutes but it was more like 25"

Avantatges: "It was a 1 hour flight with no delays at all, we received everything we expected from it"
Queixes: "I would like to start out by saying that I have flown with this airline before but it was a few years ago and it was from one city in Spain into another. On this particular trip, I flew with a friend from Barcelona to Tel Aviv. Our flight was delayed because the pilot decided to change aircrafts at the last minute and about 25-30 ppl did not get seat assignments,including my friend. There were enough seats on the plane. It was disorganization plain and simple. They told these 30 passengers that they may not be able to fly and were about to separate family members, leaving some in Barcelona and flying some to Tel Aviv, causing unnecessary stress. When we arrived in Tel aviv, our luggage did not. Approximately 30 people had to file reports with lost and found. It took days to find the luggage which was flown out to Moscow and then to Tel Aviv. Some people still didn't receive theirs. The aircraft was old, all the food and beverages had to be purchased. The crew was all right. Overall, I will not fly with them again. I have spent hours and hours of my trip trying to locate my luggage. Hopefully it will arrive as I'm writing this review. I think Kayak should cease working with this airline and not list it on it's search engine."
