Queixes: "The air conditioning was not working correctly, they opened the door during boarding to allow for some relief. ??? It was just uncomfortable. Another thing which is terribly annoying is the touch screen entertainment on the back of the seat. Who in their right mind invented this? What happens when you have a inconsiderate person playing games behind you tapping your seat back like they are playing the xylophone? Ridiculous! People have lost their ability to be respectful, so please get rid of this and put the controls someplace else. This goes for all airlines. Thanks."

Queixes: "Poor service. It seems most if not all Iberia staff are not happy to work for this airline, and definitely hot happy to work with people. My kids asked a few times why those people were upset (regarding both flight crew as well as ground crew). Online services to request seat assignments does not work. We tried to get seat assignments over the phone, and it seems Iberia only picks up the phone if you going to purchase a ticket, otherwise forget about getting help over the phone, and/or online (email as well as website). After trying to obtain child menus over the website and phone, I drove to the airport Iberia desk to order it there two days before the flight. The desk manager was helpful and requested for us to send an email with the request, so he could set it up once the flight opened up two days before the flight. I sent out the email to find out on the flight once food service started that the request was never placed."

Queixes: "I have to say with all sincerity that my pre travel experience was horrible. Two day before my flight I got an email saying my flight had changed. Over the next 2 days I spend 7 hours on the phone with Vamaya, Iberia and Finnair and no one could seem to help me. The story always changed and I was given crazy false information. I was even told my flight was changed to 8pm on departure date when it actually was leaving at 4:40 pm. I am glad I got to the airport early. I had to to deal with all my problems. In 30 years of travel I have never had an experience so frustration. I would love to speak to someone at Kayak."

Queixes: "Hard to see how anything could have been done about this, but on my flight every seat was taken (except the one next to me) so I thought I'd have a little extra leg room....NOT!!! Then a 300-lb guy sits in the seat next to me. So for 11 hours I'm trapped by this guy's huge bulk and it was difficult to move my legs around any; very unpleasant. And I paid $45 to get that window seat instead of my original seat that had been randomly assigned!! I wish that airlines provided a couple seats for tall people, because our height is a kind of disability given the cramped seating (which average height people complain about)."

Queixes: "The crew were not friendly; they were kind of brusque. They didn't smile much, and seemed annoyed by passengers."

The rows were too close together - my knees rested on the seat in front of me. Also, we spent nearly 900 Euro for 2 people to travel to Granada but were charged extra for a drink on the flight. I think 900 Euro should get me a drink on the plane. cheap cheap"

Queixes: "Over an hour and a half delay No assistance with our connecting flight We missed it by less than 10 minutes I had to pay the cost of the first flight and then pay for business class to get to our destination That's almost $1500 AND we had to wait 6 hours to get on the next plane The crew was barely civil We were dying of thirst Horrible airline"

I saw some overfilled huge duffle bags go through while some small bags were blocked and then found fit into the test-rack nicely. An air-hostess on the plane was too busily chatting with passenger friends to help me but her colleague came to my rescue"

Queixes: "Excelente no como spirit en una reservación previa q hizo q perdiera mi vuelo de conexión para llegar como destino final a Sevilla... por eso he tomado la vía Miami Portugal Sevilla"

Avantatges: "Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Queixes: "como em todas as companhias aereas na aeronave de tamanho medio para distancias curtas, a configuracao na classe executiva é 3 assentos por fila dos quais apenas 2 sao ocupados. isto nao dá para entender pois o conforto é muito ruim. a distancia entre assentos é pior do que em qualquer voo a longa distancia na classe economica plus. so viajei na classe executiva pois foi a conexao de um voo do Brasil para Portugal. senao seria absolutamente desnessario pagar a grande diferenca de preco para receber um beneficio muito pequeno."

Avantatges: "a sala VIP Star Alliance providenciou uma variedade de comidas escelentes. a bordo o atendimento da tripulacao foi muito boa."
Queixes: "a configuracao dos assentos na classe executiva desta aeronave sao 3 x 2 assentos, e os assentos nao recuam para uma posicao totalmente horizontal. isto foi um problema para mim pois durmo de barriga para baixo e nao foi possivel achar uma posicao confortavel para dormir. o sistema de entretenimento nao permite assistir e parar a qualquer hora desejada, o que nao foi problema pois o voo é de apenas 8 horas e depois do jantar ja deitei."

Queixes: "El vuelo se demoró dos horas en salir. Tuve que cancelar. Hay muy buenos comentarios acerca del personal, pero de qué sirve cuándo no te cumplen con la hora de salida y tienes vuelos de conexión en otra ciudad."

Avantatges: "I travel for pleasure a lot and this was my first time flying TAP Portugal. I flew from LIS to MAD and the crew were overall more friendly and smiling than on US domestic flights. The plane was clean and bright. I did not notice if the seats recline. I will be using them for short flights throughout Europe when I return for visit."
Queixes: "Flight was so short they rushed us eating the cookie and only water was served that I could tell. Also, TAP has their own boarding check-in wing of Lisbon airport. It was not clearly marked and Eropean arrows pointing up could mean to continue forward, as well as go to upper floors."

Queixes: "They lie to you when they tell you that your luggage in included and you end paying $250 more. Now they only give you one meal in 9 hours and the prices keep going up. Find another company and another flight searcher."

Queixes: "El gobierno prohibió por la pandemia del COVID-19 salir de casa. La compañía aún así, no canceló los vuelos. Pero ni siquiera permitió hacer un cambio en la reserva como han hecho otras compañías. Perdimos el dinero y la opción de poder viajar más adelante. Muy muy enfadado."

Queixes: "El avión era muy viejo, escasamente cómodo y sin sistema de entretenimiento. La aplicación no se puede usar si no la descargas previamente y eso había que haberlo sabido antes de embarcar para poder hacerlo con el wi-fi de la terminal. Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables."

Queixes: "Aterrizamos tarde, más de 20 minutos de traslado con el avión por las pistas. Después el autobús tardo otros 20 minutos.... Es horrible el vuelo bcn-mad no me vuelven a ver. Y el problema es mio por volar con ellos. Que no te engañe el precio. Te lleva dos horas un vuelo que con iberia son 50 minutos"

Queixes: "A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air"

Queixes: "The flight was delayed with very little information given by the crew. There was a 15 min delay getting off due to there being no airbridge and no information from the crew. There was very little legroom. The seat in front was broken and kept collapsing on my legs"

Absolutely saved my night and I’m so grateful to her. All my information about my apartment were on it. I’m not sure what I would have done had it been lost."

Avantatges: "Crew and Flight attendants were helpful, responsive and cheerful before, during and after the flight."
Queixes: "I was not able to check into the flight online as the Kayak link sent me to an unknown page. It was not an Iberia flight but was operated by Veuling airlines, however was still unable to check in by going directly to the Veuling website. If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."

Queixes: "The boarding time has been changing every few minutes since the morning. I arrived in the gate where there were about 30 people with boarding passes but no assigned seats all overbooked. Half the people left on a bus then boarding stopped and we're returned back to the terminal going through security and hour or so later. The company reps had a big attitude problem and could provide no explanation to what and why anything is happening. In the end they tell us to leave the gate after 1.5 hours wait and look for new boarding info around 2pm. I managed to get on the flight by chance: no updated info was announced - I by chance heard a poor fellow working for the airline trying to find people at a nearby cafe who were supposed to be on that flight. If I had my headphones on I doubt I would be able to board that plane"

Queixes: "Cancel connecting flight without offering alternatives on the same day. Confirmed another flight a week later of the intent flight without my consent. Had to rebook connecting flight a day earlier of the intent departure date, losing a day stay in B&B, and expense on transport due to different airports."

Queixes: "Flights usually delayed Cabin crew are rude specially Lucia who was on the Vueling 08:55 flight from Bilbao to Barcelona on 21/04/2018"

Avantatges: "...and don’t really do that in a way helpful to the passenger! I couldn’t get my boarding passes from Vueling’s website, as the login details as required by Vueling, are actually those used by who “bought” the ticket - some random email used by Kayak / Lastminute.com, and not mine! Crazy! Moreover, the whole business processes that Vieling use are just dijointed. even getting help I still never received by boarding passes via email."
Queixes: "Worse, Vueling charge you, on checking, to “choose seats” with no obvious way of not paying for them! I’m sure here was a link somewhere - but could I see it?! Nope! that and my suitcases, and I had paid over €100 extra on top of my initial flight cost. BA or Easyjet next time!"

Avantatges: "Everything perfect"
Queixes: "Boarding via bus. I purchased priority ticket for priority boarding but in end priority was only from checkin to bus. Fortunately there were not so many passengers. it should be indicated in the flight information whether boarding is via bus or bridge."

Avantatges: "The flight itself was nice."
Queixes: "Flight was delayed of more than five hours Actually the flight was canceled but they displayed it as delayed... running to the counter I was rescheduled to 6pm"

Avantatges: "Ryanair, easyjet et al are the big fish in this pond, but the two times I've flown with vueling has been better than all my experiences with the others. Nice to see an airline whose staff looks like it actualy cares about customer service. Thanks a lot!"

Avantatges: "Smooth boarding ,clean cabin,smart,comfortable ,nice staff ,on time ,what more could we ask for ? Oh yes! Better food !"
Queixes: "Overpriced,ghastly food"

Queixes: "No snaks, no food, no water and no reclining seats. Vueling wants to sell you everything. Is like going to the mall. My family give you F"

Queixes: "An hour late to take off, then the captain didn't turn off the seat belt sign for another 45 minutes in clear skies. My friend had to use the restroom but the flight attendants locked them and yelled at her everytime she tried. Very rude."

Avantatges: "Absolutely nothing"
Queixes: "They overbooked the flight and would not let us on even though we had tickets because we did not check-in that morning online before our arrival to the airport. They re-booked us for another flight that had a connection but it kept getting delayed so they made us re-check our luggage 3 separate times. When we finally made it to the connecting city (Barcelona) that next flight was delayed from 9 pm departure to 11 pm to midnight and then to 2:30 AM with no confirmation that the flight would actually take-off. There was no one that could offer us help or give us answers as to what was going on, all employees were very vague and kept telling us they couldn't tell us anything. We spent 14 hours that day in the airport for a flight that should have taken 1.5 hours. They gave us 6 euros each as compensation and that was it. To put in a complaint to get your money back is very difficult. Their website is often down and they make the form very specific online so that if you type something in lowercase letters it won't go through. I will never fly them again and strongly suggest you don't either."

Avantatges: "Exactly what I expectedfor a discount airline seats are a little small legroom is a little short same as you always get on all the other"
Queixes: "For a big guy this was an extremely tight fit"

Queixes: "Paid $180 one way trip on a cheap airline. I expected to fly with British Airways. That is what was sold to me. Like the airline pulled a fast one on me. I do not like this at all and extremely upset."

Queixes: "seats were really tight with little leg room. A long walk from security to the gate"

Queixes: "Plane never left. Bused us to Bilbao, missed our flight to Porto. Have to wait in Barcelona for hours. Flying us to Vigo, Spain then ground transportation to Porto., 11 hours later."
