Queixes: I dint like the atention of the travel agent because I could not change the return and had to buy another tiket for my return, and Im afraid that would be a problem to ask him to reused my portuon , I didnt used.

Avantatges: Nothing. Never made it onto the flight.

Queixes: I booked a flight from LAX to Madrid with a transfer through Mexico City. There was an hour and a half layover which I assumed would be enough time, otherwise why would this even be an option? First my flight arrived in Mexico City late. I run off the plane and proceed to go through immigration and customs which really makes no sense since I am not even in the country for more than an hour at the airport, but I understand this is protocol. What made no sense was there was no separate line to allow people who were trying to make connections to at least skip the gigantic line, nor was there global entry. I ended up missing my flight, even though I arrived at the gate 5 minutes prior to departure. They would not let me on, and then gave me three options for future departures, none which were direct, all which left at least 6 hours later, and I would arrive in Madrid at 11 pm at night and miss an entire first day of my vacation. I was a solo female traveler, which made this even less ideal, as I do not like to wander around alone at night in a foreign city without getting my bearings first during the day. The guy was extremely unhelpful at the desk, and also proceeded the luggage tag of another solo traveler who was in my same predicament. Once I finally arrived in Madrid they told me my luggage was missing, icing on the cake. So now I am stuck in Spain with no luggage, and they still cannot find where it is. Will never take this airline again. They also refused to at least compensate me for a hotel since it was my fault that I booked through another company rather than directly through their website. Worst experience ever.

Avantatges: Demora del vuelo por más de tres horas para un vuelo de Centroamérica a Mexico; mal manejo del equipaje facturado, no hay espacio suficiente en la cabina para el equipaje de mano de todos los pasajeros, la cómida fue mala.

Queixes: Waited on tarmac in Mexico Cory for 50 minutes to park the plane

Avantatges: The crew was very professional and attentive.

Queixes: Boarding was somewhat chaotic. They kept changing the gate often. Had to walk from extreme end of terminal, then walk back.

Avantatges: I liked the entertainment center and the staff service

Queixes: They don’t put something to eat between meals Like other airlines that you could get up and grab

Avantatges: Movie selection was excellent. The package of peanuts was pretty small.

Queixes: package of peanuts was very very small. I think for a flight of that length, a larger snack would be appropriate

Avantatges: Nada

Queixes: El vuelo se retrasó 2 horas, perdí mi vuelo de conexión. Te dieron de cenar a las 4h30 de la madrugada....

Avantatges: Inflight meal is a rarity these days, two free alcoholic drinks and coffee are a bonus

Queixes: InFlight entertainment was old school TV. Seats very tight.

Avantatges: Yes

Queixes: Best airline

Avantatges: We got to Chicago at least 45 minutes before the expected landing time. The dinner was pretty good and the crew came around many times offering drinks. The ground crew did a good job of evaluating luggage and tagging people’s bags before the overhead bins got too full so it didn’t delay our flight.

Queixes: The snack sandwich was freezing cold...

Queixes: Wasn't allowed to board because my sister is autistic traveling with her service dog. This had been the worst experience ever. We feel discriminated for something that is outside our control . This is unacceptable.

Avantatges: Aeromexico is one of my favorite airlines. I like everything overall.

Queixes: Honestly, in most airlines I have had traveled, there is a small thing to improve. The arm rests are very a uncomfortable.

Avantatges: Me cambiaron el vuelo a ultima hora y por culpa de Aeromexico perdi la conexión, obligandome a quedarme en el DF y tendiendo yo que cubrir los gastos

Queixes: Tenía comida especial por mi alergia y me decían que no tenían nada. Y les insistí en que buscaran y me la encontraron cuando ya todos habían comido. Me trajeron el empaque que de la comida roto y chorreando la salsa y me cayo todo por encima cuando el azafato me la entregó y pedí algo para limpiarme y se tardaron tanto que me tuvieron que ayudarme los otros pasajeros. La gente tocaba el botón de llamada a los sobrecargos y estos nunca atendían a las llamadas. Estaban todo el rato o desaparecidos o si pasaban por los pasillos era con mucha prisa. No se que hacían pero tenían y una atención pésima en general y muy desentendía

Avantatges: Aeromexico reopened the flight for us after we arrived late from another flight. This was hugely appreciated especially since we were traveling with three small children. We will now only fly Aeromexico Instead of Interjet or volaris

Queixes: Everything. The most horrrble experience. Delayed for 2 hours of which 1 was spent in a motionless plane. Hot, no AC,no water, no food, and all because of their mistake

Queixes: Dar CAPACITACIÓN al personal de abordaje y quizá no atender 5 vuelos a la vez en una mini sala sin orden
