People have lost their ability to be respectful, so please get rid of this and put the controls someplace else. This goes for all airlines. Thanks."

Queixes: "Poor service. It seems most if not all Iberia staff are not happy to work for this airline, and definitely hot happy to work with people. My kids asked a few times why those people were upset (regarding both flight crew as well as ground crew). Online services to request seat assignments does not work. We tried to get seat assignments over the phone, and it seems Iberia only picks up the phone if you going to purchase a ticket, otherwise forget about getting help over the phone, and/or online (email as well as website). After trying to obtain child menus over the website and phone, I drove to the airport Iberia desk to order it there two days before the flight. The desk manager was helpful and requested for us to send an email with the request, so he could set it up once the flight opened up two days before the flight. I sent out the email to find out on the flight once food service started that the request was never placed."

Queixes: "We took the red eye and there were children that would not stop screaming and crying. This was not your usual crying infant. These children were able to speak. The crew did nothing about it and let these children yell and scream as they played games on the provided tv. Most of the people on the flight were displeased by this family that made so much noise."

Queixes: "I have to say with all sincerity that my pre travel experience was horrible. Two day before my flight I got an email saying my flight had changed. Over the next 2 days I spend 7 hours on the phone with Vamaya, Iberia and Finnair and no one could seem to help me. The story always changed and I was given crazy false information. I was even told my flight was changed to 8pm on departure date when it actually was leaving at 4:40 pm. I am glad I got to the airport early. I had to to deal with all my problems. In 30 years of travel I have never had an experience so frustration. I would love to speak to someone at Kayak."
Queixes: "Flight was canceled, no option given to rebook over the phone or at another desk. I waited 6 hours in the airport to get my flight rebooked for the following day. Cancelations happen but there was no plan in place, to manage such a situation. We were offered no compensation except free chips 5 hours into the wait. I've never had a worse experience with an airline."

Queixes: "Hard to see how anything could have been done about this, but on my flight every seat was taken (except the one next to me) so I thought I'd have a little extra leg room....NOT!!! Then a 300-lb guy sits in the seat next to me. So for 11 hours I'm trapped by this guy's huge bulk and it was difficult to move my legs around any; very unpleasant. And I paid $45 to get that window seat instead of my original seat that had been randomly assigned!! I wish that airlines provided a couple seats for tall people, because our height is a kind of disability given the cramped seating (which average height people complain about)."

When I called one of them over she had no answers and when I told her about our connecting flight she giggled and said I probably wouldn’t make it. We missed our connecting flight and we’re rerouted 4 hours later. We’ve missed our boat to Venice and all we received was an 8 euro lunch voucher."

I was totally convinced that the bags would not make it and they did. Very impressed with Iberia and the efficiency of the staff. The flights were pretty full and everything from take off to landing worked like a charm."
Queixes: "I thought when I made the reservation that I had booked two aisle seats but had not and it was hard to sit in the middle seat when you are claustrophobic. Thankfully the flights were short."

Por algún error el sistema no había registrado mi billete de Marsella a Madrid, por l tanto automáticamente había anulado mi billete Madrid - Santiago. Esa situación no desea a nadie! Estoy indignado. Nunca hubiera imaginado que eso es posible!"

Queixes: "The flight was delayed 30 minutes, for no apparent reason; and therefore the connecting time at Madrid for me to get my flight to Chicago, which would have been 60 minutes if the flight was on time, was cut down to 30 minutes. And the terminal where the connection was was 25 minutes away -- and this doesn't include time for immigration at Madrid. I had to run all the way, break the queue, and made it though they had shut the gate and had to re-open it. The connections are poorly timed."

Queixes: "When you book through an airline it will flag a different airport from the one you arrive at. We arrived at TFS and the return flight was through TFN. When I called customer service Iberia Airlines rejected any refund and I ended up spending three extra hotels nights and Flights on Air Europa. My total out of losses were nearly $1,500 USD"

Therefore you are unable to check in until the last minute, and as they overbook the flight, if you don’t pay, You risk not get into the plane."

Queixes: "At 6 ft, I only had enough leg room when I moved to a seat which had a spare seat next to it, allowing me to swing my legs. Otherwise, even when sat quite upright my knees would've been against the seat."

Avantatges: "The flight itself was good and the boarding staff at Barcelona were excellent in helping us with our autistic daughter, making things smooth for her. Overall pretty good until we got to Manchester, although the flight was delayed by around an hour."
Queixes: "Missing suitcase and then nobody available at the missing luggage desk for some time. Had to hunt around for someone to help us. Eventually when found they were helpful and have a useful online system for getting updates. Case not found at time of writing review but sounds hopeful."

In the end we managed to get on the flight which seemed to have at least 4 extra empty seats. Queixes: "arrived at airport to find flight cancelled - I needed to get to exhibition that day - and, after long queue, discovered we had alternative flight late that night. Today I hear my saturday late flight has been re-scheduled for tomorrow - with no intervening email saying the saturday re-scheduled flight was re-scheduled itself....if you get me. On a good note, it looks like I'm going to get a full refund. If they had arranged for me and my son to get there by another means - business class?, another airline?? - then I'd be impressed"

Queixes: "Our hand luggage had to go into the hull so we had a long wait at the other end. Cabin crew explained 220 people and space for 180 bags, wouldn’t mind as much but I follow the rules and only bring one bag when people in front of me have 2 bags! Too ch down was very bumpy!"
Avantatges: "I've lost my job! The flight first thing in the morning should respect that we rely on them to get on time in the morning. One in 3 flights of Vueling are delayed! Ryanair is far better in this point! Today I really hate Vueling"
Queixes: "I also lost the train tickets! I had to pay twice for everything. An apology is not enough, it sounds like they are laughing on us!"
Avantatges: "Cheap, clean, great on board crew. I arrived early for my flight and was able to change my flight to an earlier one cheaply, quickly and hassle free. Excellent customer service."
Queixes: "Shocking check in. Only 2 desks open queued for 45 mins just to check in. Despite arriving in plenty of time. This was a Saturday lunchtime and the queue quickly built up and despite several members of staff being around no further desks were opened up until the queue became huge."

Queixes: "It was so uncomfortably cramped on the back row that my knees were numb by the end of the flight. I am tall but not ridiculously so. I think there should be minimum standards for legroom that exceed what was available on this flight."

Queixes: "Our luggage did not arrive with the plane, we were not informed of the situation and waited for at least one hour before a passenger was told the luggage was left behind. The luggage did arrive after 90 minutes, still no explanation from the Vueling"

Avantatges: "Love that you could shop dutyfree during the flight! It was very neat seeming the emergency landing information pasted on the seat infront of you. It's a nice gesture because if invade of an emergency you have the pictures literally infront of your face . Also thought it was nice having music play when you land. I'm a very visual person and look for details."
Queixes: "We checked in with the app and when it came to check in our luggage, the customer representative said we hadn't check in correctly and we would have to pay €50 fee per passenger, which is an inconvenience because it you don't want to think about paying more for fees and luggage when your on vacation."

Queixes: "I bought a coffee just minutes before boarding and was told I could not take it on board and had to drink it all immediately, scolding hot and everything. When I walked onto the plane, I found a fellow passenger peacefully sipping her airport-bought brew with no sign of reprimand from the Ryanair staff. I only ask that the rules be applied to everybody or not at all."

Avantatges: "Can't get any cheaper than that so I did not expect much. The check-in process was not bad, and going into the plane was surprisingly easy. Was expected to be treated as cattle, but was pleasently surprised to find otherwise."
Queixes: "I paid extra for priority boarding and, though I was one of the first 20 passengers on board, I was not allowed to put my bag in the overheard compartment. I was told to put both my purse (not a tiny one, mind you) and my carry on bag under the seat. And, because I had an isle seat, the space was smaller than average. So I had to fly cramped up. Because I'm not an EU citizen, I had to queue up as if to check in luggage to have a stamp placed on my boarding pass. Then another queue to board the plane because they don't bother to call by row or group number like most airlines. The boarding was chaotic. The seats are very uncomfortable. They don't even give you one small cup of water. You have to pay 3 euros for a bottle of water that would cost you 1 elsewhere. Finally, the landing was very hard and shook everyone about."

Queixes: "Every moment of us flying with Ryanair was a disaster as well as the part of us missing the flight even though we were at the airport. When you get to the airport you can't even change anything , all they let you do is check your bag in for a pre determined kg purchase. Who has a scale with them when right before they fly ? How are we supposed to know how many kilos our bags are after one or two weeks on a euro trip? If you want to pay at the airport , you have to pay ten euro or more per kilo and only up to 20 kilo (which is less than the standard 50 pounds ). This is in addition to your "low fare" ticket and FORTY EURO luggage price. Also, you can't even purchase at the place of leaving your bags, you have to walk to the office in the airport and pay. Also, they close the gates extremely early and don't tell you that you have thirty seconds to make your flight or you miss it altogether. The worst part is that you MUST check in online previously to coming to the airport and print out a boarding pass , all things that are impossible to do when you're traveling constantly and have no access to Internet or printer. If you didn't come prepared to the airport they can't even print it for you. It's awful. They are the devil. The workers are awful. They don't care about you and don't help you at all."

Queixes: "We had a delayed of more than 6 hours, and they didnt give us in the airport any cupon or something to get some food!!!! More over, they had not report us the reason of the delayed till we were on the plane."
Queixes: "We purchased a luggage allowance of 15 kilos. As it turned out the exact same bag with the exact same contents fell within this limit coming from Madrid to Arrecife but not from Arrecife to Madrid. The person that checked our bag had absolutely no flexibility. We had to pay a fee for the 1 kilo overage. Later we purchased coffee before getting on the flight only to be informed we could not have hot beverages while boarding, something that has NEVER happened to me. The money you save on a Ryanair flight is not worth the absolute hassle they put you through, especially considering that you're liable to pay the difference in fees anyway."
Queixes: "My flight was delayed more than six hours and they never offer me an alternative solution and I lost my connection flight. The worst experience ever."

Queixes: "My seatmate couldnt eat her stale sandwich, they call them "fresh" but actually they're frozen and de-thawed. The color scheme made it feel like we were on some kind of amusement park ride."

Avantatges: "Because Ryan air is a budget airline they have extremely strict restrictions regarding your boarding pass. One in the 21st century might think, ill download my pass online, or to my phone, or even a kiosk in the airport. Be aware few of these are actually feasible options for americans traveling within the EU and may cause you to miss your flight."
Queixes: "Buyer beware: you need to check-in online 2 hours before your flight otherwise (if you try to check-in at the airport, that way all other airlines work) you get slapped with a 45€ fee."
Avantatges: "The flight was OK. The crew and confort OK."
Queixes: "We received a E 97,00 fine for no check in before 2 hours to flight. We never received from you or Ryanair this MUST check in 2 hours before flight or pay a fine. It was unfair and I'll never forget it. This penalty was almost the tickets price. It's crazy."

Avantatges: "On time! That is the single most important factor for any flight! I am 2 m 3cm so I don´t expect comfort or entertainment. But I can still expect an on-time arrival!"
Queixes: "The boarding is chaotic, probably because the passengers are disobedient and don´t listen to instructions. Taking away our small roll aways at the gate."
Queixes: "never board on the time indicated on the ticket. boarding is chaotic; no groups, no organization! waited for the luggage for an hour."
Queixes: "The fact that they charged me over €16 to print my boarding pass at the check in counter was absurd. Not only did I have to pay this ridiculous fee but I had to go to a separate counter to wait in another line to make the payment. While I understand fees for "additional" services, charging for a boarding pass is beyond preposterous."
Avantatges: "As expected for a low fare airline!"
Queixes: "Not from Ryanair, but Copenaghen Airport is a disaster! More than 1.5hrs to pass the security checkpoints and once you get there you realize that only 50% of the checkpoints were opened in peak season."
Queixes: "I didn't have internet access to print my boarding pass and the gate agent was very rude about this."

Avantatges: "As long as you are aware of a few things, flying on Ryan Air was great. You must check in a certain number of hours before your flight to aviod an additional check-in fee. I checked-in from the hotel computer the day before my flight. You should pre-pay for checked baggage and seat selection with priority boarding when you book the flight if you want those 2 items when flying on Ryan Air. If you dont want to pay for a checked bag, ensure you check the airline website to make sure your carry on bag meets the size requirements for carry on baggage. My flight was on time, they offered a selection of food and drinks for purchase during the flight. The staff was friendly. Everything was great."

Queixes: "First problem started when the Rynair website would not recognize my information when I tried to check-in online. I assumed that this may have been completed during the recent purchase because there website said my flight was confirmed. Arriving to the airport later than I would have liked but within more then the 40 minutes required to check-in when I arrived I was put on the incorrect line, after explaining that I wasn't able to check-in online, then when told finally I needed to go customer service. I should have been on the line to check-in instead, and after standing on long lines as a disabled passenger was told that it was to late to board. Your customer service agent didn't apologize for his staffs incompetence putting me on the incorrect lines to check-in and then did not offer to put me on the same flight schedule for the following day unless I payed an additional $100. I would have made my flight in more than enough time especially in such a small airport if the staff put me on the correct line to check-in. I was flying to Madrid on business and missed and had a small window of opportunity to meet a client who because of the delay would no longer be available because they were also soon traveling on business.This snow balled into a variety of problems; I had to pay for the apartment in Madrid I had pre-booked, and train tickets that where purchased would no longer be used, I had to go back to Paris and find another hotel to stay in."
Queixes: "I got charged €78 because they said that u have to check in online coz nothing on the booking or even the confirmation ssys that but they hide it in between the line in order to get more money so thats the worst thing i had in my whole life"

The rules on the plane of not being able to keep your carry on under your seat is something I have never experienced before on a flight. I will never fly this airline ever again and plan on writing a horrible review."

They don't explain that you need to pay for an airport fee which is 45 euros in addition to the plane ticket which is crazy. Oh customer service... Ha ha ha ha. Just a mess. Never again with this airline, I'd rather pay extra and go with another airline."
