Queixes: "Even though I bought my ticket through British airways, they made me check in through Iberia. No one told me beforehand so I waited in line at the BA line for about 20 mins and was told by the ticket agent to go to Iberia instead. Also, two medium delays. Not major but I did feel like I spent more time on the plane than I should have"

Queixes: "Al llamar a Iberia(horas antes de nuestro vuelo)para informarles que por llegar a Venecia a bordo de un crucero y este no poder entrar a puerto en hora por motivos de la neblina y por esa razon no poder llegar en tiempo nosotros al vuelo,nos dijeron que no podiamos volar con ellos desde el vuelo de Madrid al otro dia a Miami y solo nos ofrecieron otro vuelo para 3 dias despues y con un precio bastante alto,conclusion que siendo una compania tan reconocida poco nos ayudaron, por no decir practicamente en nada,"

Queixes: "Had seat assignments, but the assignments were not honored at the airport, even though had paid external for early seat assignment."

Queixes: "Our luggage did not arrive. They told us it was sent to another city by mistake and that they would get it to us as soon as it arrived. It's a long story but we didn't get the bag for a week. We called multiple times and got very little help. We finally got the bag, but had to buy new clothes to get by in the meantime."

Queixes: "Deplaned very orderly for distancing, but then on tarmac into crowded bids during COVID. Really?? What gives?? Lots of empty jetways! So sloppy, or something!"

Queixes: "El gobierno prohibió por la pandemia del COVID-19 salir de casa. La compañía aún así, no canceló los vuelos. Pero ni siquiera permitió hacer un cambio en la reserva como han hecho otras compañías. Perdimos el dinero y la opción de poder viajar más adelante. Muy muy enfadado."

Queixes: "El avión era muy viejo, escasamente cómodo y sin sistema de entretenimiento. La aplicación no se puede usar si no la descargas previamente y eso había que haberlo sabido antes de embarcar para poder hacerlo con el wi-fi de la terminal. Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables."

Queixes: "I booked one month in asvance and was told that I would be a standby flyer.. even after explaining that I had an international connection flight in madrid. I did not appreciate the added stress this news gave me."

Avantatges: "The crew was cackling and having fun in the back loudly, meanwhile there was no communication with us as to why we were late or when we would be arriving. When I called one of them over she had no answers and when I told her about our connecting flight she giggled and said I probably wouldn’t make it. We missed our connecting flight and we’re rerouted 4 hours later. We’ve missed our boat to Venice and all we received was an 8 euro lunch voucher."
Queixes: "It would have been great to have left on time, arrived on time and caught our flight. I also would have been better if we hadn’t been laughed at and actually aided us to catch our flight."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed and no announcement was made. The customers should be made aware. I paid extra for a premium seat which was too small for my husband’s knees to fit. He had to sit the whole flight with his knees turned sideways Into the aisle."

Queixes: "It couldve not been 44 minutes late in take off. It was stressful because I reserved a shuttle that would've left me had I been an hour late. And there was no explanation; just copious waste of my time"

Queixes: "Never check in your carry-on if they say there are too many carry-on's on the flight. I saw a lot of Spanish say no when they asked them to, now I know why. I am in Dublin 2days now with NO LUGGAGE or carry on, I have nothing, it all got "misplaced" in transit!"

Avantatges: "Today was a very early day and making a connecting flight in Madrid to Lisbon was very tight because of a gate change. I was totally convinced that the bags would not make it and they did. Very impressed with Iberia and the efficiency of the staff. The flights were pretty full and everything from take off to landing worked like a charm."
Queixes: "I thought when I made the reservation that I had booked two aisle seats but had not and it was hard to sit in the middle seat when you are claustrophobic. Thankfully the flights were short."

Queixes: "Durante el vuelo mucho ruido por parte de otros pasajerOs y ningún control por parte del equipo a bordo. Bastante molesto, sobre todo tomando en cuenta que era un vuelo de madrugada donde casi siempre de quiere dormir en el trayecto."

Queixes: "Estoy horrorizado. Iberia casi me deja sin poder embarcar por un error informático. Tenía billete Marsella - Madrid y Madrid -Santiago. Por algún error el sistema no había registrado mi billete de Marsella a Madrid, por l tanto automáticamente había anulado mi billete Madrid - Santiago. Esa situación no desea a nadie! Estoy indignado. Nunca hubiera imaginado que eso es posible!"

Queixes: "The flight was delayed 30 minutes, for no apparent reason; and therefore the connecting time at Madrid for me to get my flight to Chicago, which would have been 60 minutes if the flight was on time, was cut down to 30 minutes. And the terminal where the connection was was 25 minutes away -- and this doesn't include time for immigration at Madrid. I had to run all the way, break the queue, and made it though they had shut the gate and had to re-open it. The connections are poorly timed."

Queixes: "When you book through an airline it will flag a different airport from the one you arrive at. We arrived at TFS and the return flight was through TFN. When I called customer service Iberia Airlines rejected any refund and I ended up spending three extra hotels nights and Flights on Air Europa. My total out of losses were nearly $1,500 USD"

Avantatges: "I got bumped to first in line after they wanted people with only small bags or backpacks to board first."
Queixes: "Not really a complaint about Iberia Express as an airline but I hate getting to Berlin Tegel. I took the bus, and it is so hard to stand up with all your luggage on those buses. It's that or a 20 euro taxi ride. At least Madrid airport has a railway line to get into the city."

Had to rebook connecting flight a day earlier of the intent departure date, losing a day stay in B&B, and expense on transport due to different airports."

Had to buy another flight ticket in London, wait another day, pay for a night a hotel to get to my destination in Barcelona. I was supposed to arrive in Barcelona on Saturday April 1st and did not get there until 2 the following day. Will not use this service again."

En cuanto tengo la oportunidad por precio y enlace de escoger otra compañía, escojo esa otra."

Queixes: "El avión llegó con dos horas de retraso al aeropuerto, en una terminal sin pantallas, apenas asientos. Llena de gente por el suelo. Nos montan en el avión para tenernos otras dos horas dentro parados. Al parecer síntesis embarcan con 3 horas de atraso te tienen que indemnizarz así que prefieren tenerte en un avión metido muerto de asco. En un avión donde el 95% de la gente era española, en todo momento se dirigieron en inglés solamente, mucha gente no se enteraba de qué pasaba, qué decían....un asco."

Queixes: "Nos tuvieron ¨embarcados¨ entre la puerta de embarque y la salida del edificio al avión una media hora, encerrados, de pie y con las mochilas a la espalda."

Avantatges: "Llegué puntual (pero como el equipaje no lo fue, salí 40 minutos después del aeropuerto, menos mal que no era muy de noche). Es barato, pero casi por el mismo precio viajas por Norwegian y"
Queixes: "además de la mochila que llevé como equipaje de mano, tenía un bolso con la cartera, el movil, la llaves y un libro para el viaje, Y NO ME DEJARON LLEVARLO ENCIMA SI NO FACTURABA MI MOCHILA y lo peor, fue que luego tuve que esperar media hora hasta que la sacaran de la bodega."

Queixes: "No respetaron el priority y había un caos total"

Avantatges: "Well to get in the plane we were waiting almost 1 hour, and now that am writting you waiting again 1 hour for the baggage . I will never again flight with this company never again"

Avantatges: "El vuelo salió y llegó en hora y sin complicaciónes. Buen vuelo y mejor aterrizaje."
Queixes: "Al ser un vuelo los cost no es que fuera muy cómodo pero correcto. Lo único malo es que al aterrizar no fuimos a finger sino q teníamos que esperar al bus.., y tardó casi media hora.. y otra media hora para recoger la mochila (que ya ni puedes llevar gratis en cabina). Salimos del aeropuerto casi a la 1 de la mañana, hora y pico después de aterrizar."

Avantatges: "Personal atento."
Queixes: "Con 9 grados bajo cero de temperatura, el personal de Ryanair decidió ponernos en la fila de embarque, al aire libre, durante 20 minutos, antes de que este fuera liberado. El vuelo se atrasó 1 hora por falta de equipos para aplicar descongelante a las alas. La política de asignación de asientos de Ryanair, por la cual cada uno es enviado a una punta del avión, es una catástrofe, además de una canallada."

Avantatges: "Prefiero esperar sin pagar y no tener que arrastrar la maleta."
Queixes: "Los aviones de Ryanair han cambiado y la luz que dan es abominable."

Avantatges: "Embarque rápido y organizado dejando entrar 90 maletas en cabina siendo los pasajeros con billetes en las plazas traseras segundos en acceder tras los que tienen embarque prioritario. Precio del billete bueno."
Queixes: "Los asientos no son muy cómodos y dormir durante el viaje con tanta interacción con los pasajeros (venta de comida, perfumes, rasca y gana, etc) y Luz, se hace difícil."
