Avantatges: "Todo fue un absoluto despropósito, me obligaron telefónicamente, por un error informático, a estar 3 horas antes del embarque en el aeropuerto y cuando llego nadie me atiende hasta la hora del checkin. El vuelo fue, de largo, el peor de mi vida, el interior del avión en un estado deplorable de conservación y limpieza, la temperatura insufrible, provocando malestar en el pasaje. Respecto a la comida lo resumo con un frase de uno de los tripulantes al inicio del servicio: "Solo quedan bocadillos de jamón, lo vendimos todo en el vuelo de la mañana"..."

Queixes: "Stuardes don't have a sense of what costumer service is.. 6 hour flights and their plain aren't equipt with monitors to watch and entertain yourself Thank God I understood portugués but their translation to English was poor Food was not amazing I've been traveling since I was 6yrs old and I never felt so strongly about an airline... Queixes: "The boarding and bad experience at the departing gate was unprecedented!!! I am a gold & platinum traveler, due to millions of mileage flown for over 40 years. This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

Very likely they will take your carryon even if you comply with requirements, but after you go through the process of security, which is irritating. If they need space they should offer upon check in."

Queixes: "Took forever to check in. I know they were under strike at that time but then after waiting for so long and just making our flight, they sent my luggage to Seville Spain. It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I contacted via Facebook and email and basically just got the response of I have to wait until it arrives at the airport and the best advice they could give was to call the Seville airport. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

Avantatges: "We were sent to Kiwi booking to complete the ticket booking. Flight was canceled due to strike but we weren’t informed this till at the airport. This is likely because airline only has Kiwi contact info and never reached to us. Kiwi also didn’t inform us. We were stuck at airport for 6 hours trying to contact airline. Phone can’t be reached. We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. They won’t cover for hotel either. The flights refund is now funded to Kiwi which we also need to find time to argue with Kiwi to get back. DOnt know how long that may take. The overall experience has been terrible"
Queixes: "Transavia should have more capacity to hold customers requests. The representative from Transavia at airport provide absolutely no help. Just told us to WhatsApp Transavia. If that’s the approach then more people should be there responding WhatsApp comments not like no response within one hour. Kiwi is of no help as well. If flights get canceled agents should provide us updates as well. When we contacted kiwi in the airport Kiwi even denied flight cancel."

Bit of s queue at La Rochelle passport control however the passport officer was great with the kids and quite chatty joking with them."

Queixes: "Boarding process stinks. You have 2 groups but board them all at the same time well let's say start to board by having us wait outside for 20 minutes in 90 plus heat. No water then stand on a hot bus for another 15 or 20. If we want a water after heat stroke it's 2.50"

Queixes: "When i read the baggage rate, its only 20 euro, when i got there its 40 euro the lady told me its cheaper on line cuz i was there 6 hours early. I didnt know that i have to buy the baggage ahead of time. It would be nice if its highlighted in red when i bought the tix. Also i had to pay extra 30 euro bec i didnt chk in on line, seriously? What is the point of having a chk un counter? Also i was told to come back 2 hours before my flight . As i said i was there 6 hours eatly, when i came back the chk in on line is already closed. Im sure its a common problem , a lot if ppl paid extra and were complaining, they could have told us or have a sign there. Dont u think 30 euro is a lot to pay for not chking in? Is it only in europe? Its better when we book that ppl shld be warn of the pronlem, i paid extra 210 euro bec there are 3 of us plus the internet there suck at the airport , if you get in on the internet in 2 mins you are out or cant get in gor hours"

Avantatges: "It was a quick flight."
Queixes: "They took me and my wife's carry on, that we had already stored in the over head cabins on 3 flights before this one and told me it was to big. Then they made me pay 120 Euros and asked me to take the bag out to the plane. When I got to the plane the men working with the suitcases said my bag was more than capabale of fitting overhead and let me take it up. So they charged me 120 Euros extra for nothing and only did this once they saw my American Passport."

Avantatges: "We got there"
Queixes: "About 50 minutes late, hard landing, and worst of all they called us for boarding and we went out of the semi-comfortable terminal and STOOD in the HOT sun. Our plane hadn't even landed. We stood out there for 40 minutes. Voltea is even a worse version of Spirit Airlines"

Avantatges: "I cancelled the trip because in reading the fine print, I found the cost of checking a single small bag almost as much as the cost of the flight itself. Cancellation was accepted but took some effort to do it."

Queixes: "There was zero communication from Volotea over 12 hours of being stuck when a flight was delayed. For a long time I thought the flight was cancelled. Now that I am trying to seek compensation via EU guidelines they are similarly evasive and not helpful."

Queixes: "I only gave one star for food but I didn't buy any food so I would rather have a "not applicable" category."

Avantatges: "minimum fuss from beginning to end, and no bombarding by emails. their staff all handle carry-on luggage discreetly even when slightly over sized ... Compliments to Volotea."

Queixes: "Flight was delayed, planes are old, no entertainment and boarding process was unorganized"

Queixes: "Due to delays we missed our flight. I emailed and got no response. Tried calling. Office was closed on Saturday. Went to their desk and no one was there. I would like to be reimbursed. I had to then pay for two tickets on Aegean Airline totalling $400.00"

Avantatges: "Flight was fine once we got going but one staff working made for a long long line and a half hour delay. Staff were excellent though."

Queixes: "Scheduled departure time was 4:00 p.m., but we did not leave until 11:00 p.m. due to a problem with the fuel level indicator. We were kept in the departure gate for 7 hours without a proper explanation in English. When they finally realized they could not repair the plane, they put everyone on another plane. We were given a voucher to use at the snack counter for 10 euros per person, but when we got to the counter there was no food or wine left. Imagine, running out of wine in France! I understand that mechanical issues on planes happen, but it was left far too long to attempt to repair it. A replacement plane should have been supplied after a one hour delay, not 7 hours."

Queixes: "Waited to board for 1 hour- no seat assignments- price to pay for checked baggage increases by the hour as your departure nears. The price for a checked bag was €42 at 10am and when I checked again at 11:30am, price was €55!"

Avantatges: "the plane were very old and we felt scared since there was turbulence and the plane showed an unsafe one..."

Queixes: "There was no airline or flight by his name ."

Avantatges: "Seats were OK and overhead storage was good."

Queixes: "The flight was 5 hours late and the company did not give us any information about when the flight would take off and what the problem was. They sent us a voucher for €10 for our next flight. No thanks."

Queixes: "Hidden fees everywhere with this airline as well as smaller than usual carry-on requirements. My carry-on that fit everywhere else but cost me an extra 40 euros to check with this airline. Also a young women was told at the check-in counter that her carry-on was acceptable but at the gate was told different. They then preceded to demand 60 euros cash as a penalty. Just wasn't right."

Queixes: "The next flight they had to my destination was 3 DAYS later. Therefore, I had to purchase another three tickets with a different carrier and got NO credit for the missed fight with Volotea. BAD Business."

Avantatges: "Everything in the plane felt new, crew was friendly, efficient."

Avantatges: "Volotea flight was good and I would fly Volotea again but checking in at the Santorini Airport is Chaos for all airlines Santorini Airport needs to organize the check in area with better barriers especially for the very long line of psgrs lining up for security Without barriers it's unclear where the line ends and where those joining the line should go therefore causing a lot of confusion and people trying to bud in"

Queixes: "Kind of sneaky with the hand luggage, you may well have the guidelines in small print somewhere, but you really should allow people to check their bags in online before the flight, as opposed to paying 80 euro per bag, so 160 euros for two bags that didn't even weigh 10kgs each. RyanAir would have been able to fly us the same trip for that alone, with bags! Then when we were boarding, both of our seats were taken - the flight attendant said "Welcome to Italy". So, that's our story. In a nutshell, overpriced, and didn't get the seats on our boarding passes..."

Queixes: "Plane delayed for 2 hours. Small, cramped airport(Santorini) with no working men's restroom."

Queixes: "attendant in the check in was horrible. not nice, rood, when we tried to ask questions at the end told us "bye" and called next. prices are high for luggage check in, the standard size of the hand luggage is very small and not fair. plain was very very old. overall, bad experience."

Queixes: "We were stuck in the security check and immigration but got to the gate 15 minutes before the flight. As we were arriving at the gate, we saw the last bus leave taking passengers to the aircraft. The lady at the counter kept yelling at us for the next 15 minutes and kept saying we were late and the last bus had left. We were 9 passengers all together and it would have been a lot easier if she would have called the driver to pick us up. After realizing we had small kids, she finally called someone after 15 minutes but that was too late. We missed our flight. There was no supervisor to talk to and no where to file complaints."

Avantatges: "On time"
Queixes: "Extra charge (30 Euros) for printing a boarding pass. Seats are uncomfortable"

Avantatges: "I didn't like anything about it, it was a horrible experience and I will never suggest this airline."
Queixes: "I didn't like service, extremely rude and not helpful. They wouldn't let us check in early, they scammed us into paying $30 each to print out ticket. $40 for a bag!! And to top it off with their extremely rude service I had to go wait in a miserable line at the most in organized airport I have ever been in to pay this outrageous extra $100 complete scam and worst airline ever!!!"

Avantatges: "Nothing to be honest."
Queixes: "When we checked in my bag was 21 kg and she gave me trouble with that even though we had to pay extra for the bag in the first place. And then since it was a backpack we had to take it to a different location to drop it off for check-in. She also wasn't too friendly either. The flight was an hour and a half delayed. In fact each time I have flown with volotea the airplane hasn't been on time and hasn't even taken off by the time the flight was scheduled to land! The seats were close and the ride was not comfortable. I absolutely will not be using this airline again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone."

Queixes: "We arrived at the airport two hours before the flight and were told we had to pay 30 euro/person (120 euro total) for boarding passes. Really?!? We had been checked in, but hadn't printed the boarding passes. They told us that they had just closed the opportunity to do this for free at the airport & we now had to pay the exorbitant fee or no boarding passes and no getting on the plane. No other way around it. It just felt like yet another ridiculous excuse to suck more money out of passengers. Just like the banks...a fee here, a free there will add to the profit bottom line without providing any additional value for the customer. Buyer beware!"

Avantatges: "Nothing much."
Queixes: "Left us standing for a huge time in front of customs and arrived late to boarding gate. Ridiculous.y small measurement boxes for carry on luggage which would not hold standard carry on bags. This dispute the plane having full sized overhead bins that easily accommodated the bags. Forced us to pay $60 a bag under the pretext that the bags would have to be ch caked. But they didn't, we just carried them on and there was plenty of room. They were rude and unreasonable and let lots of people through without the charges after they simply removed items from their bags and carried them a few feet before putting them back. It was just a shake down."

Queixes: "Give us a snack or drink"

Avantatges: "Our family of 4 flew Bordeaux to Split; 3 of 4 bags arrived as scheduled. Volotea DID find and deliver the lost bag on the 7th day. So all was happy in the end."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed , no communication, no bus arrived at the gate to take us to the plane , no communication , no boarding process whatsoever , no communication , no apology offered , no in flight catering offered free or for purchase , a complete joke of a flight , my worst ever and I have flown all around the world including both poles !"
