Queixes: Our luggage came back damaged and open !

Avantatges: The crew did a good job dealing with so many customers and in one instance was able to resolve a minor conflict with seat way backs.

Queixes: The seats should be fixed to prevent them from going back as far as they do. With space so small as it is, it is unnecessary to have them go back so far if at all. The food was poor, especially the cold egg and pepper sandwich at the end. My guess is that they were suppose to be heated which would have made them much better but the crew decided to give them out cold.

Avantatges: Boarding was crazy and confusing. Ground crew poor communication and rude

Avantatges: The on-board crew were friendly and professional. The in flight entertainment options were great. And the flight was mostly on time and easy.

Queixes: We had significant issues getting our one boarding pass from the computers and then the workers in the airport. We purchased both tickets together and the one had no issues. However, we got nonchalantly passed off from one employee to another without having anyone seem really concerned for us.

Avantatges: The crew is good But the seats not comfortable .. it's like minibus .. no range of movement ..

Queixes: Toilet .. seats .. windows.. air conditioning must be stronger ..

Queixes: Great staff and service. First time flying this airline and I am impressed.

Queixes: everything else, nicer crew, newer aircraft with comfort seats, entertainment, more free food and drinks and not only water and some poor sandwich. making problems of every small bag even when the bags are from the duty-free in the airport people had to pay extra for the bag size

Avantatges: Not even a bump ...seriously an amazing plane and pilot!

Avantatges: It was my birthday and the flight attendant gave me a rose, gummibears and champagne and congratulate me and I was very happy to receive that gesture

Queixes: Even though it is a short flight, it would be nice to receive at least drinks offered

Queixes: Carry-on rules with FlyUIA are ridiculous. I had to pay 150 EUR as my carry-on was 2 cm wider than their standards

Avantatges: Itinerary - hours of flight

Queixes: Dinner could have been earlier

Avantatges: We left with hour delay but still made it on time for the next connection. Lufthansa had already announced they would have taken care of all inconveniences.

Queixes: A lot of confusion at the airport when we wanted to check our bags. I felt they could have directed traffic (the people trying to check in) better.

Avantatges: No different than other airlines as far as airplane goes. Crew was OK.

Queixes: Ticketing process was little bit chaos. I had 5 different names on my e-tickets, but one person name was missing and there were duplicate names.I showed my e-tickets and a ticketing agent took care of it.

Avantatges: Great boarding , on time! Friendly helpful staff . Just really good experience

Avantatges: Was the Crew very rude

Queixes: Pegusus auto kiosk checkin got errors so I had to wait in counter line. Fix this! Tea costs money. But cheap travel is awesome!!!

Queixes: Free food and alcoholic beverages

Avantatges: Customer service is awful I will never fly Pegasus again

Queixes: The seat is not comfortable, too narrow space, can’t adjust a little bit.

Avantatges: The meals we ordered were tasty and the leather seats and leg room are fair enough

Queixes: Boarding is sooooo slow Entertainment facilities did not exist

Avantatges: The crew in the aircraft were good but the ground services were poor

Queixes: The ground staff should respect travelers. And they should look to customers satisfaction more
