Queixes: "They have the most uncomfortable seats in the industry. Seat was literally 5 cm (2 inches) thick and did not recline. Impossible to relax/sleep, I ended up with back pain and legs cramped for 2 full days. Terrible overnight flight. Luggage policy is not clear. Carry on items have to weight less than 8 kg (normally is 12 kg), and to check your bag you have to pay. No personal tv/entertainment."

Queixes: "Cabin crew were far from welcoming when dealing with the African passengers (including me though I'm Spanish) the food was a disgrace On a 5 hour flight to Accra there was no entrainment, the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable and you could not even charge your devices... The food arrive way too early. I believe the airline has put less of an effort on these planes due to the nature of the passengers... I have been traveling for 20 years and I never felt so disappointed by an airline... I will not use this airline ever again"

They walked up and down the aisle with aerosol spray cans. I don't think people should be subject to unknown chemicals in order for the airline to save time on cleaning the cabin before take off."

Queixes: "I was due to fly from London to Entebbe via Brussels. Sixteen hours after boarding the flight, I am still in Brussels. We try to complete the assignment another day. My criticism was the overoptimism of the captain how quickly things would happen and on arrival in Brussels the total unpreparedness of the ground staff to cope with half a plane load of people with connections having missed those connections."

I do not mind, but they never mentioned that the seat could not recline or that there was no window (the whole point of choosing the seat, for I have flight anxiety). I understand the whole 'profit' thing for selling food, though I just can't believe, after the price I payed I cannot even get a tiny glass of water. So, I'll just avoid it if possible."

They only had a couple of agents to check a full plane and one was dedicated to business class. They said it was to save costs !! Flight was delayed and upon arrival no finger so long wait to deplane again."

Queixes: "I was unable to check-in online, Lufthansa said see Brussels Airlines and Vice Versa. The check in process at Dulles was very poor (this was the Brussels Airlines desk) Chaotic would sum it up best. The meal on the flight was very poor, even the staff apologized before I said anything, they were quite embarrassed. Hopefully the flight back on Lufthansa will be a huge improvement !!"

However, in future I would avoid using BRU as a connecting point unless more time between flights."

Queixes: "They asked me to store my suitcase in an overhead bin at the front of the plane as they had run out of space so I complied. When it was time to disembark, someone had stolen my suitcase. I have not located it since and the customer service from Vueling is horrendous - they keep running me around to different departments and sending automated responses, refusing to answer my questions."

Queixes: "After initial flight was delayed, we were refused check-in stating "the gate has closed" even though the flight was delayed for about an hour and we were there 25 min before the original set off time. We had to pay for a new ticket, which was also delayed, where boarding didn't start until about 40 min after stated time, and set off and hour after stated time."
Avantatges: "we reached our destination alive"
Queixes: "We sat on the aircraft on the tarmac for two hours, no explanation. Food and drink were served 20 mins before landing, some people didn’t get a chance to have a drink. Staff were disorganised confused and rude. My debit card was handed to another passenger because the steward had no idea what he was doing. Beyond awful!"
Queixes: "Delayed by almost 4 hours with no communication. By the time we found out we could get a meal voucher it was too late"
Queixes: "The airline overbooked the flight due to an earlier plane being cancelled. My boarding pass was issued with no seat number which meant I had to wait with a large group of other people until everyone that had been allocated a seat number boarded. There was no communication from their staff and departure was delayed well over two hours. Things didn’t get much better on board as the crew left it so late to start the food service only passenger upto row 24 got the chance to buy a drink or food before they had to stop serving and prepare for landing. Add all this to the saga that was the outband flight and you’ll understand why the whole plane burst into laughter when the crew announced “welcome to Gatwick, apolagies for the delay, and we look forward to flying with you again”. Shocking service! Never again!"
Queixes: "On arriving two hours early to my flight I was told that I was being put on standby because the flight was full. Not sure how I got bumped from a flight that I bought a ticket for 3 weeks ago? Upon waiting at the gate I came to realise that 17 other people had also been bumped. How does an airline overbook a flight that much? We were led to the baggage claim and told to pick up our bags to be rechecked- then the flight attendants disappeared, giving us no further direction as to where to go or what to do. My bags did not arrive on the carousel, either did anyone else’s that had been bumped. We walked up to the check in desk only to be told to consult the baggage service desk downstairs. Upon doing that we were told to go back to the check in desk. After going to the check in desk again we were told to go to the customer service desk. After doing that and waiting another half hour, we were given new tickets and told that our baggage had left on our original flight and would be waiting for us in Barcelona once we got there. Our compensation for all of this hassle was only a free meal from the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant we were told that we were only allowed one of the cold sandwiches and a small drink. Absolutely appalling as we were starving and exhausted. All of the flights were also delayed, however all the boards continued to say they were ‘on time’. The board for the flight we eventually took said we were ‘on time’ despite the fact we were still standing at the gate at the time we were supposed to depart. After arriving on a flight 5 hours later than we should have arrived, We were then told by the baggage desk that the luggage had not arrived in Barcelona and were instead back in Paris. So the staff in Paris blatantly lied just to get us to leave them alone. No apology was offered at any point of this whole ordeal, no compensation other than a sandwich and a bottle of water, and i’m now left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on my back. Not even a complimentary toothbrush which has been given to me along with toiletries and a t-shirt the last time my bags were delayed. Absolutely appalling from all aspects of this whole company. I am sorry to say I’ve already booked my return flight, however after that flight I am never flying Vuelig again!"
Avantatges: "It arrived at its destination in one piece and not on fire"
Queixes: "Tiny seats, plastic seats, late as usual."
Queixes: "The boarding time has been changing every few minutes since the morning. I arrived in the gate where there were about 30 people with boarding passes but no assigned seats all overbooked. Half the people left on a bus then boarding stopped and we're returned back to the terminal going through security and hour or so later. The company reps had a big attitude problem and could provide no explanation to what and why anything is happening. In the end they tell us to leave the gate after 1.5 hours wait and look for new boarding info around 2pm. I managed to get on the flight by chance: no updated info was announced - I by chance heard a poor fellow working for the airline trying to find people at a nearby cafe who were supposed to be on that flight. If I had my headphones on I doubt I would be able to board that plane"
Queixes: "App info and service poor. Gate closed more than 30 mins before flight while flight was delayed according to the AP status. Would not fly with Vueling again."
Queixes: "Couldnt get to Barcelona to board the flight.... any flight."
Avantatges: "...and don’t really do that in a way helpful to the passenger! I couldn’t get my boarding passes from Vueling’s website, as the login details as required by Vueling, are actually those used by who “bought” the ticket - some random email used by Kayak / Lastminute.com, and not mine! Crazy! Moreover, the whole business processes that Vieling use are just dijointed. even getting help I still never received by boarding passes via email."
Queixes: "Worse, Vueling charge you, on checking, to “choose seats” with no obvious way of not paying for them! I’m sure here was a link somewhere - but could I see it?! Nope! that and my suitcases, and I had paid over €100 extra on top of my initial flight cost. BA or Easyjet next time!"

Queixes: "Flight was delayed over 90 minutes, which seems to be a reoccurring theme as they have managed to score significant delays in both flights I’ve had with them."

Queixes: "I couldn't fit my legs in the space between seats, so much so that I had pins and needles in my feet by the time we landed. The food is really expensive. Never flying with this airline again."
Avantatges: "The music in the background was a nice touch to the flight."
Queixes: "My recline button on the seat was broken and I was sat on the back seat so wouldn’t disturb anybody behind me, the person in front reclined and rightly so for comfort leaving me very little room. Felt a little closed in."
Queixes: "Our luggage did not arrive with the plane, we were not informed of the situation and waited for at least one hour before a passenger was told the luggage was left behind. The luggage did arrive after 90 minutes, still no explanation from the Vueling"
Avantatges: "Was an ok flight for a budget airline"
Queixes: "I'd booked it and paid more as it was supposed to be British Airways. This was rather misleading by kayak as I booked with them via the British airways website then forward to vueling. Could have paid less if I'd chosen vueling from the options."
Avantatges: "Flight not shown delayed at airport. Eventually left an hour late. No information or apology at boarding gate. Staff went and hid so the desk was empty. No apology or explanation on board either. Flight got us from A to Be but with zero grace or service. As a first experience this was bad."

Queixes: "NOTHING. I will never fly with Ryanair again. On the way to Malaga only one toilet was working, on the way back to Leeds I was told I'd only paid for my luggage one way and had to pay another 50 euros go get it back to Leeds. There was no food or cold drinks on the flight and we were delayed by an hour and half which meant my partner who came to pick me up had to pay £27 for parking. Ridiculous! So no, never again."

Despite having photographic evidence!! No tap water available - given ice and boiling water I am done flying with Ryanair"
Queixes: "Waiting for 2 hours at the gate at Malaga Airport before anyone turned up at the desk (would have been helpful to be able to ask someone what was going on) and then waiting over an hour & a half at Stansted Airport for our luggage to arrive at the baggage reclaim. Also the actual Ryanair plane was a mess, crumbs all over the floor & the seats, even used tissues."
Queixes: "Delayed, unable to buy a cup of tea, rude staff. Will never fly with such a shambolic, greedy airline again."
Queixes: "We were not told the reason for the delay. We were not given an estimate of the length of the delay. No update information was given. We all understand there can be problems; but just tell us what they are? Then, we were all called forward to board, but I was still standing 45 minutes later in the queue. Let us wait in (relative) comfort in the terminal (restrooms, drinks, wider seats etc), don't start to board us ridiculously early."

Queixes: "The white wine I got was undrinkable. I told the strewart working at the back of the aircraft that ' the white wine is terrible, it's like drinking water and indrinkable'. His reply was ' well that's what you ordered'. I expected him to say; Sorry you found it like that and I will pass your comments to the catering company. this may sound like a trivial thing to comment on but I found his attitude very unprofessional. My wife and I also found the staircase from ground level to the corridor leading to passport control very demanding when carrying a 10 kilo roller case each. There is a lift somewhere but there are no directions to indicate where it is situated."
Avantatges: "Arrived early, a bit confused as to why our bags had to go in the hold but they arrived in a very timely fashion and although the 3 of us were separated, I was in a fire exit seat and my long legged son also had extra leg room at the front. Bonus!"
Queixes: "I wish the seats could recline just a little. I can't read without feeling sick so a 3 hour flight can be pretty uncomfortable."
Avantatges: "The staff were pleasant and helpful on board I didn’t have any food and there wasn’t any entertainment"
Queixes: "I didn’t like that there was absolutely nobody at the airport to answer any questions or just guide you in the right direction"
Avantatges: "The flight left mire or less on time and arrived 30 minutes early."

Avantatges: "Left 15 mins late due to idiots not making the gate on time and luggage having to be found for them and arrived on time in Manchester so well done Ryanair!!"

Queixes: "Queuing for 45 mins at boarding at 21.25 pm which grew to 10.05 pm! no apparent reason for this although we were all given manual luggage tags and then they were checked off again before getting into the plane- the Malaga ground staff could not answer questions as they didn't speak english well enough.. poor. onboard completely overcrowded locals and no help from crew on seating = lots of spare stoats at back.. i.e. space."

Queixes: "All passengers were lined up waiting to Board at the correct gate at leading up to and at the time the flight was supposed to depart at 11.55am. There was no communication on the flight boards and no member of staff from Ryanair or other near the gate. At about 12.30 two members of airport staff turned up and started the boarding process and eventually we got away an hour late at 12.55 still none the wiser about the lack of communication, service and delay. It would take a lot to persuade me to fly with Ryanair again."

Queixes: "The 1.5 hour delay with no info. We're told that there was a problem that had been affecting the flight all day, they ccould have forewarned us as a matter of courtesy."
Queixes: "We waited for an hour on the tarmac. It's critical that if other passengers aren't on time we close the doors and go so we leave on states time. Otherwise we miss it as we did and had to wait an hour. I realise my flight was cheap however timings are global whether no frills or not!"
Avantatges: "I booked the front extra legroom seats. Worth every penny. Easy flight and great price. Very efficient at boarding etc. So arrived home on time."
Avantatges: "Price was good. Staff are good in general but felt that the cabin crew lacked professionalism - a tough job noted however. Overall very happy with the service - please note my comments."
Queixes: "Why did I pay for a priority que ? The point being exactly what ? The herding of customers into a cattle gate affair ? Last call 45 mins before the flight. Cheap flight - cheap organised. I note below someone has stated crew were professional and VERY entertaining ...... thatnis not professional I am afraid. A crew that is busy entertaining the passengers is a crew that lacks focus on the primary role of the cabin safety ... Human Factors !"
