Queixes: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Queixes: The seats was no to comfortable for the price . They charge for the luggage and any company for traveling internationally does for almost one luggage

Avantatges: Fue más o menos puntual. El vuelo era directo. No estaba demasiado lleno.

Queixes: El avión era muy viejo, escasamente cómodo y sin sistema de entretenimiento. La aplicación no se puede usar si no la descargas previamente y eso había que haberlo sabido antes de embarcar para poder hacerlo con el wi-fi de la terminal. Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables.

Queixes: I was charged 120 dollars for my luggage and I bought the ticket with the impression that it was included. The lady at the airport told me that I should have paid at the check in but it was nothing there to inform or indicate anything about it. And I have to pay another $120 to go back. I'm never buying from kayak or air eurpa again.

Avantatges: The Dreamliner airplane.

Queixes: The food!!!! Worst airline food. The crew barely announce in English. Boarding process is a mess

Avantatges: Salió más o menos puntual. El comandante era agradable.

Queixes: El tamaño de la cabina es muy escaso. Para gente alta o voluminosa es un reto.

Avantatges: Flight wa smooth, little to no turbulence.

Queixes: No notice of the delay. There were several adecúate attendants and one needs to be taken out of her misery. What an awful negative and rude person, I feel sad for her. The others were ok.

Queixes: The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again.

Queixes: Include the baggage fee in the price of the ticket

Queixes: The chain in was slow an tedious.

Queixes: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Queixes: Los cambios que ocurren a último momento en los vuelos siempre perjudican a los pasajeros y son imposibles de revertir, hablo de asientos ya comprados y esas cosas

Avantatges: The crew was awesome

Queixes: Bathrooms not maintained, flight delayed after on plane, and only had water offered 1x on the flight even though we were on the plane for about 2 hours longer than planned.

Queixes: Turn on AC. Bigger seats. Better food. Serve drinks more than twice on an 8 hour flight. Actually have soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Queixes: Overall, not impressed. The price pasó seemed cheap, but baggage fees aren’t included and are ridiculous. Delayed over 7 hours flight out. Flight back was more or less timely. The movies are old, and the newer ones are B level, at best. The food, is cheap. The price seemed right, safety ratings were good too; but won’t fly with them anymore.
