Queixes: "Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Queixes: "Checking in and dropping off luggage was a nightmare... There was no one at the check in desks indicated on the screens or the check in terminals. Eventually I found a desk at a different location that would take my bag. Boarding was chaotic, no lines, just a crowd blocking access. Even passengers with small children couldn't get through. Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to."

In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."
Queixes: "I've found Iberia to be uncaring. This flight was much the same. The food and drink service was cheap, and I felt the attendants didn't feel like they had to try to give good service. The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging."

Bag was eventually found and sent to our home in US. Iberia had connecting flight to Berlin so close to arrival in Madrid that we barely made it on flight and bags never did. We will never fly iberia again."

When I called one of them over she had no answers and when I told her about our connecting flight she giggled and said I probably wouldn’t make it. We missed our connecting flight and we’re rerouted 4 hours later. We’ve missed our boat to Venice and all we received was an 8 euro lunch voucher."

I was totally convinced that the bags would not make it and they did. Very impressed with Iberia and the efficiency of the staff. The flights were pretty full and everything from take off to landing worked like a charm."
Queixes: "I thought when I made the reservation that I had booked two aisle seats but had not and it was hard to sit in the middle seat when you are claustrophobic. Thankfully the flights were short."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed 30 minutes, for no apparent reason; and therefore the connecting time at Madrid for me to get my flight to Chicago, which would have been 60 minutes if the flight was on time, was cut down to 30 minutes. And the terminal where the connection was was 25 minutes away -- and this doesn't include time for immigration at Madrid. I had to run all the way, break the queue, and made it though they had shut the gate and had to re-open it. The connections are poorly timed."

Queixes: "When you book through an airline it will flag a different airport from the one you arrive at. We arrived at TFS and the return flight was through TFN. When I called customer service Iberia Airlines rejected any refund and I ended up spending three extra hotels nights and Flights on Air Europa. My total out of losses were nearly $1,500 USD"

Queixes: "The flight was overbooked and I was in standby along with other two passengers. The very rude lady at the boarding gate told us that the flight was full and that we could only board if there were any passengers not showing up. She assured us this was very unlikely to happen and that we will probably have to be allocated in another flight. I was lucky enough to be able to board the plane because there was a guy that was not going to fly with his wife. I was the last one admitted, and therefore the last boarding passenger. I could not believe my eyes when I got on the plane and saw SIX empty seats in business class!!!!! Just so you know, these people sell more tickets than the number of available seats they have in economy class and they rather to leave their overbooked passengers on the ground than to put them (or anybody else) in business class seats. Let alone that the leg room in economy class is ridiculous even for average sized people and I was really uncomfortable. But this is not the end of the story. They lost my suitcase, and at this moment, seven hours after I landed, they do not know where it is and they cannot give me any more information. I will from now on avoid this company as much as I can and I would suggest everybody does the same."

Queixes: "Iberia Express uses smaller, Airbus320s and certainly packs passengers in! I'm 6'5"/191cm, and the flight between MAD to NAP almost 3 hours. That's a long time to sit with knees wedged into the unpadded seat in front of you. Window seats have even less room than aisle seats. It also makes things worse when passenger in front wants to fully recline their seat, passenger next to you wants to sprawl out - very claustrophobic! Also, there are no freebies on this flight charging for even a cup of coffee or glass of water!"

Queixes: "Iberia has been consistently late in arrival. I missed my connecting flight on the way out to spain and nearly missed a connecting flight returning to the USA. I had to literally sprint to the gate. My bags never made it to the states with me. I am still waiting for them to return. I don't feel I can take Iberia again for any future flights"
Avantatges: "I went airport for boxing pass they changed 165 £ if some one dnt no"

Queixes: "The seats. The gate was one og the last ones"
Avantatges: "It is the worst airline on Earth. They barred me from flight, removed my name from the system so that I can't board because they say that I can't travel with EU residence card with which I travelled to all Schengen countries with other airlines. They lied to me and didn't return my money too."
Queixes: "They must obey EU laws!"
Avantatges: "Although i said N/A about entertainment - the crew was very entertaining and they were really brilliant. Full marks."

Queixes: "The whole priority thing is a total joke and just another way to f*** the passengers over why don’t they just give us a price without all this bloody nonsense of baggage"
Avantatges: "The best thing with the flight was the seat, which is very mediocre."
Queixes: "Airport was too far and the facilities are shite. The waiting for embark is way too long and no one informs you about anything."

Avantatges: "From arriving at the airport to departing destination airport everything was seamless and perfect. Would like to travel like this every time. Hats off to everyone who involved."

Queixes: "We arrived one hour late and and everything on my arrival had to be delayed as well"
Avantatges: "En ningun momento al comprar el billete ponia que tenia que facturar mi bolsito de mano que de echo era una bolsa de deporte pequeña. Les comento que porfavor no me facturasen la bolsa ya que en corto tiempo tenia que llegar a atocha y coger un tren... la respuesta del personal haberte cogido priority. Lamentable trato"

Queixes: "To prepare on time!! Plz Eeven though I’ve booked more planty of time for next plan, it was late because of too much delayed"
Avantatges: "That I made it home..and that the pilot was honest about running late and tried to make up the time. The guy checking us in at Fuerteventura was very pleasant."
Queixes: "That the so called budget airline charges for everything..now on board bags. What next..a tariff for the toilet or to exit the plane..nothing would surprise me! 20kg isnt enough for a holiday...but just another excuse to charge more money. The on board staff never offered to help anyone struggling to find their seat or with their hand luggage. In fact the 2 girls at the back end of the plane were too busy bickering to notice anything. The space you get to sit in is ridiculous you can't even bend down in it. And the plane was delayed."

Avantatges: "The flight itself was great.... just the 90 min delay that put a downer on things."
Queixes: "The 90 minute delay was a bit of a killer... also we where not told about the delay when checking in our hold luggage.... one of my party smoke and where a bit put out to find out about the delay once they had gone through customs etc and then couldn’t smoke."
Queixes: "Flights are always late."
Queixes: "Lack of comunicoation and lack of services. Probably it was a bit cheaper than the competitors. But I made me think twice for next time Ryanair cross my way."

Queixes: "Nothing to criticise."
Avantatges: "Well to get in the plane we were waiting almost 1 hour, and now that am writting you waiting again 1 hour for the baggage . I will never again flight with this company never again"
Avantatges: "Managed to sleep most of the way so the journey went very quickly"
Queixes: "they where delayed and as a result they made me miss my flight.. to Barcelona i hate this airlines and will never fly with them again"

Queixes: "Late departure. Staff herding us like cattle before take off. Smelly cabin."
Avantatges: "the flight and the flight crew were quite good and professional."
Queixes: "The way we were gathered up like sheep at the departure lounge. There was one person who acted like a mini hitler, scolding people if they dared to cross the line. An unpleasant experience."
Avantatges: "I had a good flight either way. Some turbulence, what you might call 'a controlled crash landing' on the way back to Stansted."
Queixes: "The price of the flight. I normally am able to secure a return flight for about 100 euros. This time I got a quote for 300 plus for a return flight. Going through an affiliated site helped me to get a slight reduction on the flight. I find it odd that on a Thursday or a Tuesday the cost can be 12.99 pound either way and yet on a weekend this goes up to a silly amount. The flight is still the same. I am still going to the same place. Having to book three months in advance to avail of a cheaper ticket is of no use to me. The girl checking us in on the outward journey had her back to us the entire time when making an announcement for boarding. She looked like she was sucking sour sweets. No friendliness about her at all. Passengers using overhead spaces different to where they are sitting. That's really irritating."
Avantatges: "The smooth landing."
Queixes: "The tray tables sloped downwards making everything fall on to your lap. No storage under tray tables. No room for legs. Just a joke. Boarding took ages on tarmac. Staff were casual at best."
Avantatges: "The seats are roomy enough. The plane was very clean although it had just landed before."
Queixes: "The flight was already late when we boarded. Even so, everyone on the plane was switching places between themselves causing additional chaos, with the flight attendants’ approval."
Queixes: "delayed by an hour which we only found out about when we went to the gate."
Avantatges: "If you like be herded around like cattle, and having no apology even when your flight is late, then you've come to the right place."
Queixes: "Late flight. Family scattered around cabin in different seats. Completely unnecessary."
Queixes: "Plane was dirty, boarding didn't have a good organisation, crew wasn't friendly."
Avantatges: "Staff approacable."
Queixes: "There was no water in the toilet.Aircondition not working well.Have to travel by bus to get into the plane.Delayed flight."
Avantatges: "The staff were very friendly and professional and managed to have a laughter with. Definitely a plus"
Queixes: "The delays. It's not the first time travelling with Ryanair and not my first delay either. But overall it was a pleasant trip"
Avantatges: "Al reservar dos asientos te los da separados, de punta a punta del avión para así al facturar cobrarte un cambio de asiento"
Avantatges: "Buena organizacion y puntualidad"
Avantatges: "Cheap and got to Madrid 15 mins early. You get what you pay for."
Queixes: "Early Sunday fligh... took 30 mins to queue from motorway to Stansted terminal. If were checking in bag there was a big queue too (I didn't need to). The slowest part was airport security, allow extra 20 minutes at least to get through. Did priority boarding so we didn't queue to board and sat together and had room for our bags (some ended up at feet or in hold)"
Queixes: "Buenas noches. El vuelo llego con más de dos horas de retraso y nos hizo perder el siguiente transporte que teníamos para llegar a destino, teniendo que sacar un nuevo billete, quedar en el aeropuerto 5 horas y viajando de noche teniendo que trabajar al día siguiente."
Avantatges: "It was much, much better than the flight to Ibiza because the passengers were at least civilized ,were quiet & did not cause the crew any problems maybe because they were knackered after partying."
Queixes: "Nothing to report. All went well. Very efficient & pleasant."
Avantatges: "Espacio para las piernas aceptable, algo más de lo que esperaba para una persona alta. Personal de cabina atento y agradable."
Queixes: "Embarque puntual pero desorganizado con un cambio de puerta a última hora con su correspondiente estampida. Aeropuerto de Ciampino no tiene absolutamente nada para entretenerse."
