Queixes: Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers.

Avantatges: The bread was fresh and food better than other times

Queixes: Crew is always aggressive and unfriendly

Queixes: I dint like the way you guys sold me the tickets with only one bag to check in with when I went to the airport I’ve got to pay 58 pounds extra I was not happy with you guys so next time you have to tell your customers before they buy the tickets that’ it’s one bag check

Avantatges: More space in business class (777-300) than many other airlines.

Queixes: Entertainment very limited. No adjustable air vents in this aircraft

Avantatges: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Queixes: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Avantatges: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Queixes: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Queixes: Seat recline was broken- wouldn’t hold position.

Avantatges: Despite being a short flight, they gave food

Queixes: Nothing. All ok

Queixes: Delay in take off 45 min!!!!

Avantatges: Nothing

Queixes: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Avantatges: Services is good .

Queixes: Food can be better

Queixes: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Avantatges: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Queixes: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Avantatges: Crew asked us if we’d like to move to an empty row to be more comfortable without us even requesting it.

Queixes: Bigger coffee cups? Really nothing to complain about. Everything I would expect from a flight. A++

Avantatges: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.

Queixes: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.

Avantatges: Exit row seat had much more space for legs, very much worth the upcharge for this seat.

Queixes: Cabin temperature was very cool for me. Never used a blanket on an international flight before, and used a blanke on this whole 9 hour flight. Maybe a function of the seat location? Not sure but I was cold.

Avantatges: The crew was terrific.

Queixes: Staff Curtsy and overall gestures!!

Avantatges: The seats were spacious and the crew was wonderful. The crew actually made the long flight more tolerable. Will seek out Delta/Air France for further international flights.

Queixes: Very cramped seat on the TGV train. I will definitely choose and pay a seat on my own next time, rather than accepting the on picked by Air France... And it will be cheaper, too!

Avantatges: Perfectly on time, no hassle, seat OK. This is the way I appreciate a flight.

Queixes: Food. No choice, three "madeleine" (sweet) cookies for all, no sugar-free (salty) alternative...

Avantatges: Fast boarding

Queixes: Slow in refuelling, got us delayed for 40-

Avantatges: Everything works and quick to get to destination.

Avantatges: KLM are our airline of choice. A great full-service carrier with impecable standards.

Queixes: Nothing

Avantatges: Decent price for economy comfort seat, 4A.

Queixes: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Queixes: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!
