Queixes: "Pedí una dieta especial ovolactovegetariana (con tiempo para no pasar congojas ni hambre) y me dieron una dieta completamente vegetariana. Hice todo el proceso en línea y ahí aparecía la opción de la dieta deseada, pero parece ser que pasaron por alto una parte de mi solicitud."

Tampoco hay mucho sitio para dejar una mochila. Pero lo peor, como siempre, es el servicio del personal de Iberia. Baño no muy lim"

Queixes: "Los pasajeros colocan los abrigos en los compartimentos superiores ocupando el espacio de otras maletas. Cuando embarqué me obligaron a facturar y eso supuso un retraso después que casi pierdo una conexión en autobús."

Avantatges: "Todo fue a su hora, incluso llegamos un poco antes. El personal tanto de tierra como de aire fue muy amable, como siempre con Iberia."
Queixes: "No había variedad de zumos y los asientos tienen poco espacio para las piernas. Vengo con las rodillas hechas polvo de ir presionando todo el rato al asiento delantero."

Avantatges: "Super puntual, embarque y desembarque rápidos. Los pilotos son de lo mejor de Iberia aterrizaje y despegue suelen ser muy muy suaves, aún con mal tiempo."
Queixes: "En comparación con otras aerolíneas el personal muy justito de amabilidad, sin mayores incidencias, pero muy serios y secos."

Queixes: "Había pocas opciones de comida y bebidas. Los asientos, demasiado pegados a la fila de enfrente."

Queixes: "When I arrived I was greeted by a "what up." Instead of a professional "Hello." The man who helped me at MIA was rude and threw my passport in my face when he told me I needed a return ticket. After I booked another ticket for return.. I presented myself to another counter staff."

Queixes: "We had paid for reserved seats. When we got to the gate they were not there. Got bad seats to fly six hours. Left an item on the plane. No help tracking it down. No one would give us a phone number or how to go about locating it."

Avantatges: "Nice people. New air plane Good movie Excellent service"

Queixes: "They lost our four bags. Three were found two days later. One bag we never saw again on vacation so had to buy a fourth of the stuff a family of four had to survive in Europe for a month. Bag was eventually found and sent to our home in US. Iberia had connecting flight to Berlin so close to arrival in Madrid that we barely made it on flight and bags never did. We will never fly iberia again."

Queixes: "My seat was behind a couple with two children that cried and cried and screamed during the flight, couldnt sleep not even with the headphones helped listening to those children crying. Iberia offered to check in my luggage so i can pick it up at my final destination, but my bag never made it. Had to wait two days woth no clothes or work items i needed in my luggage. Overall a very bad experience with iberia"

Queixes: "Our flight attendant did not smile ONCE! At check in , we had the good fortune to be carrying exceptionally small carryons. However, two passengers had bags that appeared regulation, but apparently were not. These two people were treated like criminals. I’ll never fly Air Europa again."

Randomly making you wait luggage before security, with add extra 30 mins to the security processes, not sympathy of staff even if flight people may miss their flight."

Queixes: "Air Europa lost my bag for 6 days. I picked it up at the airport finally the 7th day of my trip. They found it on day 3 but took 4 entire days to ship it from Boston. Awful. We were also delayed 3 hours in Madrid with no compensation, we got a "snack" voucher that totaled $5. It was terrible and I will never fly this airline again."

Avantatges: "Overall the flight was fine."
Queixes: "My connection in Madrid was bad. I arrived at gate E82 and had to get to A8. Terminals are laid out sequentially and it was quite a walk, with a passport check before the B terminal. Even with an hour and a half layover I had no time to spare going straight there."

Avantatges: "The boarding was easy. Having a blanket and pillow at my seat."
Queixes: "The delay and short time between flights to get to gate and get through customs. Having no in flight entertainment for a 7.5 hour flight. There was not a vegetarian snack option for my daughter."

Avantatges: "The flight was easy to board when it was time. We left and arrived on time."
Queixes: "There was only one person initially checking people in. Then when there was a second person, she was going to make us move to the end of the other line after waiting 30 minutes. She did end up taking us, but it was only after conceding that."

Avantatges: "The price was great for a direct flight from Boston to Madrid."
Queixes: "The plane was very, VERY old and extremely uncomfortable. This was an overnight flight, they turned down the cabin light for the first ten minutes but then it was on for four hours, making it impossible to sleep. There was no in flight movie, and there was no way to turn off the antiquated cumbersome seat TV. Really awful to get off the plane and be exhausted. They didn't offer food to the inside rows, only to the window side. When you asked you got an annoyed glare."

Avantatges: "Great price to value ratio, attentive crew, good food. Wifi available."
Queixes: "Older panes with no phone jack charging options. What's the use of Wifi if your battery runs low or dies. They have charging ports in Business Class. I don't remember the last time I was on a plane with at least phone charging ports."

Avantatges: "Price was great, flight crew very attentive, even the food was good."
Queixes: "The seats didn't have a port to charge phones. Older planes with antiquated tech. Monitors on back of seats were also outdated. Plane was late leaving Madrid."

Queixes: "Crew skipped us for dinner but when we pointed it out they came back. But they skipped us again for water/drinks."

Avantatges: "Smooth flight"
Queixes: "Air temperature inside too hot."

Avantatges: "terminal E7 was filled about 15 AE personnel standing around doing not much of anything. Not even simple announcement welcoming or informing the customers of why its flight was delayed. They were busy greeting their own VIP's heading in and out of the business class. When asked what's going on, the AE personnel simply stated 'just wait'"
Queixes: "At the security, i was turned away because TSA will not take Air Europa's electronic boarding pass. When I went back to the check in counter, I asked why, no answer from three people at the check in standing around. Again, indifferent attitude. Shouldn't AE inform customers of this time wasting problem? No self check in kiosks."

Queixes: "Website not working. I had to call and was sent a PDF boarding pass without a barcode. I ended queuing at the checkin counters again."

Avantatges: "One of the best international flights I have taken. Comfortable (as much as a plane can be for 9 hours), good food and service, lots of free movie options."

Avantatges: "Great value for the money, pleasant crew, good food, and comfortable seating."
Queixes: "In flight entertainment limited to a few small TVs in the center."

Avantatges: "Nice aircraft, nice crew"
Queixes: "Had trouble confirming flight on their mobile app, then suddenly it worked. At airport kiosk, for printed ticket, was only in Spanish German and French. Muddled through that and got printout. Then to find out onboard they would even charge for water?"

Queixes: "- Food was ok but you can do everything by the mobile app but not ask for special food. - entertainment took like 40 min to start working - limited number of movies"

Queixes: "Delayed. No transparency. Not a single detail with the passengers despite waiting for 2 hours at the airport."

Avantatges: "Crew was pleasant"
Queixes: "Boarding was lengthy, uneventful flight without entertainment, food was small and overpriced"

Avantatges: "Nice crew, good care of passengers, flight on time, new and comfortable planes"

Queixes: "Worst experience. Multiple charges. Made it one of the most expensive trips. Terrible!"

Avantatges: "Al reservar dos asientos te los da separados, de punta a punta del avión para así al facturar cobrarte un cambio de asiento"

Avantatges: "Buena organizacion y puntualidad"

Queixes: "I bought a coffee just minutes before boarding and was told I could not take it on board and had to drink it all immediately, scolding hot and everything. When I walked onto the plane, I found a fellow passenger peacefully sipping her airport-bought brew with no sign of reprimand from the Ryanair staff. I only ask that the rules be applied to everybody or not at all."

Queixes: "Buenas noches. El vuelo llego con más de dos horas de retraso y nos hizo perder el siguiente transporte que teníamos para llegar a destino, teniendo que sacar un nuevo billete, quedar en el aeropuerto 5 horas y viajando de noche teniendo que trabajar al día siguiente."

Avantatges: "Whenever the flight ended"
Queixes: "Absolutely everything. Worst airline I have ever flown on in my entire life. Would give 0 stars if that was a possible option. Had to pay $50 to check a bag and $50 because I didn't ha s my tickets printed out. Then my flight proceeded to be delayed for 8 hours and nobody made any effort to help us understand what was going on"

Avantatges: "Low fare and efficient operations."
Queixes: "Seat is not comfortable. should have some reading materials."

Queixes: "Salimos con dos horas de retraso y lo único que obtuvimos fue una disculpa por parte del personal del vuelo. Creo que la devolución de una parte de lo que nos costó el billete sería lo justo, ya que nosotros pagamos un poco más por este vuelo por llegar antes a Palma y, al final, los vuelos más económicos (que en teoría llegaban más tarde) llegaron antes"

Avantatges: "Espacio para las piernas aceptable, algo más de lo que esperaba para una persona alta. Personal de cabina atento y agradable."
Queixes: "Embarque puntual pero desorganizado con un cambio de puerta a última hora con su correspondiente estampida. Aeropuerto de Ciampino no tiene absolutamente nada para entretenerse."

Avantatges: "Can't get any cheaper than that so I did not expect much. The check-in process was not bad, and going into the plane was surprisingly easy. Was expected to be treated as cattle, but was pleasently surprised to find otherwise."

Queixes: "No ponen comida"

Avantatges: "El personal siempre es muy amable."
Queixes: "Salimos con media hora de retraso."

Avantatges: "Salio en su hora,sin retrasos,personal bueno"

Queixes: "I paid extra for priority boarding and, though I was one of the first 20 passengers on board, I was not allowed to put my bag in the overheard compartment. I was told to put both my purse (not a tiny one, mind you) and my carry on bag under the seat. And, because I had an isle seat, the space was smaller than average. So I had to fly cramped up. Because I'm not an EU citizen, I had to queue up as if to check in luggage to have a stamp placed on my boarding pass. Then another queue to board the plane because they don't bother to call by row or group number like most airlines. The boarding was chaotic. The seats are very uncomfortable. They don't even give you one small cup of water. You have to pay 3 euros for a bottle of water that would cost you 1 elsewhere. Finally, the landing was very hard and shook everyone about."

Queixes: "Mientras se esperaban los buses, la tripulación gritó irrespetuosamente a los pasajeros que aguardábamos a nuestros familiares en la pista de aterrizaje dado que la capacidad de los buses que pusieron a nuestra disposición era escasa; debe comprenderse que se transportan personas, no reses (con el respeto que estas merecen)"

Queixes: "Excessive delay; no explanation; no apologies; bad customer service; loud airplane; non-curteous crew."

Queixes: "There was no priority boarding for families with small kids. And the lines were long to board."

Avantatges: "I sat in the front row and had plenty of leg room. A crew member kindly switched my middle seat for his window seat for which I was very grateful."
Queixes: "Ryanair did not offer any food or beverage for "free" (i.e., included in the price of our ticket). It was a huge hassle to get our boarding passes printed. We needed to do this in order to be spared a €50/person penalty which I think is outrageous. Boarding was a little intense."

Avantatges: "Nothing."
Queixes: "Last time we flew Ryanair, we did not check-in ahead of time, so we had to pay 53 Euros at the airport. We learned our lesson, so for this flight we checked in ahead of time and had our boarding passes ready on our mobile devices. When we arrived at the airport, we were told we needed a printed ticked so they could stamp it that they had checked our passport. It would be 53 Euros for them to print the ticket. The lady at the ticket counter directed us to the business center to print, but the Ryanair website wasn't working. I eventually printed a poor quality screenshot and hoped for the best. The lady stamped when she checked my passport. Nobody ever checked the stamped ticket beyond that point. What a waste. Ryanair is cheap, of course I'll fly with them again the next time I'm in Europe. My advice to travelers is to do your research and know all the loop holes they use to make money off of you."

Queixes: "we didn't know we had to print our tickets and they charged us a big fee to print our own boarding passes at the airport"

Avantatges: "Easy check in, even with a checked bag. Use the app for boarding pass. Paid the extra for priority boarding and checked bag and got our own bus to the plane. Otherwise it's no frills. No food to give any stars to. Bring your own entertainment and it's your fault if you don't like it."
Queixes: "It is tough if you bring carry ons. Most people do to avoid the extra charges. But priority boarding solves the problem."

Avantatges: "NOTHING"
Queixes: "Everyone, EVERYTHING, horrible customer service!!!"

Queixes: "El vuelo salió con 2 horas de retraso (siendo un vuelo de 2h), las mesillas del asiento no son muy cómodas, en los asientos de lado ventana hay mucho ruido."

Avantatges: "Precio"
Queixes: "Parece mercado, todo te venden arriba del avión, los asientos super incómodos, no te regalan ni agua todo te lo venden y muy caro."

Avantatges: "Personal atento, vuelo salió en hora."
Queixes: "Asientos incómodos y embarques en las puertas más lejanas, comodidades las justas."

Avantatges: "Al preguntar donde se podía poner el equipaje, puesto que había poco sitio. La repuesta fue: busque por ahí delante, yo no se. No fue nada profesional. Se echaba de menos una cara amable"

Avantatges: "Avión de Ryanair con menos espacio aún de lo normal."
Queixes: "No dejan descansar para un vuelo corto. Entre la publicidad que ofertan de.productos y comida,bebida...apenas se puede relajar uno."

Queixes: "Charged 100Ł due to public transit errors, rebooked, moved from line to line to receive boarding pass , nobody has right answers. You get what you pay for I guess"

Avantatges: "It was cheap, quick and easy"
Queixes: "The rules around baggage, priority boarding and purchasing seats is not very clear"

Avantatges: "It was a quick flight."
Queixes: "When I bought the ticket, i was not clearly informed that we HAD to check in online before arriving to the airport. This was a huge issue. I held off checking in because I wasn't sure if my bag would fit in the overhead bins as I didn't have a tape measure. So I figured, like with every other airline, my wife and I would check in at the desk and pay for the extra checked bag if necessary. Well we ended up having to pay €50 EACH to the airport administrator to get a boarding pass. I went through all the documents I received from the airline, and nothing states that we had to check-in before we arrived. They said they sent me a text message to my hotel, which was the contact number I had put when we bought the ticket. That didn't do anything to help. We will be fighting this with the airlines, discussing our bad experience, and never flying with them again."

Avantatges: "El vuelo fue puntual y muy tranquilo."
Queixes: "Me molesta bastante que en Ryanair estén intentando venderte cosas todo el rato. Poco espacio en los asientos."

Avantatges: "Un Buen vuelo"
Queixes: "No probé la comida, pero el menú era el mismo, podrían variar un poco."

Avantatges: "Nada,un desastre ,me pareció que se aprovechan de vender vuelos baratos y sacar ventajas por otro lado"
Queixes: "Que al llegar 2 horas y 10 minutos antes de la salida del avión ,me cobraron 45 euros por persona ,osea 135 euros y le pedí por favor que me ayude que madre es discapacitada,que lo haga el señor que nos atendió en el mostrador,y me mandó a a hablar con la de los tickets ,hizo que cargo los datos ,pero me contestó ya cerró el tiempo de check in on line,por hecho el check in pm line ,me sali más caro el check in que los tres pasajes,una vergüenza,no viajo nunca más por esta empresa Aterrizaje brusco."

Queixes: "Walked almost 20mn in rain to get to the plane"

Queixes: "over an hour late with poor communication. charged 3€ for a small bottle of water. ridiculous."

Avantatges: "El vuelo de regreso se retrasó 7 horas. Llegué a Madrid a las 3:50 a.m. en vez de a la 20:40 como estaba previsto. Me generó gastos de taxi del aeropuerto y perder media jornada de trabajo al día siguiente. Nos dieron 2 ticket para refresco, pero no se podía salir de las puertas de Embarque."

Avantatges: "Salimos a tiempo, y el personal muy amable,"
Queixes: "los asientos imposibles de tan incómodos en un viaje de dos hora baje muy dolorido."

Avantatges: "El avión era nuevo, moderno y más espacioso."
Queixes: "Nos hicieron dejar nuestras maletas para que viajaran en cabina cuando eran maletas de mano. Todo porque se supone que se había completado el aforo de maletas de mano. Me parece vergonzoso que eso ocurra. Mi maleta de mano es de mano y no debería viajar en cabina en ningún caso."

Queixes: "We had a delayed of more than 6 hours, and they didnt give us in the airport any cupon or something to get some food!!!! More over, they had not report us the reason of the delayed till we were on the plane."

Avantatges: "El embarque se hace de manera rápida."
Queixes: "Dentro del avión el servicio es muy escaso, va todo como una maratón."

Avantatges: "El despegue del avion y las vistas que ofrecia desde el aire en el amanecer."
Queixes: "El ruido de los motor derecho, era increiblemente ruidoso, pero como es de low cost."
