Queixes: Nada

Avantatges: The crew was cackling and having fun in the back loudly, meanwhile there was no communication with us as to why we were late or when we would be arriving. When I called one of them over she had no answers and when I told her about our connecting flight she giggled and said I probably wouldn’t make it. We missed our connecting flight and we’re rerouted 4 hours later. We’ve missed our boat to Venice and all we received was an 8 euro lunch voucher.

Queixes: It would have been great to have left on time, arrived on time and caught our flight. I also would have been better if we hadn’t been laughed at and actually aided us to catch our flight.

Avantatges: El asiento no reclinaba. El personal muy atento.

Queixes: No funcionaba el USB de mi asiento, el 8C. Estaba roto

Queixes: Podrían limpiar el avión y llegar a la hora prevista. Pagué el billete (bastante caro) pensando que iberia era profesional y cumpliría sus obligaciones. Ya veo que estaba equivocado, muy decepcionado.

Queixes: Seats cramped and uncomfortable

Queixes: The last seat are located almost inside the toilets. The crew was unhelpful

Avantatges: Staff is amazing!

Queixes: Seats are very small.

Avantatges: Perdieron las valijas La comida se cobraba No había wifi Incómodo, los haciéndose no se reclinaban si 10 grados

Queixes: The plane was old and had no entertainment, there was a technical problem with the plane that made us late

Avantatges: Friendly crew short plane trip.

Avantatges: Overall the flight was fine.

Queixes: My connection in Madrid was bad. I arrived at gate E82 and had to get to A8. Terminals are laid out sequentially and it was quite a walk, with a passport check before the B terminal. Even with an hour and a half layover I had no time to spare going straight there.

Avantatges: TRIPULACION VUELO HORARIO ASIENTO

Queixes: ATENCION ANTE CAMBIOS DE VUELOS DE AEROLINEAS ARGENTINAS, ASOCIADA NO TUVE RECONOCIMIENTO!!!

Avantatges: Nice people

Queixes: Some games for kids

Avantatges: Excellent service and food.

Queixes: Seat could really use a real footrest instead of the metal bar.

Queixes: Even though it is a short flight, it would be nice to receive at least drinks offered

Avantatges: crew attentive the plane is very clean

Queixes: they book flight connections too close in madrid, resulting in big hassles, especially if passport control is also involved

Avantatges: On time, friendly on board crew.

Queixes: Too little legroom (I'm 1,82m) Had to give my bag into the hold, even though there was room overhead. Not even a free drink in 2,5h flight.

Avantatges: more confort than other companies

Queixes: be on the plane the connexion was bad and I lost my fly

Queixes: I missed my connection because of the insane delay on the first flight.

Avantatges: Nothing.

Queixes: I bought 2 tickets at the same time for me and my wife and the sat us separately 10 rows apart from each other. Its stupid they dont let you choose your own seats. Also paying for the bag was another long process and had to go to 3 sepparate counters because Air Europa required a different procedure. Pilots necer announced upcomig turbulence and the landing was horrible. Old and uncomfortable seatbelts. Ive been on 3 flights this week and this was by far the worst. Wont be flying Air Europa in the future.

Queixes: Bathroom smells very bad My three seats where very dirty and had brown yucky stuff One had a sticky gum on it The cleaning crew should have noticed it

Queixes: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Queixes: Leave on time. Offer more snacks

Avantatges: Efficient check in and polite crew.

Avantatges: Nothing the crew was mean and rude I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again

Avantatges: Crew was awesome, seat spacing comfort not so much.

Queixes: Need to have seat upright to use trays to eat on flight

Avantatges: La tripulación excelente, muy buena atención y la comida muy rica.

Queixes: El entretenimiento, el avión que tome no tenía pantalla y fue muy aburrido.

Queixes: Boarding procesa...an absolute mess

Avantatges: The staff is always very polite and nice.

Queixes: First flight of the day was majorly delayed. I understand these things happen. But all flights before 09:00 are the star flights where airlines get their on-time departure scores. They failed today.

Avantatges: Flight was fine

Queixes: Ticket/luggage issues not handled very well. Long wait lines. No notification of plane delay on monitors.
