Queixes: "I was unable to check n online (although the process was intitated well earlier than 12 hours prior to departure). The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

Queixes: "Charged £60 for hold luggage because the airline’s unstable website wouldn’t allow me to book in advance (£20 extra in the airport). Plane was delayed because they were late allowing passengers to board and missed the runway slot. Seats were uncomfortable - it was an older airframe."
Avantatges: "The added touches make all the difference! We didn’t expect free food and was delighted to receive breakfast. The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. The sweets served just before landing is an excellent idea and something that we do need due to our ears, so this was appreciated. staff were attentive and pleasant."

Queixes: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

Queixes: "Flight was rescheduled for 3 hours later than original departure. Check in opened less than two hours before the rescheduled flight time so everyone was stuck waiting at check-in for hours. We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

Queixes: "The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

We queued for 1.5 Hours to then be blocked as all six counters were given over to another flight and people who arrived LATER then us for our flight got to go first. It was incredibly stressful and frustrating especially when I checked in online before arriving at the airport. We had to rush and run through the airport and board at final call. In fact it would put me off flying with Blue Air again."

They even told us difinitively that we would board at a certain time only for us to actually board nearly 2 hours later. They, without a doubt, knew the rescheduled flight time but strung us on anyway - I believe this was so they could save money on hotels"

They gave me a really hard time and they allowed others to have both items but they would not allow me because he felt that my bag would not fit inside my carryon. Very disappointed and flight was very late."

Pedi ayuda a la azafata para subir mi maleta al compartimento superior y ni me hizo caso, trataba a los clientes con la punta del pie. Durante el vuelo caia agua del techo. Cuando llegamos para subir al autobus habia que salir a la pista y pudimos ver como todas nuestras maletas facturadas caian a la pista con nueve desde la altura del avion y nadie se daba cuenta, las dejaban ahí tiradas"

Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."

No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices."

Queixes: "The crew was late, which delayed our takeoff by 20 minutes, which is unpleasant when you have already boarded the plane and are stuck in your seat. However, the flight only landed 5 minutes later than planned. The seats are not very comfortable for flights longer than one hour. There is not enough room to work on your laptop at your seat. I was constantly bumping elbows with the passenger next to me. The cabin temperature was extremely warm. I was sweating nearly the entire flight and I felt very uncomfortable."

Queixes: "Flight didn’t leave until about 11 as boardinf didn’t start until after 10 so we arrived in Manchester at midnight."
Queixes: "The seats are small and they don’t lay back even when I upgraded to priority. I had to ask for food and water and paid a lot. But mainly the flight was delayed over 2 hours before boarding and then another 45 min in the cramped plan:("

Avantatges: "Nothing -apart from the fact I eventually got to the destination I needed the same day!!"
Queixes: "The delays. The lack of information. It became obvious we were not going to leave on time. But No announcement. nobody told us of the delay - or why. Then the conflicting information. Technical problems. Flight cancelled. Go to Ryan air deal to organise your own forward travel. Then - once back through Police & customs. No - flight going to happen!!! I have more to say about service & crew - but no space"

Queixes: "At gate there was 40 minute delay to board with mention of what was going on. Once on board we waited another 40 minutes to be able to take off. In flight the crew was rude and inattentive."
Queixes: "Sneaky pricing methods set up to catch you on return flight when you have no option but to pay to get back with dreadful unprofessional staff. I will never fly with them again if I can help it.i will go out off my way to tell as many as possible to never use or trust them."
Queixes: "The plane arrived 12 minutes after we were supposed to have left. While a delayed flight isn't uncommon these days, there's usually at least an attempt at communicating that to the passengers. No such luck this time - we were all simply waiting and wondering."

Queixes: "Poor customer service, no information on or apology for delay. Then 1.5 hrs after landing our baggage finally came on the baggage carousel. Again no explanation or info. Very poor experience."
Avantatges: "Nothing was terrible about the flight. The crew was great. There was a delay b/c of weather, but you can’t blame that on the airlines. But € 3 for a bottle of water. Really. Extra fees to be able to take a carry on bag onboard. Really. The attempt to squeeze every last farthing out of the customer is frankly disgusting."

Avantatges: "The crew didn’t allow a very visibly drunk passenger on board which was good. We were concerned about him coming on the plane so were very pleased they didn’t allow him to board."
Queixes: "The plane was delayed and when we did board it was very clear that absolutely no cleaning had taken place. Appreciate the effort not to be any later than we were but not nice to get to a seat with crisps and malteasers everywhere."

Download the check-in and return after 50 minutes in line! Or pay 55 Euro for us to do it! No helpful; Awful service; Ticket sales people after queing for another 30 minutes-same no help-just put new client all this from 4:45 am in the airport. Finally with 10 minutes to spare before being blocked off the flight; check-in deemed to check me and suitcase it requesting 20 Euro. I refused...other passengers got mad so she let me pass. Small crowded plane/no leg room/ constant hostess annoucing buy duty free, food. No landing cards provided! Nothing-you pay, do it all and you are lucky to arrive--NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND STRESS."

Queixes: "I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my flight. When it was time to check in at the airport I was greeted with a scowl and was told I needed to pay 80€ per ticket because I didn’t check in 2 hours before. In all my flying I have never heard of this kind of policy. They were uncompromising and rude. They also demanded an additional charge of 50€ for my checked bag which should have been 1€, apparently, had I complied with the unknown terms."
Avantatges: "Got from point A to point B without any hassle. I passed out as soon as I got on the plane and there was nothing that kept me from sleeping."
Queixes: "Boarding seemed a bit tedious and there was a lot of unnecessary standing around."

Queixes: "the quality of the announcements is poor. The staffs accents are so heavy that the announcements cannot be heard and or understood."
Queixes: "Was approached when queing and told my bag was to go in the hold, there were people that had bigger/more bags that were not told this, i understand that if there is not enough room but surely first come first serve, we stood in the que specifically that this would not happen as we were in rush once we landed and did not have time to wait for bags. There were many people behind us that got to take their bag into the cabin."
